    Perfect for family trips with children!

    Highly Satisfied!! I enjoyed the Hotel so much that I barely had time to relax in the Room! The welcome drinks were delicious with a wide variety, and it was great that I could bring them to my Room. Since there was some time before dinner after we arrived, we reserved table tennis and had a blast. My elementary school child played excitedly, while my 3-year-old found table tennis challenging and enjoyed the kids' room instead. There were snacks and juice available, so parents could sit back and relax while watching their children play freely. Later on, we experienced roasting marshmallows! The sweet marshmallows were unlimited for seconds—we went back for more several times! At night, the bar offered an expanded selection of alcohol along with snacks—it was amazing! They even served Ise Udon! Afterward, we enjoyed a bath followed by karaoke! We only used our Room for sleeping as we spent most of our time playing around. Even on the day of departure, the kids' room was available in the morning. While packing up, my child played there until it was time to leave. It was such an enjoyable stay at this Ryokan right up until leaving moment—definitely want to visit again!!

    I think it's good for families with small children, but...

    I made a reservation thinking it was the same group as Kumano Club, which I often visit, because it was listed as "Risounin Club." However, this property seems to prioritize children, and since we stayed as an adult family, there were many dissatisfactions. During the confirmation call before the stay, we were told from the beginning that there are many families with small children, so they wanted us to have a late meal time, which made me feel disappointed as they didn't listen to our opinion. I was hesitant to cancel the reservation, but since a cancellation fee would apply, we stayed. During the stay, there were several instances where we were told about events for elementary school children and prioritizing children. I think this response is questionable, considering we are paying to stay. I would like them to set a limit on the number of people or make it first-come, first-served. At this property, there is no welcome upon arrival, and you carry your own luggage to the room. You also lay out your own futon. The room amenities are minimal. There is a time limit, but you can enjoy unlimited soft drinks and alcohol. From arrival until before dinner, you can have pizza and oshiruko, and from 8 PM to 10 PM, you can have Ise udon, aosa-filled hanpen, nuts, and more. The dinner and breakfast venue is not a private room but feels like a restaurant. When we went at dinner time, several dishes were already prepared on the table. The venue is heated, and with people moving around to get drinks and buffet items, I am concerned about the hygiene of having sashimi prepared from the start. For children, there is a buffet with curry and fried foods. For adults, there is a buffet with miso soup, pickles, rice, and more. Breakfast is a buffet. I thought the variety was limited. Also, table tennis and karaoke can be used by reservation.

    It was excellent.

    The all-inclusive stay was very satisfying. The room, drink service, pizza, meals, and bath were all excellent. If I may say one thing, adjusting the room's air conditioning temperature was a bit difficult, making it either too hot or too cold. The ReFa showerhead was also nice. I was happy with the wide variety of alcohol available. I'm thinking of staying again in the summer.

    The children seemed to be having fun.

    First, I was surprised by the large number of children. It was mostly crowded with families with children. We used one Room for three elementary school grandchildren and three adults, and the grandchildren enjoyed karaoke and table tennis. The welcome drink and all-inclusive service were also very good, and the grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed themselves, ordering mini pizzas multiple times.

    We visited for our wedding anniversary. Starting with the good points, I was delighted with the staff's friendly smiles. The view from the lobby, room, and dining area was fantastic. Although it was unfortunately raining on the day we stayed, it was still great. Also, the all-you-can-drink option was excellent. My husband drinks a lot, so he was very pleased. Enjoying freshly baked pizza and beer on the terrace after a bath while watching the sea was the best. In the evening, we also relaxed on the lobby sofa with drinks after dinner. The room was spacious, and the view was truly wonderful. The bed was fluffy, and I slept soundly. The disappointing part was the meal. We upgraded to the special kaiseki, but the most disappointing was the sashimi. Except for the Ise lobster sashimi, it wasn't tasty. I thought the sashimi from the supermarket we usually eat was better. Also, the meat was delicious, but it was so small that I was surprised. Even though we added 8,000 yen per person, this content was really disappointing. I thought it would be better to allow choosing between Ise lobster or meat and increase the quantity. The appetizers and fried items were average. The white fish had too much garlic, so I couldn't eat it. The seasoned rice and dessert were delicious. It was disappointing that the beer and glasses ran out during dinner. I was very pleased that they packed the anniversary cake we couldn't finish so we could eat it in our room. I was also happy to have our photo taken. We bought pearl accessories with the 4,000 yen ticket usable within the facility. It was a great souvenir. It's not a disappointment, but I thought it would be nice to have a floor chair in the Japanese-style room. Since the room is spacious, a larger TV would be easier to watch. I found it inconvenient to have to go to the other side of the door to get things from the refrigerator. I wish the breakfast buffet had a bit more variety. I think it's a hotel suitable for families. I thought small children would enjoy it. I wrote various things, but aside from the meal, I was very satisfied. It was a great anniversary.
