    The view from the upper floors is outstanding.

    The view from the Room was amazing. We chose a sea-side Room, and it was absolutely the right choice. We also appreciated having a Bluetooth speaker provided, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the night view. All of the staff were friendly, and our stay was very comfortable. We would love to stay again.

    Conveniently located near Hamamatsucho Station, with easy access from Tokyo Station and Shinagawa Station.

    The Hotel was conveniently accessible whether traveling by Shinkansen or by plane, and it was a comfortable place to relax and unwind. The Room interior was also lovely. The pool in the spa Facility is spacious, with a jacuzzi and wonderful views, so even non-swimmers can enjoy it. The Hotel was filled with a pleasant fragrance throughout, and we were able to spend time relaxing in the spacious Gold Lounge as well. The freshly baked croissants were the most delicious croissants I have ever had.

    I stayed here with my daughter. The view was wonderful—it felt like time stood still. Breakfast while looking out at the sea was also very delicious. The only slight downside for me was that the fragrance in the building after entering was a bit strong. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay.

    A Hotel that doesn’t get crowded

    Because the forecast showed cloudy weather on our stay date, I debated changing to another day but decided to go ahead. Luckily, the sun came out, and we were able to enjoy a meal in the bright lounge. At night, we swam while watching Tokyo Tower illuminated. I thought it might be too cold for the outdoor jacuzzi, but it was fine. Both the pool and jacuzzi were pleasantly warm. My family said Tokyo Tower looked closer from the outdoor jacuzzi. When getting out of the outdoor jacuzzi, staff were stationed by the entrance and handed us towels and other items, which was very helpful. The chairs and floor in the mist sauna were so hot they felt like they could cause burns, so if you plan to use it, please bring one of the brown mats from the towel shelf. The next day it rained, so we went to check out the pool just in case, but as expected Tokyo Tower was barely visible. Since we had seen it the day before it was fine for us, but I’m sharing this as a reference for anyone who cares about having a tower view. We couldn’t make Reservations for either the lounge café or restaurant on our preferred dates because they were fully booked. If you’re staying here, I recommend making a Reservation early—we couldn’t get one even three days in advance and had to change dates. Choosing a Plan with lounge access may be better. That said, there are plenty of places to eat just outside the Hotel. It seems dogs will not be available for about six months due to training. It was quicker than expected—just walk straight from Hamamatsucho Station South Exit and you won’t get lost. The nighttime view of Tokyo Tower from the pool is breathtaking—I almost don’t want this Hotel to become crowded. My family loved it too, so I’d like to make another Reservation. Thank you very much.

    The hardware is good, but the software is...

    As it’s a new Hotel, the Facility is clean, and the interior is simple yet stylish. The speaker and hair dryer were also high quality, so I had no complaints there. However, when I used the restaurant multiple times, the wait from ordering to being served was unusually long. How does it take about 20 minutes even for refillable drinks? They also said additional breakfast orders were possible, but it was so slow that I gave up because I had no idea when it would arrive. Based on the Reviews, this seems to have been an issue since opening, but even after more than six months, are there still no measures being taken? There are other disappointing aspects of the service as well (I won’t go into details). Unless there’s a major sale or clear service improvements, I won’t stay again.

    A Promising New Hotel

    It was a truly wonderful stay. The design is impressive, with beautiful views to enjoy everywhere—Room, café, and spa alike. I think the spa pool is among the best in Tokyo; specifically, it felt comparable to Aman Tokyo. Aman has its signature tranquility, while this one stands out for its glamorous sense of excitement with two jacuzzis (indoor and outdoor) and a direct Tokyo Tower view right in front of you. That said, since it’s such a photogenic spot, I was slightly concerned to see some guests taking long photo and video shoots without much consideration for others. As the Hotel has only recently opened, the cleanliness and Room finish were flawless. Depending on the Plan, there is also a unique touch where a dog that belongs to the Hotel greets guests. I only saw it in photos, but it looked very elegant and I would love to meet it in person. Given the location, there are few restaurants nearby so I expected an “in-hotel” stay; however, the in-room dining menu felt more limited than I imagined. I hope there will be more restaurant menu options going forward. The ordering QR code UI also felt a bit difficult to use and may have room for improvement. As for the food itself, some dishes were far too lightly seasoned while others were overly salty, which was disappointing as it made the quality feel inconsistent. The welcome sweets and cakes at the café were delicious. I look forward to seeing further improvements on the service side that match how outstanding everything is on the facilities side.

    Fairmont Gold Suite King

    We stayed in a Fairmont Gold Suite King for his birthday. We started planning about six months in advance and exchanged many emails to confirm everything. We had requested a message plate for afternoon tea, but it wasn’t provided, which was disappointing. The Room was very clean and truly relaxing. At turndown service, there was a cute Serene plush toy placed in the Room. It was a shame we couldn’t meet Serene, as she is apparently in training for six months. I felt breakfast could have offered a bit more variety. There were items like cheese and prosciutto that felt more like snacks to go with alcohol… Still, I was happy they had acai, and the fruit was sweet and delicious. It was not crowded so we could relax, the view was beautiful, and that part was wonderful. I did feel clearing used plates took a little long, but since staff noticed yet didn’t remove them right away, I also wondered if it might have been consideration so as not to interrupt our time together. We had refreshments around 12:30. Checkout was at 13:00 and we hadn’t finished packing yet, but while we were eating they handled the checkout procedure for us and even carried our luggage down to the first floor. Thanks to that, we didn’t need to leave our seats and could relax until the very end—we really appreciated it. Also—perhaps because he was holding roses—everywhere we went staff cheerfully said, “Happy birthday,” which surprised me as I didn’t expect such well-shared information. He looked very happy to be celebrated by everyone. We will definitely stay again on another special occasion.

    The facility is excellent, allowing you to relax and enjoy the view.

    I stayed for a "hocance" to relax while enjoying the view of Tokyo Bay. Since I had no intention of leaving the Hotel, I chose a Plan with Gold Lounge access, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The Facility was clean and wonderful, and all the staff were very kind and provided great service. I stayed alone to relax, and they left me alone just enough while checking in at the perfect moments—like when I wanted a drink refill. It was thoughtful service. The view of Tokyo Bay from the window was stunning, and I could quietly watch the sunset while enjoying light snacks and drinks offered in the Gold Lounge, which refreshed my mind. There were no disturbances from unruly guests; it was quiet and very comfortable to stay here. I've added another Hotel in Tokyo where I can enjoy a relaxing "hocance." Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

    Everything was refined, providing the best Hotel stay.

    I stayed at Fairmont Tokyo for the first time, seeking a relaxing hotel stay. I chose a plan that included access to the Gold Lounge, which was an excellent decision. Due to work commitments, I wasn’t sure if I could stay until the last minute. The day before my visit, when it was confirmed that I could go, I called to request some kind of service for my wife’s birthday (such as room decorations or a surprise). However, they kindly explained that such services require at least one week’s notice in advance, whether free or paid. Since it was my fault for notifying them so late, I didn’t mind and proceeded with our visit as planned. To my surprise and delight, they still provided many birthday services! They left congratulatory financiers in our room and added a Happy Birthday plate during afternoon tea. The highlight was during turndown service when they decorated the room with numerous balloons and Happy Birthday decorations. All of this was done free of charge despite my last-minute request—I felt truly grateful and even apologetic for their generosity. Thank you so much! Next time we stay here, I’ll make sure to contact them in advance to arrange paid decoration services. There are so many wonderful aspects about this accommodation that it’s hard to know where to start! First of all, every staff member is kind and exceptional—from those at the front desk to those providing lounge service—everyone greeted us warmly with smiles and made us feel completely at ease. The Gold Lounge is incredibly comfortable; we ended up visiting during every session available! While there isn’t self-service dining here like other lounges might have (which means no guests bustling around), this creates an elegant atmosphere without any rush or chaos. Compared with other hotels’ lounges I've experienced before—the space between tables is notably wider here—allowing guests plenty of privacy while enjoying their time leisurely. From the lounge itself—you can see Tokyo Tower alongside Skytree & Odaiba altogether—a breathtaking view unmatched elsewhere! Speaking about satisfaction levels—the pool area stands out remarkably too: its infinity pool offers stunning views directly facing Tokyo Tower—it leaves quite an impression indeed! Mist saunas provide relaxation while outdoor jacuzzi-like baths feel cozy enough never wanting leave behind either—and seeing Mount Fuji visible afar adds extra joyfulness overall experience therein though indoor jacuzzis seemed slightly lukewarm temperature-wise perhaps raising heat bit further would enhance comfort better still? In conclusion—it feels impossible fully capture everything great worth mentioning already looking forward returning again someday soon assuredly staying once more undoubtedly thrilled anticipation ahead likewise!!

    I had the opportunity to use the Gold Lounge, and I found it to be a calm and comfortable space with great views. However, despite it not being particularly crowded, there were 2-3 instances where it took about 10 minutes for drinks to be served. The meals were not buffet-style but pre-selected, which felt like an appropriate portion for light dining. Compared to lounges in hotels of a similar price range, the variety of drinks seemed average, while the food options appeared slightly limited. The staff's friendly and attentive service with smiles left a positive impression. The hotel's mascot, Celine-chan, was adorable and brought a sense of comfort. One personal concern: Although I was about 2–3 meters away and neither tried to touch nor approach her, a staff member holding her leash cautioned me by saying "She's shy; please don't come closer." I understand that being shy is part of her personality and cannot be helped. However, I couldn't help but wonder if it's ideal for such a timid pet to stay at the hotel entrance several days a week where many people frequently pass through...

    Bay View Room

    Last year, I used a plan with lounge access, and this time it's my second stay on the standard floor. Above all, I love the bay view from the guest room. Although there seemed to be fewer houseboats due to strong winds, the bay view was endlessly enjoyable. I also liked the scent of the amenities on the standard floor. While new hotels are opening one after another in Tokyo, I would like to stay here again if given the chance.

    New Year's Holiday

    It was just a one-night stay, but it felt like an extraordinary experience. The view from the room was breathtaking and very relaxing. (The corner suite had windows on two sides, which added to the charm.) The lounge offered carefully crafted meals and sweets, making it an enjoyable experience. The outdoor pool felt like a lukewarm Onsen, perfect for gazing at the sunset and unwinding. Many of the staff seemed to be from overseas, but their service was excellent, giving a refreshing international vibe. The only downside was that the bathtub's square shape made it hard to stretch my legs comfortably. (There was also a pillow attached in one spot.) I managed to adjust by moving the suction-cup pillow to a corner so I could stretch out better. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

    The Hotel with the Most Beautiful Night View in Tokyo

    It was my first stay at this accommodation since its opening last year, and I had been looking forward to it. First of all, the room was spacious, the bathroom was convenient to use, and above all, I was impressed by the stunning views from the high floors. You could see Tokyo Bay, Odaiba, Rainbow Bridge, and more in the distance with a breathtaking night view illumination. It was undoubtedly the best view among all accommodations I've stayed at so far. I also used the pool and fitness facilities; the view from the Tokyo Tower side was equally amazing. The staff provided courteous service. Although breakfast service was slightly slow, it tasted great overall and left me satisfied. Next time I stay here, I'd like to try using the Gold Lounge as well.

    Fairmont Tokyo: Experience the Best in Japan

    In August, I used Beaumail and was so impressed by the exceptional service that I strongly wished to spend my December birthday at Fairmont Tokyo, which led to this stay. Prior to my visit, I exchanged emails with a staff member who provided incredibly attentive communication—something I had never experienced in all my stays at various accommodations. They fulfilled my requests for flowers and a cake. At the Gold Lounge, there were five food presentations throughout the day. The refreshments offered during checkout were particularly delightful; instead of simply returning your key card and leaving, you could enjoy delicious meals and drinks, including alcohol, allowing you to head home feeling truly happy—a unique charm not found in other accommodations. I found three distinctive features that set this hotel apart: 1) Alcohol is available all day at the Gold Lounge. While many hotels only offer drinks during check-in or cocktail hours, here they are available throughout the day—including two types of champagne: Laurent-Perrier and Pommery. With many hotels downgrading their offerings over time, I sincerely hope this remains unchanged. 2) Outdoor relaxation pool with views of Tokyo Tower. Although many hotels offer views of Tokyo Tower from their pools, here you can enjoy it both indoors and outdoors. 3) Interior decorations throughout the property. Fresh flowers are displayed everywhere inside guest rooms and common areas alike. The Christmas-themed decorations were also stunning as it marked Fairmont Tokyo's first Christmas celebration—making it even more special for me to stay during such a memorable time. Before my visit, I read reviews from other guests mentioning slow drink service or dissatisfaction with non-buffet dining options; however, during my stay these concerns did not arise at all—the drink service was prompt and staff attentively checked when beverages began running low. Given how elegant the lounge is overall, table service rather than buffet-style enhances its atmosphere significantly. There seemed to be many foreign staff members working here; however every one of them spoke fluent Japanese so communication was seamless without any issues whatsoever. Fairmont Tokyo fulfills every wish one might have for an ideal accommodation—it truly stands out as "the hotel among hotels." My heartfelt hope is that more people will experience its charm firsthand and leave feeling genuinely happy!

    I felt relaxed.

    The room was comfortable and relaxing. The placement of the clock next to the bed was excellent, showing attention to detail. The cocktails at the Gold Lounge were very delicious. The pool staff (female) provided detailed explanations, and her attentiveness and kind words were much appreciated. I liked it so much that I quickly made my next reservation, and now I'm excited as the accommodation date approaches!

    Top-notch facilities, room for improvement in service.

    A luxury hotel with excellent walking access near the station and a convenient car drop-off area. The views from the lounge and rooms are stunning, and the overall quality of the facilities, including room usability, is exceptionally high. However, there are challenges on the service side. Staff responsiveness varied; while some were excellent, there were moments where a lack of coordination was noticeable. In the lounge, afternoon tea was forgotten to be served, cocktail time had limited food options, breakfast lacked egg dishes and left little impression in terms of taste. Additionally, turndown service was not provided during our stay. It was also disappointing that basic skincare amenities were not available. Many staff members and guests were non-Japanese; perhaps it was unreasonable to expect the meticulous hospitality often seen in Japan's renowned hotels. Despite staying during Christmas week, there wasn’t much of a festive atmosphere either.

    That's unfortunate.

    This was my first stay. I had been looking forward to it very much. I have stayed at many renowned five-star foreign chain hotels in Tokyo, but I was disappointed with the staff's attitude and inappropriate responses. The price and room quality felt more like a four-star level. The staff's service, explanations, and cuisine were far from what one would expect from a five-star hotel. It seemed to me that the staff lacked sufficient training. I believe they should personally experience staying at five-star hotels using their own money for better understanding and improvement. At this point, I do not wish to return again. It felt like a waste of money, which left me with regret. It was truly disappointing for me. While there is room for improvement, I hope they will listen more carefully to customer feedback and make significant improvements moving forward. As it stands now, while priced as a five-star hotel, overall it barely deserves even two stars in my opinion. It feels like both my time and money were wasted here.

    I splurged on a plan with access to the Gold Lounge to celebrate my friend's birthday, as they mentioned wanting to see a night view. The room, lounge, gym, and pool were all clean with stunning views. The service was also attentive, and my friend was delighted. However, after returning home, I received an email asking if I had taken the wine opener from the room. We hadn't consumed any wine in the room and had no idea about it, which left us confused. That part was very disappointing.

    The harbor view was amazing!

    This was my first stay at the accommodation. The room was spacious enough, and the modern combination of different materials in the interior design was lovely. Above all, the night view was spectacular. Choosing a harbor-view room was definitely worth it. Although it was cloudy the next day, I believe the view would be even better on a clear day. The amenities included Le Labo's Rose collection, which had a pleasant fragrance. Toothbrushes and combs were placed in paper boxes with small English text indicating their contents, which might be challenging for those with poor eyesight. The built-in steam iron was a type I had never seen before but very convenient to use. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and would love to stay again!

    I stayed at the newly opened Fairmont Tokyo for the first time. The building and facilities are new, offering a beautiful and clean space perfect for a luxurious stay in the city. Early check-in was available, allowing me to smoothly access my room. Late check-out was also an option, letting me enjoy a relaxed and leisurely time. The view from the room was stunning, and spending moments on the sofa by the window was exceptional. Each restaurant and bar within the hotel offered unique views that enhanced the feeling of being on a journey while still in Tokyo. Room service and minibar were convenient with thoughtful selections, making my stay comfortable. The design reflected meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a stress-free experience throughout my visit. Unfortunately, I couldn’t meet the hotel’s iconic dog at the entrance this time as it was resting—something to look forward to next time (apparently holding a position just below that of General Manager). Overall, it was an extremely satisfying stay; however, there was one disappointment during check-out regarding transportation arrangements. Despite requesting well in advance with ample buffer time, another guest waiting freely ended up boarding first. After following up with staff about our reservation status, we were eventually provided with a different taxi than originally booked. As a result, I missed my scheduled Shinkansen Green Car seat despite planning ahead—a slightly disappointing end to an otherwise excellent experience. That said, given its high level of quality overall as well as its ability to provide special moments in Tokyo—it is highly recommended!

    Second Stay

    The operation still needs improvement, which is understandable as the hotel has just opened. At departure, I asked the Bell staff to get a taxi while holding my luggage at the entrance, but it took a long time. When I asked if it was coming soon, they responded with "A taxi?" After waiting for a while, five other guests came out and got into the called taxi. When I asked again about mine, they repeated "A taxi?" I ended up delaying my bullet train by two departures due to this poor service. The Room and spa facilities are great, but the room service menu needs more variety—there's no Japanese cuisine available. The teppanyaki was excellent; however, it seems they've stopped offering lunch now, which is disappointing. The room service menu on the second day felt limited and impractical; hopefully more options will be added in the future. It's such a shame because the Room itself is wonderful—it feels like wasted potential.

    A beautifully designed Hotel

    We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate my wife's birthday. Unlike many recent international hotels with a Japanese-inspired design, this hotel features a stylish and modern aesthetic. The open space of the lounge floor and the breathtaking view from the terrace, overlooking Tokyo Bay to the city center, were particularly impressive. The guest room in the King category offers ample space as it consists of two semi-double beds combined, making it comfortable even for families with children. It is rare for facilities like the Gold Lounge and pool to have no time restrictions for children. While some consideration is necessary, families can fully enjoy their stay here. We used the lounge, restaurant, and room service—all of which served delicious meals. Even though children's menu prices are reasonable yet premium, their taste was authentic and satisfying. There seemed to be many international staff members; however, those assisting us in the lounge were fluent in Japanese, so communication was smooth without any issues. Every corner of this hotel showcases stunning design elements. It’s definitely an accommodation we would love to visit again!

    Satisfying Michelin Quality

    Revisited Fairmont Tokyo. While it was already excellent at its opening, the staff's performance has further improved this time. Both Japanese and international guests are treated with equal care, which is a rare quality among luxury hotels in Tokyo. At the Gold Lounge, I was amazed by the breathtaking views of Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge. Check-in was smooth while seated with a welcome champagne. The afternoon tea served on a luxurious tray exceeded expectations. The "Fairmont Gold Suite King (88m²)" I stayed in had stunning open views as it was a corner room. A birthday message and welcome sweets for my family member were prepared in the room beforehand, which brought great joy to them. Such thoughtful gestures were much appreciated. The living area was comfortable, equipped with a large TV and Devialet speakers for an enjoyable and relaxing experience. During evening turndown service, finding a Serene plush toy gift on the bed was an incredibly delightful surprise. Meals offered at the Gold Lounge (from breakfast to lunch) were all delicious and of high quality. The staff maintained smiles throughout, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I also enjoyed using the infinity pool with spectacular views and wellness facilities that provided complete relaxation for both body and mind. Overall, Fairmont Tokyo’s hospitality and ambiance made for an extraordinary stay that left lasting memories. Next time, I dream of having a Multiple Night Stay to indulge in movies endlessly on their large TV!

    Excellent!

    As it was my birthday month, I made reservations not only through IKYU but also from other platforms and stayed at hotels in Tokyo every week to celebrate. This year, Fairmont was the best choice. We usually don't stay at international hotels, but my wife wanted to make a reservation here because of their dog-friendly staff, and it turned out to be a great decision! The suite room is highly recommended. The layout is unique, offering a full view of the ocean and Rainbow Bridge from the living room, and a clear view of Tokyo Tower from the bedroom. This view is something we've rarely seen before, and we both agree it's the best we've ever experienced. The celebratory cake they prepared for us was touching! Above all, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The club lounge is excellent! The foreign staff spoke Japanese and were friendly and welcoming with smiles. As a couple who loves cruises, the dining atmosphere reminded us of a luxury cruise ship, which lifted our spirits. At night, we enjoyed music and drinks at a hidden bar, making it a wonderful day. My wife was thrilled to meet Celine (the dog). Since she’s not always there, those who want to meet her should inquire in advance. She’s adorable! Since it's a new hotel, I believe it will only get better, but I have two requests: As it's a suite, it would be nice to have a refrigerator in the bedroom as well. Also, I’d appreciate having bar soap available. We’ll definitely visit again! Thank you for your hospitality.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed in a room with access to the Gold Lounge. The room was spacious, and the bay view from the window was absolutely stunning. The night view was beautiful as well. The lounge had a very calm atmosphere, and the fact that it wasn’t self-service added to its appeal. While the quantity wasn’t abundant, the offerings were satisfying. With convenient access, I would love to stay here again.
