A refined anniversary stay wrapped in tranquility
Despite being in the heart of the city, I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time. From check-in to check-out, the staff’s attentive service and comfortable sense of distance made the stay feel truly cared for. Both dinner and breakfast were thoughtfully prepared with well-balanced flavors, and the eel at breakfast was especially memorable. The Room and Onsen were also very clean, and I felt this is a rare Accommodation in Tokyo where you can relax this much. I stayed for an anniversary, and I appreciated the subtle thoughtful touches—it became a wonderful memory. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to return.

The Best Ryokan
Having stayed at several "Fufu" accommodations in Nikko, Atami, Nara, and Kawaguchiko, our family might just be Fufu enthusiasts! We were excited to stay at the newly opened Fufu Tokyo. Despite being shortly after its opening, the staff's training was impeccable. The rooftop shared space with a foot bath and drinks was a delightful touch, and the room featured a terrace seating area that made it easy to forget we were in Ginza. It was truly a relaxing facility. While we didn’t have dinner here this time, the breakfast stood out as one of the best among all accommodations we've stayed at in Tokyo. The Japanese-style breakfast included miso soup served hot pot style, which my husband particularly enjoyed. With its variety of dishes that were visually stunning and deliciously prepared, along with excellent service and facilities, this accommodation exceeded expectations. We would love to stay here again!

Highly Satisfied
The Onsen in the room was truly relaxing and spacious enough for our family of four. We chose the one-night stay with two meals, and we were amazed by the quality of the food at that price in Ginza! My husband and I were both impressed. The meals were absolutely delicious, and even our kids enjoyed their plates with satisfying portions and flavors. They especially loved the udon and sashimi. Since we stayed on the lowest floor, which was the 7th floor, our view was of a neighboring building across the street. Perhaps because it’s newly opened, there were plenty of staff members who all provided kind and attentive service. We’ll definitely be staying here again soon!

It was the perfect staycation!
【Service】 The staff's hospitality was excellent, and I was very satisfied with both the service and customer care. They always spoke kindly and their attentive care left a lasting impression. Although some foreign staff members were not completely fluent in Japanese, their warm smiles and dedicated efforts made them very likable. 【Meals】 I chose a plan that included breakfast and dinner. Both meals were delicious, and I was extremely satisfied. For dinner, I enjoyed Japanese cuisine. Each dish reflected careful preparation, with beautiful presentation adding to the experience. I was so full that I couldn't finish my rice, but they kindly offered to make it into rice balls for me—a thoughtful gesture that made me very happy. Breakfast was also delightful down to the final dessert; everything from start to finish exceeded expectations. While I opted for Japanese cuisine this time, next time I'd like to try the sushi available exclusively for accommodation guests by reservation. 【Facility】 As a newly opened facility, everything inside was clean and well-maintained with a sense of freshness throughout the property. The rooftop foot bath and onsen in the guest rooms use water transported twice daily from Atami—this attention to detail truly stood out to me. I had a comfortable stay overall and would love to visit again. 【Suggestions for Improvement】 The hair iron provided for rental use was from SALONIA—it worked well enough; however given how wonderful this hotel is overall introducing premium options like ReFa hair irons could further enhance guest satisfaction moving forward!

Second Stay
This is my second stay at this accommodation, and I have already made a reservation for the third time. At first, I was skeptical about the concept of "Fufu" in Ginza, but it is quickly becoming my favorite hotel. The staff are mostly young, but as expected from "Fufu," they handle everything promptly and flexibly with great professionalism. Above all, the onsen attached to the room is exceptional. Having such a hotel in Ginza might even pose a challenge to onsen accommodations in other prefectures—it’s that outstanding. Next time, I plan to stay with my mother. Since she lives in Tokyo and is elderly, having a hotel where I can take her without much effort is truly helpful. I always opt for accommodation without meals here, which works perfectly for me. For those who find it bothersome to eat dinner or breakfast at fixed times, this option is ideal. Being located in Ginza offers plenty of dining choices nearby while maintaining an excellent balance of luxury and openness.

2025 Year-End Family Trip
This trip was another highly satisfying experience. Thank you for your consistently hospitable service. I had a pleasant stay. The staff's smiles are always the best, no matter which Hotel I visit. I was also delighted that the staff member who served dinner this time remembered me from Kyoto—it was such a surprise to see them in Ginza! I hope to meet them again someday. Additionally, both breakfast and dinner were exceptional this time as well (the drinks paired perfectly). My gratitude goes to the chef for their outstanding skills and sense of taste. I look forward to staying here again!

We visited "Fufu Gin...
We visited "Fufu Ginza" with my mother, attracted by the Onsen brought from Atami. The Room we had wanted to stay in was excellent, and the Onsen water was so soft that we enjoyed it multiple times. The tempura udon from the room service at night was delicious, and the traditional Japanese breakfast in the morning was visually appealing and tasted great. My mother was very pleased, so I’m glad we chose this place. I believe my father would also love it, so I’d like to visit again.

Beyond Expectations!
The staff warmly welcomed us with great kindness. The meals were beautifully presented and meticulously prepared using local ingredients, making them incredibly delicious and outstanding. Above all, the staff were exceptionally kind, and during meals, a dedicated staff member attended to us, providing impeccable service. We highly recommend staying here! Onsen is amazing!
I stayed in the most affordable (though still pricey!) room on the 7th floor as I was traveling alone this time. The view was mostly of ordinary buildings, which wasn't ideal, but I appreciated the small balcony with some greenery. Above all, the spacious bath with Onsen water from Atami was incredibly relaxing and helped relieve my fatigue. The rooftop lounge with a footbath looked inviting but felt too cold, so I thoroughly enjoyed the bath in my room instead. I didn't try the meals this time, but I'd love to give them a try on my next visit!

This hotel, a hidden retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Ginza, is quietly nestled just off the main street—a perfect description for a small luxury hotel for adults. Upon stepping inside, the interior is filled with elegant scents of incense and aroma, complemented by warm wooden textures that immediately put you at ease. The staff's attentive yet warm hospitality made the start of my stay truly exceptional. When I was shown to my room, I was genuinely amazed by its spaciousness. Even with an extra bed added for three guests, there was still plenty of room to relax in this luxurious space. The most impressive feature was undoubtedly the private bath in the room. Every day, onsen water is transported directly from Atami and flows continuously into your private bath—allowing you to enjoy an authentic onsen experience in complete privacy. The warmth penetrated deep into my body, leaving my skin smooth and supple after bathing. Being able to enjoy such high-quality onsen water while staying in Tokyo was truly extraordinary! The amenities were also exceptional; everything from Fufu’s original shampoo to skincare products showcased meticulous attention to detail and offered unparalleled comfort. For dinner, I opted for room service—and it exceeded all expectations with its outstanding quality! It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to call it restaurant-level fine dining; every dish surpassed imagination with its deliciousness. At night, I enjoyed deep sleep on a luxurious Simmons bed before waking up refreshed to savor a healthy Japanese breakfast delicately seasoned with care—it felt like nourishment for both body and soul. With checkout time set at 11:00 AM, I found myself wishing I could linger longer in this serene space that left me feeling completely clear-headed and rejuvenated. For those who don’t have time to travel far but want genuine onsen relaxation paired with ultimate luxury right here in Tokyo—this place is one-of-a-kind. It was an unforgettable stay that left me eager for another visit soon!

The Onsen was wonderful.
This was my first time staying at Fufu. It was great to relax in the Onsen in Ginza. However, it was a bit difficult to locate items like chargers, and there were no tissues in the bathroom. I hope the service will improve by considering customer feedback moving forward. The staff's hospitality was excellent. I look forward to visiting again!

First Stay at Fufu
I had always wanted to visit but never had the chance, so when I heard that Fufu opened in Ginza, I decided to go and was able to make a Reservation. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed with exceptional hospitality. The Room's onsen bath was very spacious and relaxing; I enjoyed it multiple times and was extremely satisfied. The meals were served in a private dining space where I could relax, and each delicious dish kept coming one after another, leaving me completely full and happy. Since you can also explore Ginza on your way back, I'd love to stay here again!
