    Breathtaking Views

    The view is stunning, and the open-air bath makes you feel like you could soak for hours. The staff were very attentive, and I would love to visit again.

    Stunning views

    My husband wanted to see Mt. Tateyama, so we chose this accommodation for our stay. The facility is a bit old, but it was well-cleaned. We stayed on the top floor, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning. The meals were not extravagant but had a rich flavor and were delicious, with freshly cooked rice served as well. We traveled by train, and they provided smooth pick-up and drop-off service to the station. This is definitely a ryokan we would love to visit again!

    Enjoy Amaharashi to the Fullest

    Great location, excellent meals, and friendly staff made our stay very satisfying. We traveled with my elderly mother, and there were various senior-friendly facilities available. Thank you very much.

    Comfortable Accommodation

    The view from the open-air bath was excellent. The staff's hospitality was warm. The view from the Room also had a sense of openness and was delightful.

    Hotel located on a small hill overlooking Amaharashi Coast

    Located in a prime spot overlooking the Tateyama Mountain Range across Toyama Bay, the view of the majestic mountains was unfortunately obscured by clouds on the day. However, the scenery from the ocean-view room was stunning and more than satisfying. The Onsen was excellent, the food delicious, and the service impeccable.

    It was an accommodation with a stunning view.

    On a clear winter day, the view of the Tateyama Mountain Range and Toyama Bay from our corner room was breathtaking, and we couldn't stop admiring it. The salty Onsen overlooking the sea offered a sense of openness with the expansive view of Toyama Bay and the sky. Although the building is old, both the room and public bath were impeccably clean. Dinner was a winter kaiseki course. The buri daikon featured melt-in-your-mouth daikon radish and tender buri fish that could even be eaten down to its bones. The sashimi was fresh, while the grilled Etchu Manyo beef was marbled and tender. The cold dish, Himi udon noodles served with soy-marinated egg yolk and meringue-like egg whites, showed great attention to detail. The dining staff thoughtfully timed each dish based on our pace, allowing us to enjoy our meal leisurely. At breakfast buffet, we were amazed by a beautifully presented boat platter featuring small plates of sashimi—perfectly capturing a seaside atmosphere! The rice was delicious with an abundance of side dishes to choose from; unfortunately, we were so full that we couldn’t try Himi udon noodles again in the morning. For dessert, each orange slice had precise cuts between peel and flesh—a thoughtful touch that reflected care in preparation. We had arranged Shuttle Service to Amaharashi Station in advance; since it happened to be just us during those times for both trips, they kindly accommodated our schedule—something we greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed "Iso Hanabi," served as tea snacks—a delightful combination of soy milk and sesame paste—and ended up purchasing some at their shop. This trip aimed at enjoying Onsen baths along with fresh seafood exceeded all expectations—thank you very much! We look forward to visiting again for another stunning view of Tateyama Mountain Range and Toyama Bay!

    I was able to relax slowly.

    It was my first time in Takaoka, and although it was raining on the first day and I arrived after dark, the front desk staff welcomed me warmly. The dining staff were also very attentive, making my stay very comfortable. The next day, there were some clear skies, and the view from the Room as well as the scenery connecting to the sea from the open-air bath were wonderful. I would definitely like to repeat my visit.

    The breathtaking vie...

    The breathtaking view of Amaharashi Coast that I had wanted to see for a long time. Unfortunately, the weather was bad this time, and the scenery was not visible at all, but the Onsen, Room, and meals were all excellent, allowing me to relax and feel satisfied. I'm glad I chose this place.

    I was satisfied.

    The food, bath, and hospitality were all excellent. Unfortunately, the cloudy sky made it difficult to see the Tateyama Mountain Range clearly, but I was able to relax and enjoy my stay.

    Amahara Coast is wonderful.

    I was able to spend a relaxing time in a spacious Room facing the sea. The view is truly wonderful and I could watch it forever. The meals were very delicious with elaborate dishes of fresh fish and meat. I would like to stay again.
