    It was a very relaxing stay.

    I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel has excellent transportation access and gives a very modern impression among hotels in Fukuoka. The bar stays open late, and the large public bath, sauna, cold bath, and outdoor air bath were all available, which was very convenient. Although I couldn't try the dining options this time, I noticed others enjoying the café on the terrace with a panoramic view of Fukuoka city—a rare luxury experience. There is also teppanyaki available, so I hope to visit again when I have the chance. Thank you very much!

    It has become my favorite Hotel.

    This was my first stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a luxurious interior design with an amazing view from the window. It was great that the drinks in the refrigerator were included in the room rate, so I didn’t have to worry about additional charges. Although I knew in advance that there were no rental wear or shoes at the fitness gym, I brought my own and used it comfortably. Surprisingly for a luxury-class hotel, there was a self-service laundry facility where I could quickly wash my workout clothes, which made my stay even more convenient. I enjoyed dinner through room service, breakfast, and even lunch after checkout. Does the chef have a special fondness for tuna? The menu featured items like tuna confit and tuna mousse—tuna seemed to stand out just a bit! This has become my favorite accommodation among all those I've stayed at in Fukuoka so far.

    I stayed at the accommodation to celebrate my wife's birthday. Directly connected to Tenjin Station, it was very convenient, especially during the hot season, as we could go straight to the hotel without stepping outside. The staff's smiles and excellent service were delightful and exceptional. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive, with both the view and cuisine being outstanding—truly satisfying. The lounge and room were clean, comfortable, and provided a pleasant experience.

    Perfect Hotel for a Rewarding Stay.

    Stay at "ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL," directly connected to Tenjin Station in Fukuoka. With direct access from the airport via subway, the location is incredibly convenient. The standard room I chose was spacious, featuring a living area and a large TV. The bathroom was also roomy, and there was even a terrace with an amazing view—city lights of Hakata at night and natural sunlight in the morning made for a perfect stay. The hotel offers plenty of relaxing spaces like courtyards and lounges where you can enjoy unlimited drinks, snacks, desserts, and ice cream. At the library lounge, indulge in wine or coffee with snacks while reading your favorite book for a luxurious experience. The bed was soft and comfortable for restful sleep. Breakfast on the 19th floor at "THE KITCHEN" is buffet-style with freshly baked bread that’s deliciously paired with local ingredients—all dishes were excellent! The French toast with its brûlée-like crust was especially delightful. On the second day, I enjoyed Japanese breakfast featuring rice cooked in Vermicular pots along with thick salmon slices and clam soup—a high-quality traditional meal. At "THE ROOF" rooftop bar, sipping cocktails during sunset offered an unparalleled sense of luxury. For relaxation after sightseeing, there’s also a public bath complete with sauna facilities, cold baths, and an outdoor air-bathing space. Rejuvenating in the sauna followed by enjoying fresh air on the terrace while soaking up Tenjin's city sounds created an unforgettable experience unique to this accommodation—I never expected such rejuvenation during my trip. Every moment here feels indulgent; it’s perfect for special occasions or as a little reward getaway!

    Elegant Sky Hotel Stay

    From the moment I arrived at the Hotel, I was amazed by the sophisticated and stylish atmosphere! It was incredibly helpful that they stored my luggage both before and after check-in. The Room was, of course, spacious and impressive, but I was especially surprised by the size of the TV! I enjoyed a movie night with friends while indulging in treats from the Room's minibar. The public bath is compact but still allowed me to stretch out and relax. Ending with ice cream from the lounge made for a perfect set experience. I would love to visit again if I have another opportunity!

    Panoramic Night View of Fukuoka

    This was my first stay at ONE FUKUOKA, traveling from Kansai. The accommodation offers a stunning view of Fukuoka's beautiful nightscape, truly the perfect location. The lounge provided a wide variety of options and created an elegant atmosphere that felt special no matter where you were. What stood out the most was the private sauna. From the sauna terrace, you could enjoy panoramic views of the night scenery, as if floating in mid-air. It was a luxurious and extraordinary experience that left both my mind and body completely refreshed. I would love to visit again when I return to Fukuoka. For dinner, I chose Italian cuisine. Every dish was enticing, and meals delivered from the open kitchen were perfect in aroma, presentation, and temperature. You could feel the care put into each dish for an exceptionally satisfying dining experience. Next time, I’d like to try their teppanyaki as well. The breakfast buffet also exceeded expectations. With an extensive selection of dishes available, I enjoyed a relaxing morning while admiring beautiful views—an ideal way to start the day with comfort. I will definitely return on my next trip to Kyushu!

    The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and I had a great time. The public bath was much smaller than expected, and with only two washing areas, it might not be very convenient to use. However, the bathroom in the room was sufficiently spacious. The front desk setup was different from typical hotels, making it a bit hard to find, but overall I would like to stay here again.     Stylish Hotel with attentive young staff. While some functionality is compromised for design (such as the shower placement in the public bath, lack of a hairdryer, or room lighting being dim for older guests), prioritizing the overall concept is important to maintain individuality. The lounge offers minimal but high-quality drinks and snacks—just enough without being overly abundant like The Ritz-Carlton, allowing guests to still enjoy dining out in the city without feeling overwhelmed. It also avoids crowding, making it just right. The location is unbeatable, directly above Tenjin Subway Station with the hotel entrance conveniently located just past the building's main entrance opposite the ticket gates. Room layout and bathtubs seem inspired by Aman Tokyo—smaller in scale with a different bed orientation but more calming this way. The view from the balcony was great, and breakfast was delicious too. The razor provided as an amenity looks stylish but doesn’t cut well; Tokyo’s Hotel Okura has better razors by far. Looking forward to seeing expansions into other cities!

    I want to stay here again on my next trip to Fukuoka.

    We stayed at the accommodation during a trip to Fukuoka with three friends. I arrived earlier than the others, so I checked in first and enjoyed the sauna and lounge. The public bath felt slightly compact but had an outdoor relaxation space, which was refreshing. In the lounge, I indulged in a fruit tart and café latte. The espresso machine was impressive, producing a latte with incredibly delicious crema that amazed me! The guest room had complimentary items in the fridge along with delightful snack options. The balcony offered a stunning view of Hakata Bay, and the night breeze made it a perfect girls' trip experience. Breakfast featured an appealing selection of main dishes that made it hard to choose; I opted for the salmon and avocado open sandwich. It was beautifully presented and delicious! My friends ordered pho and French toast, both of which were exceptional as well. Every detail—from plates to cutlery—was sophisticated, adding to the sense of luxury. Although newly opened, all staff provided attentive service at just the right distance for comfort. Checking out left me wishing I could stay longer. With its excellent location offering easy access everywhere, I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Fukuoka!

    A Highly Satisfying Hotel Stay

    The access from the subway station is very straightforward, and I was amazed by the incredible view from the 19th floor, which gave a sense of extraordinary escape despite being in the city. The Room had a balcony with a stunning ocean view, was spacious, and came with well-equipped amenities, making it highly satisfying. The lounge offered everything from coffee to alcohol and light snacks. The library had an extensive selection of books, allowing for a relaxing time while reading. For breakfast, I enjoyed a Japanese set meal. The buffet dishes were also delicious, and by the time freshly cooked rice arrived, I was already fully satisfied. The staff were incredibly kind, and the food was excellent—this has become one of my favorite Hotels in Fukuoka! I would love to stay again. My whole family was very pleased!

    Baby-friendly! Everything is perfect at this Hotel.

    I heard about a lovely Hotel near Tenjin and stayed for one night with four women and a 10-month-old baby, making it five of us. It was easy to access from Hakata with just one train ride, and the area is surrounded by stylish buildings and restaurants. I wished we had opted for a Multiple Night Stay. Upon arriving at the lobby, we were amazed by the stunning view that overlooked both the sea and cityscape, reminiscent of Kobe! The lobby also serves as a restaurant where we were seated on rooftop sofa seats in the evening. The beautiful scenery made it an ideal spot for dates. The food was delicious, and the staff were always smiling and approachable, creating an incredibly comfortable atmosphere. The Room offered an expansive view of the city through large windows as soon as we entered, providing a sense of openness. It was impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches like baby guards on beds. Although our baby didn’t use them yet, there were mini bathrobes and pajamas prepared—showing their utmost hospitality. The restaurant also provided high chairs for babies, ensuring a safe stay even with little ones. Snacks and drinks in both our Room and library area were complimentary; this allowed us to enjoy drinks even without going out at night! There were local specialties like Hakata-style kawara senbei snacks too—letting us experience Fukuoka during our stay! Since I had my baby with me, I couldn’t visit the public bath; however, our private bathroom was wonderful too. Amenities included PD Stay skincare products that felt great to use morning or night. My friend used the public bath which included a sauna; she said it felt so good that she fell asleep during her outdoor cooling session after using it! Breakfast was served at an adjacent restaurant featuring open spaces with beautiful views. At its center stood an open kitchen where chefs prepared fresh dishes on demand. You could choose one main dish while enjoying other items buffet-style—including freshly baked fluffy bread rolls or unique options like Massaman curry or creamy yogurt. There was sparkling wine available in addition to plenty of appetizers—a sparkling wine called Casa stood out as particularly delicious! I ordered pho noodles which tasted amazing too. Overall satisfaction exceeded expectations—I would love to visit again someday! Thank you very much!

    First of all, the staff were excellent. Although the front panel operation was a bit off, they handled it well with an apology and constant smiles. Their explanations were clear and precise. During our multiple night stay, I requested a room change on the second day because I liked the terrace, and they kindly accommodated my request with pleasant conversation, making the transition smooth. The Terrace Twin Room was stunning. The view changed from city to ocean, which was wonderful. The bath had strong water pressure and filled up quickly. The sauna and large public bath allowed access to an outdoor area, which felt refreshing. The in-room refrigerator was complimentary as well. For breakfast on the first day, we had Japanese cuisine featuring thick salmon slices and freshly cooked rice that tasted amazing. On the second day, French toast with a crispy surface paired perfectly with whipped cream—delicious! The lounge for guests offered ice cream, snacks, coffee milk drinks, amazake (sweet sake), which were delightful treats to enjoy while relaxing on the garden terrace for some tranquility. If there’s one thing to mention as a downside—it would be that the gym felt somewhat underwhelming. Even just visiting the front lobby at its top floor felt great! Having stayed at Ritz-Carlton before too—this accommodation holds its own without falling short by any means! Convenient subway access directly from Basement Level 2 made transportation easy; though usually opting taxis previously found trains surprisingly practical here alongside shopping convenience within same building complex nearby stores available around vicinity! Highly recommend rooms featuring terraces overlooking inner courtyard separated via shared hallway yet blinds drawn still provide privacy despite occasional passing staff who maintain such welcoming atmosphere overall creating serene resort-like ambiance amidst bustling Tenjin district offering peaceful retreat vibes unique experience truly exceptional choice when staying Fukuoka absolutely loved every moment spent here!!

    An Extraordinary Experience in Tenjin

    After check-in, I was able to use the complimentary lounge and relax in the courtyard. It felt like an extraordinary escape, unimaginable in the heart of Tenjin—absolutely amazing! I also made a reservation for dinner, and the night view was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff selected wines that paired perfectly with the dishes, making it a wonderful experience. The room was very functional, and having a bedtime service reminiscent of a Ryokan added a special touch. I would love to stay here again!

    Excellent Hotel hospitality.

    I stayed here for the first time with high expectations, and the hospitality exceeded them. The room facilities, atmosphere, and especially the sunset view of Hakata Bay from the terrace were outstanding. I often use hotels in Tokyo and across the whole country, but it’s rare to find a hotel with such a high level of satisfaction. Although it’s newly opened and there might be areas for improvement or inexperience, I was completely satisfied this time.     Directly connected to the station with excellent access, the impressive entrance welcomes you. The quality of amenities is outstanding, surpassing other Hotels. Breakfast and in-room snacks are collaborations with local shops, offering a true taste of Fukuoka. The view of Tenjin from the large windows is breathtaking. Before check-in, a staff member greeted me near the elevator on the first floor, leaving a great impression with their kindness and fresh demeanor. The check-in process was both very polite and smooth. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a stunning view of Tenjin city through floor-to-ceiling windows, which were truly impressive. As expected from a modern hotel, everything was clean and stylish. The arrangement of items and spatial design made it incredibly comfortable to stay in. The refrigerator was stocked with an excellent selection of drinks, all complimentary for guests to enjoy—a delightful touch! The public bath was slightly compact but still provided enough space to relax comfortably. Due to my schedule, I didn’t use the sauna this time but look forward to trying it during my next visit. Breakfast featured a half-buffet style with main dish options. The buffet included salads, cold cuts like ham and salmon, cereals, bread, etc.—a light yet satisfying selection complemented by your choice of main dish. I chose French toast as my main dish; its caramelized crispy surface paired perfectly with the soft egg batter inside—cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. When I noticed strawberries displayed at the buffet table and asked if they were available for eating too, one of the service staff responded immediately with a warm smile: "Of course! How many would you like?" (I appreciated that they didn’t say something like "Let me check," which felt exceptional.) Shortly after that interaction, they brought over chilled strawberries beautifully plated. Beyond just comfort itself lies this hotel's standout feature—the incredible hospitality provided by its staff members. I would love to visit again!

    We stayed as a group...

    We stayed as a group of three friends. The excellent accessibility allowed us to reach the accommodation without ever stepping outside from the airport, and we were amazed by the open view visible from the lobby upon arrival! The room was filled with pleasant sunlight, decorated with houseplants and calming furnishings, creating a relaxing space that made us wish we could live in such a home. We were also delighted that all drinks and snacks in the refrigerator were complimentary! The lounge on the 18th floor featured a wonderful library and an abundant selection of coffee, ice cream, snacks, and more available anytime. The freshly squeezed juice in the morning was another highlight. Both the front desk staff and those who guided us to our room provided exceptionally pleasant service, allowing us to feel at ease throughout our stay. My friends who stayed with me said it was their best hotel experience so far, which made all of us very satisfied. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Fukuoka!

    A hotel with the best cost-performance and diaper service.

    I am a woman in my late 20s. Although I was aware of this accommodation, I hadn't stayed before due to the high price. However, I recently had the opportunity to stay and decided to give it a try... It was amazing. The interior and room surrounded by modern art, the lounge snacks that change content depending on the time of day, and even the drinks and snacks in the room being different from those in the lounge showed exceptional attention to detail. The location is excellent, and the view from the terrace is stunning. Since no insects came in, I could leave my room open for hours while enjoying the night view. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that after using the public bath, my skin dried out quickly—perhaps due to sterilizing agents in the water—but since it's not an Onsen accommodation, that's understandable. My mother who stayed with me loved it so much she said: "If I ever run away from home, look for me here." The staff uniforms were stylish, their service was outstanding as well. The Basque cheesecake available as a souvenir is exceptionally delicious—I highly recommend it! Definitely planning a return visit! Thank you for an incredible stay!

    Overall, the best Hotel in Fukuoka!!

    The staff, space, and facilities were all perfect! Especially, the room offered a distant view of the sea with a stunning sunset. It felt like time was flowing slowly, which is hard to believe in Tenjin. The large public bath and library made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely visit again when I come to Fukuoka!

    An Extraordinary Stay in the Heart of Tenjin

    I finally visited the One Fukuoka Hotel, a place I had been wanting to go since it opened. As expected from a highly anticipated hotel in Fukuoka, I was really looking forward to it! We stayed as a family and were very satisfied! The Room was spacious! We stayed on the 18th floor, and since most buildings in Hakata are low-rise, the view from the Room was breathtaking. You can see all of Hakata at a glance, with an expansive view that I had never seen before—it made me feel incredibly happy! At night, we dined at the restaurant on the 19th floor. Everything we ate was delicious and very satisfying. They even made special pasta for our child, who happily devoured it. The large public bath featured state-of-the-art saunas and an outdoor balcony where you could enjoy a pleasant breeze—pure bliss. Breakfast was also excellent; everything tasted great, especially the Japanese set meal which was hearty and something I'd love to have again! The Facility itself is impressive as expected, but what stood out most were the staff members' exceptional hospitality—it truly made our stay wonderful! Their cheerful smiles and clear communication were delightful. This is definitely a Hotel I want to visit again~

    A luxurious Hotel where you can fully experience the essence of Fukuoka.

    I traveled to Fukuoka to stay at One Fukuoka, and during my one-night, two-day trip, I had the most memorable and luxurious time. The access from Tenjin was excellent, and even though it was raining, I arrived without getting wet at all. The guest room was spacious with an open feel, offering a stunning view of the cityscape of Fukuoka—it was absolutely refreshing! What impressed me the most was the lounge. With pleasant music in the background, there were various snacks, bite-sized baked goods, coffee, tea, and freshly squeezed juice. The presentation was delightful and choosing what to enjoy added to the fun. Without needing to step outside of the Hotel at all, I indulged in a luxurious hotel stay that flew by in no time. I'll definitely come back again!!!!

During my visit, there were few people around so I could enjoy almost exclusive use of the space—it was perfect! The next morning I used it again after checking its availability on my room’s TV screen; once again I had it all to myself. For breakfast, I chose a Japanese set meal which was delicious alongside buffet options that were equally satisfying. By the time freshly cooked rice arrived at my table, I already felt completely content. The staff members were incredibly kind and attentive; their stylish uniforms added charm to their excellent service. Combined with delicious food offerings and wonderful amenities, this has become one of my favorite hotels in Fukuoka! I look forward to staying here again soon.

    A great Hotel in Fukuoka!

    It was an absolutely wonderful stay! I was surprised to find such a refreshing Hotel right in the heart of Tenjin. From the 19th floor, I could even see the ocean with an unexpected ocean view. Drinks in the room were free to enjoy, and I could relax at the lounge. The lounge offered ice cream, simple snacks, and cakes, making it perfect for reading or unwinding. There’s also a gym available for exercise! With great access to all tourist spots, this is definitely a must-stay when visiting Fukuoka!
