    Thank you very much.

    We stayed here to visit Junglia. The Room and the bath were spacious, clean, and very nice. The meals were also very delicious. What stood out most was the staff. Thank you very much. We will definitely come again. Just one thing: the road leading to the Hotel at the end is narrow, so we hope it can be improved a little more.

    I had a very relaxin...

    I had a very relaxing stay. The Facility was new and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and kind, which made me feel at ease. Breakfast was also excellent. Dinner felt reasonably priced and tasted good, but it wasn’t quite memorable; for the price, it seemed fair, though I think I would have been even more satisfied if there had been more of an Okinawan touch or something special. Still, the staff’s smiles and kindness were truly comforting, and overall I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    We stayed for our wedding anniversary and were pleasantly surprised with a cake plate gift at breakfast and many congratulatory words from the staff, making our stay very enjoyable. The room was spacious, and the furnishings were all tasteful. Next time, we would love to try cooking in the room.

    The location offers ...

    The location offers a stunning view of Kouri Island Bridge, so we recommend staying on higher floors. Equipped with ReFa hair dryers and straighteners, the amenities are well-prepared and sufficient. The restaurant is located in a separate building. Since there was no dinner-included Plan available, you may need to Reserve separately, which could be slightly inconvenient. Room service might be a nice addition. Dinner was average, but breakfast exceeded expectations and was exceptionally delicious.

    A Hotel I want to visit again.

    This hotel, which opened in March 2025, caught my attention with its stunning facilities showcased on the website, so I made a reservation. As a result, it turned out to be such a wonderful stay that my children have already requested to spend next year’s New Year holidays here again. The room we stayed in was a Garden Suite suitable for children. It was spacious enough, clean, and had simple interiors that created a relaxing atmosphere. The room was equipped with amenities like a washing machine, Balmuda oven, and mini kitchen. This allowed us to handle situations like our kids wanting to bake bread and meat for breakfast or needing to wash clothes after getting them dirty—things that would usually be challenging at an ordinary hotel—just as if we were at home. These features were incredibly helpful during our 3-night stay. What impressed me even more than the facilities was the exceptional service provided by the staff members. Despite being busy, everyone offered warm and attentive service at all times. They recommended many delicious restaurants and provided free shuttle service within Kouri Island multiple times during our stay. The dining section received only three stars because of some delays during breakfast: dishes took over 30 minutes from seating to arrive; first drinks were served only after we reminded them despite food already being on the table; and requests made the day before were not accommodated. Although they sincerely apologized for these issues—which made me hesitate about mentioning this—the food itself was delicious but felt overshadowed by these inconveniences. While Kouri Island lacks convenience stores or supermarkets and may seem inconvenient location-wise at first glance, it is just 20–30 minutes away from places like Jungleia or Churaumi Aquarium. The beautiful scenery and quiet nights have made it one of my favorite spots in Okinawa. Thank you for taking care of us over these three days! We look forward to visiting again soon!

    Enjoyed a relaxing one-night stay after the cruise trip.

    After a cruise trip from Naha, we visited as a family to relax. We visit Okinawa several times a year, but this time, since it was also a family member's birthday, we decided to spend some quiet time on Kouri Island and chose the newly opened Baton Suite. When we mentioned the birthday during the Reservation, they prepared various surprises for us... my family was very happy. Thank you so much to all the Hotel and restaurant staff. The Room was quiet, spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like an iron, curling iron, hairdryer (all by ReFa), and even a ReFa showerhead that made our hair shiny—this made me very happy. During the yacht club cruise trip earlier on our journey where only spa baths were available for relaxation, my whole family appreciated being able to unwind here. When we requested Okinawan cuisine for dinner and consulted with the staff about nearby options, they kindly made Reservations at a nearby restaurant and even provided Shuttle Service. They also mentioned offering Shuttle Service for stargazing! However, since we were tired from our cruise trip earlier in the day, we went to bed early. Waking up in the middle of the night and stepping out onto the balcony revealed stunning starry skies that could be enjoyed right from our Room. All of our accumulated laundry from traveling by ship was taken care of while we slept—it truly felt like an all-inclusive experience at this Hotel! At nightfall near Christmas season now—the poolside illuminations along with festive decorations were beautiful too! Since it’s not overly large-scale accommodation-wise everywhere remained peaceful yet pristine; every member within my family expressed immense joy throughout their stay here. With complimentary drinks stocked abundantly inside mini-kitchen refrigerators alongside everything else offered overall—it feels almost wasteful staying just one night alone honestly speaking henceforth next summer/springtime surely planning another relaxed revisit ahead again soon hopefully!! Many thanks once more sincerely appreciated altogether!!

    A Satisfying 3-Night, 4-Day Stay

    Some reviews are less favorable, but the staff's service was consistently excellent, allowing us to have a wonderful time. The meals at the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner, were delicious. The original cocktails were easy to drink and absolutely fantastic. (Service fees were clearly listed on the menu in advance.) As this was a multiple night stay, the staff kindly offered room cleaning every day; however, we declined due to our circumstances. Despite this, they prepared fresh bath towels and pajamas outside our door daily during our outings, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the shuttle service around the island using a tuk-tuk was incredibly helpful. Since we had children with us, they accommodated our schedule perfectly without any hesitation or displeasure from any of the staff—truly impressive service! If I have another chance to visit Kouri Island, I would definitely love to stay at this accommodation again. Thank you very much!

    A facility like a serviced apartment

    The facility is well-built with excellent soundproofing, a slightly larger refrigerator, an oven microwave, a fully automatic washing machine, and an IH stove. It also features a daybed, a large sofa, and a bedroom that can be closed off with soundproof doors for privacy if someone wants to sleep earlier. The facility is impeccable overall. However, since the floor is made of stone, it might hurt if small children fall. That said, the all-suite accommodation truly matches its price. Unfortunately, the meals were very disappointing. While they looked delicious in photos and at first glance—salad was ordinary—the further into the course we went, the saltier everything became. The bouillabaisse seemed over-reduced; it was so salty that I could only eat the toppings instead of enjoying the broth's flavor. As for the octopus paella—it was overwhelmingly salty to the point my tongue felt numb! Was this even taste-tested? The octopus looked promising but ended up being too salty to enjoy properly. It felt like eating this could make one feel unwell. Breakfast was average as well; since food is such an important part of travel enjoyment for me—even though I liked this accommodation—I probably wouldn’t return because of this disappointment. Oh! But on a positive note—the acai bowl at breakfast was delicious!

    A hotel I would like to stay at again

    I stayed in the Garden Suite for 4 nights and 5 days in early October. Since I was traveling with my 2-year-old child, I prioritized room size when searching for accommodation and found BATON SUITE Okinawa Kouri Island. The hotel, being newly opened, was very stylish and clean. The view of the Kouri Bridge from the front desk was breathtaking. The room was more spacious than expected, providing plenty of space for my child to run around freely. The bedroom could be divided with a movable partition, allowing us to ensure our child could nap or sleep at night comfortably. Towels and amenities were well-stocked, and items like the hairdryer, hair iron, and showerhead were all unified with Refa products—something my wife greatly appreciated. 500ml bottled water was available free of charge near the hotel entrance and poolside—a very convenient service given that shopping options on Kouri Island are limited. Additionally, having a washing machine in the room allowed us to do laundry daily, which helped reduce our luggage during our 4-night stay. On Kouri Island itself, there is a free shuttle service using carts that we utilized to visit izakayas (Japanese pubs) and spots where we could enjoy beautiful stargazing views. From the highest point on Kouri Island, we saw an incredible starry sky that thrilled both us and our child. The staff members were kind and attentive; unlike large resort hotels with many rooms, this accommodation had fewer rooms which created a closer connection with staff members—a warm and homely atmosphere overall. Even when my child got noisy jumping around excitedly at times, all staff responded kindly with smiles. With attractions like Churaumi Aquarium or Neo Park nearby—allowing us to return conveniently for our child's nap after morning outings—this trip worked out perfectly for us. There were no complaints or concerns during this stay; overall it turned out to be an extremely satisfying trip. This is definitely an accommodation I would love to stay at again—and one I can confidently recommend to others as well. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!

    It was a very good accommodation.

    Although our stay was short at 2 nights and 3 days due to scheduling, we had a wonderful time at the villa. Despite arriving much later than planned for check-in, the staff provided warm and accommodating service both over the phone and upon arrival, for which we are very grateful. We stayed to celebrate our daughter's birthday, and they even prepared beautiful decorations in the room. The room itself was perfect for families with children; the daybed was convenient, and there were plenty of towels and amenities that met all our needs. Having a washer-dryer in the room was incredibly helpful as it allowed us to pack fewer clothes, leaving extra space in our suitcase on departure for souvenirs like drinks or cosmetics. The facilities were well-equipped for comfortable living, and anything not available in the room could be borrowed from reception—including toys—leaving no complaints whatsoever. From our room, we enjoyed breathtaking views of Kouri Bridge and the ocean—a truly stunning sight! At night, looking up from the terrace revealed a sky full of stars so vivid that even smartphone cameras captured them beautifully without any editing needed. For dinner on our first night and breakfast on day two, we dined at OCTO within the facility. While I plan to leave detailed feedback directly with OCTO later, every dish was delicious—we ended up ordering more than intended because everything looked so good! Though an early checkout prevented us from having breakfast on departure day as planned, staff kindly proposed an alternative arrangement despite this being entirely due to our own schedule—an act of thoughtfulness that left us deeply appreciative. Great facilities? Check. Amazing views? Check. But what truly makes this place special is its exceptional staff quality—their attentiveness sets them apart. While I haven’t traveled extensively throughout my life thus far among accommodations I've experienced; their hospitality here stands out by far—not just routine explanations but genuine conversations filled with care & understanding made all difference! Thank you sincerely once again! By way side note: We also visited popular Jungleia nearby (less than twenty minutes away) plus enjoyed local spots such as Malasada shop near Kouri Bridge alongside various food trucks around area too! Limited space prevents further elaboration—but rest assured unforgettable memories await here!

    Had the best time!

    During my stay at Daiwa Roynet, I learned about this accommodation's opening and decided to visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hospitality of the staff was exceptional, allowing me to have a truly wonderful time. The bath towels in the room were so pleasant that I wanted to purchase them; I would love to know where they are from. The meals were very delicious, but it was unfortunate that the portions were too large for me to finish. It would be appreciated if there were a wider variety of alcoholic beverages available. Overall, it is an excellent hotel that I would recommend to my acquaintances.

    Would love to stay again.

    Stayed for 2 nights. 【What we liked】 The staff were all kind and interacted warmly with our child, which made us happy. The room was spacious, and the birthday decorations delighted our child. The washing machine was very useful. Even from the first floor, we could see Kouri Bridge from the room, which was great. The restaurant was stylish, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. 【Areas for improvement】 The WiFi signal was weak and often disconnected. Since the TV is fixed to the wall without nearby outlets, we couldn't connect our FirestickTV device. It would be helpful to have an accessible HDMI port with a nearby outlet available (though YouTube can be watched as is, logging in seems restricted due to ads). There seemed to be a dehumidifier above the washing machine that made noise at night but couldn’t be operated; this caused inconvenience (we ended up unplugging it). We’d appreciate more variety in children's breakfast options (currently only Western-style meals are available; however, my child doesn’t eat bacon or sausages—having Japanese options like natto, mentaiko, or shirasu would be nice). Families with children seem limited to staying on the first floor; however, since soundproofing of floors appears good enough, we'd love to stay on higher floors with better views next time (on the first floor you need to keep lace curtains closed as people pass by outside). We suggest allowing families with children on vertical rows across 1st–3rd/4th floors instead of restricting them horizontally along one row on just one floor. Overall though it’s a great facility! Unfortunately due to bad weather this time we couldn’t fully enjoy activities like swimming in the sea or pool—but we're looking forward to trying again next time!

    We stayed for two nights in mid-August as a family trip to visit Junglian. Our family of four (my wife, 19-year-old son, and 16-year-old son) stayed in a Premier Ocean Suite on the 4th floor. The room was very spacious and did not feel cramped even with this arrangement. With two twin beds and one double bed, I slept separately on the large sofa, which was comfortable enough. From the balcony accessible only to guests staying on the 4th floor, we enjoyed beautiful night views and stargazing. Although great care is taken, there are inevitably some insects on the balcony; those who dislike bugs should be aware of this. If I had to mention one improvement point, it would be having more power outlets around areas other than near the twin beds. From check-in onwards, we felt warmly welcomed by all staff members' attentiveness and hospitality. Above all else, the view from our room was stunning, and its spaciousness made for a relaxing stay. The bathroom also featured carefully selected facilities and amenities with breathtaking views that offered an extraordinary experience. Breakfast included both Japanese and Western options; we tried both styles during our stay and found them delicious. Using Okinawan vegetables and meats added flavor while providing generous portions that left us full each morning. In terms of location convenience: The nearest convenience store is about a 10-minute drive away by car—so bringing any necessary items beforehand is recommended—but complimentary drinks like beer, chu-hi (Japanese cocktails), soft drinks were stocked in-room refrigerators along with light snacks available near reception making things convenient overall. At checkout time even my sons expressed wanting longer stays here because they enjoyed themselves so much! It became such wonderful memory-filled experience—thank you very much!

    Check-in at the lobby with a stunning view and enjoy unlimited delicious juice. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with high-end appliances such as Refa showerheads, hairdryers, irons, and curling irons. The microwave and air purifier were from Balmuda, while the washing machine was a Sharp drum type. Detergent was always provided upon request. The shampoo had a pleasant scent and left hair smooth after washing. The ability to separate the bedroom from the living room made it ideal for families with children. Even the slippers were luxurious and fluffy, adding to the satisfaction of every amenity provided. Take-home amenities included items like playing cards, Jenga, Uno, ball games, etc., all thoughtfully arranged for enjoyment during your stay. The on-site restaurant offered excellent taste, pricing, and service quality. Dinner menus were diverse enough to visit 3-4 times during our stay without getting bored. While prices may seem high at first glance, considering portion sizes and quality made it feel like great value for money as everything was prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients—it was truly delicious. For early morning departures to Jungleia (Janguria), they accommodated takeout requests flexibly despite last-minute changes or special needs we had—showing exceptional hospitality throughout our stay! Although there were minor issues like reservations not being recorded correctly or meal preferences not communicated properly (e.g., Japanese vs Western), these did not overshadow how amazing their staff's service truly felt overall. The pool featured shallow areas safe enough even for small children who enjoyed themselves immensely; plenty of float rentals available alongside an efficient bug-removal system ensured cleanliness despite slightly warm water temperatures—allowing us daily fun in what often felt like private usage due low guest numbers around! Thanks partly due affordable pricing secured this time round too—we’d love returning again someday soon given how fantastic everything turned out here overall! Thank you so much!

    Stayed in the Premier Ocean Suite on 6/30. **What I liked:** ○ The staff's service was excellent. Everyone greeted and assisted us with a smile, striking a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. ○ We stayed on the 4th floor, but the view from the lobby was the most beautiful—possibly the best in Kouri Island. ○ The pool isn't large, but it was very clean with no insects floating around. It was relaxing to spend time there. Having rental float rings would make it even better. ○ Our plan included breakfast and dinner (full course), both of which were absolutely delicious. If you stay here, I highly recommend enjoying both meals at the accommodation! The shrimp ajillo was especially tasty, and the restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere that made us feel comfortable. ○ The view from the bathroom was stunning (though it's quite visible from outside, so staying on the 4th floor is highly recommended). ○ There’s a terrace on the 4th floor where you can enjoy an incredibly beautiful night sky view. ○ In the morning, listening to birds chirping while relaxing on our balcony overlooking the ocean was simply perfect. **What could be improved:** ○ The air conditioning in our bedroom didn’t cool down enough despite lowering its temperature multiple times—it got so warm that I woke up several times during the night (there is an AC unit in this room, right?). ○ While male staff at dinner provided excellent service, some interactions with younger female staff felt slightly careless or rushed—a rare observation for me but worth mentioning as it happened more than once during our stay. ○ There wasn’t any luggage rack available in our room which made organizing belongings inconvenient. ○ Although there’s ground coffee available for brewing manually—I personally found using capsules easier & wished they’d offered capsule-style coffee machines instead! *(Just personal preference here.)* This new hotel had few reviews online initially making me hesitant—but turned out delivering such memorable experiences overall thanks largely due to attentive hospitality alongside amazing food quality being standout highlights above all else! While scenic views might not necessarily surpass other hotels nearby entirely; recommending future guests prioritize booking accommodations specifically located atop fourth-floor levels whenever possible ensuring optimal enjoyment throughout their stays ahead accordingly!

    A cozy Hotel.

    Stayed in mid-April, three weeks after the opening. The room was spacious with a calm interior, making it very comfortable. The bed and sofa were firm, which I personally liked. However, the provided shampoo and conditioner didn’t suit me and left my hair slightly rough. Breakfast is served at the neighboring restaurant, requiring a walk along an outdoor pathway; you’ll need an umbrella if it rains. I had Japanese-style breakfast with a wide variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. Beautiful views can be enjoyed from both the lobby and rooms, but the chairs within the hotel premises were also very comfortable for relaxing while admiring the scenery. Overall satisfaction was high, and I would love to stay again!

    The Room was very spacious and comfortable. I used the Refa showerhead for the first time, and it was incredibly pleasant and impressive. A mobile phone charger was provided, and the quality of amenities and Facilities was excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay. The food at the restaurant was also very delicious. For dinner, I enjoyed Mediterranean cuisine, and for breakfast, Japanese dishes were served. Both were carefully prepared and highly satisfying. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Although the weather wasn't ideal, I was soothed by the beautiful scenery and delicious meals, making it a truly wonderful experience.
