First time
I stayed here for the first time because I found a great plan. I had heard about the Champagne Hotel, and from the reception area, it had a bar-like atmosphere. The room was quiet and relaxing as there is only one room per floor. Each room is designed as its own maison. I was surprised to see cork chairs by the sofa and aroma candles made from cut champagne bottles. It seems that each floor has different maisons, so next time I stay, I’d like to try a different one. The hotel is conveniently located near Shinsaibashi Station with easy access to convenience stores and various restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were polite and left a good impression as well.

A special night with Bollinger and Awa Sushi.
Stayed in the "Bollinger" room on the 14th floor of Cuvee J2 Hotel Osaka by Onkochishin and experienced an extraordinary time like never before. The room felt like a true hidden retreat for adults. Just being in its modern and sophisticated space brought a sense of relaxation and calm. As a special treat, Bollinger La Grande Année was provided—a masterpiece combining elegance and vibrancy. Taking full advantage, I brought it to "AWA SUSHI Awazushi" within the hotel to enjoy alongside my meal. The pairing was exceptional, especially with sushi made using awa honey. The subtle sweetness and rich aroma gently enveloped the flavors of rice and fish, complemented perfectly by the light effervescence—truly satisfying all senses. The luxurious combination of awa (champagne) × awa (sushi) × awa (honey) left me deeply impressed. Despite being in the heart of the city, this place felt like an entirely different world. Food, ambiance, service—everything harmonized seamlessly for an exquisite experience. When I visit Osaka again, I will undoubtedly return to this accommodation for another unforgettable stay.

It was excellent.
The surprise began right at the Hotel entrance. The moment we entered the Room, it was another surprise—beautifully decorated with a white theme and elegant furnishings. The bathroom was spacious, allowing for a relaxing bath. Dinner was absolutely delicious, enjoyed at a leisurely pace, and the champagne pairing was exceptional. Breakfast being served as Room service was great; however, it would be nice to have an option to choose from several types of bread. Additionally, including juice options would make it even better. We would love to visit again!

Evolving Sushi with Champagne
The Hotel created for Champagne remained a comfortable stay. For the first time, I received a bottle in the Room, and there were various types of glasses and a preservation stopper that kept the bubbles very well until the next morning, which once again surprised me with the comfort. What made me happiest was the evolution of the sushi. It was originally very delicious to match with Champagne, but I was impressed by the further research, such as skillfully using a very small amount of mustard. It's impressive how well it pairs with Champagne. Finally, I requested and received dried gourd, and also recommended yam rolls, which were very well prepared as traditional sushi and were delicious. The chef seemed busy every day, but he was very bright and kind, so please take care of your health!

I stayed at the Property on my birthday.
We had not mentioned that it was a birthday, but during check-in, the staff noticed and kindly prepared a wonderful gift for us on short notice. We were deeply touched. Not only were the Room and champagne service exceptional, but the thoughtfulness of all the staff was truly wonderful, making it an incredibly satisfying three days. Thank you very much. We would love to visit again.

One of a kind
From the entrance, a surprise. The Room is also a surprise. There are stylish Hotels, but this was a one-of-a-kind Hotel. The only downside is that the floor is low, so the view is not great. Next time, I would like to stay on the top floor.

Perfect for a luxurious girls' gathering!
For a self-reward, to enjoy a hotel stay (Multiple Night Stay) with champagne among women, I chose this hotel. The simple yet sophisticated interior with a white base lifts my spirits. The Anytime Bath is my favorite. A large bathtub where you can stretch your legs and amenities with a very nice fragrance. You can use the bath anytime you like, and even though it's not an Onsen Stays, I enjoyed bathing many times! Thinking of enjoying champagne... but being timid and ignorant about champagne, all I could do was press the champagne please button... I was hoping for a similar champagne since I really liked the welcome champagne, but it tasted sweet to me, which was disappointing... I hesitated because of this, but on the night before the last day, I gathered courage and consulted with the sommelier. I ordered a recommended maison champagne. You should definitely consult a professional! I was able to enjoy champagne that suited my taste very well. This time was a "self-reward girls' gathering to enjoy a hotel stay without sightseeing," and I was able to fully enjoy it. I recommend it to those who want to reward themselves with champagne! I'm curious about the room and champagne taste of a different maison from this time, haha. If I were to make one request... I enjoyed the breakfast bread, but I felt it would be nice to have a non-sweet bread option for those who are not fond of sweet things.

A one-of-a-kind memorable Hotel
I used the BOLLINGER Room, a plan with breakfast, dinner, and 5 glasses of champagne. By chance, it was BOLLINGER month, so I enjoyed comparing drinks like BOLLINGER's Grande Anne, PN, and Rosé. I had never experienced the pairing of sushi and champagne (comparing several types), so it was very refreshing. The room was comfortable with an anytime bath at the right temperature, fluffy bathrobes, slippers, and I also enjoyed videos from producers. A birthday cake was also delivered to the room, and I would like to express my gratitude once again for the staff's thoughtfulness both in advance and on the day.

The staff's service ...
The staff's service was pleasant, and thank you for the heartfelt hospitality. This is my second time, but it's a Hotel that makes me want to come again. The sushi for dinner was very satisfying. The bread for breakfast was freshly baked and delicious, but I thought a slightly lighter bread would be nice.

Pretty good
Overall satisfied. The shijimi clam espresso and the paid shrimp crackers are delicious. It was nice to enjoy the local specialty snacks. The sofa table is too low, which is tough for someone with back pain. Also, the projector is hard to see. A TV would have been perfect.

Champagne is indeed wonderful!
The plan included breakfast and dinner. First, breakfast was the best taste of "Pan to Espresso to Sakaisuji Club." Dinner was at a sushi restaurant called "AWA SUSHI," where we enjoyed a pairing of sushi with champagne and sake. It costs a bit, but the atmosphere is unique and unlike any other, a so-called sushi bar ambiance. We also had lively conversations with the chef there. It was really enjoyable!

I had a wonderful time.
When I was looking for a hotel near Shinsaibashi, I found a hotel themed around champagne and was very intrigued, so I decided to stay there. In conclusion, I was extremely satisfied!!! The location is convenient as you can walk underground, minimizing the time spent outside, and there are plenty of places nearby to buy food to take back, so it was not inconvenient at all. Of course, the champagne included in the plan was delicious (amazingly, you can have champagne brought to your room 24 hours a day, which was truly the best), and all the hotel staff were very pleasant, providing excellent service, allowing me to have a truly comfortable time. It was a rare experience to be able to compare so many different champagnes, and I heard that the types of wine change monthly, so I definitely want to visit again. This time, I visited for a fan activity, and after getting tired from the live event, I was able to relax on a large sofa and watch my favorite artist again on a big projector, which was also very satisfying. I was also grateful to be able to soak in the bathtub immediately when I was tired. It has become a favorite hotel that I definitely want to visit again.
