    I have stayed at numerous high-class hotels, and this one is the best in every aspect. I highly recommend it for those who want to relax at the hotel. If I have the opportunity to stay again, I am considering trying the dinner service. Just one point, there was no morning newspaper service the next day. It would be nice if you could prepare it for the room, even if it requires a prior reservation, so I rated the facilities a 4.

    I was able to relax!

    I stayed for one night on the first day of my trip to Nagasaki. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was very convenient to watch Netflix with the hotel's account, so there was no need to enter my own account! There were many Refa beauty appliances available, and I was able to try some and found ones I would like to purchase, which was great! The hairdryer, curling iron, and straightener were all Refa products. I was grateful and happy that a curling iron was provided! I tried all the facilities in the hotel, including the lounge, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym. I enjoyed it so much that one night wasn't enough. Since I had a plan that included dinner and breakfast, everything was complete within the hotel from check-in to check-out, allowing me to relax and take it easy! I heard that a new plan will be available to try more Refa products in addition to the current ones, which I'm looking forward to. I would love to stay again!

    It was very good.

    I traveled by train, and the nearest Michinoo Station is unmanned. It seemed like a nice town to live in, but until I arrived, I was a bit worried, wondering if there was really a hotel here...? However, all my worries were unfounded once I arrived. The room was stylish and tasteful, spacious and clean, with meticulous cleaning. All drinks and snacks in the lounge and room were free, and the ReFa appliances in the room were available for unlimited use. I used it for sightseeing in Nagasaki, but I wished I could have stayed at this hotel more leisurely. Thank you very much!!!

    Following our visit for our wedding anniversary in May, my wife expressed her desire to visit Royal Chester again, so we went there on her birthday, October 4th. Nagasaki holds a special place for us as it was my work location when we were newlyweds. Once again, we were welcomed with hospitality that met (and exceeded) our expectations. The room was a luxurious and beautiful corner suite with a modern Japanese style. My wife was overjoyed with the surprise arrangements and the heartwarming letter from Ms. N. Truly impressive. After dinner, as the heat had subsided and the autumn breeze was pleasant, we enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi. It was refreshing and rejuvenating for both body and mind. After bathing, we spent a relaxing time in the lounge. For breakfast, I had a Western meal while my wife had a Japanese meal. Both were made with plenty of local ingredients and were delicately seasoned. The dining area was thoughtfully arranged with partitions to ensure privacy. At checkout, we expressed our gratitude to the staff and mentioned that we would visit again. Royal Chester offers the best in facilities, rooms, meals, and service. Above all, the attentiveness of the staff is outstanding, making it a wonderful hotel where just staying there recharges your energy.
