    The view is excellen...

    The view is excellent. You can see airplanes, ships, and the skyline from the room, and it was very beautiful both day and night. It feels like a full resort experience in a location where you wouldn't think you're in the city. Both the lobby and the room are spacious and very calming. We had sushi at Genju for dinner, and it was also wonderful. It's a place you'd want to visit again. The amenities were slightly disappointing. There was shaving cream and a razor for two women, but only one shower cap. Other amenities were basically one for two people. The pajama sizes were L and M, which was surprising at night. It's also a disappointment that the minibar is not all-inclusive. It would be nice to have a turndown service or a mat to step onto directly from the bed. The chocolate service was good. It's not really a complaint, but it feels like there are services that would be nice to have but aren't available. It would be great if the breakfast quality was a bit higher. Many items were a bit cold... It would be nice if at least the bread was freshly baked. The staff is very kind. However, the operation is slow and relaxed, resulting in some waiting time. The hospitality felt quite ordinary. Perhaps I feel this way because I'm accustomed to Japanese hospitality at places like ryokans or the Imperial Hotel. (laughs) Using the club lounge or spa might have changed my impression. I hope the Ritz quality and the differences from the Ritz in Osaka or Tokyo become a good unique feature.

    Second stay

    I don't think it's necessary for the bath amenities like shampoo to be in large bottles. I was concerned about the possibility of previous guests having used them. It was disappointing that I couldn't use the Bluetooth speaker because the connection didn't work well.

    It was great.

    The Hotel staff were very helpful, and we had a very comfortable stay. The bar on the 24th floor was also excellent.
