    We were very satisfied with the facilities, services, and location.

    I stayed here as my base for a 3-day, 2-night trip. The location is extremely convenient, with direct access to a Minatomirai Line station, and it’s also a big plus that major attractions such as Yokohama Chinatown, the Red Brick Warehouse, and Yamashita Park are within walking distance. I booked a Room with panoramic views of Yokohama Port, and since there was availability, I was upgraded free of charge. The Facility was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable—I was able to relax and recover from travel fatigue. This Hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting the Minatomirai area.

    Hotel directly connected to the station

    I stayed here for the first time to attend a live concert. The Hotel is directly connected to the station, which was very convenient. There is also a convenience store at the station, so I could shop without getting wet in the rain. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The refrigerator was a two-door type with a separate freezer compartment. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming with smiles. If I had to mention one thing, I think it would be even better if the front desk area were a bit larger.

    Great view

    Day-use Room (Room type assigned by the property) It was on the 13th floor on the ocean side. I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    The view is also wonderful.

    After looking around, I chose this place, and it was absolutely the right decision. They were very considerate and upgraded my Room. The air conditioning felt a little weak, but otherwise everything was clean, and the Hotel is directly connected to the station. It was an excellent Hotel.

    Sufficient

    Even from the sidewalk across the street, it was hard to spot the Hotel. It’s partly hidden by street trees, so having “HOTEL” or katakana signage at eye level would help. I don’t understand English well, so letters only made it tough. A small Hotel was fine for me. I rarely ran into other guests. It doesn’t seem aimed at Japanese travelers, but the staff were pleasant and kept a comfortable distance—maybe because it wasn’t crowded? The Room had equipment that made it feel like you could cook for yourself, which was interesting. The refrigerator was also large. I only had breakfast at the restaurant, and it was delicious—buffet style where you serve yourself. Great location: Chinatown and Motomachi are within walking distance, and there’s a Minatomirai Line platform directly underneath. I was glad I could stay on an unexpectedly low-priced day. My only complaint is that the water pressure on the toilet washlet is weak. I wish it were just a bit stronger—that’s my only issue.

    Yokohama Osanbashi Pier

    It was excellent. The room had the latest amenities, a kitchen, and a spacious bathroom and toilet. It was also convenient—within walking distance of Chinatown and directly connected to the station. When I come to Yokohama again, I would like to stay at this Hotel.

    This was honestly terrible. I felt like I’d been deceived.

    This was my third stay. For reference, I gave a high rating last time. At the very end of the check-in process, I was told, “Your Room will face another building.” I thought it couldn’t be helped, but when I got to the Room I was shocked. Even with only the sheer curtains closed, it was as dark as night. People working in the office building directly in front were visible, so I couldn’t stay comfortably unless I kept all curtains fully closed. If they had told me upfront, I could understand it as consideration—but is this really something to mention only after recommending an app (which took several minutes), taking cash payment, and then finally handing over the key card? This may sound harsh, but it felt like being tricked. I called the front desk to ask for a change, but no one answered—only ringing. With no choice, I went down to the first floor and asked the woman who checked me in to change my Room because it felt too enclosed. She simply said, “Impossible.” I understand this Plan does not allow choosing a Room. However, if you already knew days in advance that only such Rooms would be available—and that many guests would be unhappy—why not email before the cancellation deadline to ask whether that would still be acceptable? It may be extra work, but if things continue like this, your ratings will keep dropping.

    My stay was comforta...

    My stay was comfortable in every way. The only disappointing point was that, once again, there was no balsamic vinegar or wine vinegar available for the breakfast salad. Is it your policy that guests should eat it with only olive oil and salt and pepper?

    Close to the station

    Directly connected to the station, with a convenience store and bakery just nearby, making it very convenient. As an international Hotel, many of the employees and guests are from overseas, but all the staff speak Japanese fluently, so there were no issues at all. This time, we received a complimentary upgrade, from the cheapest twin Room to a Room with a kitchen. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and came with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven microwave, tableware, and even a water purifier on the tap—very convenient in many ways. Cooking utensils were also provided, so I think you can prepare simple meals if you stay long-term. There was also a free drink corner in the lobby that could be used even after checkout, making it a very satisfying stay. I would like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

    This Hotel offers great value for money and is an excellent choice overall.

    There was only one drawback. At breakfast, I put salad ingredients on my plate and, since there was olive oil, I used it. Naturally, I expected balsamic vinegar or wine vinegar to be available, but there wasn’t any. I had no choice but to use the Japanese-style dressing instead, and it tasted odd. If you provide olive oil, please also provide a few types of vinegar. Whole-grain mustard would also be appreciated.

    Convenient

    This Hotel is directly connected to the station, making it extremely convenient. The Room and Facility are more than sufficient for a comfortable stay, and every time I stay here, I feel it’s perfect for relaxing after work or sightseeing. With the city’s international atmosphere and many guests from overseas, the staff also provide uniquely personal service. I would like to use it again when I have business nearby.

    A luxury apartment Hotel where you can fully experience the unique charm of Yokohama.

    The view from the Room was truly stunning and left me deeply impressed. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a BALMUDA microwave and kettle. I would definitely like to stay again.

    This is a wonderful Hotel.

    This was my first stay. With direct access from the station, the location is excellent. Everything was flawless. The Accommodation was very clean and well maintained, and the lounge service was wonderful. Breakfast felt a little limited, but it still met my needs. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Yokohama.

    I would like to stay again.

    I stayed with a friend on a weekday for sightseeing. Although we checked in late at night, the process was smooth. The new and clean Room was equipped with high-quality amenities. Additionally, our Room was upgraded to the ocean side, allowing us to enjoy a beautiful night view. The front desk staff were very kind and attentive, promptly addressing issues such as a TV malfunction. While the smartphone charger was available for loan at the front desk, it would have been more convenient if it were provided in the Room. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I would love to visit again!

    Very convenient.

    The Hotel boasts an excellent location, situated immediately after ascending from the station. The Room was well-equipped and provided a very comfortable stay. The bath amenities were original products with a fragrance that suited my preferences, making bath time truly enjoyable. The front desk staff during check-in and check-out were all wonderful, leaving an overall great impression. I would definitely like to stay here again when I have business nearby.

    We had a wonderful birthday celebration.

    1. I used this accommodation to celebrate her birthday as it is her favorite hotel. 2. We were assigned a harbor view double room and enjoyed a relaxing time with the stunning scenery. 3. A birthday message card and commemorative gift were prepared in the room, which made her happy and deeply moved. Thank you very much! 4. Although it was a cold day with snow flurries, we had a wonderful birthday celebration. 5. With many international guests staying here, this hotel offers an extraordinary experience, and I would like to continue using it as my favorite hotel in the future.

    This was my third stay at this hotel, but the room was hot, and even with the air conditioner on, the temperature could only be lowered to 20°C, which made it uncomfortably warm. For some reason, cooking smells from other rooms also came in. I used to love this hotel, but this time it was disappointing.

    I use it every time.

    I always stay here when working around Yokohama and Minato Mirai. I was happy to be upgraded from a double Room to a spacious twin, but since I only used it for sleeping, a larger bed might have been better. The Room is clean and quiet, and the kitchen with a water purifier is very convenient in case of need. Thank you as always!

    "Room Type: Let Us Choose" was not satisfactory.

    1. Used for an anniversary. Reserved over a month in advance and requested a double room, but was disappointed to receive a twin room. Additionally, the commemorative gift from the Hotel for the anniversary was handed over at checkout, which felt anticlimactic. 2. Will not use "Room Type Random" option in the future. If I cannot specify the room type, I will switch to another Hotel. 3. Credit card payment made check-in smooth and convenient.

    A stylish and trendy Hotel!

    I stayed alone this time and was given a harbor view room as requested. The spacious double room on a high floor offered a stunning view, making my stay very comfortable. In the evening, I had dinner with a local friend, and it was convenient as Chinatown was just a 7-8 minute walk away. The next day, I had plans in Harajuku, which was easily accessible with just one train ride. The breakfast at the café on the first floor was surprisingly satisfying. The staff were kind and attentive, making it a very pleasant hotel experience. I would love to stay here again!

    Stylish Room

    Located right next to the Minatomirai Line exit, the access is excellent. On the day of our stay, we were upgraded and guided to a spacious room with a kitchen. Thank you for your warm hospitality. With Halloween decorations everywhere due to the season, and beautiful fresh flowers in front of the reception adding a festive touch, it was truly delightful. The lounge exclusively for guests also had outdoor terrace seating where we could enjoy the pleasant breeze from the harbor in both morning and evening, making it very relaxing. This is definitely one of the hotels I would like to stay at again. The front desk staff members who came from overseas were all proficient in Japanese and had wonderful smiles. Thank you very much for taking care of us!
