All the staff were wonderful.
When I stayed last week, it poured with rain and I couldn’t play golf, which was very disappointing—so I couldn’t give up and came back again the following week. This time I was able to play a full round, and I had the best time surrounded by Okinawa’s beautiful scenery. What surprised me even more was being reunited in Okinawa with a staff member from the golf course I usually use. I was truly happy you spoke to me, and it felt like a wonderful connection. Wishing you all the best in Okinawa. Although I don’t know her name, I really enjoyed talking with the female staff member who transferred from Nagano Prefecture; her courteous and warm hospitality left a strong impression on me. I understand this is PGM’s first Hotel business, but every staff member greeted me with a smile and kindly assisted me throughout my stay, making it comfortable from start to finish. It was an extremely satisfying stay, and I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time. Lastly, I am truly sorry for overflowing the bathwater. Thank you to the staff member who brought bath towels and a bath mat to my Room, and for handling everything so politely without showing any displeasure. Thank you very much.

I stayed for two nig...
I stayed for two nights because there was an affordable Plan during the pre-opening. Since everything is new, the Room was clean and spacious, and the staff were very helpful—I was completely satisfied. I only had breakfast, but it was very stylish and delicious.

Thank you for your support.
After making a Reservation, I contacted you with a few questions, but there were issues such as having the call disconnected even after it went through. I was also told, “We’ll check and get back to you,” but never received a return call and had to contact you again, which left me feeling uneasy. However, the staff member who handled my check-in reassured me with their warm smile and attentive service. Unfortunately, it rained and we couldn’t play golf, but it was still a very satisfying stay. Thank you to all the staff. We’ll be back for another try.

A truly luxurious Hotel
From an overseas-style Hotel entrance, enjoy valet service. Check in while relaxing on a sofa with stunning views of the golf course right in front of you. The view from the Room is truly breathtaking. Unwind in a sauna with löyly, then cool down in the rarely seen snow-falling cool room. We will definitely be back.

We have an easy-to-book Plan available during our pre-opening period.
Stayed on May 9 and was truly delighted by the staff’s excellent service. During the pre-opening period, there are Plans that make it easy to visit. The interior is very beautiful, and the Facilities are well equipped. Saunas x2, indoor pool, outdoor pool Restaurants x5, cafe bars x3 This Accommodation will likely become more popular in the future. I look forward to staying again at the end of May.

A Hotel with Exceptional Hospitality
Stayed on May 6; they kindly responded to my inquiries in advance. Shuttle Service from Naha Airport Valet parking Check-in Guest lounge Turndown service This Hotel truly offers outstanding hospitality. The view from the hilltop is beautiful. Inside the Hotel, there are 5 restaurants and 3 café bars. Room service is also excellent. Breakfast is very delicious. My child says they want to go again. This is the perfect Hotel for anyone planning a 1- or 2-night trip to Okinawa for two people.

Exceeded expectations.
Stayed on April 25; conveniently located along the Route 58 bypass. There are only golf courses around the Hotel. It’s an ideal Hotel for enjoying a true escape from everyday life. If I had to compare it, it feels similar to the area around Lake Shikotsu. With no private homes nearby, it doesn’t feel like anyone is living in the area. There wasn’t much information available in advance (such as on the website), so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but once I arrived, both the service and Facilities exceeded my expectations in every way. It seems likely to become popular and harder to book in the future, so I recommend visiting while you still can.

It was amazing!
I stayed here and played golf during the pre-opening. The Room was wonderful—everything about it was exciting. The refrigerator items and snacks are free, and if you run out, they will replenish them with a phone call. The amenities are L’OCCITANE, and the hair dryer is a REPRONIZER 4D Plus. At the café on the lobby floor, you can enjoy free coffee and drinks anytime. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, with stylish smoothies and granola. The dishes and fruit were all delicious, and I was completely satisfied. It’s also convenient because the golf course is just beyond the golf simulation area on the 4th floor. I would definitely like to stay again.

This was the most satisfying stay I’ve ever had! The Room was spacious, the services were excellent, and I was especially impressed by the breakfast. Even though we stayed only one night, we wished we could have stayed longer. All of the staff had wonderful smiles.

The Facility and staff service are very good, but.
I stayed for two nights. Overall, the service was excellent, which is why the following two issues stood out. These are management and system design issues rather than staff effort. (1) Food and beverage prices at the restaurant and elsewhere are too high. The value balance feels off. I felt that unless prices were reduced to about two-thirds, guests may stop coming back. (2) Getting a car at the drop-off area takes more than 20 minutes. Since this cannot be solved without significantly increasing staffing, it would be better to limit the drop-off area to luggage loading/unloading only and shuttle drivers back and forth to the parking lot by cart. This is not a complaint; I consider it constructive feedback.

It was comfortable.
The grass illuminated by the golf course’s night lighting—something I saw for the first time from the balcony—was beautiful. The quality of the towels and bathrobes was excellent, and my stay was very comfortable. The staff were professional and attentive, which honestly made me feel almost undeserving. They also provided complimentary valet parking, making it feel like staying at an overseas Hotel. I would love to stay again once you are fully open. Thank you very much.

One night just isn’t enough.
When I heard a Resort Hotel was opening along my route, I looked it up and was surprised to find a golf course right next door! I made a Reservation while wondering whether only golfers could stay and how I should spend my time. The moment I stepped into the lobby on opening day, I was wrapped in a wonderful sense of openness and warmth. The staff who assisted me were incredibly kind, and the nervousness I’d felt before check-in quickly turned into comfortable excitement. The view from my Room was stunning—beyond the lush green fairways, I could see the beautiful ocean. I ended up stretching out on the sofa and enjoying some quiet time, completely forgetting to head to the lounge. Watching everyone play so happily even made me think, “Maybe I should take up golf too.” Breakfast was also delicious. Next time, I’d like to try the pool and sauna that I couldn’t use this time. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.
