    This was my first time using this service.

    The parking lot is underground, making it very convenient. There were both disposable and non-disposable slippers available, which was convenient. The bath was relaxing and helped relieve travel fatigue. The view was beautiful, and the Room was clean as well.

    This is my fourth stay at this hotel because I like it so much. While I understand the situation, it's a bit disappointing that some of my favorite breakfast items in the lounge are no longer available, such as rice wrapped in seaweed and omelets. My child was especially sad this time as the omelet they enjoyed so much last time was gone. Choosing the dinner-included option was a great decision! There are various fairs to enjoy each time, and the food is delicious. I hope the thin fries we loved can make a comeback at Restaurant Carmel!

    I had a relaxing time.

    This was our second stay, and we visited with four family members. The lounge was very relaxing, which we really enjoyed. Since it was a weekday, it wasn't too crowded and had a calm atmosphere. There were also several families with small children, but it wasn't noisy at all. The lounge's timetable content remained mostly the same as last time, with limited snacks and sweets available. During cocktail time, only light snacks like nuts were offered, so it wasn’t enough to replace a meal. For dinner, we went to the main building's lounge restaurant instead. Guests can enjoy a buffet for 2,000 yen and add an all-you-can-drink option for 1,500 yen for dinner. Although there are various restaurants near the hotel, I think 3,500 yen for both is quite reasonable. The buffet selection was average but included seasonal items like bouillabaisse and roast beef during Christmas season. The drink menu for the all-you-can-drink option included lemon sour cocktails, beer, highballs (whiskey soda), plum wine (umeshu), and shochu—though the variety was limited compared to izakayas (Japanese pubs). However, considering it's in a hotel setting with great ambiance at an affordable price point compared to pubs made up for that. We had originally reserved a luxury room but due to some issues were downgraded slightly; while smaller than expected—it sufficed just fine since we mainly used it just to sleep comfortably! Netflix & YouTube access added convenience too! Looking forward already towards another relaxed gathering here someday soon!

    It was excellent.

    Stayed for one night to attend an event at Makuhari Messe. Luggage was stored in the morning and placed in the room before check-in at night. Thank you! The room was a Deluxe Twin, offering plenty of space. The truffle salt popcorn served in the lounge at night was incredibly delicious! During breakfast, the lounge had many international guests, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The lounge is spacious, so there’s ample room even during breakfast hours. It would be nice if there were vending machines inside the hotel, but with a convenience store nearby, it wasn’t an issue. I’d love to stay here again when attending another event in Makuhari!

    The hospitality is beyond expectations, and the cost performance is excellent at this Hotel.

    This was my first stay at this accommodation. I was first impressed by the lounge service. The services during tea time and dinner time were more than sufficient, and I was amazed by the hotel's hospitality. It truly became a wonderful stay. Additionally, I learned that this location has been used for various drama shoots. The classic yet retro-gorgeous atmosphere made exploring the interior enjoyable as well. This time, I stayed in a Luxury Twin Room Type B. I really liked the room layout and would love to stay in the same type of room again. Although I requested a higher floor when making my reservation, my room was on the 2nd floor. When I mentioned to the front desk staff that I'd prefer a higher floor, they informed me that this type of room is only available on the 2nd floor. It’s unfortunate there aren’t similar rooms on higher floors... I look forward to staying here again soon!

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed here for the first time for an event at Makuhari Messe, although I usually stay elsewhere. The Room was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious, making my stay very comfortable. The only slight downside was that the sink area was located inside the Room. I had high expectations for the lounge service, but I thought it would be better if there were more snacks during evening time as it only offered light snacks. The breakfast was very satisfying and well-prepared.

    The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. It is reasonably priced as it offers only the essentials, but the service and facilities exceeded expectations for the price. The lounge was available for free use and was wonderful from afternoon tea to nighttime. While there may not have been a large variety of items, nothing felt lacking. The adorable donuts, freshly made pancakes, fresh sandwiches—all were exceptional. The donuts were not overly sweet; peanut monaka inspired by Chiba, small daifuku, macarons, crispy cookies—everything reflected the hotel's high quality. Breakfast included both Japanese and Western options with an impressive selection and taste. Even the sauces showed attention to detail; the clam tsukudani inspired by Chiba was delicious. One minor issue: The rug under our room's bed was significantly misaligned (likely due to adding an extra bed), which we had to fix ourselves—it wasn’t a major problem but slightly inconvenient as we didn’t want it left that way. We chose this hotel based on its reviews after finding no availability at Hilton hotels we considered—and personally felt it held its own in comparison! Despite differences in scale, their hospitality stood out remarkably. With many shops nearby and close proximity to the station, convenience is also excellent. If you're looking for a hotel in this price range, I highly recommend it without hesitation!

    Stayed at the accommodation during a Disney trip.

    I stayed at this accommodation during my Disney trip. It is about a 30-minute drive from Disney via the toll road. The lounge on-site offered unlimited coffee, alcohol, and some light snacks, which was very satisfying (I stayed for about 2 hours, haha). The room was spacious with a large bed and bath, making it very comfortable. There are also many restaurants in the surrounding area, so I think the nightlife would be enjoyable as well.

    You'll be fully satisfied even after staying twice!

    The first time, I stayed with a dinner-included plan (Chinese buffet), and the second time with breakfast included. The food, drinks, and sweets in the lounge were very delicious, and the view from the balcony of the Room was so relaxing. This time, I stayed for two nights to visit Disney with a friend from afar, and my friend was also very satisfied with both the lounge and the Room. The breakfast omelet was so good that I had seconds. Next time, I’d love to enjoy this Hotel leisurely on my own!

    Had a great time!

    I went on a girls' trip with my mother! It was so much fun. The hotel was not far from the station, and we arrived quickly! It seems that a new ticket gate has been added at Kaihin-Makuhari Station, making it even closer to the hotel. For dinner, we added a buffet at the neighboring hotel to our stay. Since I’m not fond of strong flavors, the food wasn’t too rich and was easy for me to enjoy! Breakfast also had mild flavors and featured ingredients from Chiba, which were delicious. The miso soup used miso from Chiba Prefecture and tasted great. We enjoyed drinks in the lounge and shopping at the outlet mall—it was such a good time! During cocktail time, it would have been nice if there were more filling options like small sandwiches or pizza along with crackers with peanut spread. I’m planning to go on another girls' trip with my mother again soon. Thank you very much!

    Eat, drink, talk, and enjoy!

    It was my first stay at this accommodation. As expected, I enjoyed a wonderful staycation with my sister and niece in a lovely room and lounge. The staff provided excellent service from check-in to check-out, which was very impressive! The lobby, adorned with chandeliers and a spiral staircase, was gorgeous and even excited my high school-aged niece. The Executive Suite Room was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The kitchen, though compact, had both a refrigerator and freezer, which were very convenient. During tea time in the lounge, the pancakes and peanut cookies were delicious, while the chilled evening drinks were thoroughly enjoyable. Breakfast featured tender braised pork belly with refined seasoning that surprisingly suited the morning meal perfectly. While I wanted to try both Western-style and Japanese dishes in small portions, I found myself fully satisfied with just the Japanese options like pickled vegetables or simmered clams—all of which were flavorful! I would love to visit again!

    Very satisfied

    I wanted to take a break on a weekday and decided to stay at a nearby accommodation. Check-in at the lounge was extremely polite, and the room, located on the second floor of the famous staircase, was cozy with no issues and had a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Since I had lounge access, I excitedly visited the lounge. I was recommended some rare wine and was absolutely satisfied! The lounge experience was delightful. Breakfast service was excellent with prompt replenishment of items when needed. I had an incredibly satisfying holiday—everything tasted great! All staff members were kind, including housekeeping staff who greeted me with smiles in passing. It truly left an impression. I will definitely visit again with a different plan next time. Though you must be busy, please continue your great work as a team. Thank you for providing such an enjoyable nearby getaway!

    Accommodation on Typhoon Days

    I made a reservation to enjoy a lounge-style hotel life. On the day of arrival, it was during a typhoon, and despite the hotel being close to the station, I arrived completely soaked from the waist down due to heavy rain. (This is unrelated to the hotel but became my most vivid memory.) Perhaps due to the weather, there weren’t many guests staying. The lobby was spacious, and the famous staircase featured in promotional videos was absolutely stunning. In the lounge, I enjoyed food and drinks that changed depending on the time of day; however, it seemed difficult to feel full just from what was offered in the lounge. On weekdays, there’s an affordable buffet at a neighboring hotel for dinner—I tried it and found it delicious. The hotel's breakfast had slightly fewer options than expected but still provided an enjoyable meal in their lovely lounge setting. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable. Additionally, I appreciated that there was a washing area and a large bathtub in the bathroom—it made for a relaxing experience overall!

    Different from the photo? No drapes.

    I stayed in the Executive Suite. In the photos on the site, the bedroom is decorated with gorgeous drape curtains. I was looking forward to that, but... they weren't there. It felt simple instead, which reduced the luxurious vibe. The room was simply spacious. However, I had a comfortable stay, so it's fine... It's still a good room, but I think it's disappointing that it looks so different from the photos. Not only is the layout different, but also the decorations don't match what was shown in pictures. That said, the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The lounge has settled down since its opening rush and became easier to use, which was nice. The Eggs Benedict at breakfast were also delicious!

    Would love to stay again.

    I chose to stay here while attending an event at Makuhari Messe, wanting to enjoy a good Hotel. The bathroom was spacious, and the mirror with lights on the sink was equipped with the latest Facility, which made me very satisfied. However, in terms of room design, it was slightly inconvenient that the sink was far from the toilet and there were no clocks or phones. For breakfast, allergy information was clearly displayed, and sausages or miso soup without dairy ingredients were very helpful for someone with allergies like me. The freshly prepared egg dishes and French toast were great as well, and the lounge was spacious and comfortable.

    The facility has an old-fashioned feel.

    The Room is clean, and the bathroom area is also well-maintained. Dinner is a Chinese order-style buffet. Although it had a somewhat old-fashioned feel, the taste was delicious. Breakfast is a buffet with unique dishes as well as Japanese cuisine, which was excellent. The lounge during the day and night was enjoyable at just the right level. As for negative points: - The elevator doors close too quickly, causing pain when bumped into. - The air conditioning in the main front lobby has a strong moldy smell. - Entering the parking lot is quite challenging due to having to curve while issuing a ticket simultaneously.

    This is my fourth stay at this accommodation. We stayed in a spacious room, which was perfect for traveling with two children, one in elementary school and the other in middle school. We opted for dinner included and enjoyed the buffet at Carmel. My middle schooler was especially delighted, saying it was very delicious! The cocktail-like drink served first might not be necessary. The restaurant staff were kind as always, just like during our previous visit. It was disappointing that the rice balls were no longer available at the lounge breakfast. However, I appreciated that the omelet staff made a smaller portion for my child. As I mentioned before, it would be helpful to clearly indicate where the ice machine is located. On the elevator, another guest asked me where it was located.

    Stayed here for the second time, and it's still great!

    Too hot to travel far, so I decided to stay overnight in Makuhari after shopping. This time, I checked in early and enjoyed both tea time and cocktail time! I chose a two-meal Plan this time; since the Chinese restaurant was closed, I opted for the buffet. The price is less than half of what you'd pay in Tokyo (laughs). The quality was more than satisfactory. This Room faced east, making it cooler in the evening without the western sun, and the view was better too (a railway view, but with fewer Keiyo Line trains running, there wasn’t much to see). As always, my shopping items were sent directly via courier service. While traveling far is nice, nearby resorts are also highly recommended. I think it's popular among young people who admire the bubble era's luxury style—such extravagant designs are rare these days!

    Is there really such a hidden gem?

    I love staying at Hotels, and even when I lived in Tokyo, I often spent my days off at a Hotel. However, due to family circumstances, I have been living in Chiba City since spring. While searching for a Hotel for a friend on IKYU.com by chance, I came across this place and decided to stay here while shopping at the Makuhari outlet. The result? Absolutely perfect! With the soaring Hotel prices in Tokyo, this quality at this price??? It was astonishing. Check-in is available from 2 PM at the lounge with lounge access included—once you check-in, you won’t feel like going out anymore. Dinner was also enjoyed at a restaurant in another building of the same Hotel and was very reasonably priced as well. The Room felt more spacious than its actual size due to its design and was very comfortable. We sent our outlet shopping items via courier service and returned almost empty-handed—a delightful discovery close to home! I plan to visit occasionally for some relaxation time.

    The rooms and shared spaces are spacious, clean, and luxurious, providing a relaxing experience for both body and mind. The service was calm and seamless, and I was satisfied with every aspect, including the meals in the lounge. I stayed in a room with a washing machine, which was very helpful on a hot day.     Accommodation for Three Generations

    Stayed with my 6-month-old grandchild At check-in, we received a message card from the staff, and they often spoke kindly to my grandchild. Perhaps feeling their kindness, my grandchild was all smiles. The two beds were arranged together, providing plenty of space and allowing us to sleep soundly. The bathroom was a separate type with a spacious bathtub. They also prepared items like a bottle sterilizer and a diaper trash bin for us. My daughter, who stayed here during her pregnancy before, was delighted this time as she could enjoy some alcohol. We hardly went out, making it a great break for my daughter who has been tired from childcare. Of course, I also had a relaxing time myself. Thank you very much!

    I used it for a frie...

    I used it for a friend's birthday, and we were given a room on the top floor where we could see the Marines' fireworks from the room, making it a wonderful experience. It was on the Club Floor, but if you expect something like other hotels' Club Floors, you might find it disappointing as there are only simple snacks besides drinks. The staff were pleasant, and it was great for a brief change of pace.

    A perfectly chilled Room is the best!

    A clean and spacious bed with a cool touch and subtly fragrant pillows... the perfect reward to soothe you in the heat! The Room is always perfectly chilled no matter when you check in, which is truly impressive and appreciated. I usually stay for one night, but I would love to enjoy a Multiple Night Stay. It's also very close to the station, surrounded by lively shops, and perfect for an evening stroll on your own when it gets cooler.

    I stayed for two nights for an event at Makuhari Messe. The front desk was hard to find. While wandering around, a lounge staff member kindly approached me, but it would be helpful to have a clear signboard. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I enjoyed freshly made pancakes at the pancake bakery. The Room was clean, spacious, and had a great view, making it very relaxing. There was a tea table but no desk or luggage rack for suitcases, which was inconvenient. Also, there was no clock in the Room, so I had to check my phone for the time frequently. I noticed some hair and dust on the floor, which bothered me slightly; however, the bathroom and toilet were very clean. Having separate spaces for the bathroom, sink area near the bed with a makeup mirror, and toilet made it feel spacious and convenient. The front desk staff provided excellent service. Although I usually stay at Hotels closer to Makuhari Messe that require less walking distance, I would consider staying here again in the future despite being slightly farther away.

    Family Travel Memories

    We stayed for 3 nights as a family of three. It was a memorable trip, and we are grateful for the room upgrade despite it being a busy season. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bathtub was large enough to relieve the day's fatigue. The air conditioning worked well, almost too well as it got chilly at night, so we turned it off while sleeping. However, the rice served at breakfast was not very tasty, which was disappointing. I hope this can be improved. The staff were very kind and worked efficiently, making our stay pleasant.

    The overall atmosphere was luxurious, and the hotel staff were pleasant. In the lounge, guests can enjoy sweets and alcoholic beverages depending on the time of day, creating a relaxing ambiance. Breakfast had fewer options but was satisfying in both taste and presentation. One disappointing aspect was that cleaning could have been better; there were leftover contact lenses and toothpicks from previous guests, as well as dust on the toilet door.

    Renovated guest rooms are sparkling clean.

    The building itself is old, but the rooms have been renovated and are spotless. The lounge (breakfast area) was also clean. Above all, the staff were dedicated and left a very positive impression. They carried luggage to the room and even came to inform us in advance about the start and end times of lounge services. Their attention to detail, such as kneeling down while explaining, conveyed a sense of care. The food and alcohol in the lounge were average. Breakfast had a slightly limited selection, leaving an ordinary impression on meals. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay. I would consider staying here again if I have business in Makuhari.

    Great location, cleanliness, price, and lounge – everything is excellent at this Hotel.

    I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, not for sightseeing but to focus on studying while staying at the Hotel. The Hotel is very close to Kaihin-Makuhari Station, and the Room was recently renovated, making it clean and well-maintained. Despite this, the price is very reasonable. The station area itself has many outlets and restaurants, making it convenient for long stays without any inconvenience. The lounge was particularly impressive; regardless of the Plan, you can freely enter from after breakfast until night. It offers light snacks and drinks during the day, as well as alcohol in the evening, providing exceptional value compared to the Room price. I stayed in a suite Room but felt that even if the Room were smaller, having access to such a lounge would make up for it entirely. For those looking to enjoy a relaxing Hotel stay, having access to this lounge is incredibly convenient. I look forward to staying here again after some time!
