    It was a very satisfying stay.

    We stayed here on a couples’ trip. The welcome pizza was incredibly delicious, and even though we asked for seconds many times, the staff kindly baked fresh pizzas for us each time with a smile. Thank you very much. Perhaps because there were many families with children, our bathing times didn’t overlap, so even though we used the bath several times, we never shared it with anyone and were able to relax as if it were private. This was my fault, but the pizza was so good that I ate too much and ended up leaving some of my dinner, which I felt sorry about. I thought it would be nice to have an option with a smaller dinner portion. The dessert contained peaches, and when I declined due to my allergy, they offered to prepare an assortment of seasonal fruits instead. Since I’m allergic to fruit in general, I had to decline as well, but I truly appreciated their thoughtful consideration. Breakfast was also very delicious and satisfying. We would definitely like to stay again.

    My family stayed here and we were very satisfied.

    It is conveniently located near Ise City, and we stayed here for an overnight trip to Ise. The staff were very courteous, and we had a comfortable stay. We were satisfied with both the taste and portion size of the meals. As the building is older, some parts felt dated, but it has been nicely renovated and well cleaned, so it did not bother us. Perhaps because of the various events and the manga corner, there were many families with children. We would like to stay here again when we have another opportunity.

    The building feels a bit old, but the property is clean, and the Room was spacious with both Japanese- and Western-style areas. The sink area and toilet were also large and comfortable. We had a wonderful panoramic ocean view from the Room. Dinner was a delicious kaiseki meal; the sashimi was especially fresh, and the meat was tender and flavorful. The in-house slippers were only large ones (possibly for men), which made them difficult to walk in. I accidentally left my luggage in the lobby when checking out, but they called me right away so I could return immediately, which was very helpful. Thanks to the attentive service from all staff members as well, it turned into an enjoyable trip.

    I was able to spend a relaxing time in the Japanese-Western style Room. The all-inclusive pizza and sweet red bean soup were a comforting treat. The staff were cheerful and welcoming. Next time, I’d like to take a walk down to the seaside.

    Kids will love it.

    There were various child-friendly Facilities and events, and we had a very fulfilling stay. We did not need an all-you-can-drink alcohol plan, so it would have been even better if the quality of the adults’ meals and the variety of the buffet had been improved.

    Enjoy the sunrise!

    Overall, it has a retreat-like atmosphere. Well-suited for stays with infants and toddlers. The service is kind and attentive. The view from the Room is very good. You can take your time enjoying the sunrise, so I’m adding an extra star.

    We stayed as a family of five on a trip. With ages ranging from 10 to 85, it was a Hotel where everyone could relax and enjoy themselves! After the bath, there’s a drink corner, and stopping by there was one of the highlights. We were surprised that both karaoke and table tennis were free. Every generation had an amazing time to the fullest. It’s a Hotel we’d definitely like to visit again.

    The Hotel service was amazing. When we arrived around 5:00 PM, they welcomed us with “Please enjoy some pizza,” and there was a drink bar as well. In the evening, they offered a bar with Ise udon and alcohol, roasted marshmallows, and ice cream that was perfect after a bath. The staff were truly kind, and thanks to them we had a very fulfilling 2-night, 3-day trip to Mie.

    I stayed here for an overnight trip that also served as a New Year’s gathering with friends from my hobby group. With a cold wave approaching and the possibility of expressway closures, I emailed an inquiry three days in advance but received no reply at all. In the end, I waited until a time that wouldn’t be inconvenient and called the day before to ask. I was worried about what the service would be like, but once I arrived, all of the staff were pleasant and welcoming. However, the meals were very disappointing. We chose this place mainly for friends who wanted to focus on drinking, but I can’t recommend it for people who don’t drink.

    Popular with children

    We stayed in three rooms for a three-generation family trip. The Hotel had plenty of facilities to keep young grandchildren entertained and also considered amenities for younger parents to enjoy. The view from the Room was great, and the spacious Room seemed to satisfy my son's family. However, the door to the entrance of the large public bath's tub did not close tightly, so it felt a bit chilly when using the nearby washing area, which was slightly disappointing. Since it was winter, I believe it might feel different in summer, so we hope to visit again during that season. Thank you for your hospitality!

    The bathroom features tatami flooring.

    Concerns are as follows: 1. The bathroom, where hair washing and showering are done, had a vinyl tatami mat floor, which felt a bit unusual. 2. Bedroom The bed cover only had a sheet tucked in, which felt rough and cold. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the room temperature at night, so I wore extra layers. However, the next morning I noticed instructions for adjusting the room temperature on the wall in the Japanese-style room. The staff were very pleasant, and having shuttle service with a minibus was helpful.

    Highly satisfied

    I used the anniversary Plan to celebrate my 60th birthday. After check-in, I enjoyed table tennis, karaoke, and a welcome drink before relaxing in the Onsen and having dinner. Starting with a celebratory cocktail and ending with dessert cake, everything was delicious. When they brought out the birthday cake, they also sang "Happy Birthday," making it a truly special celebration. Since I was too full to finish the cake at that moment, they kindly provided knives and forks so I could enjoy it later in my Room—such wonderful hospitality. I would love to stay here again!

    It was the best trip ever.

    We stayed as a group of three male colleagues. The Room was spacious and comfortable with three proper beds. From the welcome drink upon arrival to the free-flowing non-alcoholic drinks during dinner and at the bar afterward, the variety was truly incredible.

    The staff's warm smiles made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet was not crowded, allowing us to enjoy our meal while gazing at the ocean. In cooler seasons, a leisurely walk would have been even more pleasant.

    The view was outstanding.

    After finishing golf, we headed straight to the accommodation. It was quite hot during the round, so I quickly drank several glasses of the welcome drink, Premium Malts. Although we arrived a bit late and missed the pizza service, they kindly made one for us. It was very delicious. We enjoyed karaoke and table tennis as part of the all-inclusive experience. Since it was right after summer vacation, it wasn’t crowded. The large public bath was almost like having a private bath to ourselves. As golf was our main focus, we chose an affordable plan, but dinner turned out to be just average as expected for that price range. Next time, I think I'll go for a slightly higher plan. Breakfast felt reasonable for its price as well. The customer service was excellent overall!

    I was drawn by the promise of spiny lobster, but it was disappointing.

    Originally, the main purpose of our trip was to visit a family we know in Gifu. Since we had the chance, my daughter and I decided to look for an accommodation to stay the night before. Although it was a bit far, we wanted to enjoy delicious food. That’s why we chose this hotel after being intrigued by their "lobster" offering and made a reservation. Traveling by car from Shikoku took just under 7 hours, but we thought it would be worth it for good food. It was a trip with four people: a couple in their 60s, our daughter, and grandchild. We left early in the morning and drove with breaks along the way. When we finally arrived at the hotel, there were no staff members to greet us or guide us on where to park. Perhaps that’s just how this hotel operates. It happened to be during peak check-in time when many guests were arriving, so it was crowded. It would have been nice if drinks were offered while waiting. Our grandchild enjoyed using three festival tickets provided by the hotel but had limited time left and needed to hurry through them. When we went up to our room afterward, it turned out terrible. “What is this smell?” The room size was also something I’ve never experienced before—it felt extremely small. We did choose a mountain-side Japanese-style room thinking that not having an ocean view wouldn’t matter much. “Well... it's just one night,” I thought as I tried shifting my mood positively toward dinner instead. Dinner consisted of two square plates already prepared upon arrival at our table; however poorly arranged dishes made eating inconveniently awkward. The meat dish included only three slices of roast beef while what excited us most—the lobster—was disappointing overall... Returning back into our room brought further discomfort due again largely due its odor issue which became unbearable especially for my pregnant daughter who called reception asking whether paying extra could allow switching rooms instead only being told everything fully booked hence suggesting usage provided deodorizing spray available inside-room itself likely indicating prior complaints regarding similar concerns existed previously too! If aiming budget-friendly travel expectations might tolerate such experiences yet despite applying ¥5000 discount coupon still paid significant amount receiving subpar accommodations alongside unsatisfactory meals leaving nothing except disappointment behind honestly speaking here now reflecting entire ordeal altogether sadly enough indeed unfortunately so… Next morning finished breakfast earlier than usual heading towards next destination another Hotel chosen within comparable price range surprisingly stark contrast between both stays evident immediately noticeable!

    The staff are warm and welcoming.

    Surrounded by the sea and greenery, it was a perfect location to relax and escape from daily life. The all-inclusive alcohol and soft drinks were plentiful, and even Ise Udon was available, so we never went hungry. Since the Hotel is not too large, even for us seniors, it was easy to navigate to the baths or restaurants without getting lost. What left the biggest impression on us was the warmth of the staff. Despite being busy, they handled everything with care and attention, which made us truly happy. Their dedication really came through in this heartwarming Hotel. We would love to stay here again and again. Thank you very much!

    The staff were all very friendly.

    Upon arrival, there was no greeting, and we were unsure where to park, which made us feel a bit uneasy... The welcome drink and freshly baked pizza were perfect for a light snack before dinner. The Room was spacious with an ocean view, offering great scenery. Although it was located right near the elevator, the sound of footsteps and conversations did not bother us while in the Room. We upgraded our meal plan, so the portions were sufficient; without the upgrade, it might feel slightly lacking... Only enough towels for the number of guests were provided in the Room. For multiple baths, we had to reuse them—an extra set would have been helpful. The staff members were friendly and attentive, leaving a positive impression.

    It was great.

    This is my second stay. The first time was in 2023 in a Western-style room, and this time I stayed in a Japanese-style room. It seems the name and management have changed, but both stays were pleasant. The meals during my previous visit were more luxurious and delicious. I hope to continue staying here, so please keep up the good work!

    The facility is disappointing.

    The staff's service was excellent, but the meals could use some improvement. While the ingredients were great, the overall satisfaction was lacking. In particular, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were overly sticky and unappetizing. The room was clean, but the bed and pillows felt subpar. Additionally, various facilities within the accommodation showed signs of aging and outdatedness, which made it difficult to fully relax (e.g., building exterior, two out of three toilet stalls being traditional Japanese style, damaged parking stops, an alarm in the room going off despite not being set). As mentioned earlier, the staff's hospitality left a very positive impression. Therefore, I would recommend this accommodation for families with small children. Thank you all very much!

    Grandchild, super excited!

    This was our fourth trip to the Toba area with our grandchildren, and they enjoyed it the most. The freshly baked pizza was delicious. The kids were fascinated by making their own waffles and pancakes during breakfast. We appreciated the thoughtful touches for children, such as the kids' room and outdoor play area. The staff's attentive service was excellent. As adults, we thoroughly enjoyed the all-inclusive experience. The tatami flooring in the large public bath was very convenient, and the water temperature was just right for children—not too hot. Our grandchildren are already saying they want to come back! Thank you for a wonderful time together. If I may make a small request: having child-sized toilet seats or containers for disposing of diapers would be helpful.

    Full of services perfect for families with children!

    Stayed during the weekend just before Golden Week. - Room We stayed in a top-floor room with an ocean view. The scenery was amazing! It felt like a waste since we arrived in the evening and only stayed for one night. The room was spacious enough to relax comfortably. However, it seemed dusty as we experienced house dust allergy symptoms in the room... Our whole family had runny noses and scratchy throats. This was very disappointing given how wonderful everything else was. - Dining Dinner was plentiful with a wide variety of dishes to enjoy! While there were some variations in taste depending on the menu, overall, it was delicious! Both my husband and I were impressed by the grilled vegetables served as sides—they were so good that we wished they had been offered as a separate dish! Breakfast also featured many kid-friendly options like waffles and pancakes, which our children loved! Unfortunately, the eggs were disappointing—terrible even. The scrambled eggs made from liquid egg mix were barely edible... It would have been great if they could prepare omelets or scrambled eggs at a live kitchen station like they did for dinner. - Service There were plenty of enjoyable services for both kids and adults, such as a kids' playroom, marshmallow roasting, welcome drinks, bar time events, and more!! Aside from the house dust issue in our room, it was an extremely satisfying stay!! Since it's located quite far away from us, returning might be difficult; however, we'll definitely consider other hotels within this chain for future trips.

    A Hotel where you can have an enjoyable time.

    Thank you for the wonderful experience. This accommodation offers attentive service, polite hospitality, and delicious meals, making it a truly satisfying stay. 1. The hospitality rated at 1.10 is not extravagant but filled with heartfelt warmth, and the dedication of the staff to provide excellent service was particularly impressive. The freshly baked pizza was absolutely delicious. 2. The view from the room was stunning. I could watch the sunrise from the balcony of my room—a perfect collaboration of the sun and beautiful sea scenery. At sunrise, a group of ducks crossed over the sea, which was a delightful sight to see. 3. Dinner was enjoyed with my favorite drinks and included fresh sashimi that delighted my taste buds along with an excellent kaiseki meal selection. 4. The onsen left my skin feeling smooth and rejuvenated; I also appreciated experiencing different views during both night and morning due to alternating bath arrangements. Since it was spring break, there were many children and international guests creating a lively atmosphere in this hotel designed for three generations to enjoy together as explained by one staff member: "We apologize if it felt noisy due to many children around; however our concept is for all generations including families." Watching happy children playing added charm rather than being disruptive—this thoughtful explanation reflected their policy well leaving me impressed overall. Although slightly distant from station access-wise its cost performance makes up greatly ensuring plans returning soon! Thankful again towards such memorable stay
