    First Stay

    The hotel is not directly connected to the station, but the entrance is located next to the elevator entrance from the station. It is conveniently close to both Motomachi and Chinatown. Breakfast was a buffet served at a coffee shop on the first floor. While the menu was quite simple, it was sufficient for enjoying coffee and a light meal. The room wasn’t very spacious but functional, with plenty of power outlets, making it very convenient without having to search for them or wonder where they are located. I plan to complete another reservation for a few nights and enjoy my stay in Yokohama again!

    I had a relaxing time.

    Convenient location with easy walking access to various destinations. The harbor view was truly relaxing. I will stay here again.

    It was very comfortable.

    I made the Reservation with some hesitation as it was my first time hearing about this Hotel. However, I chose it because the location was convenient. The service was excellent, the Facility was clean, and everything provided was just right without excess or deficiency. I had a very comfortable stay. Since there seem to be locations in other areas as well, I would like to use them in the future.

    We had a wonderful time.

    I took a break from parenting and planned a girls' night Hotel stay with a friend I hadn't seen in about 15 years since we were both single. We enjoyed a relaxing time with breakfast included, a spacious Room, and luxurious large beds. It was such a wonderful experience. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

    Excellent accessibility features, but it would have been nice to know in advance.

    I used the day-use service. Overall, it was comfortable, and I enjoy the stylish space typical of Citadines, so I have used it several times. However, this time I was assigned a barrier-free Room, which surprised me a little. Of course, there were no issues with the Facility itself, and it was clean as well. However, since the layout and design of barrier-free Rooms are different, I felt slightly disappointed from the perspective of choosing this Hotel to "enjoy an extraordinary experience." I understand that Room selection is not possible for day-use stays; however, if there had been prior notice about "the possibility of being assigned a barrier-free Room," I could have prepared myself mentally in advance. Overall, it's a very good Hotel. If more consideration is given to such details in the future, satisfaction levels could be even higher.

    Focus on Location Only

    Just steps from the station exit, with Yamashita Park and Chinatown within walking distance. The Room is clean. However, check-in involves a puzzling system where you scan a QR code with your smartphone at a staffed counter to register your name and email. It's the most inefficient staffed counter I've ever seen—installing an automated check-in machine would be much better.

    It was great.

    The facility is new and compact, with a large refrigerator and all necessary items provided. A convenience store and bus stop are nearby, making it very convenient! It looks even better than in the photos. Check-in was smooth without any crowd, and I was delighted to receive apple-flavored candy with green apples displayed as decoration.

    Hotel Stay

    I have used this accommodation several times. This time, I stayed with a friend who was visiting for the first time. My friend had no particular complaints, so here are some positive points: - Despite booking through a travel site due to budget constraints, the staff kindly explained changes (such as amenities) since my previous stay. - Since this trip focused on staying at the hotel, the ECO Plan allowed us to enjoy our time without worrying about cleaning schedules. - The lounge was very convenient for remote work, especially with the coffee machine and portable batteries provided. - The location is excellent (close to the station and near Chinatown and parks), making it a fulfilling stay even for a short period. - Coffee was available not only in the lounge but also in the lobby, allowing us to take a short break before heading out again. - The front desk and cleaning staff greeted us warmly and made our stay pleasant with their polite gestures. This is one of my favorite hotels, so I look forward to staying here again! Thank you! :)

    Excellent

    The location, staff's smiles and service, and room comfort are all excellent. The breakfast was also delicious. It's quite difficult to make a Reservation, but I would definitely love to stay at this Hotel again.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    This was my second stay following last year. As with the previous visit, my luggage was kindly stored before check-in, and this time even larger items were accommodated without issue, which was very helpful. I had reserved a simple Room but was upgraded to a more spacious Room with a kitchen. Unfortunately, due to a packed schedule, I didn’t have much opportunity to use the kitchen this time, but it was still greatly appreciated. Additionally, I chose a breakfast-included Plan this time. The selection of Japanese and Western dishes was ample in both variety and taste, leaving me fully satisfied. A couple of points of concern: the door closer closed too quickly with loud noise each time and almost caught my fingers as it shut abruptly. Another point is during check-in; scanning the QR code on my smartphone and filling out the required information on the form took some effort for someone like me who isn’t used to such processes regularly. While I support efficiency improvements and going paperless—and luckily there were no other guests checking in at that moment—I think making email address input optional would be better. Overall, I am very satisfied with the access, Facility quality, and service provided here and look forward to staying again in the future!

    Third Stay

    I often stay in a Room with a kitchen, which I prefer. Most of the guests are from abroad, giving the lobby an international atmosphere. There is a training room and a lovely tea room where I enjoyed coffee after working out. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking enjoyable. The location is excellent, and I would love to stay here again.

    As always, the Facility was excellent.

    I have stayed here several times and always had a comfortable experience. This time, the staff's service was excellent as usual. However, there was one thing that caught my attention. The lounge here is fantastic, and I always enjoy using it. But this time, when I entered the lounge, there was a cleaning staff member standing firmly in the middle of the room. Thinking they were about to start cleaning, I hesitantly began making coffee. Then I felt someone staring at me from behind; when I turned around, they were glaring—or at least it felt like they were glaring—at me. It made me feel rushed even though this has never happened before. Even after finishing my coffee preparation, they continued to stand there with an intimidating presence. The next day in the first-floor lobby while chatting with others, another cleaning staff member came by and muttered loudly enough for us to hear: "Think about those who have to clean up!" They seemed upset and roughly cleaned up the seat next to ours. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Usually, the cleaning staff are calm and greet guests politely—so what was that? Was it just an unfortunate shift with someone having a bad day? It didn’t leave a good impression overall. Hopefully during my next stay, I won’t encounter such behavior again!

    It was a comfortable stay.

    This was my second stay. This time, I stayed to celebrate a birthday. There was a tumbler gift and a message card in the Room. I was also happy to receive a discount voucher for the famous fresh donut shop next to the entrance. The Room was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were easy to use. All of the staff were friendly and pleasant. If I have the opportunity, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

    Thank you for your stay. The balance between the facilities, such as the lounge and gym, and the price seems reasonable. However, it might be more user-friendly if there were explanations for items like the coffee machine in the lounge (in my case, a Japanese staff member kindly came to tidy up and explained things to me, which was helpful). Otherwise, it feels like a waste of such a nice lounge. The Wi-Fi environment could be improved. Additionally, while basic check-in is fine, when it comes to more complex matters like membership applications, communication can become challenging due to limited Japanese proficiency among some front desk staff. It would be smoother if at least one staff member fluent in Japanese were available at all times.

    Hotel stay after work

    Every time I have work in the Yokohama area, I choose to stay overnight for a refresh even though I can return home. There is Chinatown within walking distance, so finding meals is not an issue. This is my second stay, and this time I'm enjoying a relaxing solo stay in a double room with a harbor view. The buffet at the coffee shop was unique and the taste was delicious. I usually don't drink much coffee, but since it was available, I had some at the end. It was very easy to drink. I'd like to stay again after work next month as well.

    The best stay

    First time using the Ascot Group Hotel I even went ahead and registered as a member. The female hotel staff who assisted with check-in and check-out provided perfect service. It was also a learning experience for me as a hotelier. I would like to use it again next time. I apologize for the breakfast; my expectations were too high. It's my own issue, but... I would have appreciated it if the breakfast service staff could have been a bit more cheerful in their interactions. Thank you very much.

    It was a room on a high floor with a great view of Osanbashi right in front. There was also a kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator, but no washing machine in the room. Additionally, there was a lounge, gym, and coin laundry on the seventh floor, each of which was convenient to use. If you become a member, check-out is extended until 12:00 PM.

    Conveniently located above the subway!

    It is very convenient as it is located above a subway station in Yokohama. I went to the Hotel by private car, but unfortunately, there was no parking, so I parked at a nearby parking lot. It would have been nice to have mineral water if possible. The Room was clean.

    Comfortable time

    I had to go to Yokohama suddenly the day before, and I was relieved to find a room available. The lounge was easy to use, the room was quiet with a nice view, and the staff were all friendly, making it a pleasant stay. I strolled around Kannai, where I usually don't walk, and appreciated the convenience. I would like to stay again.

    It was a dog-friendly Hotel.

    I stayed with my dog. The room was equipped with amenities for dogs, and I was impressed that even treats and toys were provided. Besides the room, there was a lounge and gym, and the facilities were well-equipped. It was a pity that there was no parking lot, but the staff kindly explained the parking options in detail. The hotel was clean and beautiful, and I would like to stay again. The staff's service was very good. Thank you very much.

    Everything was perfect except for the "checkout time."

    I have already used this Hotel twice. I like it because of the good Facility and the view from the Room. I also understand that there are many foreign staff members, including at the front desk. The foreign male staff member who assisted me during check-in this time was very kind and courteous. Additionally, the three Japanese staff members who assisted me in the lobby and lounge were impeccable. However, during check-out. When I went down to the lobby a little after 7 a.m., a chair was placed next to the check-in counter, and one female staff member was tying another female staff member's hair. They were chatting and laughing with a man who was not in uniform. (All three were foreign staff members) When I expressed my desire to proceed with the check-out, I was gestured with a nod to place the key on the counter while they continued tying hair. Since there was no payment, I left the key and headed to the door, but I felt quite disappointed. I have used Hotels domestically and internationally for both work and private purposes, but I have never experienced such a response before and was quite surprised. (I am not necessarily seeking a Japanese-style response) This Hotel is one of my favorites, so I would like to continue using it. However, I hope that each staff member can have a little more understanding of the basics of service and "hospitality."

    It was comfortable.

    I had never used it for a stay in Yokohama before, but the service was so good and the front desk staff were so accommodating that I would like to use it from next time. I used the lounge on the 7th floor to bring in and have a light drink, and also had breakfast there. The Nestlé coffee was delicious, and the staff were very kind. The view from the Room was nice, and the direct connection to the station is helpful. I chose a Room with a kitchen, but I felt that the lounge was sufficient for my needs, haha. I look forward to staying again.

    I would like to use it again.

    The location was good, and the view from the window was nice. This time, I opted for no meals, but the kitchen was equipped with a microwave, plates, and utensils, so I was able to buy ingredients and make snacks and breakfast, which was great. However, it was disappointing that there were no toiletries in the room. According to other reviews, it seems you could get them by asking at the front desk, but it was a hassle to go and get them at night when I was relaxing, so it would have been appreciated if they were placed in the room or in a noticeable spot in the lobby. I could also have an espresso in the lounge, but it would have been even better if I could take it to the room in a paper cup. Overall, I was satisfied with the price as well, so I would like to use it again when I visit Yokohama.

    I stayed in the studio.

    I was surprised by the bold design near the headboard in the room images, but I went ahead and booked it. When I actually entered the room, it was bold yet the colors were calm and it was a lovely room! The wall objects and the squid fishing boat-style lights gave it a unique port town feel. I was surprised by the abundance of drawers in a twin room, but it was very comfortable! The top of the drawers is spacious, making it easy to organize things while taking them in and out! (I want to use this as a reference for remodeling...) Breakfast was at a coffee shop, and each item was delicious. The quality is high. I was on a diet, but on the second night, I enjoyed it thoroughly. It was unfortunate that there was no hairbrush in the amenities. I would love to stay again.
