    All pools are available.

    The pool area is a bit compact, but there’s a bar by the pool and it has an overseas resort vibe—perfect for photos. The Room isn’t very large, but it comes with a big balcony, so it doesn’t feel cramped. We chose the Italian course for dinner; everything was quite tasty, but the main roast beef was served as a large chunk and was extremely tough—hard to cut and difficult to chew—so I got tired and gave up halfway through. It seemed the guests at the next table had the same issue. The desserts were also excellent and delicious. It was disappointing that there were no domestic beers or draft beer (perhaps they prioritize atmosphere), and if the roast beef had been served pre-sliced in a normal way, it would have been perfect. Maybe because the prices are on the lower side, there were many young couples.

    It feels like an overseas resort—absolutely wonderful.

    This was our first visit as a couple. We watched YouTube videos beforehand, but the real experience was even better.\n The pool was simply wonderful. We were surprised by how large the infinity pool is.\n If the water temperature had been a bit warmer, we might have been able to relax for longer.\n The sauna, on the other hand, felt a little too hot.\n The Room was simple and easy to use.\n If possible, as seniors we would have appreciated standard cotton pajamas with long sleeves and long pants. The bathrobes and towels were very comfortable.\n For dinner, we ordered the vegetarian course. It was creative and delicious, and we left completely full. The vegetables were excellent and highly recommended.\n Breakfast was a sandwich, salad, and soup; it would be nice to have something warm and freshly made as well.\n All in all, we were very satisfied. We’re happy to find such a wonderful Hotel in Chiba Prefecture.\n The staff were also very kind. Please keep up the great work.\n We will definitely visit again.

    It felt like a nice escape from everyday life, but it was a bit disappointing.

    What I liked The Hotel’s design made me wonder, “Am I really in Japan?” I could tell there was attention to detail throughout. I was very satisfied with the Room amenities, such as the refrigerator and projector. We had dinner at the restaurant, and the staff’s service was excellent, so we had a very pleasant stay. The two pools were wonderful!! (Although we couldn’t use them…) What I didn’t like There were two staff members at the check-in counter, but it was very unclear where to line up. We waited on the sofa, but we were the last to be called by staff. I thought some guests who arrived after us were helped first, and in the end we were last. There was dust and several short hairs on top of the bedding, which made me question whether it had been properly cleaned.

    Enjoy the pool year-round.

    I stayed in late March. During the colder season, you can use the pool starting two hours before the 3:00 PM check-in time. There is a changing room and locker room, and they provide towels, bathrobes (warm and very comfortable), and sandals. The pool is heated, so you can enjoy it even in winter. There are heaters next to the beach chairs, and with bathrobes and a padded coat available, you can stay warm even after getting out of the pool. Even if you get chilled, there’s a sauna, so it’s not a problem. For an additional JPY 5,000 per person, we upgraded to an all-you-can-drink plan, so we could order as many cocktails as we liked at the beachside bar—it felt wonderfully luxurious. For dinner, we chose a BBQ on our Room terrace. I was worried about the cold, but they set up the BBQ equipment on the terrace and placed a heater under the table for our feet, so we enjoyed the luxury of having BBQ while looking out at the pool at night.

    Highly satisfied.

    I stayed for one night starting on Friday. Perhaps because it was a weekday, neither the pool nor the sauna was crowded, and I was able to spend a very peaceful time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Although it was winter, warm clothing was provided, so I could fully enjoy the sauna, outdoor relaxation, and the heated pool. The staff’s attentiveness was also excellent—for example, they brought me a blanket after I had been outside for a while. The meals were generous in portion size, and they carefully explained the ingredients as well. It was two days of complete satisfaction in every way. I would love to visit again in a different season.

    A heated pool and sauna to enjoy even while it’s snowing.

    Although snow was forecast due to a cold wave, we didn’t expect much in Kyonan, so we made a Reservation the day before and visited. It kept snowing even before we arrived, and while we were in the heated pool, snow continued to fall—making it a truly otherworldly experience. The black pool was a bit cooler, but it’s deep and feels very relaxing. We also added dinner and breakfast, which were both great. The free-flow Plan includes unlimited drinks; the drink menu for overnight guests is very extensive, so if you plan to drink alcohol, I definitely recommend adding this Plan. For the sauna, the sauna Facility on the corridor side near the Rooms felt hotter than the one by the main pool, and it was almost empty—so I’d recommend using that one if you’re there for the sauna. We stayed in Room 106, which had easy access to everything—the main pool and both saunas—so if we visit again, I’d like to make a Reservation for the same Room.

    An outdoor pool—even in winter!

    We stayed with our dog and a one-year-old child. Even though it was an outdoor pool in the cold weather at the end of January, the water was very warm, and after getting out we stayed comfortable with robes and coats without feeling cold. Our Room also had a pool, so we could play in the pool with our grandchild from the morning before checking out. The starry sky at night was beautiful, and in the morning we could see Mt. Fuji from the infinity pool. It’s a place where you can forget everyday life and truly relax.

    The pool and sauna are excellent. However, for an adult-oriented experience, weekdays are recommended.

    Overall, the concept of "a resort for adults to relax and enjoy" is well-executed, and the appeal of facilities such as the pool and sauna is very high, making this accommodation feel full of potential. Positive Points The pool was well temperature-controlled, allowing use even in winter without feeling cold. The ability to enjoy the outdoor pool regardless of the season is a major attraction. The sauna was spacious and allowed self-loylyu, which would be highly satisfying for sauna enthusiasts. Additionally, opting for an all-inclusive drink plan significantly enhanced satisfaction during the stay as drinks could be freely enjoyed by the poolside or during dinner. Negative Points During times when there were many children present, it disrupted the atmosphere as a resort intended for adults. For those seeking a quiet experience, weekdays might be better suited. Although it may be unavoidable due to its location, there were times in the evening when odors from nearby cattle sheds could be noticed depending on wind direction, which was slightly bothersome. While there is a rule that children are not allowed in the black pool area, children were frequently seen using it. Although this partly reflects parental responsibility issues, staff patrols or enforcement seemed minimal and gave an impression that rules were not strictly upheld. Given its depth, safety concerns also arose regarding this matter. Furthermore, at times when wanting to place orders at the poolside bar where no staff members were stationed permanently made finding someone inconvenient. On operational aspects: It was disappointing that IKYU Diamond Member benefits had not been prepared upon check-in or that pre-arranged requests like changes in room wear sizes communicated via email before arrival had not been reflected properly either—this lack-of-communication between prior arrangements & onsite execution diminishes trustworthiness despite being minor details overall!

    I believe it’s the best in Japan for sauna and pool experiences.

    I had been interested in this accommodation since it won the Sauna Award, and this time I had a great opportunity to stay. In conclusion, the facility is several times better than I expected. I believe it has the specs to maintain occupancy even if the price is raised by 1.5 times. The owner's previous experience with a concept accommodation in Shonan and expertise from a major furniture manufacturer are beautifully reflected in the design of this accommodation. This is a facility that deserves more recognition (don’t worry about negative reviews), and I think it’s fine if only genuine guests come here. I would love to stay again if I have another chance!

    It was excellent.

    I wondered if it was really possible to swim in a pool during the cold winter, but it turned out to be an amazing experience. The drink bar menu by the poolside was especially extensive and very enjoyable. The BBQ was also delicious. The facility made me question if I was still in Japan! I will visit again next year. *The low score for Onsen/bath is because there was no Onsen (which I already knew beforehand, so it's fine), and it was a bit disappointing that only showers were available.

    Is this Hawaii?

    The tropical rainforest atmosphere made it feel like being at an overseas resort. I was very satisfied with the relaxing stay. The fried horse mackerel for dinner was exquisite. Of course, I also enjoyed the main dish of clam and seaweed hot pot, followed by a uniquely crafted spaghetti to finish. The fondue for breakfast was also excellent! Lastly, the smiles and attentiveness of the staff made my Hotel stay truly pleasant. Thank you!

    It was comfortable.

    Stayed with a friend. The interior is very stylish and offers an extraordinary atmosphere. The pool location is excellent, and there are two types of saunas, both of which are great. The staff were kind, fashionable, and very pleasant. I would love to stay here again.

    Had a great time!

    Located in a stunning setting that feels like an overseas resort, we thoroughly enjoyed spending the entire day at the pool. We truly appreciated how our dietary requests were accommodated after informing them in advance, and every dish was absolutely delicious. Experiencing the luxury of a warm pool during the colder season was unforgettable, and we are already looking forward to staying here again!     Autumn Pool Activities

    It's amazing to be able to swim outdoors all year round. There are both a round pool and a square pool outside, and the view was fantastic. I heard that the water temperature reaches 40°C in winter, which sounds enjoyable as well. It would be nice if there were a variety of warm drinks available at the outdoor lounge. I wanted to use the pool at night instead of taking a bath, but my swimsuit wasn’t dry, so I gave up. Having rental swimsuits would be convenient. The indoor sauna was great with complimentary drinks provided. One thing I wished for was a bath facility. Just having a shower in the Room felt insufficient. It would be wonderful to have a large public bath where you can relax without wearing swimsuits. I had such an enjoyable time! Thank you very much!

    The Best Experience

    Originally recommended by IKYU, I had been checking it out. I was able to experience just how wonderful the pool club is. The Facility's pool, sauna amenities, dining, and staff service were all top-notch. I had a very pleasant stay.

    The location was excellent!

    I decided to stay here after seeing it frequently on Instagram! The location is absolutely stunning, reminiscent of Bali! There was even a DJ by the poolside. It’s not crowded, so you can relax and unwind. However, the food was disappointing and not very tasty. The salad, in particular, was unpleasant—it felt like eating grass. That said, if you're looking for a photogenic spot and a chill vibe, this place is highly recommended. For your stay, I suggest skipping the meals here and bringing your own food for a better experience!

    First Accommodation Stay

    The amenities were very different from what I saw on the blog, which was disappointing. The Room only had soft drinks and chips, with no masks provided. There were also no amenities prepared for families with children. While both dinner and breakfast were delicious, I don't think the cost performance was good. Additionally, the Hotel staff's attitude was too cold.

    Stayed for 2 nights....

    Stayed for 2 nights. Enjoyed the flexibility of using the pool from early morning and freely accessing the room throughout the day, making the stay very pleasant. Cleaning was done between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM with towel and drink replenishments provided. Dinner was under the same plan, but changes to hot pot contents were possible, and breakfast sandwiches could be switched to rice balls upon request. Although pool cleaning took place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, it seemed fine to stay in the pool during that time; I enjoyed having it all to myself or relaxed on my room's terrace while eating. This was a revisit. The facility feels like being abroad and is excellent overall; however, front desk service remains subpar as pre-communicated requests via phone were not shared at all. While this was somewhat expected based on past experience, it’s still disappointing given how wonderful everything else is here. The pool bar often had no staff available for orders, there are no lifeguards as expected—everything is self-responsibility—but it's such a beautiful place that these issues stand out more. The warm pool is delightful even at night; robes are cozy, warm jackets are sometimes available depending on the day. This time I had a stunning view of Mt. Fuji from my second-floor terrace! Additionally, dining options at their restaurant were exceptional—highly recommended as a facility overall. For reference: - The black pool in the back does not allow children. - Floating on provided pool beds is allowed. - White and black vinyl-made pool bags in rooms can be taken home. - Skincare sets (cleanser/toner) can be borrowed from reception but aren’t mentioned during check-in. Hope this information helps future visitors!

    It was a relaxing experience.

    Although the weather was unfortunate, we were very satisfied with the sophisticated pool and the carefully crafted dinner! The mushroom hot pot was incredibly delicious. It was a wonderful stay, and we would love to visit again. However, one concern is that there seems to be no machine for drying swimsuits. There is no space in the Room to hang wet swimsuits, and since swimsuits are required for the spa as well, we struggled with how and where to dry them. We ended up wrapping them in towels and placing them on the floor, but this might damage the floor. A drying space in the Room or at least a swimsuit dryer would be necessary.

    I had a great time.

    The price is a bit high, but the Room is clean, the pool is warm, and despite the slightly bad weather, I enjoyed using the sauna. On my birthday, they brought a cake with candles and placed roses in the Room as part of their thoughtful service, which I truly appreciated.

    The atmosphere is excellent, but pets are not allowed.

    The bath is not an Onsen, so it’s closer to one star than two. The meals are extremely ordinary. There was no prior indication of the pet fee, and I was shocked by the unexpected price at payment. If it had been mentioned beforehand, I would have left my pet at a pet hotel for around 5,000 yen instead—this was the only disappointment. The pool is absolutely perfect with no complaints.

    Visited during Golde...

    Visited during Golden Week. Perfect for relaxing by the poolside and enjoying the scenery. Since there is no Onsen or large public bath, we made the most of the pool Facility. The sauna was not very large but had two locations. However, the entrance inside the building was dimly lit, and wet floors made it a bit unsafe. Outdoor relaxation chairs were difficult to use as they were often occupied with personal belongings. The Room was simple and comfortable, though slightly inconvenient for drying swimsuits or towels. The service at the front desk and restaurant was not bad, but especially at reception, it felt quite businesslike—best not to expect too much beyond that level of service.

    A Hotel That Makes You Want to Return

    We visited in February for a birthday celebration. Since it was a last-minute reservation, we could only book a suite, but it was very comfortable. Although it was a chilly day, the pool was warm and simply floating around was so relaxing. It seemed like we were the oldest guests there, as many young people came with families or groups. We will visit again!

    A hotel that feels like a private villa

    I chose to stay here during my annual leave until March because the reviews were good. The positive aspects included the atmosphere, which felt like an overseas resort (similar to beach clubs I stayed at in Phuket or Cairns), and the pleasant botanical landscaping. On the other hand, there was a lack of hotel-like services, which caused some inconvenience. At check-in, I received an explanation about the accommodation's overview. When I tried to mark my room's location on the provided map with a pen, I was told it was for viewing only and not for marking. As a result, it was difficult to confirm emergency exits or my room's exact location clearly. The guest room had no bathtub—only a shower—and the shower space was quite small. There were no amenities like TVs or clocks in the room, nor any typical instructions often found in hotel rooms (e.g., whether wearing jackets over gowns is acceptable when heading to the pool). Cosmetic amenities were minimal; there wasn’t even cotton provided (luckily, I happened to bring some myself this time). Finding a place to dry swimsuits after swimming also proved challenging. For warm beverages, only drip coffee was available without sugar or milk; if you prefer green tea or black tea, it's better to bring your own supplies. However, there were four bottles of mineral water and two cans of San Pellegrino provided. I didn’t know that using non-hotel-provided float rings and beach sandals wasn’t allowed here and ended up bringing unnecessary items like floats and sandals with me. From my room’s window view—which overlooked woods and fields—I regretted not choosing one with a better view. With fewer guest rooms available overall though, there wasn’t any hassle from crowds—it felt more like staying at a private villa where you can relax peacefully. It’s an excellent facility for those looking for tranquility!

    Stayed for 2 nights.

    Escape from the everyday and relax in a warm pool. The location with views of the mountains and sea, along with the pool space available until midnight and the bar, was truly wonderful. I enjoyed plenty of drinks and felt so happy. The amenities in the Room and attention to detail were excellent, leaving nothing lacking for a relaxing stay. Even when it rained and got cold, extra towels were provided, which was a thoughtful gesture that made me very happy. Thanks to this care, I was able to spend my time feeling warm both physically and mentally. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

    Perfect for when traveling abroad is difficult!!

    Easily accessible from Tokyo, this accommodation fulfills your dream of experiencing an overseas trip even if you can't take a long vacation. Although it rained on the day of our stay, we still enjoyed the warm night pool.

    Almost as expected!

    The service, meals, pool, in-room wear, and other amenities were all excellent. However, the view from the Room was disappointing. We booked a Room with a balcony, but it was at the end of the building and 80% of the view consisted of bare trees. We could only catch a glimpse of the pool in the distance. Since there were only three other groups staying besides us, we wish there had been more flexibility with Room assignments. Was there any particular reason for this? Other than that, we were very satisfied and would like to stay again!
