    Premium Lounge

    I stayed for two nights on the Premium Floor and was very satisfied with the atmosphere and facilities. The Premium Lounge provided a relaxing space to enjoy bar time and breakfast, which was great. However, there was one concern. At breakfast, when I went to the lounge, there was a sign at the reception saying "Please wait as our staff will guide you." I waited for a while but no staff appeared. Just when I considered leaving, someone finally came out and guided me to my seat. While we were eating, other guests arrived but faced the same issue of no staff being present; some waited for quite some time before giving up and leaving. Since the Premium Floor and Lounge are key features of your Hotel, it seems inappropriate that staff are not readily available to assist guests promptly in such an important area. Everything else about my stay was well-managed, which made this experience all the more disappointing. Therefore, my overall rating is 4 out of 5 stars.

    Expensive Business Hotel

    I used the premier category Plan, but all the USB outlets in the Room were broken, and I had to move to another Room. Due to limited time during my stay, I missed dinner and had to take it as takeout. While eating in the lounge, a staff member reprimanded me for bringing outside food, which was extremely frustrating. If this Hotel claims to have high standards for guests, they should ensure proper Facility maintenance. Wanting to check out quickly, I used the self-checkout machine but was called back by the front desk and had to wait in line with other guests. The reason was an apology regarding lounge usage, which felt condescending. The public bath sauna is convenient; however, the low ceiling in guest Rooms creates a sense of confinement, and with an average bar experience overall, it felt like nothing more than an overpriced Business Hotel.

    New and modern

    I stayed in a Single Room for one night. By becoming a member of Tokyu Hotels, I was able to enjoy early check-in and late check-out services, which were very helpful as I wasn't feeling well and needed to rest. The Room was clean and convenient. Since the Hotel is directly connected to the subway station, I could enter without getting wet in the rain. The front desk staff provided polite service.

    Great value for money except for breakfast.

    This is my first review. Overall, considering the rooms, service, and location, the cost performance is good. However, breakfast was very disappointing. While it seems to feature dishes from various parts of Hokkaido, the seafood selection was limited to a salmon and roe rice bowl served by the chef in small portions (about one tablespoon of roe and 2-3 slices of salmon). The other regional dishes were quite underwhelming as well. I was surprised that this breakfast costs 4,000 yen. Additionally, there was no miso soup available—only clam soup—which was unexpected. Including the no meals included option, I don't think I'll be returning here again.

    Great location and a wonderful Hotel, very satisfied!! It would be great if the sauna and Onsen could be available for use even with an additional fee!

    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay. The Room was nice, but there was one disappointing point... When I opened the curtains, there was no view, which left me quite speechless. For a Hotel that promotes high-floor guest rooms, not having a view should be offered as a separate Plan; otherwise, it could be a critical issue.

    A comfortable Hotel.

    I had a relaxing stay in the Deluxe Twin Room. The spa on the 18th floor was relatively quiet, allowing me to unwind in the sauna before enjoying a drink in the lounge while admiring Sapporo's night view. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes featuring Hokkaido ingredients, which was truly satisfying. Additionally, the direct connection to Susukino Station makes the location unbeatable. I discovered this Hotel last year and fell in love with Sapporo; I plan to visit again within this year.

    The Room is dark and...

    The Room is dark and feels uncomfortable. It could be a better Hotel, but perhaps the designer was not good. The trash bin is small, and the functionality is lacking overall.

    The view from the Room is excellent.

    The premium room offered an excellent view of the giant Ferris wheel and TV tower. Compared to the lounge breakfast set, the 7th-floor buffet is more recommended. The bath and sauna being available until late at night was very convenient, and I also appreciated the complimentary sparkling water and ice cream afterward. One star was deducted because my request for a children's towel was declined by the counter staff.

    Stylish and convenient!

    We stayed for two nights with our children during the Snow Festival. Being directly connected to the station was really helpful in the blizzard! The breakfast included many dishes unique to Hokkaido, and I ended up eating too much. The wooden bear carvings and paintings at the shop on the 7th floor were very cute. I would like to use this place again when I visit Sapporo!

    Found it on the fourth try!

    Congratulations on your 1st anniversary! Over the past year, I have stayed in four different Rooms and received great service. The Premium Deluxe Double is my best Room [winner]! This Room was wonderful! It has a spacious closet. There are two individual air conditioning units with two remotes, allowing you to adjust the temperature at the entrance and bedside for ultimate comfort! It's far from the elevator, almost at the end. There were five records available! As a music lover, I appreciated their selection. I listened to three of them. However, the album jackets were swollen due to humidity, which was unfortunate for the albums... The breakfast was delicious with "Oatmeal Pod Egg" from the premium breakfast menu! There were only a few groups present, so there was no waiting or noise. The large public bath is always relaxing and helpful for unwinding. The scent of shampoo and conditioner is pleasant. I often wonder about check-in; it's different every time... Where's the correct spot? Sometimes it's at a regular front desk or seated in front of artist Fujisawa-san's (Fujisawa) work next door while checking in or enjoying a welcome drink in the lounge on the 18th floor... Check-out is always self-service and easy!!

    Very satisfied. However, the room amenities are disappointing.

    It was directly connected to the station and was very new and clean. All the staff were pleasant. Considering the accommodation cost here, the amenities like shampoo were lacking compared to other hotels and business hotels, so I would like them to be improved.

    With a Multiple Night Stay, the noise from the main street is unbearable.

    Since it is a new Hotel, the Room cleaning is thorough, and the access is excellent. However, whether due to poor building construction or facing a main street, the noise from the downtown area continued all night, making it difficult to sleep.

    It is a beautiful Hotel!

    The Hotel was very clean, and the Room was spacious and satisfying. Being directly connected to commercial Facilities and the subway, it was great to be able to move around without getting wet in the rain!

    I don't often come to Sapporo, so I thought about which Hotel to choose. I chose one directly connected to the station in case it snows. The Hotel is above the 7th floor, and up to the 6th floor, there is a comprehensive building with a cinema, izakaya, and shopping. The Room layout and amenities are also artistic. One of the window frames was sagging, so if it could be fixed, the next guest could enjoy it more. There was a trouser press, but there was no power outlet nearby, so I had to plug it into the outlet near the door, making it difficult to enter and exit. It would be more convenient if there was a power outlet inside the small Room. There were two artistic lights, but I couldn't find the switch for one of them. I could have asked, but I didn't because it was troublesome. I definitely want to stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo. Thank you very much.

    I stayed for two nig...

    I stayed for two nights with my wife. Everything was clean as it is a new Hotel. It is located above a commercial Facility and directly connected to the subway, making it very convenient and comfortable. Being in the central area of Susukino, I was very pleased that all the shops I wanted to visit were within walking distance. The staff were youthful and pleasant. My impression of Sapporo has greatly improved. If I have the opportunity to visit Sapporo again, I would definitely like to use it.

    Staff Training

    As a "Diamond" member of the Comfort Club, I requested a late checkout until 1 PM. However, the front desk staff (a non-Japanese woman) said, "Diamond members cannot check out until 1 PM. Only Crystal members and above can." There is no such thing as a Crystal membership in the Comfort Club. After persistently arguing about whether I could check out until 1 PM, the staff went to confirm in the back, and it was finally approved. This was the first time something like this happened. I strongly hope that staff training will be improved. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

    The noise from the h...

    The noise from the hallway echoes a lot. Although it's located in the center of Susukino, I couldn't hear any noise from outside. It seemed that other guests were visiting each other's rooms until late at night, and it was noisy with the sound of knocking on doors and people's voices. There was a long line for breakfast from 6:30, stretching from the restaurant entrance to near the front desk. Since there are many delicious restaurants nearby, I think next time I'll just stay without meals.

    The large public bath was also nice.

    Staying right in the heart of Susukino... what an experience! The building has transformed significantly from its previous appearance into a stylish, modern one. I took the escalator up, admiring each floor from the basement. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly. I wish I had taken the opportunity to use the large bath. There were chairs and ice cream available at the exit of the men's and women's baths, which made me happy. The lounge offered light snacks, including Hokkaido cookies, which are great for souvenir ideas. They even had Katsugen! I think staying again with lounge access would be nice. Having breakfast at the buffet on the 7th floor was definitely the right choice. In the room, I appreciated the towel slippers and sandals provided. However, if I could wish for one thing, it would be something like a bar to hang towels on, which would be convenient. I felt a bit disappointed because I believe it could be done stylishly in terms of design.

    Right in the middle of the Susukino intersection

    I stayed here because it opened this year and is conveniently located right in the middle of the Susukino intersection. I checked in after 3 PM, and perhaps because it was a weekday, it wasn't very crowded and the process was smooth. I stayed in a twin room on the premium floor, and as expected, everything was new, clean, and exuded a sense of cleanliness. The amenities in this floor's rooms are well-equipped. The windows extend to the floor, which is a bit scary (laughs). Right after checking in, I used the spa and felt rejuvenated. The spa and premium lounge can be accessed in the in-house wear, which is very convenient. The ice cream service after bathing is delightful, but the beer in the premium lounge is the best. The fridge contains Sapporo Classic, but the beer server offers Asahi Super Dry. Although the Susukino intersection isn't visible from the sofa seats in the premium lounge, the abundance of beer advertisements, including Nikka Whisky, somehow made the alcohol taste even better. For dinner, I enjoyed Genghis Khan in Susukino and then had fun at the "Autumn Fest" in Odori Park. To wrap up, I had miso ramen at "Minna no Gourmet" on the hotel's fourth floor, Cocono Susukino, and then relaxed again in the premium lounge. The night view of Sapporo from the terrace is also fantastic. Although the hotel is in a bustling area, no outside noise was heard, and I slept soundly listening to jazz on the Bluetooth speaker installed in the room. I had breakfast at the restaurant on the front floor, but there was a long line even before it opened. The buffet had a wide variety, but I first chose only what I liked and ate, then used the premium lounge for breakfast. There were fewer people here, so I could enjoy a leisurely breakfast. It's nice to have breakfast while enjoying the view, isn't it? Check-out was also smooth with the automatic reception. Next time I travel to Sapporo, I want to enjoy an upgraded stay at this hotel.

    Extremely convenient location

    I wanted to try staying at a new hotel, so I chose this one. - Since the hotel is within a commercial facility, you can quickly buy anything you need, and there are plenty of restaurants within the facility. It's right in the middle of Susukino, so everything is conveniently close by. The interior is stylish and clean. I expected there to be many foreign tourists due to the location, and indeed, there were many. The hotel staff seemed to anticipate this, as there were many foreign staff members. Their Japanese was a bit broken, but they were all kind and quick to respond, leaving a good impression. In fact, the Japanese staff might not be as good at customer service... The terrace on the top floor does offer a nice view, but it's a bit disappointing that eating and drinking are prohibited. Perhaps allowing it could lead to issues. However, it seems no one follows the rule, as there were people openly smoking and leaving pet bottles on the tables, so I didn't use it much. - I stayed in a double room, so I could sleep comfortably. I think the interior is simple and tasteful. The plumbing is new, so there are no unpleasant aspects, which is nice. The disappointing part might be that, due to the location, the windows are sealed, so you can't see outside or get any sunlight, and the room's air conditioning is unusually hot... and dry. I stayed here for two nights, but after just one night, my facial skin became very dry... - The breakfast buffet was generally tasty, but I don't think there was anything particularly outstanding. There was a corner where you could make your own parfait, but on the first day, the soft serve machine was broken, so I couldn't use it. The ricotta cheese was delicious, but it recommended adding honey, and I was like, "There's no honey nearby..." Maybe it was in the bread corner...? The variety of tea bags for hot tea and coffee drinks you could make with the machine was good, I think. The facility is clean, and the location is great, so I feel like I want to stay again, but the air conditioning and dryness are a bit of a concern...

    The main street is noisy.

    The location is excellent and easily accessible. However, the soundproofing of the room is not very good, and it feels quite noisy at night.

    Reconsider the selection of front desk staff.

    Given the location, many guests must have traveled long distances and spent a long time to get there, both from within and outside the prefecture. Please select staff who at least understand and can pronounce Japanese. If the unnecessary time spent on asking and re-asking questions could be reduced, the waiting time would have been one-third. Since there were employees who were considerate, it might have been possible to have them switch. It was extremely unpleasant. The BGM in the guest room corridor was bizarre, making me mistakenly think that voices were leaking. As for breakfast, I thought it was above average, but the amenities were questionable considering the accommodation fee. I regret choosing it based solely on the brand.

    New & convenient

    I checked out around 7 o'clock, and even though I hadn't gone to the counter yet, I was able to hand over the key to the staff on the lobby floor and check out quickly, which was very helpful on a busy morning. The facility is new and easy to use, and it's very convenient as it is directly connected to Susukino subway station. Thank you very much.

    The service was...

    The facilities were new, the food was delicious, and I had a comfortable stay. The hotel is located on the upper floors of a commercial building, and since the parking is managed by the commercial facility, I understand the situation. However, when guests enter the multi-story parking, they are instructed to unload their luggage first. But since there is no platform, you have to place your luggage directly on the ground. It would be nice to have a luggage area. I arrived before the check-in time and asked the lobby staff, who told me, "If your room is ready, you can check in, so please go to the front desk." There were 3 or 4 staff members at the front desk, but none of them seemed willing to assist. When I spoke up, they responded, "It's before check-in time." When I mentioned that the lobby staff had directed me, they silently typed on their terminal and said, "You can enter your room." The guidance was unfriendly, leaving a bad impression. The restaurant staff provided a very pleasant service, so it was disappointing to have such an experience at the front desk.

    Premium twin stay

    I stayed in the Premium Twin room, and the spa and lounge were great. I would definitely like to use them again.
