    Birthday Trip

    I stayed for a 2-night, 3-day trip to Disney for my birthday. Among the Hoshino Resorts, this Hotel is reasonably priced, and the interior is very stylish and clean! My daughter was thrilled with the Room that felt like a secret base! It rained on the first day, but the shuttle bus driver kindly held an umbrella for us, and Hotel staff offered their seats to us, making it comfortable to move around even with a child in rainy weather. One thing I noticed was during breakfast—the tables were quite close together, and my daughter's chair almost bumped into someone behind her. Since there were other available seats, I thought it would have been better if we had been seated elsewhere. The front desk staff were friendly and approachable; my daughter enjoyed interacting with them as well. The 2ndRoom was absolutely amazing! We ran out of time at Disney and couldn’t visit the café—that’s my only regret. I’d love to stay here again! It was truly an unforgettable birthday trip—thank you so much!!

    It was excellent!

    We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days with two children and one elderly person. The room was conveniently located right in front of the elevator, which was very helpful as we visited the park for three days! The room was spacious, with enough space to open two suitcases without feeling cramped, and the layout made it easy to move around. Both at Land and Sea, buses were often waiting upon our return, so we could board without any waiting time—this was a great help! The bed-making had a dreamy setup tailored for the children, which made us very happy! On the last day, after getting off the bus and setting up a rain cover on our stroller, a male bus driver from the hotel kindly offered us an umbrella. Since we only had a folding umbrella with us, his thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated—we continue to use it carefully even now. Thank you so much! We are truly grateful for such a comfortable and wonderful stay over these 4 nights and 5 days! This has become an accommodation we would love to use again when visiting Disney! Thank you for your excellent service and creating such memorable moments!

    The Hotel had excellent service.

    We stayed here during our Disney trip. The 24-hour parking, which was affordable and convenient even when we arrived early in the morning by car, was a great help. We did a pre-check-in at 5 AM and used the second room, which was very convenient for having breakfast and getting ready to head out! We traveled with our 2-year-old child, and during breakfast, the staff kindly provided a high chair for our child. All the staff were friendly, greeted us warmly, waved at our child, and made them very happy!

    Used during a Disney trip.

    The accommodation included breakfast, and the staff's excellent service made my stay very comfortable. Whenever I stay at a hotel, I always opt for the buffet, and every dish was incredibly delicious. The staff cleared the plates promptly after meals, which impressed me, and I would love to stay again with breakfast included.

    Delicious and Varied Meals

    It was disappointing that the meal options available at the Hotel were limited. Additionally, it was unfortunate that there were no writing materials in the Room. Since even the shop did not sell any writing tools and I couldn't take notes, it would be helpful to provide at least a pen.

    I stayed here for a solo trip. I had used this place several times before it was rebranded, and I was surprised at how much the front desk and 2nd Room had changed. The room was one of the newly renovated ones, so it was very clean, more than spacious enough for one person, and extremely comfortable. After shopping at a convenience store, I went up to my room on the 14th floor. When I wanted some ice, I found out that ice machines were only available on the 10th or 15th floors, so I went to the 15th floor to get some. When I opened the fridge in my room, there was a container for water that needed filling from a server elsewhere—this might have been written somewhere but felt inconvenient. Next time, I'll request a floor with an ice machine in advance. After checking out, I took a bus to Shin-Urayasu Station; the driver was very kind and helpful.

    Everything is top-notch, and the staff is excellent.

    This is my second stay. The meals are absolutely excellent. All the staff respond with smiles. Every year, we visit Disney for my grandchild's birthday, and last year we stayed at this Hotel for the first time. We were so impressed by how wonderful it was that we stayed again this year. We want to make it an annual tradition. My son, daughter-in-law, and grandchild were also very satisfied. Thank you very much!

    The Hotel You Were Interested In

    Check-in and check-out were easy and very convenient. The room was clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very delicious. The 2nd Room was great. I would love to stay again.

    I stayed here the day before going to Disney, but the price wasn't particularly cheap, and the service wasn't very good. It seems like it's just relying on its name. I won't use it again.

    Even though we arriv...

    Even though we arrived at the Hotel early in the morning, we were able to relax at the second house before heading to Disney, so our whole family had a great time. The food was delicious, and we ended up eating a lot. We had an enjoyable family trip with my grandchild and my son’s family. Thank you very much!

    Had a great time!

    The amenities such as body soap, shampoo, and lotion were so pleasant that I looked them up and purchased them after returning home. The breakfast offered both Japanese and Western options, with a variety of drinks available, making it suitable for everyone from children to adults and seniors. The Facility was convenient with a convenience store on the first floor. The bathroom included a bathtub and washing area, allowing for a relaxing experience.

    First, it was helpful that the bus stop from the station was easy to find. And breakfast! There were many options, and I especially liked that you could make your own soft serve ice cream. The bath was also comfortable with a washing area.

    If there is a phone

    I used this place when visiting Disney. I arrived by taxi around 9:30 PM after staying at Disney until the last minute, and since I used the early morning bus the next day, my stay was short. However, the Room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and the Room was perfect. If I may make a suggestion, there was no phone in the Room, so I couldn't ask questions even if I had something I wanted to inquire about.

    The food is delicious.

    It was a Hotel where I could relax and take my time. Furthermore, the meals were very diverse and all were delicious. I will use it again.

    The room is dirty.

    The chair was tattered, just like everyone's reviews. There were splatters of something brown, like dried soy sauce, on places like the dresser and the headboard of the bed. It was so dirty that I wiped it off with a wet tissue, but it was unsanitary and sad. There were also some marks on the bathroom floor, and I wish they would clean it properly.

    Stays at Hoshino Resort 1955 on 12/20

    Stayed for one night from 12/20. Last year, I stayed at the Tokyu Hotel before Hoshino and it was very good, so I stayed at the rebranded Hoshino Resort 1955. Upon entering the room, the first thing I noticed was the chair's seat was in tatters. We sat on it, and it became even more tattered. We didn't want to be blamed for making it worse, so we called the staff. The staff's excuse was that it was left over from Tokyu! To us, it was like, "Huh? So what?" Isn't it normal to maintain and not put such things in guest rooms? Do they really place dirty, tattered items in guest rooms without a care? What kind of mindset is that? It's puzzling. The window sills were also dusty, and the bathroom glasses were covered in water stains on the bottom! Are they even cleaning? I don't think I'll ever go there again. It's the worst hotel.

    It was fun.

    Breakfast is delicious.

    I stayed after returning from the land. It was difficult to find the location of the Hotel in the dark at night. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made Reuben sandwich. I went to the dining room before it got crowded, so I was able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. I would like to use it again for my next Disney visit.

    I'm a bit troubled.

    In a facility characterized by its interior, many people were taking photos with their smartphones inside the hotel, but it was troublesome that they were capturing other guests in their shots. Some even had selfie sticks and were live streaming. It was already inconvenient having to navigate around them, but those who were doing panoramic video shooting while spinning around were particularly bothersome. For those who don't want to be captured, there's no place to escape, so we would appreciate it if such activities were avoided in places other than one's own room, like the lobby. I wish the staff would patrol and caution guests or address the issue with notices, but it seems the hotel welcomes the spread on social media, as the staff stood by without saying anything. It was unfortunate to have chosen a place where I had an unpleasant experience during my hotel stay. The facilities, such as the water server and the unmanned convenience store, were well-equipped, which is a shame.

    I think it's great for families.

    The staff's hospitality and service were very polite and pleasant. We stayed in a Room with bunk beds for a family of four, but we had to make the bunk beds ourselves, which was tiring for our weary bodies. Also, the Room seemed to have a slight sweaty smell. The bath had a washing area, which was helpful. I think having this makes a big difference for families. I wish the water pressure was a bit stronger.

    Stylish and Comfortable!

    As a hotel near Disney, the concept was solid with no half-measures, allowing us to fully enjoy the stylish old American atmosphere. I can't find any words other than comfortable. The comfort of the 2nd room, which seems to be a selling point, was excellent! Having used the Hoshino Group before, I was impressed by their expertise in renovation, and perhaps because I had used the Hoshino Group before, the Wi-Fi on my phone connected automatically, which was appreciated. Speaking of Hoshino, the food is delicious, so I was looking forward to breakfast. I wanted to enjoy it to the fullest, but the flow of people during busy times was very poor... People coming and going almost collided (and did spill), so even though the buffet style is unavoidable, I was disappointed that something couldn't be done about it. When moving around with children, there's an even greater risk of collision, and I thought the position of the trays and cutlery wasn't good. I also think the fact that the coffee machine is only in the back affects this congestion. It would be fine if it weren't crowded, but the time you want to use breakfast overlaps, doesn't it? Also, there was an emergency where I wanted to contact the front desk, but there was no internal phone in the guest room, only in the elevator hall, so I thought it would be good if this was noted on the receipt at check-in or if the matter of the internal phone was clearly written in each guest room. Since it's self-check-in, there's no explanation, and I searched everywhere for where it was noted, only to find it wasn't there! When I was about to head directly to the front desk, I found the internal phone in the elevator hall. It took a lot of time, and since I wanted to inquire about my health this time, I was anxious that this situation was dangerous. This time, I had prepared by watching YouTube about the hotel, so I was able to do a smooth self-check-in, and there was no congestion at the front desk, but I thought that if things went wrong, I might not interact with any hotel staff at all. I also felt that this could be a security risk. I felt that there should always be a guide other than the concierge, who would immediately approach guests upon arrival and see the face of every guest at least once. At this level of hotel, self-check-in could become a blind spot and potentially hinder service provision. That said, it was a good hotel!

    Family trip for 3 households

    We had a wonderful time on a Disney trip with three generations of women: grandma, mom, and granddaughter. Of course, Disneyland was fun, but the granddaughters said the Hotel was so enjoyable! They didn't want to leave and wanted to stay at the Hotel forever! The adults were also very satisfied with the guest rooms and breakfast. Next time, we plan to come with grandpa, dad, the grandson, and the whole family. We have a reservation at a Hoshino Resort in Osaka for January next year. We're already looking forward to Osaka. By the way, our recent trips have been all about Hoshino Resorts, like Risonare Atami and Risonare Yatsugatake! I (grandma) am totally hooked on Hoshino Resorts, haha.

    The chair in the Room was worn out.

    The chair was worn out and made me feel uncomfortable. Also, the entrance to the breakfast venue was hard to find. The waiting area for the bus to the park was difficult to locate.

    I was able to relax!

    It was my first time using it after visiting Disneyland. I was able to check in easily at around 9:30 PM using the self-service system. I wish there had been information about the location of amenities in that area. I realized there were no amenities after going to the Room once. The late-night snacks were also plentiful and satisfying. The type of Room where you take off your shoes is relaxing and helps relieve fatigue. I was also satisfied with the bath, as I could take my time!

    Ideal for visiting Disney Resort

    The other day, I used it for the first time. I was very satisfied with being able to check in and out of the hotel without face-to-face interaction, having a separate bathroom and toilet, and having a wide variety of food without needing to reserve a breakfast time! The accommodation fee was also very cost-effective, which was very helpful for visiting Disney. I would like to use it again next time.

    Suitable for families, perhaps.

    I stayed here on the recommendation of my favorite YouTuber, and it was nice with a good atmosphere and a second house where you can spend freely. The food was delicious, but there were many families with children, so it was a bit lively. Since it was just my spouse and me, I thought a slightly calmer Hotel would be better.

    I liked it.

    The Room was clean, there was a convenience store, and above all, I liked that I could have a warm meal after returning from the park. I had dinner at the restaurant for two consecutive days. Everything was delicious. Since I didn't have to eat at the park, I was able to use my park time effectively.

    The service is excellent.

    The staff service during meals was excellent. A hotel suitable for families. It might be a bit challenging for older guests to check in or order meals. It might be better to increase the number of shuttle buses. Arrived at the property and departed for the station in a crowded bus. The driver's service was also very good. Breakfast was delicious. The affordable rates were a great help.

    A hairpin was found.

    The shoe dryer in the Room was helpful since it was raining on the check-in day. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety, and the takeaway coffee was very satisfying. There were two hairpins on the corner of the Room. It might be unavoidable, but the bus stop from TDR to the Hotel was far and hard to find. Those two points were disappointing.
