2 Multiple Night Stay
A casual-style hotel. The staff wear black sweatshirts, which could be improved. Stayed at an affordable price with the hotel's opening credit. The restaurant offers delicious meals, both the breakfast buffet and evening à la carte, with well-thought-out menus. The room is not spacious but functional. However, there were water stains on the glass between the bathroom and living area, and the mirrors in the public bath were not polished enough to function properly as mirrors. Considering it's a new hotel, maintenance might need attention. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Thank you for your congratulations.
We stayed here during my husband's 60th birthday trip to Hokkaido. We were assigned a room with a great view of Mt. Yotei and were welcomed with amazing towel art, which made us very happy. Thank you! We've visited Niseko several times before and had been watching this Hotel being built from the neighboring Hotel, saying we’d like to stay once it was completed. This time, we took advantage of a very reasonable upgrade plan to the club floor, allowing us access to the lounge. However, when we visited at 5:30 PM each day, the lounge felt hot—perhaps the air conditioning is turned off until opening time? It was our first experience with such a warm club lounge. The food offerings were also sparse and didn’t change over two days; it made us think that perhaps staying on the club floor wasn’t necessary after all? Breakfast was similarly underwhelming for us and slightly disappointing. The room itself was new and clean—not particularly spacious but functional and comfortable for our stay. The highlight was definitely having Onsen water in our private bathroom! Since Onsen water is hot, we filled it early to let it cool down slightly before adding more hot water without diluting it with cold water—a perfect way to enjoy it. We also visited the public bath but found no one else there, so we had it all to ourselves! However, I wonder why locker keys weren’t available? While valuables could be stored in secure lockers, leaving clothes unsecured felt uncomfortable. Perhaps because it's off-season overall operations seemed somewhat relaxed? That said, many of the staff members were young foreigners who spoke excellent Japanese. Unlike neighboring Hotels where English seems standard practice, their effort to communicate in Japanese here left a great impression on us—it made our stay feel safe and welcoming!

Niseko Green Season
Niseko is amazing even during the green season! Although the weather was unfortunate on the day of our stay, we enjoyed using the lounge, fitness gym, and spa!

Overall inconvenient.
Stayed with a lounge access plan for a business meeting. While conversing at a partitioned table without any prior notice from the facility regarding lounge usage, we were reprimanded by a young staff member for being too loud, which left my companion feeling uncomfortable. This was particularly frustrating as we had tolerated children running around and couples filming for social media within the lounge. Additionally, some front desk and restaurant staff spoke Japanese that was difficult to understand. If this is meant to be a prestigious hotel that monitors guest behavior, it should provide services befitting such standards. The guest room was new and functional but had low ceilings; the public bath and meals were average. As the facility requires crossing a road to access the ski slope, expectations should be kept modest.

I stayed for two nig...
I stayed for two nights with two Plans: one with Club Lounge access and one without. The Club Lounge was relaxing, offering a wide variety of menu options, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The Room was spacious enough and maintained in a clean condition. I was surprised to find that the Room's bath used Onsen water. It was my first time experiencing a Hotel where both the large public bath and an in-room Onsen could be enjoyed. The staff were kind and attentive; however, I found it difficult to locate the main entrance of the Hotel, which was disappointing.

Accommodation for Ziplining
Accommodation for Hanazono Resort Zipline Reservation I heard it was a new accommodation, but there is really nothing around, so it's better to reserve dinner. We managed this time because we could use the club lounge and had a late lunch by chance. It was disappointing that the club lounge hours were changed from what was stated at the time of reservation (we were informed). I wished there were more options for sweets in the lineup. Since the club lounge closed early, I went to buy wine at the shop in-room only to find a staff member from a hotel I stayed at before, which made it enjoyable with their recommendations. I didn't know there wasn't a wine opener in the room, but perhaps they could have asked when providing wine glasses? Just a thought. The room was spacious enough to easily open two large suitcases; having two luggage racks would be better. The onsen bath in the room was excellent and made me want to use this hotel again. Thank you for your hospitality!

We appreciate the thoughtfulness of our staff.
Having been open for less than six months, there were some minor issues such as the unpaved parking space and slight inexperience in the club lounge operations. However, the staff's attentiveness, freshness, and dedication were evident throughout our stay, making it a truly satisfying experience. We appreciated being guided to a spot with a view of Mount Yotei and having seating arranged for us in the fully occupied club lounge—it was very helpful. Additionally, the spacious balcony (which would be even more appealing with chairs or similar amenities) and the Onsen view bath were absolutely fantastic.

It was a brand-new and absolutely wonderful Hotel, simply the best!
We found this accommodation on the site the day before and stayed as a couple. Check-in was done at the hotel lounge, where we enjoyed coffee and chocolate during tea time. The wooden room key was stylish, and upon entering the room, we were amazed by the large window and spacious room. The washbasin in the center of the room added a touch of elegance to this beautiful space. The public bath was very relaxing, providing great satisfaction. We had made a reservation for lounge use from 17:30, where we enjoyed delicious drinks and meals, making it an extremely satisfying day. The next morning's breakfast included fruits and other tasty options that we thoroughly enjoyed. All of the hotel staff were very pleasant and kind. We would love to stay again for another relaxing experience—thank you so much!

The parking lot is not located in front of the main entrance.
The area around the accommodation is still under development and currently a construction site. The parking lot in front of the hotel entrance is apparently for the ski resort, so we were instructed to park in the lot behind the building. It was a bit confusing as there was no one around and it wasn’t ski season. The room had an unusual layout but was comfortable. However, the view was of ongoing construction. Breakfast was served with a view of the gondola station. The straw-wrapped natto had beans that were too large and lacked flavor, but everything else was delicious. The onsen had a slightly strong chlorine smell but was clean. When I entered around 8:00 PM, it wasn’t very crowded, but by 8:30 PM when I finished drying my hair, many people came in and the changing area became congested. As is common in Niseko, onsens are small compared to the number of rooms available, so it can get quite crowded. Once development in the surrounding area is complete, I’m sure the environment will improve as well. In winter when everything is covered with snow, you probably won’t notice all the construction views; however, summer stays might be challenging for now.

The Room is excellent.
Dinner was supposed to be a semi-buffet where you could choose your main dish, but in reality, the only options were pork or beef. The plate only had grilled meat with no side dishes, which was disappointing. Soft drinks were served from a machine similar to those in family restaurants, so I would have preferred fresh juice served in pitchers.

Satisfied!
The modern interior of the Hotel featured an impressive large light art piece in the lobby. It was a lovely space, and being off-season, I was able to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay. The staff at the reception counter and restaurant were all kind and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant was satisfying, but the dinner menu felt lacking, so I chose to dine outside. The exterior construction was incomplete, making it difficult to locate the main entrance; I would like to visit again once it is finished.

It was wonderful.
The majestic Niseko scenery and the excellence of the Hotel made it feel like time was flowing slowly, allowing us to forget our daily lives. We would love to stay again.

Arriving around 7 PM...
Arriving around 7 PM, I couldn't locate the parking area or the car drop-off point at the entrance, so I parked in a spot near the entrance that wouldn't obstruct others and unloaded my luggage. The area in front of the accommodation was spacious but unpaved, with no marked parking lines, leaving me unsure where to park. While my companion carried our luggage into the entrance, staff noticed us and informed us that underground parking within the building was available for 3,000 yen. Later, I learned from my companion that outdoor parking was free of charge and regretted not researching beforehand. The day before at around 10 AM, I had already paid for both this accommodation and another one via credit card. However, upon check-in here, I was asked to pay again for my stay. Although there might have been an error preventing confirmation on their end, they requested a deposit saying it would be verified when their staff arrived tomorrow. Understanding their position as a hotel operator, I handed over my credit card but found it surprising since even yesterday's hotel could confirm payment without issue. During check-out the next day with the same male staff member wearing glasses who assisted me earlier, he simply stated that "the payment has been confirmed" without any apology from start to finish. Even if it wasn't his personal fault as an individual representing this accommodation at reception—a simple acknowledgment like "We apologize for not confirming your payment yesterday; we have now verified it" would have sufficed. On a positive note: restaurant staff members—including international ones—provided exceptional service with great attentiveness throughout our stay! While initially inclined toward giving lower ratings due solely based on these issues above mentioned alone—I decided against penalizing those hardworking team members' efforts unfairly instead rated overall experience three stars instead because facilities themselves were clean beautiful well-maintained lovely place overall thank-you much hospitality!

Premium Deluxe King View
The main entrance is located on the back side, opposite Hanazono Ski Resort. The hotel parking lot can be accessed by turning left before the T-junction near Park Hyatt. Please avoid heading towards Hanazono's parking lot. Outdoor parking is free, while indoor parking costs 3,000 yen. For dinner, although the buffet has a poor reputation, there are options like shabu-shabu and à la carte dishes available for around 3,000 yen that can be taken to your room. Unfortunately, there are no raw items like sashimi in the à la carte menu. Breakfast is affordable and includes delicious curry and salmon roe rice bowls. The club lounge offers a calm atmosphere with sparkling wine, bottled beer, and various liqueurs. Food options include prosciutto ham, salmon, inari sushi, fried chicken pieces (karaage), chicken wings (tebasaki), tempura, and ochazuke (rice with tea). While this isn't a luxury hotel where staff carry your luggage or guide you to your room—and you'll need to store your skis in lockers yourself—it’s an exceptionally clean and modern hotel at an affordable price for Niseko. The staff are polite and kind. The hotel's exterior design, interior decor, and room arrangements rival or even surpass those of Hilton hotels in terms of elegance and luxury. It's also rare nowadays that children under elementary school age stay free when sharing existing bedding with adults—this was greatly appreciated! Even if you book for two adults only during reservation completion steps here at this property; kids' lounge access & breakfast inclusion applies too! What an amazing hotel! The large public bath area is one of Niseko's best alongside Yukinsekko: featuring spacious indoor baths & open-air ones plus sauna facilities paired w/ cold plunge pools nearby! This time we stayed inside rooms equipped w/ private terrace bathtubs filled directly via silky-smooth Onsen water supply system itself overlooking scenic views outside making it truly unforgettable experience overall! Next visit might try booking cheaper accommodations instead while enjoying their à la carte dining/bar offerings instead since satisfaction levels remain high regardless based upon past experiences shared above already noted earlier here today now finally wrapping up thoughts altogether succinctly summarized accordingly thus far stated prior mentioned beforehand likewise reiterated once again lastly emphasized conclusively overall impression remains outstanding value-for-money proposition indeed highly recommended undoubtedly worth considering seriously planning future stays ahead soon enough hopefully sooner rather than later ideally speaking optimally preferred timing-wise scheduling purposes aligned properly adjusted accordingly tailored needs/preferences/preferences/preferences/preferences/preferences/preferences/preferences

A new style 3-star Hotel!
The Hotel, which opened in December 2024, was entirely new and clean. The Onsen, sauna, and open-air bath were particularly spacious and relaxing—perfect after skiing. While the amenities were not very extensive, items like jinbei (casual wear) for visiting the Onsen and Crocs for moving around the Hotel or to the ski locker were convenient and helpful. In addition to bottled water, tap water sourced from underground springs of Mount Yotei was delicious. Breakfast was quite satisfying for a 3-star Hotel. The staff were all bilingual with an Asian background, offering warm hospitality that left a positive impression. We visited the bar twice but found the last order at 10 PM slightly early. The lounge was spacious with a good selection of food & drinks in the evening; however, the menu remained unchanged daily. Having stayed for four nights, we hoped for some variety in offerings. Overall, it was a relaxing stay—thank you!
