    A villa where you can truly enjoy privacy.

    We stayed here for a family trip during the summer holidays. The room was spacious and clean, and it truly felt like a resort villa with a high level of privacy. Due to the typhoon, we couldn’t explore much outdoors, but some rooms come with a private pool, making this Facility a great place to relax and enjoy a leisurely stay. Thank you very much.

    A relaxing vacation like a private villa getaway with family or friends

    We stayed as a family. Our ocean-view Room on the second floor of the front building was very spacious, with refined interior design and high ceilings. It’s not right on the beach, but the sea is directly in front of you and the view is outstanding. The Facility amenities were excellent as well: a drum-type washer-dryer and a kitchen, plus a clean, spacious bathroom with a separate washing area, which made our stay very comfortable. We could wash our swimsuits and clothes right away that day. Since the Room was so cozy, we chose takeout for dinner and ate in. It’s a little away from the central area, but that actually made it quiet, and if you’re driving there’s no issue at all. The breakfast venue is a short walk from the front building, but tropical trees line the way and it felt like a pleasant morning stroll. The value for money and service were great—we received welcome drinks and small souvenirs, and having access to mineral water dispensers was very helpful. This Accommodation offers unbeatable value for money, and we’d love to stay again.

    We stayed for two nights from 8/13 in a special Room with a private pool. We have stayed at nearly 10 Hotels across Okinawa (the main island, Miyako, and Ishigaki), and this was the best by far. Our children also said it was their No. 1. The Room itself was wonderful, and the cleanliness and quality of the meals were excellent as well. There was a small spot of dirt in the pool (something most people wouldn’t even notice), but our eldest daughter, who is very particular about cleanliness, became concerned. When we decided to contact the front desk, the General Manager personally came to take care of the cleaning, which made us feel sorry for troubling you. Thank you very much again for your kindness. We expect our next visit will be sometime next year or later, but we look forward to staying with you again.

    Various

    First, the brown sugar French toast at the breakfast buffet was too hard to eat. Please make it thicker, remove the crusts, and serve it freshly baked. Please take inspiration from the French toast at Hoshino Resorts Iriomote Island. The Room felt lonely rather than resort-like. Everything about check-in and check-out felt like a Business Hotel, with no resort atmosphere at all. I won’t be returning.

    3 nights, 4 days stay

    This was my first stay. The ocean-view Room was spacious and well equipped with a washing machine, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing bath towels for the view. Depending on the Room location, it was disappointing that the parking area and breakfast venue were far away. If I have the opportunity to stay again, I would appreciate being able to make a Reservation with that in mind.

    My first time in Ishigaki Island!!

    It was a very clean, tropical-feel Hotel!! The Room was spacious, and our guest Room was right in front of the ocean—we will definitely stay again next time. Having both breakfast and dinner included was very convenient. There was a wide variety of menu options, and we will definitely stay again next time! Our first trip to Ishigaki Island was amazing! We had a rental car, so the location was great for getting anywhere!

    Perfect for families.

    The Room was spacious and came with a kitchen and a washing machine, so we were very satisfied. The staff were kind and responded quickly when we had an issue, which was a huge help. I wanted to leave a tip, but I didn’t know their name so I couldn’t—yet they truly took great care of us. It was the Room next to the elevator, but we couldn’t hear any noise at all. In fact, it felt like we could use it almost as if it were for our exclusive use, which was great. One disappointing thing was that some foreign guests who had direct access from their Room to the pool used it as if it were theirs alone; their children ran around and behaved wildly, which was very unpleasant. We even got splashed. Since there were no staff or lifeguards monitoring the area, they did whatever they wanted. For safety reasons as well, I think warnings or supervision are necessary.

    This was my second stay, following last year. The Room type was different from last time, but it was also spacious, clean, and very easy to use, and I had no inconveniences at all. Compared with my previous stay, the biggest improvement was the higher quality of the dinner buffet. The spaghetti in particular was truly delicious. Even if there aren’t that many items, when each dish feels original and handmade, it’s genuinely satisfying. One of the female staff members was very kind and wonderful. I heard she will be transferring to a Hotel in Shimane Prefecture starting next month, so I’m sad that I won’t be able to see her anymore. I hope she takes care of herself and keeps up the great work. As for the Hotel overall, I hope you will continue your efforts so that the service quality does not decline. I will visit again.

    This is a Hotel I’d noticed in passing several times and had been curious about. However, I hadn’t had the chance to stay until now—finally, it happened. The Room was spotless and had a great view. What stood out most was the dining: not only was the quality excellent, but all of the restaurant staff were friendly and kind. At dinner, a magician visited each table and performed magic tricks—truly impressive. They came by at just the right moment once we’d settled into our meal, and that thoughtful touch felt first-class. On my next stay in Ishigaki, I’d like to stay here again.

    The Best Ishigaki Trip

    I really wanted to see the ocean—and I also wanted to enjoy the pool—so I stayed in an ocean-view Room with a private pool. I’m not great with places where everything is self-service, but they properly helped me with check-in and even carried my luggage for me. Everyone greeted me warmly even when just passing by, and I could really feel the high level of service. It was a 3-night, 4-day stay, but in the end I changed my plans and spent one night at another Hotel. Honestly, I kind of regret it—I think it would have been better to stay here for all three nights… haha. Please keep up exactly this same style!! If you could prepare something like a hooded robe so guests can move around in their swimsuits, that would be amazing. I will definitely come back!!!

    The breakfast at this Hotel was very delicious.

    On my first trip to Ishigaki Island, I stayed at this Hotel and it was wonderful. It’s a shame I could only stay for one night. If I have the chance to visit again, I’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay.

    Your First Time in Ishigaki

    We stayed here on our first trip to Ishigaki Island. We were very satisfied with the anniversary Plan to celebrate our relationship milestone. With advance notice, they also prepared a bouquet for an additional fee, and the staff were kind throughout. Since we visited in March, the weather wasn’t too hot, and the Room’s private pool was wonderful. The meals offered a great selection of Okinawan dishes; dinner was slightly expensive, but we were personally very satisfied.

    Not ideal as a primary Accommodation.

    The good points were that the Room was spacious and had a great view. The bad points were that the air conditioner smelled, the building looked like an ordinary apartment, the exterior corridor felt uninviting, and the elevator was far away.

    The Room is spacious and clean!

    Although it’s new, it was wonderful to enjoy this Room’s spaciousness and cleanliness at this price! The only thing I noticed was that the faucet at the sink inside the toilet was very hard to turn (lol). I was also surprised that the Room had an angled front-loading washing machine!

    The Best Resort Hotel!

    I have been staying here every year since the Hotel opened. The atmosphere is that of a tropical Resort Hotel. I love how spacious the Room is. I always choose the "Leave-it-to-us" Plan, and every time, I was given an ocean-view Room. The sea-facing side has full windows, and the balcony is large with chairs and a table, allowing me to relax for hours while gazing at the ocean. There is a kitchen where you can borrow cooking utensils and tableware, which is very convenient. All amenities, goods, plates, etc., are high-quality and stylish with excellent usability. It was very quiet and peaceful (I didn’t see any families or large groups). The breakfast opening time changed from 7:00 to 6:30, which was very helpful as it allowed me to enjoy breakfast leisurely before catching my scheduled bus. I definitely want to stay here again next year! Thank you so much!

    If you book a Multiple Night Stay,

    The lack of cleaning made me concerned about dirt on the floor. Additionally, I was a bit taken aback to find quite a few dead insects on the bed and sofa at check-in. It would be nice if there were handy cleaners or quick mops available. I appreciated the 3,000 yen coupon included as part of IKYU's Diamond benefits, but it was disappointing that it could only be used for drinks and in the very small shop. However, aside from that, the room was spacious enough, and I felt reassured as sheets were already laid out on the sofa bed in advance. The bathroom was also large and comfortable. While it's unfortunate that the private pool wasn't heated, it had a great sense of openness. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options that even those on Multiple Night Stays wouldn't get tired of, and everything was delicious. It’s definitely a Hotel I’d like to stay at again!

    Simply the best.

    I stayed in a room with a private pool and an ocean view, and it was simply amazing. The ocean view from the room was incredibly beautiful and felt very luxurious. If you're spending time in Ishigaki Island, packing your schedule with activities is one option, but I truly believe that just relaxing at an accommodation that has everything you need is the best way to enjoy your stay. At the breakfast buffet, you can enjoy unlimited sea grapes and mozuku seaweed, which I had plenty of. If I have another chance to visit Ishigaki Island, I would definitely stay here again.

    Disappointing... Terrible.

    My first trip to Ishigaki Island was something I had been looking forward to after doing my own research, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. First of all, the attitude of the front desk staff! The hospitality was far below expectations. There were no smiles and greetings felt unprofessional. Is this really acceptable? As for the Room, the TV and sofa were placed too far apart—why is that? In a room with a private pool, there were two chairs provided, but they were completely rusted. Sitting on them in swimwear left rust marks on my body. The main pool was also closed during my stay, creating an overall lonely atmosphere. The Hotel I stayed at the night before had its pool open until midnight and offered a much more fulfilling experience (despite being similarly priced). I have many other comments I could share but will refrain since I do not plan to return here again. I sincerely hope for improvements in staff hospitality—especially at the front desk. This experience has left me truly disappointed. Wishing you all the best moving forward!

    It was a wonderful a...

    It was a wonderful accommodation. Overlooking the beautiful Taketomi Island right in front, I was able to relax completely. The breakfast was also very delicious. Thank you for your hospitality. I will visit again.

    The price does not match the value.

    Stayed in a room with a pool. ■ Positives The room was spacious, clean, and had inflatable rings available. A drum-type washing machine was provided. ■ Negatives Moving between buildings lacked roofing, so you get wet on rainy days (umbrellas are available, but you need to walk about 50 meters outside). Amenities must be picked up from the front desk as needed. The bathroom was small. The pool is fully visible from the second floor (and also by passersby). Rain makes moving between buildings very inconvenient. Parking spaces were insufficient; if you go out at night, you'll likely have to park far away at P4. Overall impression: It didn’t feel worth the approximately 50,000 yen cost. Around 30,000 yen would have been more reasonable, so my rating is low.

    The view of the sea from the Room was spectacular!

    We stayed for 3 nights as a couple starting October 6, 2025. To sum it up, this was an excellent hotel for us. This time, we stayed in an ocean-view room with a private pool. From the room, we could see Taketomi Island right in front of us and Iriomote Island beyond it. Being able to enjoy the view of Taketomi and Iriomote Islands while relaxing in the private pool felt truly luxurious. For breakfast, we could choose between Japanese or Western cuisine, both offering a wide variety of options. The unlimited ice cream was especially delightful! Since the hotel has only been open for about a year and a half, the rooms were clean and the bathroom was sparkling new, making our stay very comfortable. We found ourselves repeatedly enjoying the private pool while admiring Ishigaki Island's sea and surrounding islands. When we visit Ishigaki Island again, we definitely want to stay here once more. This is a highly recommended hotel for everyone!

There are many insects and reptiles overall. Limited parking spaces. Meals: As described on the website An older man in glasses wearing a white coat was seen smoking with other staff members in non-smoking areas. Raises concerns about hygiene standards. Management by the manager is questionable

    The best Hotel ever!! Felt like a true celebrity!!!

    Absolutely amazing! From the moment I entered, the lobby was so beautiful that I knew this place was a winner! Every corner is picture-perfect! With the ocean right in front and plenty of greenery, it’s stunning. I took lots of photos during the day, but at night when everything was lit up, it felt like a completely different scene—so I ended up taking even more pictures! As advertised, all rooms are suites. The room was incredibly spacious with an ocean view right in front and even had a private pool. It felt so luxurious and absolutely Instagram-worthy! The sofa was so big that I accidentally fell asleep on it—and also on the poolside bench—it was just too comfortable! The fridge had unlimited drinks, including Okinawa-exclusive beers and juices—no complaints at all! I wanted to try out the hotel’s pool after breakfast but ended up skipping it because I felt self-conscious about others watching… That’s my only small regret. While walking around the Hotel grounds, I saw hermit crabs and little crabs—they were adorable! With the ocean right there, you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset views. If I visit Ishigaki Island again, this is definitely where I'll stay every time—it’s highly recommended! This time we only had breakfast included, but next time I'll make sure to add dinner as well!

    Private Pool

    The Room comes with a private pool, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious time while gazing at the sea. The anniversary cake gift was also delicious and absolutely wonderful!

    Double Payment

    The new Facility was clean, stylish, and very satisfying. However, the breakfast buffet was below average. Unfortunately, despite my initial happiness... I was highly dissatisfied at the end as I was charged twice! (I had already paid through IKYU.com but was charged again at checkout by the Hotel.) I happened to notice this myself through my credit card statement and called the Hotel. The receptionist gave a simple apology and said they would process a refund. If I hadn’t noticed it myself... There was no follow-up from any manager either, leaving me with distrust towards this Facility.

    We stayed with my daughter's family during the Obon holiday. The Room was very spacious, equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine, and even had a dining table. It was nice to have the option of not only enjoying the Hotel's meals but also shopping at local supermarkets and cooking ourselves. The staff were always smiling, which made our stay pleasant. We stayed for three nights, and it would have been even better if there had been more variety in the buffet menu each day. The food was very well-seasoned overall. It’s a Hotel we’d love to visit again!

    Perfect for long-term stays

    After arriving in Ishigaki, our plan to go directly to Kohama Island was canceled due to the tsunami, so we made a reservation here on short notice. All rooms are suites equipped with a kitchen and washer-dryer, offering spacious living areas that were very comfortable. Since the reserved room was not ready, we were upgraded, and the children enjoyed swimming in the pool from check-in until evening, making the first day in Okinawa very enjoyable. Thank you very much. Additionally, the night sky we saw at midnight was stunning, and we could see many stars from the terrace. The staff greeted us with smiles, creating a pleasant atmosphere. We would love to stay here again when visiting Ishigaki!
