    The great location, ...

    The great location, the view from the Room, the comfort of the premium lounge, the cleanliness of the Room, and the delicious breakfast were all as expected or better, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again on my next trip to Sapporo.

    Very convenient, and the buffet is delicious!

    The Room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Having a large public bath is also a big plus. It was also nice that the toilet and washbasin were separate.

    Concerns About the Front Desk Service

    This was my fourth stay, as I always use this Accommodation when visiting Susukino, but I was surprised by the overbearing attitude of the female staff member at check-in. Since I have always stayed here, it was very disappointing.

    It was excellent.

    I stayed in a Premier Room with a friend. The Room setup and the lounge services were all excellent, and we were very satisfied. Breakfast in the lounge was especially great: you can choose a main dish, and the herb buffet offered high-quality ingredients. We enjoyed a delicious meal in a calm atmosphere. The staff were also very helpful, and I would definitely like to stay again.

    Cleaning and amenities are provided.

    There were cotton swabs left behind by the previous guest… and there were no amenities… I noticed too late and didn’t tell the front desk. The bed had been made, so it was probably mid-cleaning? The location is good. There are far too few waiting areas, and no one was at the travel reception counter even though it takes up too much space. It looks modern, but that actually makes it feel cheap and disappointing.

    Service that satisfies international guests!

    This time we stayed on the 15th floor. On the day of our stay, it felt like 90% of the guests were from overseas—so many different languages were being spoken. Even so, the staff handled everything smoothly, which was impressive. I was also impressed by their smart response when an overseas guest mistakenly came to the breakfast venue in loungewear. At check-in, I was asked, “Would you like us to prepare the items you borrowed last time?”—it really helped that I could borrow them again. Thank you! Around 9:30, a smiling housekeeping staff member we met in the hallway greeted us with “Good morning! Please take your time,” and their kindness really came through. We have stayed at this Hotel more than 10 times. I still think it would be convenient if there were a cloakroom in front of the elevators on the first floor like there was when it first opened...

    A quiet Room!

    This time, the Room is on the 13th floor. You cannot see the Ferris wheel or Sapporo TV Tower from the Room, but since it does not face a main street, it is quiet and relaxing with no noise from emergency vehicles. The Room TV is a smart TV, so you can watch YouTube and Netflix. Breakfast is highly recommended! There is also a great selection of drinks.

    Great location with easy access to transportation!

    This time, the room is on the 12th floor. From Sapporo Station, you can check in without worrying about rain or snow by using the underground pedestrian walkway.

    It was a wonderful stay.

    Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We were very satisfied with the Room, spa, and lounge breakfast as well. Although it is difficult in the center of Susukino, we had a hard time because the parking lot was full when trying to park at 1000p. Thank you.

    I was able to relax and get a good rest.

    Since it’s directly connected to COCONO Susukino, getting around is very convenient. With lounge access included, the Room was smaller than I expected, but it was functional and perfectly fine. The large public bath was quiet—I had it all to myself (lol). The post-bath ice cream is a nice touch. The lounge offers Hokkaido sweets and local drinks, which is perfect for tourists. I’m a local, but I still enjoyed it. For breakfast, I chose the buffet this time instead of the lounge—and it was amazing! A seafood rice bowl in the morning and Okushiba Shoten soup curry. The best part was making a morning parfait with the soft-serve machine—so good when you can add whatever you like. This is a Hotel I highly recommend.

    This is a clean Hotel with convenient transportation access.

    Whenever I travel to Hokkaido, I always stay here. In the past, I didn’t do a Multiple Night Stay and stayed at other Hotels as well, but this time I did a Multiple Night Stay. The Room was clean, and best of all, the lounge offers Susukino Ale, a local craft beer—an appreciated service. I will definitely stay here again next time.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    We stayed here around this time last year as well. The Room was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the spa. The breakfast restaurant offered a wide variety of options, and we enjoyed Hokkaido ingredients to the fullest. All the Hotel staff were very helpful, and we would like to come again next year.

    Every time I visit t...

    Every time I visit this spa, I get excited because the amenities—like the shampoo—are excellent! The toner and lotion are also really great! I visited the club lounge again for the first time in a while and was able to relax. There are now three main breakfast options, and the bread was delicious—everything was wonderful!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    We stayed as a family. In addition to the great location, we enjoyed the spacious and comfortable large public bath with stunning panoramic views of Sapporo. The Room was also designed with convenience in mind and was easy to use.

    For live events.

    The location is excellent. With direct access to Susukino Station, it’s convenient for getting anywhere and for dining. The Room is also stylish and chic. It felt almost a waste to use it just as a place to sleep. However, it was disappointing that the rope for the Room’s roller blind wouldn’t move. I’m not sure if it was broken. At check-in, I also heard a previous guest telling the front desk that the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain; I believe they were addressing it, but it made me feel there might be some minor issues.

    We had the pleasure of enjoying a truly luxurious day.

    As a reward to myself after finishing a big project, I stayed in a premium room. It was my first time in two years, and both the spa and the lounge were quiet, so I was able to truly indulge. In my Review from two years ago, I mentioned that the lounge breakfast felt lacking, but it has improved dramatically—now it’s excellent. This is a Hotel that even locals will want to return to. Even though I’ve only just checked out, I’m already looking for an excuse to come back for another treat.

    There is no other Hotel in such a great location that I have been as satisfied with. This was especially evident during the winter season when the weather was bad!

    The Facility is clean, but...

    The Facility and Room were clean, the windows were large with a great view, and the lights in the Room and toilet were sensor-activated—no need to insert a card key. It’s directly connected to the underground shopping area, so there’s no need to walk outside even in bad weather. It’s also truly close to the Susukino area—there’s hardly a more convenient location. In terms of hardware and location, I was very satisfied. However, there are issues on the service side. Because of bad weather I changed my schedule and expected to arrive much earlier than planned, so I called just to confirm a change in arrival time... only to be asked, “Are you making a Reservation now?” “...?” There were several other moments where communication with staff didn’t quite line up. The welcome drinks in the lobby—crab soup or salmon soup—were unusual and interesting, but the machine wasn’t working... The amenity bar was put away by morning, so you had to go get items from the front desk... A common Hokkaido disappointment: even if the hardware is great, people-related aspects can be lacking. Since we’ll apparently be charged an even higher Accommodation Tax in Hokkaido going forward compared with elsewhere, I plan to reduce opportunities to stay as much as possible. So I may not have another chance—and in that sense it became a good memory as what might effectively be my last Hotel stay in Hokkaido. I booked when prices dropped because fewer Chinese visitors were expected; even so, whether it was worth the price is questionable—not just here but across Hokkaido. Honestly, Tokyo and Kyoto offer stays that feel more fairly priced considering hardware, service quality, and taxes. If anything: at this price point while aiming for an upscale experience, it’s disappointing to see suitcases piled up in the lobby (it seems ours were stored inside), and while an amenity bar is convenient for ordinary guests like us—and appreciated—a truly top-tier place would bring amenities directly to your Room. Being asked for the names of everyone sharing your Room at check-in honestly felt unpleasant (some affluent guests may have reasons they’d rather not say). Having lines at self-checkout machines is also disappointing (staff handled ours along with luggage storage). Am I expecting too much?

    Stylish Hotel with Excellent Location

    This was my first stay. Located in a great area of Susukino, the hotel is connected to the commercial facility "Coco Susukino," allowing for a luxurious experience where everything can be enjoyed within the building. The room I stayed in was stylish and spacious, providing high satisfaction! The lounge offered a quiet and sophisticated atmosphere, which I used multiple times. I would love to stay here again!

    The breakfast was excellent.

    Offering Yotsuba soft serve ice cream for breakfast is a standout feature that sets this hotel apart. Breakfast at business hotels in Sapporo is renowned nationwide for its high quality, surpassing even the breakfast buffets at many Onsen resorts. The overall breakfast experience here is highly recommended.

    Hotel prices in Sapporo have increased.

    I chose this Hotel because it is close to dining spots in Susukino, but the Room only had a view of a wall, and the amenities were limited to just a toothbrush. There were two bottles of water, but no coffee or tea. The price of 25,500 yen felt quite expensive, though other Hotels seemed similar in pricing.

    The location was excellent, and the Room was comfortable.

    The hotel is directly connected to Susukino Station, making it very convenient and in an excellent location. I stayed in a Superior Corner Twin Room, which was very clean and offered a view of the Ferris wheel.

    The Hotel is newly b...

    The Hotel is newly built, and the front desk service was excellent. The large public bath was relatively empty, and when I used it around 9 PM, there were no other guests. However, the water temperature felt slightly high. While the guest room facilities are well-equipped, soundproofing is an issue as external noise could be heard even during sleep.

    Excellent Location

    This was my second stay. The location is excellent, and the view from the room is great. All the staff were very kind. I had breakfast on the 7th floor and in the lounge, both of which were delicious. However, there was one disappointing point. The water in the large public bath was too hot, causing a rash-like reaction all over my body. I entered twice and found it too hot, so I mentioned it to a staff member, but nothing changed... It remained too hot even on my third visit.

    Very lively

    We chose a corner room with a larger area as we planned for a Multiple Night Stay. The glass surface was wide, and either due to sound reverberation or thin glass, the noise from 8 AM to 11 PM was severe. Even during quieter hours, the sound of traffic signals could be heard, suggesting that the glass might be thin. This was unexpected as it wasn’t mentioned by family members who stayed here previously, and we barely slept for two days. The location is excellent, and the response from the front desk staff regarding noise concerns was very good. The breakfast buffet is highly recommended for its smoothies. As for the public bath, there were reports of foreign guests unfamiliar with bathing etiquette in the men's bath. In addition, several towels meant for use in baths were found scattered in the women's bath area. While this isn’t an issue caused by the Hotel itself, providing clearer guidance on bathing manners might help improve this situation. For younger guests who are less sensitive to noise, it may not be an issue at all; however, I would recommend rooms other than corner rooms if possible.

    Stylish Hotel

    I stayed in a Twin Room on the Premium Floor. The room was spacious with a great view, and I felt like I could live in such a room. Since I stayed for two nights, I tried breakfast at both the buffet restaurant and the Premium Floor lounge. The buffet on the 7th floor had better taste, but the lounge had a nicer atmosphere and view. The sauna allowed self-loylyu with high temperatures, and the cold bath was refreshing—it felt amazing. There were many inbound guests from China and Korea, but I didn’t notice anyone with poor manners. If I have another chance to visit Sapporo, I'd love to stay in this same room again. One thing—wasn't it mentioned that check-in for the Premium Floor is different from the general area? I ended up checking in while standing at the general front desk.

    A truly luxurious space.

    Stayed with the Superior + Double (Double) Plan. The room is not particularly spacious but very functional, with high-quality and well-designed furnishings, including lighting, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was not only diverse in beverages but also featured high-quality ingredients, leaving me very satisfied. Although it was just a one-night stay this time, I felt the breakfast would be enjoyable even for a multiple night stay. Without the view of Susukino outside the window (laughs), it almost feels like being abroad. The location is convenient and excellent!
