    This is my second stay.

    We stayed here after enjoying a rainy day at DisneySea. Our shoes and socks got soaked, but the shoe dryer in the Room was a huge help! They dried quickly, and we were able to head home the next day feeling comfortable in dry shoes. The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The water dispensers on each floor were also convenient. It was great to have a Lawson on-site so we could buy a late-night snack. We’d love to stay here again when we visit Disney. Thank you for the Shuttle Service as well.

    Hotel Stay

    I stayed here last year as well. The Room was very relaxing, and the bed was comfortable, so I was able to rest well. It was a comfortable stay even for one person.

    A unique Hotel that’s fun to stay in

    We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for our Disney trip. The direct bus was convenient, and the Hotel had a unique atmosphere that we really enjoyed. The Hotel restaurant after Disney and the 24-hour Lawson were incredibly helpful. On the morning of checkout, we also added the breakfast buffet—it was delicious, and the staff were wonderful. It became a trip full of great memories.

    This was my first time staying at Hoshi Resort.

    It was a truly wonderful Facility. I loved the cafeteria and hamburger style inspired by 1955 America, and everything was very delicious. In the Accommodation, as I’m short, the bed height felt a little scary. Also, if there had been a table or chair in the Room, I might have been able to relax a bit more. Please consider this. For someone in their 60s, the posture required was a bit tough. Still, it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    About loungewear

    The atmosphere at 1955 felt casual, and the loungewear was a bit stylish, so I thought it might be acceptable to wear it around the hotel as well... However, while we were having alcohol and ramen in the service area on the 2nd floor, we were told not to wear the loungewear there. We stayed in that space for about 30 minutes, and during that time four other guests were also warned and left. On our way back, we noticed a notice in the elevator about restrictions on wearing loungewear, but we hadn’t seen it before then. Of course, this was our mistake, but I wish there had been clearer signage in more visible places. For example: - A notice printed directly on the loungewear - A notice posted on the back of the room door ...I’ll be more careful from now on!

    There is no telephone in the Room.

    I stayed for two nights on a Disney trip with friends. I’ve stayed here several times, but this time I noticed for the first time that there is no phone in the Room. I guess I’d never needed to call the front desk before. After my bath, I used the hair dryer and it only blew cold air no matter what I tried. In the end, my hair dried with cold air after a long time (lol). Since my friend was going to use it next, I wanted to have it replaced, but there was no phone in the Room. When I checked, I found out there’s a phone in the elevator hall, so even though it was late at night, I went out in my pajamas to make the call. If there were a system that let you call the front desk directly from your own smartphone, it would be fine even without an in-room phone—but having no way to contact them from inside the Room can be quite inconvenient if you don’t know about it. Other than that, the Room was a good size and comfortable. Our Room was next to the water dispenser area, which was very convenient. As always, I wish there were also an ice machine in the same spot!

    It was comfortable.

    The second room was wonderful. With a variety of chairs and even private rooms, it looked like a lot of fun. I was disappointed that I couldn’t relax and spend much time there this time, but I’ll definitely come back and experience everything.

    Daybed Sleeper Berth

    It’s a nice place to relax, but the Room was small and inconvenient because there was no table. For a larger group, I think we should have made a Reservation for a bigger Room. Breakfast was truly delicious, and we were very satisfied.

    A New Style: The Second Room

    This time I didn’t use it because I was traveling with my daughter, but I think the second room would be great for large groups or big families. It’s a little far from Maihama, and it was disappointing that the pickup point from the resort is quite far away, but considering the value for money, I’d like to stay again. Breakfast was delicious.

    Beyond expectations

    It was wonderful! All three of my grandchildren were still toddlers, but there were plenty of baby items available to borrow, and we even received free diapers, which was a big help. The Hotel atmosphere and the view from the Room were both very satisfying! We had dinner at the Hotel restaurant. It was delicious, but priced accordingly. The items in the shop are stylish too, but also quite expensive. There is a convenience store as well, so we bought breakfast there. I’d like to stay here again when visiting TDR.

    The breakfast was delicious!

    We visited with the sole purpose of staying at this accommodation. Although it was a stay for three adults, we were excited about the bunk beds and enjoyed relaxing on them. We didn’t realize that the object could turn into a table until we were informed, and it was very convenient to use. The breakfast was delicious! Having food and drinks placed in two separate areas seemed effective in avoiding congestion. The bus driver made us feel very warm-hearted with their entertaining approach, reminiscent of Disney cast members.

    We stayed as a famil...

    We stayed as a family of three for our trip to Disney Resort and Tokyo. The staff provided very courteous service, allowing us to have a pleasant stay throughout. The bus drivers were also very friendly and drove carefully. The room was clean, as were the bathroom and toilet. There was a convenience store on the first floor and a place for light meals on the second floor, so we had no trouble with meals. The water dispenser was also much appreciated. Although there were many families with small children, the accommodation was very quiet inside. We will definitely use this accommodation again in the future. Thank you!

    A New Concept Hotel

    Stayed in the corner room with a cozy bed, and it was incredibly spacious. Being a corner room, it had great sunlight, and with the ocean right in front, I could enjoy stunning sunsets. Amazing! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout. It felt so luxurious! The interior was adorable, and all the staff were friendly with wonderful smiles. Having a table in the room would have been even more convenient. Loved that there was an attached convenience store and plenty of shuttle buses available—so convenient! What an amazing hotel... I'll definitely visit again. Thank you so much!

    The second room is appreciated.

    We stayed in the Superior Family Room as a family of four. The room was a bit small, but the view from the window was great and relaxing. The bunk beds only had mattresses placed on them, and we had to set up the sheets and blankets ourselves. Initially, we couldn’t find where the bedding was stored and had to search for it. The TV cannot be viewed from the bunk beds. The water dispenser provided hot water as well (though stepping out into the hallway to use it was slightly inconvenient), which came in handy. Parking was very affordable at 500 yen per 12 hours, and we could continue using it even after checkout. We parked there until leaving while using a shuttle bus to visit the park (though travel time took longer). Having access to a second room even after checkout was extremely helpful as we could rest there before heading home after returning from the park. While its location is not ideal for visiting parks, I believe their excellent services make up for it sufficiently.

    Clean and relaxing.

    I stayed here for a year-end trip with my daughter. The check-in process was very pleasant, and the Room was clean and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

    It was excellent.

    I didn't have high expectations due to the reasonable hotel rates, but I enjoyed the freely accessible spaces and appreciated the cleanliness. The free shuttle service from Disney to the hotel was also very helpful.

    Stayed in the Deluxe...

    Stayed in the Deluxe Corner with a Rolling Bed. My three grandchildren loved the bunk beds and played on them until they fell asleep. This room is really enjoyable and perfect for a group, especially with children. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were efficient and left a good impression. Thank you very much!

    Ice machines are desired on each floor.

    We stayed in a triple room as there were three of us. At the time of reservation, the images seemed to be from before the renovation, but the room was renovated, simple, and spacious. The bathroom had a large bathtub, which was great. I mentioned this in a previous review but had forgotten—having a water dispenser is very convenient; however, not having ice machines on each floor is inconvenient. The small paper cups provided were also an issue. There might have been an ice bucket in the room? Other than that, my companions were happy too, so we were satisfied overall.

    Highly satisfied

    I stayed here to visit Disney with my mother. The shuttle bus to and from the park was very convenient. The Room was very spacious, and the bathroom was relaxing, allowing us to unwind comfortably. After checking in at night, we were able to have a light meal at the cafeteria, and the shop was handy for purchasing some items (though the selection was limited, so it might depend on your preferences). We stayed for two nights but only had breakfast on the last day due to our park schedule. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, so much so that we couldn’t try everything in one sitting. I’d love to stay again just to enjoy the breakfast. There is a convenience store on the floor where the bus drops you off, but it was crowded as many people seemed to have the same idea. It’s something to keep in mind.

    Great value for money!

    We stayed as a group of four women after a day at Disney. The bath was spacious enough to stretch out and relax, which helped relieve our fatigue. The room was large and comfortable, but it would have been even better if there had been a table and chairs for dining. (There was a stylish and cute second room on the lobby floor, but it felt inconvenient to leave the accommodation room just to use it.) Having a Lawson convenience store on the first floor was very convenient. By the way, around 9 PM, the elevators were crowded, so in hindsight, it might have been better to shop at Lawson before checking in and heading to our room. The free shuttle bus to Disney is an attractive feature; however, compared to partner hotels, the bus stop is farther away. This could result in some time loss if you're staying here before visiting Disney.

    Excellent

    I have stayed at various hotels, but this one had a unique and pleasant atmosphere. The only disappointment was that one staff member was not very friendly, especially since the other staff were excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied. Thank you!

    Ruined by breakfast...

    The entrance staff greeted us with a smile early in the morning, which made us feel very welcomed. Their polite guidance was extremely helpful. Although it was pre-check-in, the front desk staff were courteous. However, since there was only one person handling everything, it would have been better if there had been at least one more staff member as there was a slight queue. Overall, the Facility was clean and satisfactory. However, the breakfast experience ruined it for me. Firstly, the staff lacked friendliness. If this were just an ordinary restaurant, I might have overlooked it; however, for a Hotel that prides itself on service, this attitude felt disappointing. While trying to get food from the buffet line, I felt rushed by staff replenishing items or interrupted as they tried to restock from beside me while I was still serving myself. Additionally, perhaps due to bad timing on my part that day, there were many families with children crying everywhere in the dining area—making it impossible to enjoy a peaceful meal. Considering how many children were present at once in such a large space available within your Facility: creating either designated child-friendly zones or separate areas exclusively reserved for guests without kids could help ensure everyone enjoys their meals peacefully. While prioritizing families is understandable—it’s equally fair those paying similar amounts deserve adequate services too! Being under Hoshino Resorts' brand name naturally raised expectations beforehand—but unfortunately fell short overall during our stay here!

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time staying at a Hotel without interacting with the staff. Many amenities and water were self-service, which was fine, but it might be challenging for those with small children as you would need to leave the Room to get them. However, the Room was very clean and not too small, so I was satisfied.

    Perfect Accommodation for Your Disney Trip!

    This was my first time using IKYU.com to book this hotel. As it was a Disney trip from afar, choosing the right hotel was challenging, but I managed to book a very spacious corner room. The room was large, there was a shuttle bus to Disney, and it was affordable—absolutely perfect! I couldn't use the 2nd room due to time constraints, but I would love to try it during my next stay!

    It was wonderful.

    The sea view Room was great. Check-in and check-out were stress-free as there were no staff involved. However, the process had too many inputs, so it would be nice if it could be made a bit easier since everything was pre-registered.

    It was my first time at Hoshino Resorts...

    On June 23rd (Monday), which was a school holiday for my grandson, we decided to visit DisneySea as a family. We searched for nearby hotels on IKYU in advance. My grandson said, "I want the 1955 Hotel!" so we tried booking directly, but IKYU offered the desired room at a lower price! Although it was non-refundable due to special pricing, we went ahead and booked it (laughs). Since it’s Hoshino Resort, our expectations were high, but there wasn’t much of a special feeling... Our honest impression is that it's an average Resort Hotel. There was free ice cream service starting at 4 PM; however, when families with children (including us) started gathering around that time, staff told us "It starts at 4 PM." Well... everyone gathered because it was already past that time. There were three staff members present—were all their clocks running late? For dinner, we used the Facility within the Hotel. It seemed quiet and pleasant since only early arrivals like us were dining there. However, the food itself felt underwhelming—the sukiyaki rice bowl portion was small enough to eat two servings easily. The ramen noodles were clumped together in the bowl and hard to separate while eating. While beautifully presented for photos, the taste was just average—typical tourist spot pricing plus flavor. As for breakfast: since we don’t usually eat much in the morning anyway—my grandson's family chose bread and drinks from the hotel shop while grandpa and grandma opted for Lawson downstairs instead! Our fourth-grader grandson commented after joining his grandparents: “The upstairs shop is expensive; you could’ve bought more here!” A mix of relief over his math skills and regret about not buying everything together earlier. The bath area stood out—it’s very spacious—and bathing with my grandson made it enjoyable! Inside this Hotel overall feels modernized with automated check-in systems or payment systems at shops providing convenience frequently noticed throughout our stay—but fewer visible staff might leave first-time visitors uneasy sometimes. While media coverage or Reviews often praise Hoshino Resorts highly—the grandparents who joined us rated their experience as “average” compared against its cost: three stars out of five!

    The price was reason...

    The price was reasonable, the Room was clean, and above all, the environment where you can take off your shoes was very convenient for families with children! The breakfast was delicious, and it truly was a wonderful Hotel. I think I will use it again.

    I noticed some dust ...

    I noticed some dust on the bedhead and the toilet paper cover. Additionally, the renovation notice placed alongside the window cleaning notice was in English only, with two identical copies and no Japanese version. The Risonare leaflet was slightly bent with a small coffee stain or something similar inside. Despite these minor issues, I found the bed and nightwear to be clean and comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meals provided. The view from the Room was also lovely, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, I appreciated how convenient both the 2nd room zone and unmanned shops were. The self-check-in system and car payment process were innovative yet still managed to feel warm rather than impersonal, which I really liked. I would love to visit again if given another opportunity!
