A Vow in a Dream
After staying a few months ago, this is my second stay. The charm of Kinsen has been well-documented, but the excellence of Hatago lies in the variety of dishes filled with the desire to serve delicious food, accompanied by the smiles of the chefs explaining them. The Facility is also new and comfortable, so after a delicious meal, a deep sleep naturally follows, and I vow to return in my dreams.

First-time Inn
I visit Arima every two months to relax and unwind. I have a regular Stays, but this time I visited Hatago for the first time. It was cozy, the lobby felt like a home's entrance, and there was no shop, which made it feel calm. The Room was spacious, and there were plenty of welcome sweets and strawberries, which was delightful for someone who loves sweets. The amenities were perfect. However, it was disappointing that there was only a pillow and no buckwheat hull pillow. I had trouble sleeping because the pillow didn't suit me. Most Ryokan and Hotels have them. The meals were creatively prepared, but overall they were sweet. Especially the sukiyaki, which used cotton candy instead of sugar, seemed to focus on performance, but it was too sweet, and I couldn't enjoy the deliciousness of the Kobe beef. The breakfast portion was just right.

It was wonderful.
Both the hardware and software were excellent at this Property. In particular, the staff's constant attitude of asking if there was anything they could do was wonderful.

As a result, both of my parents were extremely satisfied and moved, and they were very pleased. They were delighted with the meals, the room, the onsen with golden water attached to the room, the amenities, the tea sweets, the drinks, and the fruits, and they were very satisfied. First Time at Arima Onsen

The room layout is good, with a spacious bedroom and high ceilings, making it feel open. Upon arrival, the staff greets you with a smile. There are properties that will change the dinner menu if you stay twice a month or for a multiple night stay, but even though it had been two months since my last stay in August, they paid attention to the meal content, and I was very pleased with the chef's thoughtfulness. Thank you very much. I think this is a property that values hospitality.

As it was a small-scale Hotel, there was no large public bath, but the Room's bath, which could be used at any time, was very good. The Hotel seemed to pride itself on its cuisine, and I was satisfied with the taste, appearance, and quantity. However, the rice cooked in an earthen pot for breakfast was too soft, which was a bit disappointing for me as I prefer firmer rice. It is a recommendable Hotel, and I felt I would like to use it again. I was impressed with the staff's hospitality. Thank you very much.

I was disappointed because I had high expectations.
The road to the hotel was a steep slope, and it was difficult as it was barely wide enough for one car. The hotel room was impeccable. It was well-equipped with desserts, drinks, snacks, amenities, and a massage chair. Above all, the private open-air bath in the room was excellent. The most disappointing part was breakfast. The staff didn't understand where to serve, so we had to move things around, which was bothersome. The person explaining breakfast didn't remember the dishes and had to ask other staff. They claimed the rice was cooked in an earthen pot, but I saw one with a timer nearby, so it seemed different. The rice was also too soft, which was disappointing. The taste was generally ordinary. At checkout, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to call for assistance. Despite paying a high accommodation fee, there was no sense of attention to detail.

Everything I wanted or wished for was provided, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time in the room. In particular, the chefs who prepared the meals answered all my questions, making it a pleasant experience. Every dish was extremely delicious, the portions were just right, and I was very satisfied. I want to visit again.
The food was indeed delicious. The performance of making bonito broth soup and ice cream with a siphon right in front of us was also enjoyable to watch. The Kinnoyu bath was excellent, and I ended up going in several times. The room was also very relaxing. The slope to the parking lot was somewhat narrow and difficult to enter, so I parked in a distant lot, but it was nice to have a shuttle service.
