    Lovely atmosphere

    The accommodation has been renewed with a modern touch and cleanliness despite the building's age, making it very comfortable. The meals were delicious, and the breakfast buffet was highly satisfying. The lounge was relaxing, and the atmosphere was excellent.

    The annex is excellent.

    We stayed at the detached "Getsuian" with three generations of our family. We arrived by car and were welcomed with a nearby parking space prepared for us. Privacy was well-maintained, and we were satisfied with both the Onsen and meals. If there are areas for improvement, it would be that there is almost no blackout feature, so the bright morning sunlight woke us up early, and the complimentary drinking water provided was from LOHACO. Since there are local options like "Ukiha's Famous Water" nearby, we felt it would be better to offer something local instead. Additionally, we had our meals at "Jusen," but noticed a slight shaking sensation every time the staff walked by, which was a bit distracting. We would love to visit again if given another opportunity!

    It feels relaxing.

    This is my second visit. Last time, I enjoyed the cherry blossoms in full bloom from the room, and this time I was soothed by the fresh greenery. The Onsen has wonderful water that leaves your skin smooth. The food was also delicious. I will visit again. Thank you very much!

    Grateful for the encounter!

    The building is new and clean, the onsen was excellent, and the meals were delicious, making for a very pleasant stay. I apologize for causing trouble regarding the sound of my phone, but I truly appreciated the staff's polite and warm response. Thank you so much. I am grateful to have discovered such a wonderful accommodation. The garden's fresh greenery was beautiful, so I hope to visit again during the season when autumn leaves are at their best.

    Harazuru Onsen Palence Onoya

    I was surprised to find a forgotten sock under the bed in the room. I have a Reservation with someone else in June, but I'm wondering if I should cancel it. I had high expectations for the food, but it wasn't that great even though I upgraded. The bath, both indoor and open-air, was excellent and satisfying. The view from the Hotel room was okay. Even though I reserved a riverside Room, I got a corner Room where three carp streamers were tangled together.

    Cost-effective Accommodation

    Considering the price, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. Perhaps it was just a coincidence, but we did not see any foreign guests. However, the young male staff at reception during check-out provided poor service.

    A Heartwarming Accommodation

    I used this place for a short trip with my parents. From the front desk staff to the restaurant team, everyone was incredibly attentive, and I was very satisfied. Even when we caused some inconvenience, they were understanding and never made us feel uncomfortable, which we greatly appreciated. I’m happy to have created wonderful memories with my parents here. I will definitely use this place again!

    Cozy Accommodation

    I visited after hearing from my parents about the wonderful renewal. The quality of Harazuru Onsen was so good, with a soft hint of sulfur, that I wondered if it had always been this amazing. Perhaps because it was a weekday, the quiet and calm atmosphere made it perfect for an adult getaway. The Onsen bath attached to the room can be enjoyed at any time while admiring the morning and evening views. The meals were served in a space where you could take your time and savor them fully. It was worth more than its price.

    Very satisfied with the Onsen and breakfast.

    I used the private bath (extra charge) and the atmosphere was very nice, and the quality and temperature of the Onsen were also very good. The dinner was delicious, but I was extremely satisfied with the breakfast buffet as everything was incredibly tasty.

    All the towel racks ...

    All the towel racks in the room were on the window side near the Onsen, and there were none on the opposite side in the washroom, which was inconvenient as I had to go back and forth to get them. The meals consisted of small dishes, so I didn't feel satisfied. Also, overall it was too salty, so I changed breakfast to a buffet. The Onsen made my skin smooth.

    I want to visit again.

    I stayed for two nights in different rooms. The meals and locations were also different, and each plan had its own good points, which I enjoyed. The woman at the front desk was very kind and attentive during my room change, allowing me to have a comfortable stay. Thanks to her, my impression of this property greatly improved. Other staff members were also great. I liked it so much that I'm thinking of visiting again. The snacks in the room on the second night were delicious, so I looked for them in the shop but couldn't find them; it would be nice if they sold them there. The lounge had a nice atmosphere, and the water facilities were stylishly renovated and easy to use. It was also nice to feel the season with things like a chocolate fountain or Hina dolls on display during this time of year.

    The hot springs are diverse and the food is delicious.

    Staying at this hotel at this price feels very worthwhile. The garden landscaping is excellent, making it a Ryokan where you can relax leisurely.

    The best!

    I stayed for one night with my wife and middle school son, making it a total of three of us. We decided to simply relax, so we chose this Property for its promising Onsen and meals. The result? Absolutely the right choice. The open-air bath requires a short walk, but the path is well-maintained and felt enjoyable, like a little stroll. With features like the tatami bath and sauna, there was no chance to get bored. For meals, we chose the special "Tokiwasure" course at Keyaki. Both the quality and quantity were excellent, leaving us completely satisfied. Even our son finished everything, saying it was delicious. We also enjoyed thoughtful services like drinks in the lounge, shooting games, and table tennis, making the stay even more fulfilling. This has become one of the Properties we’d love to stay at again when visiting Fukuoka.

    Stays for more than 3 people are

    I thought the third person would have a bed, but it was a simple futon. The room is quite spacious, but it is recommended for two people to stay. The rate for the third person was the same as for two people.

    Some minor drawbacks too.

    This was my second stay. I stayed on the 4th floor. The room was spacious and clean. The indoor bath had a nice atmosphere and was good. I think the cost performance is not bad. However, there was an empty plastic bottle that was not cleared in the room. There was no knife when the meat was served for dinner. The staff said it was tender enough to bite through, but it wasn't that tender. I wanted coffee to be served at the end.

    It felt great after a long time~

    The Room, the large public bath, and the open-air bath were all clean, and we enjoyed the meals together. The dining area was like a semi-private room, allowing us to relax and take our time.
