    The Onsen is excellent!

    I stayed in a Japanese-style room. Since it was recently renovated, it was very clean. However, not much light came through the window, so it felt dark without turning on the lights. This might have been because it was a cloudy day. The amenities provided in the room were not to my taste. The coffee was Nespresso, and the cups made of bamboo seemed to match the Japanese-style room, but personally, I feel that ceramic cups make coffee taste better. The private bath in the room was an Onsen and absolutely wonderful—it left my skin feeling smooth. I also tried the public bath, but I preferred relaxing in the private Onsen bath in my room without any concerns. As for meals, I chose a breakfast-only plan featuring local ingredients from Tateshina. The taste was average; however, the staff's service was exceptionally kind and pleasant. Next time, I'd like to try staying in a Western-style room!

    We really loved it.

    The entire Facility is clean and pleasant. Everyone involved is kind and appreciated. The food was elaborate and delicious, with generous portions that leave you full. The baths are clean, and both the large public bath and the Room's bath have satisfying spring quality. I am grateful for this year's first snow-viewing Onsen experience. In the morning, when I looked out the window, I saw four deer walking in the snow. I left thinking that I definitely want to come back in spring or summer.

    Waiting for Spring

    It was the first Property I booked through IKYU, and thanks to it, we had a wonderful trip. Starting from the parking lot to the return parking lot, the staff's courteous service was exceptional. The dinner featured a spring-themed menu that was so delicious it encouraged us to drink more sake, and we were soothed by the semi-open-air bath in our Room. On our way back on Venus Line, we encountered two deer twice (a total of four deer). It felt like they were telling us to come again, and I definitely want to stay here again.

    It was very good.

    It was my first time, but the service was excellent. For dinner, each table had a dedicated staff member, which made me feel very well taken care of. I also enjoyed the quiet space, making it a luxurious time during the year-end holidays. I would like to visit again in another season.

    I was satisfied!

    I wasn't sure what the special offer was, but there was a discount of about 10,000 yen, so I decided to use it this time. The room had a semi-open-air bath, and the fact that it was a proper onsen at this price was very reasonable and good. The semi-open-air bath in the room seemed to be constantly supplied with onsen water, maintaining a warm state at all times, and I used it so many times during my stay that I lost count. On the other hand, I found little value in moving to the large public bath and open-air bath, which was disappointing. Especially for the open-air bath, I felt it would have been better if the fence height was lower so that the surrounding scenery could be seen. The sense of superiority of having the large bath almost entirely to myself, as there was hardly any overlap with other guests, was enjoyable. The onsen was nice, but what deserves special mention is the dinner. Every dish was very elaborate, and although they probably didn't use particularly luxurious ingredients, they were cooked very deliciously, providing a high level of satisfaction. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    I was able to relax.

    It was my first time at this Stays. The meal was a carefully prepared kaiseki with a rich dashi flavor, and I enjoyed it all the way to the final dessert. The staff were very well-trained, each with a natural sense of hospitality, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing time during check-in, meals, the Room's Onsen, and throughout my stay. As I checked out, I felt that I would like to come back again. I would like to visit during a different season.

    There was only one thing that bothered me; I wanted items like tabi socks to use after a bath.
