Capacity Overload?

Used during New Year's holiday. Due to the winter break, there were many families, especially with small children. While parents were enjoying all-you-can-drink alcohol in the lounge, children left in the spacious kids' area were vomiting or spilling drinks. Families were pushing tables together and starting drinking parties, but just because it's all-inclusive doesn't mean you can do whatever you want, right? Many incidents made me frown. The bath was also extremely crowded. There were toddlers who might not have washed properly and babies who seemed to have relieved themselves in the bath. I knew it was a family-friendly hotel, but not to this extent. The large bath felt small for the number of people, and it was somewhat unpleasant, so I used the bath in the room. I came to enjoy the onsen. The meals were varied and delicious, with many creative dishes, but it was so crowded that I couldn't see everything! There was always a long line in front of the restaurant, and we couldn't enter even at the scheduled time. Many people, perhaps not used to buffets, were lining up like in a school cafeteria, which was a bit frustrating. Maybe they should inform guests that they don't need to line up? The staff were all pleasant, and the ocean view room was beautiful and very satisfying, but I felt there were too many guests. It's not the hotel's fault, but maybe due to lack of control? Or because people were excited for New Year's? There were many unruly guests. I would like to visit again during the off-season.
