  I was very satisfied.

  As a newly built accommodation, it was very clean, and since it was a weekday, there was no waiting at all during check-in. In line with recent trends, the facility features an unmanned shop, which was very convenient to use. The weather was great, and using the pool was very comfortable; the water temperature was warm enough that my concerns about it being "a bit cold" were completely unfounded. The cost performance is excellent, making this an accommodation I would definitely like to visit again. The quality of the buffet also felt quite high.

  There were many area...

  There were many areas for improvement. I stayed in the West Wing, but it was so old that it felt like a deserted building, which was unsettling. While it's nice to preserve the original structure, efforts should be made to make it less noticeable. The difference between the East and West Wings was too significant. It might be helpful to create a map for the West Wing as well. I was also surprised by the long lines at check-in, meal reception, and elevators.

  The meals were delicious.

  The buffet was very delicious both at night and in the morning! The kids' room was spacious, and there was a pool, which made the children very happy! We stayed in a family room, and it was large and comfortable. However, it was disappointing that the facility lacked handwashing areas in the kids' room and nursing room. If renovated, these should have been added. I also personally wished for new toilets to be installed. The most disappointing part was the private open-air onsen. We reserved it after dinner but encountered a large number of grasshoppers, which scared the children. We ended up only washing our heads without soaking in the onsen and left after about 10 minutes. It might depend on the season, but I hope measures are taken to address this issue. If this is improved, we would love to visit again!

  Would love to stay again.

  I stayed with the opening commemorative all-you-can-drink and two-meal Plan. I was very satisfied with the ample alcohol selection. The meals were delicious with a wide variety, and I ate until I was full. The Facility had a stylish atmosphere that lifted my spirits. I loved that the floor in the Room was tatami! However, the step for the footlight in the Room made it difficult to move from the bed. The slippers were heavy. It would be nice if each room number was printed on individual room key cards. Overall, it was a wonderful Hotel. I will definitely stay again!

  The facility is new, but...

  We had a great time with our children.

  The meals were delicious, and the staff were kind. They seemed eager to address any issues we had. The pool was clean, and the children enjoyed themselves in the great outdoors. Points for improvement: - Several tables still had dishes left uncleared after meals, which affected the overall appearance during dining. While the staff showed great care and effort, it might simply be a matter of needing more personnel. - There was poor drainage in some areas of the public bath's washing stations. - The large group of grasshoppers at the night observatory was intimidating, though it is part of nature. - Even with centralized air conditioning set to low, it felt cold at times. - A direct phone line to reception in each Room would be helpful for emergencies or inquiries. It was my first time visiting Kagoshima, and it's a wonderful place! I look forward to visiting again.
