I was deeply moved and grateful for the heartfelt hospitality!!
I have been traveling to Miyako Island for about 20 years as a reward for my birthday, and during my stay at this Hotel, I received many birthday wishes from the staff who were involved with me! After check-in, there was a dessert in the Room prepared for my birthday celebration. On the day itself, I was surprised with a dessert plate during dinner and received a printed photo with a message card, making it an unforgettable day! Of course, the Facility is well-equipped, and the view from the Room on the third floor was absolutely stunning! It was truly exceptional service! This has become a Hotel I want to stay at again!

It was absolutely wonderful.
I was impressed by the thoughtful care of the friendly staff and the breathtaking views. This time, I stayed for one night before moving to another Hotel, but next time, I would like to stay for two or more nights to enjoy it even more.

The service was heartwarming!
A resort hotel with a striking white exterior. Unlike large hotels, the limited number of rooms ensures fewer encounters with other guests, allowing for a relaxed and peaceful stay. The rooms feature high ceilings and are well-equipped with beverages and amenities. The cleanliness around the beds and bathrooms was outstanding, making the stay truly comfortable. The outdoor pool can be enjoyed privately during certain times, with towels provided and complimentary float rentals available. For meals, dinner is Italian cuisine, and breakfast is a self-select style from several options. Initially, I wondered about having Italian food despite being in Miyako Island, but the dishes incorporated Okinawan ingredients, offering a local touch! Every dish was delicious, making the dining experience thoroughly enjoyable. What impressed me the most during this stay was the exceptional service from the staff. Their hospitality was not overly intrusive but thoughtful, with each staff member genuinely considering the guests' needs. I would love to visit this hotel again.

Highly Satisfying Hotel!
Everything was absolutely perfect, and I was extremely satisfied with this hotel! I highly recommend it for a stay with someone special. The interior of the hotel is stylishly designed with a white and blue theme! The room we stayed in was a Deluxe Room, featuring double sinks in the bathroom, spacious interiors, and chic furniture that made it very comfortable. Since our room was on the first floor, we could directly access the infinity pool—it was amazing. The infinity pool is incredibly stylish! The view from the pool is breathtaking! Even just relaxing by the chic poolside felt like pure bliss. At night, we enjoyed a sky full of stars, and in the morning, we watched the sunrise. Additionally, all staff members provided exceptional hospitality that left us deeply impressed. For instance, when we casually mentioned going to the beach during our conversation, they prepared beach towels and water for us without being asked. They also kindly shared various local tips about Miyako Island and responded promptly to any requests from our room—truly top-notch service! Breakfast was served as a semi-buffet style where you choose your main dish while other items are available buffet-style. The quality of the main dishes was outstanding! Of course, everything on the buffet menu was delicious too. This hotel is truly incredible—I definitely want to visit again someday. They are currently undergoing their second phase of construction; by spring or later, new facilities such as a gym and chapel will be completed too!

Clean, spacious, and excellent!
I have stayed at other resort hotels in Miyako Island, but this hotel was the most comfortable! The staff's smiles were heartwarming, the pool was not crowded, the view was amazing, and the room was spacious and clean with excellent glasses and a bathroom. I would definitely love to stay here again!

The Hotel exceeded expectations!
I have visited Miyako Island more than 10 times and stayed at many accommodations, but I believe this is the only place where you can enjoy the stunning view of Irabu Bridge from your room. The room was quite spacious, with plenty of welcome drinks provided. I spent a relaxing time on the sofa, enjoying the view without needing to go out. They were expanding their facilities during my stay, so I look forward to visiting again once it's completed! *Maintaining those pristine white walls must be challenging, but I noticed many staff members working hard to keep everything clean. Please continue preserving that dazzling white beauty!*

A world of blue and white.
We usually borrow a wheelchair from the accommodation, but when we called, we were informed that the wheelchair was for indoor use only. So, for the first time, we traveled with my mother's wheelchair on the plane. It was also our first time bringing a wheelchair to Miyako Island and flying with it, which made us a bit nervous. However, thanks to the kind support of many people, we were able to enjoy a wonderful trip. We are deeply grateful to everyone who helped us. We stayed in a universal room. The room was located near the front desk, and whenever we opened the door to go out, a staff member would open the lobby door and wait for us, which was a pleasant surprise. Every time we passed by the front desk, we were greeted warmly with phrases like "Have a nice day" and "Welcome back." The thoughtful kindness of the staff was heartwarming and made us very happy. Thank you so much for taking care of us. From the sofa in the room, all we could see was the white balcony, the blue sky, and white clouds. The room, with its white-themed design, blended perfectly with the view, making us feel as if we were floating in the sky. When we stood up, we could see the Irabu Bridge directly in front of us through the window. Words cannot describe how breathtakingly beautiful it was. We spent a peaceful and happy time together, watching the rain falling in the distance, the shadows of clouds reflecting on the sea and changing its colors, and boats passing under the Irabu Bridge. At the restaurant, the staff were always considerate of my mother in her wheelchair, opening doors and preparing seats close to the entrance. We are truly grateful for their kindness. It was heartwarming to see my mother, who usually eats very little, finish her morning porridge completely. It was a miracle to see her finish a meal (laughs). Despite being busy, the staff also took photos for us, creating wonderful memories. To all the staff, thank you so much for your hospitality. We have fallen in love with Miyako Island. It was an incredibly enjoyable experience.

Clean and relaxing.
The room's usability, amenities, and the variety and quantity of drinks in the refrigerator were satisfying. Dinner was visually enjoyable and delicious. The view from the room was beautiful and stunning. The staff greeted us warmly, approached us at the right moments, and even took photos for us at scenic spots, creating wonderful memories.

Exceeded expectations!
I visit Miyako Island every year, but this was my first time staying at this hotel. I traveled with children, and the staff were very kind and accommodating, leaving a great impression as a family-friendly accommodation. Both the facilities and services were excellent. My husband and I have already decided to return here next year! Thank you so much!

Family Trip
5th Visit to Miyako Island Stayed for 2 nights from July 22 to 24. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the room, the bathroom, double sink in the washroom, the view, and the staff's smiles—everything was perfect. This hotel rivals any other accommodation we've stayed at. Honestly, I hope it doesn't become too popular! We didn't try the meals this time but will definitely return on our next visit. It would be even better if there were a facility to spin-dry swimsuits. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to this time. Thank you very much!

A Hotel You'll Definitely Want to Stay at Again
We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for our honeymoon. The Junior Suite Room with breakfast for two days cost approximately 170,000 yen. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the entire facility, as well as the guest room itself, were absolutely satisfying. Everything was impeccably clean, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was luxurious and a bit hearty for the morning but incredibly delicious. Every corner of this place is picturesque with plenty of photo spots, and whenever we were taking pictures, staff members kindly offered to take photos for us. The pool provides free rentals of floats and towels. The view of Irabu Bridge from the pool is breathtaking—you could float there forever! However, we did notice some dirt on the pool tiles which was a minor concern. Amenities and services are abundant; although we didn’t use them ourselves, they offer free rentals like snorkeling sets and towels for trips to the beach. Above all else, the staff’s hospitality was exceptional—polite, kind, and made our stay truly pleasant. They suggested rental items when we went out or offered to take photos without us even asking—it’s thanks to them that our honeymoon became such a wonderful experience. Without exaggeration, this is a hotel I would definitely want to stay at again when visiting Miyako Island. I heard that new facilities will be completed around March 2026 including a chapel. Although we've already had our wedding ceremony and photos taken elsewhere, this place is so beautiful that I’d love to have wedding photos taken here too!

Enjoy a day at the Hotel.
Location, Facility, and Service – everything was enjoyable. The staff are dedicated to enhancing hospitality. Relax at the infinity pool, then take a leisurely drive around Irabu Island and Irabu Bridge in the "Hotel's direct rental" convertible. Afterward, enjoy light snorkeling at the beach in front of a nearby affiliated Hotel within walking distance (it’s almost like having it all to yourself). For dinner, savor a meal at the Hotel restaurant. During your stay in Miyako Island, be sure to dedicate a day to experiencing Santorini!

Would love to stay again!
Stayed for one night starting from 6/26! Even though we arrived a little before check-in time, we were warmly welcomed and promptly guided to our Room. We headed straight to the infinity pool we had been looking forward to. The view was exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and absolutely amazing. The kids were thrilled! The Room was clean, and the fridge stocked with complimentary drinks—everything was perfect. Dinner was an Italian full-course meal that looked stunning; however, it leaned towards adult-oriented dishes, making it slightly challenging to share with children. That said, all the staff were kind and provided excellent hospitality, making our stay very pleasant. It’s a Hotel I’d love to stay at again after a long time—thank you so much!

It was a very beautiful, painting-like Hotel.
The Room was very spacious, with a great view of Irabu Bridge right in front, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time. The refrigerator was well-stocked with drinks, all provided as complimentary, so we could fully unwind in the Room. The staff were all very pleasant, and I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Miyako Island. Next time, I plan to choose a Plan that includes meals.

Enjoy the feeling of being an international celebrity!
The location, Room, service, and food were all perfect at this Hotel! I was delighted that the drinks in the refrigerator were plentiful and free. Thank you very much. There were many rental items available, and next time I plan to borrow beach gear and head to the sea. If I had more time, I would have liked to try borrowing some spa equipment as well.

It was a wonderful Hotel that felt like it was built in heaven.
The exterior and the view from the reception were absolutely stunning, as if in paradise. Upon entering the Room, we were thrilled by its spaciousness and beauty, as well as the breathtaking scenery visible through the windows. The view of Irabu Bridge and the pool from the balcony was equally impressive. We talked about upgrading our Room next time to stay on the top floor for an even better experience. The complimentary drinks in the refrigerator, along with a comfortable Room and well-equipped amenities, were also excellent. As part of an eco-cleaning reward service, we visited a cute shop to enjoy Blue Seal ice cream—a place we probably wouldn’t have gone otherwise—and it was delightful to savor delicious ice cream there. We stayed for four nights to relax and fully enjoy our time. However, while we didn’t actually dine at this Hotel during our stay, an issue mentioned in our feedback survey left us feeling disappointed. The experience at the restaurant became a bitter memory that may overshadow both this Hotel and Miyakojima itself. It’s unfortunate that such an evaluation resulted despite understanding how much effort is put into providing exceptional service at this wonderful Hotel.

Miyako Blue, the blue sky, and the grand panorama of Irabu Bridge
The breathtaking view from the room and the star-filled sky seen from the terrace were unforgettable. Since the bathroom window faces the terrace, I could also enjoy the stunning view from the bathtub. The restaurant kindly changed their menu daily and accommodated my dislikes, which I truly appreciated. Both breakfast and dinner were a delight every time, featuring plenty of local ingredients and tasting absolutely delicious. The staff were kind, approachable, and made my stay enjoyable and comfortable with their friendly conversations. The room, scenery, meals, and staff—all were truly wonderful at this hotel. I would love to stay here again.

I had a relaxing time.
The dedication of the staff was truly impressive, and I was very satisfied. My requests shared during the spa session were promptly communicated to other staff members and fulfilled, which left me deeply impressed. The Room, amenities, meals, and the view from the bath were all exceptional. When I visit Miyako Island again, I would love to stay here. However, it was a bit chilly in May, so I couldn't enjoy the sea or pool, which was a bit disappointing. It would be wonderful if morning yoga sessions could be arranged in the future.

It was excellent.
We stayed here to celebrate my parents' 60th birthday, as we have small children. Everything from the staff to the Hotel was excellent, and as parents with kids, we found it incredibly helpful. The staff paid attention to every detail, provided great service, and my parents said it was the best experience they've ever had. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Miyako Island!

The staff's warm and friendly service was truly comforting. The Hotel is new, and the breathtaking view of Irabu Bridge right in front was extraordinary, allowing us to fully enjoy an exceptional experience. The steak served for dinner was also delicious. It was excellent!
We stayed for one night in Miyakojima for our wedding anniversary. The Room was not only stylish and clean, but we also received celebratory fruits, and the staff's hospitality was excellent. There were two washbasins, and the amenities were high-quality, which impressed my wife. The only disappointment was the rainy and cold weather, so we would like to come back again.

This is a luxurious Hotel where you can relax to the fullest.
It was a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality. The room was spacious, and the furnishings were simple yet luxurious. The bathroom, toilet, and washroom all had double sinks. Everything was fantastic. I am also grateful for the staff's attention to detail, manners, and suggestions on how to spend our time. We had dinner at the restaurant as well; the ingredients were fresh and the course meal was very delicious. I would love to visit again soon.

The building has a South of France resort style. The Room was spacious and clean. However, the meals were not great. The content and seasoning of the dinner course were questionable. The pasta had too many ingredients. What is the main flavor? Breakfast is important at a Hotel. Please make a little more effort. The staff were kind, and the atmosphere was not bad.

The meals are of good quality and the portions are satisfying. The Room also has stylish decor and interior, with well-equipped Facilities and amenities, making it comfortable to stay all day.
