Stayed for 2 nights.
Escape from the everyday and relax in a warm pool. The location with views of the mountains and sea, along with the pool space available until midnight and the bar, was truly wonderful. I enjoyed plenty of drinks and felt so happy. The amenities in the Room and attention to detail were excellent, leaving nothing lacking for a relaxing stay. Even when it rained and got cold, extra towels were provided, which was a thoughtful gesture that made me very happy. Thanks to this care, I was able to spend my time feeling warm both physically and mentally. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

Perfect for when traveling abroad is difficult!!
Easily accessible from Tokyo, this accommodation fulfills your dream of experiencing an overseas trip even if you can't take a long vacation. Although it rained on the day of our stay, we still enjoyed the warm night pool.

Almost as expected!
The service, meals, pool, in-room wear, and other amenities were all excellent. However, the view from the Room was disappointing. We booked a Room with a balcony, but it was at the end of the building and 80% of the view consisted of bare trees. We could only catch a glimpse of the pool in the distance. Since there were only three other groups staying besides us, we wish there had been more flexibility with Room assignments. Was there any particular reason for this? Other than that, we were very satisfied and would like to stay again!

Contribute to Travel in Chiba
The early pool-in was available from 13:00, allowing us to stay earlier than the usual check-in time, which was very nice. Although it was fully booked during our stay over the three-day weekend, there was no sense of crowding when using the Facility or during meals, making for a comfortable stay. The locker used when utilizing the pool was small and difficult to use, so I felt there is room for improvement.

About the pool
There is a risk of a major accident as there is no lifeguard at the pool. A child almost drowned. The building is beautiful and the concept is good, but the customer service was disappointing, akin to that of an izakaya staff.

A Hotel with a sharp sense of focus on the pool and sauna. Wonderful.
Family trip (couple + child) for a one-night stay. We take about 30 family trips a year. We happened to find this Property online and decided to stay because it looked interesting. ● Location - About an hour from the city center if the Aqua-Line is not congested. It's close, but coming deep into Chiba gives a sense of being on a trip. ● Room - Pool Villa. There is a private pool shared by four Rooms. The pool is as warm as a bath, so you can use it even in winter. The direct access from the Room's terrace is also fantastic. - The Room is a maisonette style, so it might feel a bit smaller than the stated size. The interior is very simple and designed with a masculine perspective, with no art inside. Personally, I think it would be better if it had a more botanical feel like the common areas. ● Service - Service is average as they don't particularly emphasize customer service. ● Facility - The main building has two heated pools with high water temperatures, enough to create steam. One of them is not accessible to children. The plants arranged by plant hunter Seijun Nishihata are uniquely styled and very photogenic. - The entrance is also adorned with unique plants. - The gazebo is reservation-based, but we were asked to leave while using it. Even though no one else was using it, there was no guidance on how to make a Reservation. I would have gladly paid a fee if needed. ● Meals - Dinner is barbecue, and breakfast is a half-buffet. - Since it was winter and cold, I felt the barbecue Plan on the Room's terrace was a bit of a mistake. We ended up eating the food grilled outside at the table inside the Room. - The breakfast restaurant is a bright space with many openings, and the white-themed interior highlights the plants. ● Satisfaction - A wonderful Hotel. It has charms that foreign Hotels and major Hotels don't have. They discard unnecessary elements and focus thoroughly on what appeals to guests, with creative direction that overturns conventional Hotel norms. I will definitely stay again. Please create more Hotels soon!

Everything is excellent.
As the name "Resort Hotel where you can experience an overseas atmosphere while in Japan" suggests, I was able to enjoy the best stay just two hours from the city. The Facility, meals, and of course, the staff's service were all excellent. I want to visit again!

I had the best time with my son and his wife.
The hospitality was exceptional. It felt like being abroad. The bath rating is one star less because the water temperature at night could have been a bit higher. Considering that, I would like to visit again during a warmer season.

Wonderful experience
I am very pleased that a facility of this quality has been established in Japan. It is an ideal place with everything sauna enthusiasts could want. The meals were also delicious. I would love to use it again!

The pool was excellent.
The pool was truly amazing in this dream-like facility where you can enjoy a warm outdoor pool even in winter. It felt like being overseas. There was no shortage of beach beds, the sauna was good, and the infinity black pool was breathtakingly beautiful. Given the quality of the facility, one might expect high-end service, but there was none. Check-in was just about receiving the key, and I was a bit taken aback when asked if I knew the room location despite it being my first time. However, after staying a bit, I realized that due to the few people and various activities, there might be a lot of self-service. The WiFi was not working, and when I called, I was told it was under construction, which I thought could have been communicated in advance. However, I reconsidered, thinking it might have just been bad luck during check-in. I relaxed by floating in the pool, and the meals in the room were very delicious. The BBQ was enjoyable and tasty as I followed the instructions myself. Breakfast was also undeniably delicious. The room, being sophisticated in white, made it hard to tell where things opened, so I decided to enjoy the room like a treasure hunt. The room's juice, snacks, and cup noodles are free; by the way, grape juice tastes better diluted with water. The black towels are for the pool, amenities not in sight are usually in the white drawers, you can access all facilities in swimwear, drinks are placed near the large sauna, and most explanations can be read via the QR code on the paper provided. I hope this helps those visiting for the first time. Also, there are various insects, so I was impressed to find spray and anti-itch cream in the room. Of course, there were very polite staff, and I didn't have any unpleasant experiences, but it's better to go with the mindset that staff will only hand you the key. It's not a luxury hotel spa, and there are no lifeguards at the pool, so it's perfect for those who want to enjoy the pool themselves, take photos, or stay in a room with a pool with their dog. If I have the chance to go again, I would like to focus solely on enjoying the pool.
