    Perfect accommodation for relaxing while enjoying the ocean view!

    It felt like a slightly old-fashioned accommodation, but that added to the sense of comfort. The spacious windows and user-friendly room allowed for a relaxing stay. The free private bath without a reservation and complimentary drinks in the in-room refrigerator were convenient and appreciated. The meals had sufficient variety and quantity, but it would have been nice to have one standout dish. The hospitality was pleasant as well.

    It became an accommodation I want to visit again.

    The 305th newly discovered private accommodation. Shuttle service available from Atami Station. Classified as casual on IKYU.com, so honestly, I had no expectations based on the name of the accommodation. However, it turned out to be an excellent place to stay. The staff's hospitality was outstanding. A vast ocean view with nothing obstructing it lies right in front. 〇 Room Convenient for moving around and easy to use. Provided with samue (casual Japanese wear). It was slightly disappointing that there was no board at the head of the bed to use as a backrest. Bath towels were sufficient, but an additional face towel and hand towel would have been appreciated. 〇 Onsen A spacious indoor bath and low-temperature sauna are located on the first floor. On the eighth floor, there is an open-air bath (Hashiriyu) and three private open-air baths available anytime if unoccupied. Only bath towels are provided here as well as safety boxes and amenities. I used the indoor bath twice, Hashiriyu three times, and a private bath once; cleaning seemed frequent enough to maintain cleanliness in both dressing rooms and bathtubs alike. Complimentary soft drinks were offered after bathing. 〇 Meals As I was traveling alone, they kindly arranged for me not in a restaurant but in a semi-private raised seating area where I could enjoy my meal leisurely—much appreciated thoughtfulness! The 13 dishes served were satisfying both in quantity & quality; everything tasted delicious too! Breakfast also met expectations except for miso soup which became overly concentrated—unfortunately leaving half unfinished due its strong flavoring... Morning soft drink service available at lobby added extra convenience!

    Had a great time!

    We enjoyed playing table tennis. The meals, Onsen, and service were excellent, and the room was perfect. We will visit again!

    The private open-air bath was excellent.

    Upon arriving at the parking lot, we were warmly greeted by smiling staff, which immediately lifted our spirits. Our Room (Japanese-style) was closest to the 4th-floor elevator hall, but there was no noticeable noise at all. The room was clean and well-maintained with a beautiful view. However, as there was only one futon mattress provided, it felt hard and took some time to fall asleep. For those who prefer softer bedding, requesting an additional futon might be better—having this option during check-in would be ideal. The large public bath and private open-air bath on the Hotel's 8th floor offered stunning views and had clean changing areas. Personally, I would have preferred slightly lower water temperatures for a more relaxing soak. Meals were enjoyable as they were served by attentive table staff, allowing us to relax (we're not fans of buffet-style dining with lots of movement). The portion sizes were just right for us as a couple in our 60s, and the flavors were refined and delicious. The complimentary afternoon soft drink service and post-breakfast coffee service added a nice touch of hospitality. It happened to be my husband's birthday during our stay, and we received a delightful surprise that made us very happy! We would love to visit again if given the chance!

    A bundle of hospitality

    We stayed with our 0-year-old baby. The deciding factor for choosing this accommodation was the ability to have both breakfast and dinner in the room, which allowed us to enjoy meals leisurely even after our child had fallen asleep. The room attendant was incredibly hospitable, warming up baby food and flexibly accommodating requests like preparing only the child's bedding first, which left a great impression on us. Although we chose a light plan for meals, there were plenty of dishes, and the portions were satisfying. We would love to stay here again!

    It might be nice to stay here at least once.

    Stayed for one night to celebrate a family member's birthday. As I mentioned in the Facility's survey, the poor response just before our arrival on the day will leave a lasting impression. Please take this opportunity to reassess hospitality from the guest's perspective. That said, the staff who served us during dinner and breakfast provided such pleasant and delightful service. Also, the view and exclusivity of the private bath were wonderful. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I didn't get enough sleep.

    I was awakened by the sound of someone fiddling with the Room key past 1 a.m., and I couldn't fall back asleep because I was so nervous. After about an hour, I heard the sound again, and then again after another hour. It was very frightening.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I used this hotel for a one-night, two-day trip on a weekday in December to express my gratitude to my parents before getting married. The atmosphere was neither too old nor too extravagant, providing a calming ambiance. The room was ocean-view with a very nice view, and it was a lovely room. The interior was stylish, and the furniture and amenities were of high quality. Meals were served in the room for both dinner and breakfast, and both were delicious, colorful, and creatively prepared, which was excellent. The service was so polite that it made us feel like we had to be considerate, and the preparation and clearing of the futon were done very quickly by a two-person team. The staff seemed to have a good atmosphere, and many of them appeared to be cheerful. In the morning and evening, we could enjoy free coffee and soft drinks in the lounge, and the morning newspaper was delivered to the room, which was a nice touch. The large public bath was on the first floor, and the open-air bath was on the eighth floor. The large public bath was well-cleaned and tidy, but it wasn't very spacious, so during the holiday season or busy times, it might feel a bit cramped. The open-air bath was completely outdoors, offering a very beautiful view. However, since the shower was also outside, it seemed better to just lightly rinse off and enjoy only the open-air bath. It was too cold to properly wash the body or hair. Overall, it was a very wonderful hotel, and my parents were extremely satisfied. I don't usually write reviews, but I am posting this with the desire to highly recommend it.

    The view from the room, the onsen, the meals, and the hospitality were all wonderful at this property.
