    I was able to relax.

    We stayed here with my wife for her birthday. We had high expectations because of the positive Reviews, and it truly lived up to them. The property feels spacious and refined, and since it is still new, everything was spotless throughout, making our stay very comfortable. Above all, the bath and sauna were excellent and left us feeling refreshed. We chose a basic Room type, but it was more than spacious enough, with furnishings that felt luxurious and great value for money. The food was nothing particularly memorable, and I felt there is room for improvement. We had Western cuisine this time, but next time we plan to try Japanese cuisine. I hope you will continue to maintain this level of quality.

    Wonderful Hotel!

    I was looking for an Accommodation to visit Sumatakyo Gorge and Oigawa Lakeside Station, and happened to find this Hotel on a Reservation site—but it was better than expected. The Room was new, clean, and spacious. The interior throughout is stylishly designed. The service was excellent. Both the drinks and amenities were thoughtfully selected. And the dark brown Onsen (pH 8.6) felt silky and gentle on the skin—I wanted to soak again and again. We only had breakfast, but it featured local vegetables and fermented foods with a mild, comforting flavor. I was satisfied with everything. I wished I could have stayed longer, and I’d love to stay here again.

    Blissful Hot Springs After Climbing Mt. Fuji

    After my spouse and I climbed Mt. Fuji for the first time, we stayed at this Hotel on our way back to Osaka. Not only was the Onsen great, but the sauna facilities were excellent, and the loungewear was comfortable, so we were able to relax and rest well. Check-out was at 11:00, and even with breakfast starting at 9:00, we could take our time and enjoy it.

    It was a quiet and elegant Hotel.

    It was a wonderful Hotel with a very luxurious feel. The tea provided as an amenity was also delicious. The spa was dark, so it felt a bit unsafe to walk around alone, but it was spacious and relaxing.

    Overall it was good, but the dinner service guidance felt unfriendly.

    Dinner was delicious, but we were only given two slices of bread. If costs are tight, I would have preferred to be informed that additional bread was available for an extra charge.\nI also felt uncomfortable because the seating we were shown to seemed to differ depending on the price.

    Anniversary Trip

    We visited to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday. I wanted to surprise her, so I emailed in advance, and they suggested a wonderful Plan—thanks to that, we had an absolutely satisfying trip! We booked the girls’ get-together Plan, so we really appreciated the Shuttle Service. Even better, the driver showed us around Iwata City on the way, which made for such a fun start. The service was outstanding and truly made us happy. When we arrived at our Room, Surprise #1 was waiting—a message on the TV. My daughter was thrilled! Dinner was French cuisine that let the vegetables shine; everything was delicious and deeply impressive. Then came Surprise #2: a dessert plate! It caught my daughter completely off guard and delighted her even more. When we returned to our Room, there was a knock at the door—and a birthday cake (an additional charge, but it felt like great value compared with other places). My daughter expected there might be cake, but she was amazed by how many surprises there were!! Above all, the lush greenery made strolling through the garden a joy. The evening atmosphere with softly lit flames was beautiful—just being there felt calming. Both large public baths were excellent; perhaps thanks to the moor hot spring water, my skin felt wonderfully smooth. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was also fantastic—the plate really highlighted fresh vegetables. I was especially moved by the gentle soup and its natural vegetable sweetness. Most of all, the perfectly balanced hospitality and the Hotel’s atmosphere were exceptional! I first learned about GREENITY IWATA after hearing that my favorite artist stayed here last year—and it truly is a wonderful Hotel I’d love to visit again for anniversaries or whenever I want to slow down and reset. Even though we stayed from check-in all the way through check-out, it still didn’t feel like enough time—that’s how amazing our stay was. We would love to come back!

    Moor Onsen is quite ...

    Moor Onsen is quite rare, and it was wonderful. I left a small item behind in the Onsen, but the next day the baths were switched to the other side, so I asked at the front desk and was told it wasn’t there. It was disappointing—I wondered if it had been thrown away by housekeeping (it was a cream in a small case). The meals were very simple and delicious, but I wished there had been a bit more vegetables. The garden is small, but it was enjoyable to walk around. Everything was cleaned thoroughly, and it made for a very pleasant stay. It’s a shame that the location is not easy to get to, but I would definitely like to return if I have the chance.

    I was truly impressed!

    The Room design was wonderful, and the meals were very delicious. The garden was also a lovely space with beautifully maintained plantings. The in-room bath and sauna had a great atmosphere as well. Even though I didn’t have any particular reason to visit, it made me want to come to Iwata again.

    It exceeded my expectations.

    It’s close to the interchange, so we stopped by during our road trip. The overall Hotel and Room design were even more wonderful than we had imagined from the photos on IKYU, and everything was very practical as well. Sitting in a high chair and looking down over the garden was pure bliss. Perhaps it can’t be helped because of the brown Onsen water, but it was hard to see the steps in the bath, which felt a bit unsafe—this was the only downside. We’ll definitely stop by again.

    The Onsen was wonderful.

    From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warm hospitality was wonderful. The Hotel was comfortable, and above all, the Onsen was excellent. We were saying that if it were a little closer, we could visit more often. The only disappointment was that the Onsen floor felt slippery—perhaps there could be some measures to prevent slipping? It may not be an issue for younger guests, but as you get older, slipping must be avoided. Considering the water quality and other factors, we understand it may be unavoidable. It’s a Hotel we would like to visit again after a long time; next time we hope to stay for two nights. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    It was very comfortable!

    I made a Reservation because I was drawn to the Onsen! I was very satisfied with the silky water quality and the Facility. It wasn’t very crowded, which was great, but if it gets busy there may not be enough hair dryers. The Room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We also had dinner. It looked beautiful and tasted great! The staff kindly explained each dish, and their warm hospitality made it even more enjoyable. This is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

    We had a very relaxing stay.

    We stayed here for a family trip. As it is new, the entire property was spotless and very clean, and we were happy with the Room. Above all, the hot spring water quality was excellent. The fitness room was spacious, so each family member could enjoy it in their own way. The garden is thoughtfully designed, with seasonal flowers to enjoy, and the reading area was a wonderful idea—we enjoyed reading together in nature with our daughter. We would definitely like to stay again.

    The Facility is excellent!

    This is a Facility I’d been curious about for a while. The location is excellent, and you can really feel the attention to detail in what’s provided in the Room. However, perhaps because the concept is so particular, there were no instructions even for the Bluetooth amenities, and at check-in there was no explanation of what the Facility offers beyond the spa. There was also no guidance on where to find the rooftop bar, the mezzanine “floating” garden (?), or even their wonderful garden filled with exotic plants—so opinions may differ on whether this is an intentional choice or simply a lack of effort. Compared with how curt the front desk felt (no nod or greeting even when I passed by early in the morning), housekeeping and other staff—especially at the first-floor bar—were all very kind, and their greetings were genuinely pleasant. The baths, including the open-air bath, were impeccably clean, and the water quality was excellent. Breakfast and dinner were also very good! I’d like to visit again.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    We had a relaxing and comfortable stay in a wonderful Room and on the terrace. The staff were always smiling and kind. When making the Reservation, I didn’t read the details carefully and assumed there would be two separate beds, but it was a double bed, which made my friend and me laugh. However, it was large and spacious, so we slept very comfortably. The fixtures and switches were high-tech and stylish, so they took a little getting used to, but it was such a lovely Hotel that I’d like to stay again and become familiar with everything over time.

    Everything was perfect.

    From the moment I entered the Hotel, it smelled wonderful. The building was new, the staff were very polite, and the welcome drink came with a macaron and was delicious. There was a band made from corks at the counter, which was fun to see. The hot water was dark and left my skin feeling smooth, which I really enjoyed. We had Japanese cuisine as well—the sashimi was exceptionally delicious. It’s also reasonably priced and highly recommended. My wife is already asking when we can go again.

    Because check-in was...

    Because check-in was late and check-out was early, I couldn’t relax much, but overall the place was clean and nice. However, it felt quite dark throughout, which made it hard for me to see due to my poor eyesight. I would have appreciated a complimentary drink or a small cold refreshment after using the bath.

    This is a stylish Facility.

    I stayed here as an overnight stop on my way home from Kyoto. The Room was bright, and the high table by the window was perfect for me. The bath water is a clear brown color, like mouthwash. When I went to use the bath before heading out in the morning, I was told it was closed for cleaning from 9:00 to 10:00. For guests who are checking out, that time is valuable. It would be more convenient if cleaning could be done after everyone has checked out and before check-in. Breakfast is Japanese-style. Since the Review ratings were low, I was a bit worried. Compared with Japanese breakfasts at other Accommodation properties, it felt like there were about two fewer side dishes—mainly sashimi and a soup dish. I was also looking forward to the parfait dessert (which some people disliked), but it wasn’t served; I was told it was discontinued last year. It’s disappointing, as I wish they had kept it in some form. I don’t use body wash because it feels unpleasant to me, so I would have appreciated having a bar of soap provided. The garden is an herb garden. It hasn’t grown much yet, but in a few years I think it will become a fuller and very nice herb garden.

    Wonderful

    We stayed on a Plan without meals this time. The reception and Room guidance were both courteous and quick. It was very helpful that the welcome service could be used even after check-in the next day, especially for guests arriving late. The Room was stylish and clean. We have stayed at many Hotels, and this was truly an excellent Hotel.

    Moor Hot Spring Water

    From what I saw online, I thought it would be an upscale version of a Business Hotel, but it was a wonderful Hotel—very clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay again. However, the breakfast was disappointing. The grilled salmon is served raw and you have to cook it yourself. By the time it’s done, the rice gets cold. It would be better if they could grill it a little before serving. As someone who looks forward to breakfast, this was especially disappointing.

    This booking is for a stay without meals.

    This was my second stay. Since the meals didn’t quite match my preferences last time, I chose the No Meals Included Plan this time. Not having to worry about meal times allowed me to fully enjoy my Hotel stay. I usually don’t use the public bath much when the Room has a private Onsen, but the sauna Facility here is excellent, so I went many times. The Onsen water quality was also great and very refreshing. I’d like to visit again for a New Year’s shrine visit as well. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I stayed at your Hot...

    I stayed at your Hotel the other day. I found it on social media and heard it was an easy way to enjoy a fulfilling “staycation,” so my friend and I visited Iwata City for the first time! We used the sauna, open-air bath, and dining, and everything was clean and truly relaxing. During my stay I started feeling unwell, but you kindly called a taxi for me late at night and carefully guided me about meals such as fever-cooling sheets and rice porridge. Whenever I had a chance to see the staff, everyone checked on me with genuine concern, which made me feel that I was really glad I stayed here. Thank you so much not only for the concept-driven service and interior design, but also for handling an unexpected situation flexibly without showing any displeasure. Not only the Hotel staff, but also the taxi driver and hospital staff were all very polite and compassionate. I’m truly glad I got to visit such a wonderful city as Iwata. Thank you very much! Since I couldn’t thank you in person, this is my first time writing a Review.

    Highly recommended.

    It may feel slightly out of place for the location, but it is a very stylish and modern hotel. The room, large public bath, and dining experience were all highly satisfying, offering excellent value for money. This time, I happened to find this accommodation on IKYU.com as a stopover to my destination, but it turned out to be an unexpected gem. The staff's service was friendly yet professional and dignified, leaving a very positive impression. Next time, I might make this hotel my main destination.

    The Room was absolutely amazing.

    I stayed at the accommodation on my way back from Nagoya. Two days prior, I also stayed here but only for sleeping, so I chose the Premier Twin room. This time, as I planned to stay longer and relax, I decided to go for the Retreat Suite. The interior of the room was absolutely stunning, creating a comfortable space no matter where you were. The much-anticipated private bath in the room featured moor hot spring water and could be used as many times as desired during my stay. My skin felt smooth, and even the roughness on my heels seemed to improve. One minor point was that you need to fill up the bath yourself, making temperature adjustment slightly tricky. If possible, having bathrobes available would be an added bonus. Although I didn’t have high expectations for the view from the spacious balcony, I was pleasantly surprised by a beautiful sunrise in the morning and a clear view of Mount Fuji’s peak during daytime—it was an unexpected delight! All staff members were very pleasant and made my stay comfortable. I would love to visit again in a Retreat Suite someday—thank you for your hospitality!

    I had a great experience and would love to visit again.

    The large public bath was spacious and excellent. It was convenient to check the congestion status from the Room, allowing for a comfortable experience. The moor hot spring was particularly wonderful, leaving my skin smooth after bathing. I did not use the dining service this time, but I would love to try it on my next visit if I have the chance.

    Stylish and Delicious Relaxation Space

    The moment I entered the entrance, a pleasant fragrance welcomed me, instantly refreshing my mood. The hospitality was warm and had a stylish balance of attentiveness and space. The room was truly amazing—playful yet sophisticated, creating a chic atmosphere for adults. It was both enjoyable and relaxing. Above all, the highlight was the exquisite cuisine. I had the "Snowman" Christmas season course, and every dish was refined and absolutely delicious. Discovering such an exceptional accommodation in Iwata, which I previously had no particular image of, made me want to visit again for sure!
