    Couple

    This was my first time using the service. It was nice to be able to park the car from around noon. The Room was clean, and the meal was satisfying... I was full and happy. It's within walking distance to the Yubatake, so I would like to use it again.

    The worst dinner experience ever.

    It was a reasonably luxurious Plan for 90,000 yen for two people per night on weekdays, but the dinner was of the worst quality. The Chateaubriand steak had a rubber-like texture. The last six pieces of sushi were dried fish and mushy rice half the size of a pinky finger. I wouldn't go back even if it were free. I want my money back. I should have taken pictures (T_T)

    Clean and comfortable

    I stayed in the new building, which was renovated and was clean and comfortable. The souvenirs were reasonably priced, which was helpful. In particular, the Takamatsu Manju was the best among the onsen manju I've ever had. Even after three days, it remained soft, and the red bean paste was not too sweet. I liked it so much that I wanted to order it. In Gunma Prefecture, most onsen manju have smooth red bean paste, so for someone like me who loves chunky red bean paste, it was the "finally found it, the onsen manju."
