Sushi and champagne are the best.

The sushi and champagne pairing was a wonderful first-time experience. The Room was spacious, and it was great that we could bathe 24 hours a day. I would like to stay in a different Room next time as well.

It was the most delicious sushi I’ve ever had in my life!

The all-white interior was beautiful and very clean. The bedroom was spacious, but the projector was hard to see. Also, the door was completely white, so I hesitated for a moment while trying to open it. The bathwater overflowed quickly and flooded the washroom. It would be better if the toilet were separate. The sink faucet is low and not very convenient to use. The living room table is also too low. Light comes in through the gap at the top of the curtains... The Japanese breakfast wasn’t good. First of all, the rice porridge was surprisingly thick and clumpy, almost like paste. The croissant was delicious. The Western-style breakfast was tasty as well. I wanted an egg dish. The sushi for dinner was truly outstanding and delicious. So I’ve already made a Reservation for next month! Since it’s a small Hotel, I recommend it to anyone who likes champagne.

    Luxury three-star Hotel

I stayed here because it’s part of the Onko Chishin Group I’d always wanted to visit, and I had plans in Namba. Looking back, it wasn’t terrible, but considering it was over JPY 50,000 for two people without dinner, the stay was overall disappointing. If you’re used to five-star Hotels, you probably shouldn’t stay here. I couldn’t help wondering if the Hotel diagonally across the street would be better. If you love champagne, this place might be perfect. What was good ・The staff member who welcomed us was very gentlemanly and put me at ease ・Close to busy areas like Shinsaibashi and Namba; a convenience store is also nearby ・The skincare amenities were THREE, and the bath amenities matched the concept nicely ・The complimentary champagne was delicious ・The AWA sushi lunch was delicious (which it should be for the price lol) What was disappointing ・The interior design and view felt like visiting a friend’s Room—or a luxury love Hotel ・The bath/toilet area felt cramped and awkward for two people. The window was open at first and there was even a single hair, so even with 24-hour ventilation it didn’t feel clean ・There’s almost no in-room dining, and after midnight there are no staff in the Hotel ・There’s a light switch right next to the bed; we kept hitting it while sleeping and woke each other up! Why is it placed there? ・After lunch I used the restroom by reception, but it hadn’t been flushed by the previous person… (the worst memory lol) At checkout there were several staff members present. Since there’s only one restroom, I’d like them to keep it properly cleaned.

A Champagne Hotel Like a Hidden Retreat for Adults

I walked from the subway, but without a map I might have passed it by. The exterior is very stylish. With only a small number of guest Rooms, it truly feels like a small luxury Hotel. After check-in, we toasted with welcome champagne. All Rooms are suites—spacious and comfortable—and the bath has continuously running hot water 24 hours a day, so I could soak anytime. It’s great not having to wait for the tub to fill. Dinner was at the in-house sushi restaurant: freshly made nigiri and delicious, carefully prepared appetizers. I was completely full and very satisfied. Shinsaibashi is also within walking distance. I can’t believe there’s such a stylish and wonderful Hotel in Osaka! Thank you for such a relaxing stay.

    The Ultimate Luxury Retreat

While looking for a place to enjoy sushi, I came across Awa Sushi, and since it was a great opportunity, I decided to stay overnight and visited with my mother. I live in Osaka, but I didn’t know there was such a wonderful Hotel in Shinsaibashi. We were able to relax and enjoy the extraordinary atmosphere. When we entered the Room, it felt very open thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, and it lifted our spirits from the moment we walked in. As it’s a champagne-themed Hotel, there was champagne placed throughout, making it a space you could enjoy at any time. Unfortunately, neither my mother nor I can drink alcohol, so we just enjoyed the ambiance. The sushi we came for was truly delicious, and the atmosphere was also lovely. My mother was happy as well, and we had a very satisfying time. Breakfast started quite late at 9:00 AM, so we were able to take our time and enjoy the Room. The breakfast bread was also crispy and delicious. I would definitely like to visit again.

A Hotel Where You Can Learn About Champagne Houses

From the moment you open the door, you step into the world of a Champagne maison. Wrapped in pure white luxury, this Hotel truly lives up to the phrase “an adults-only hideaway.” The staff are full of hospitality—simply outstanding. It’s a wonderful Hotel that makes you want to return when you need a break from everyday hustle or as a reward for yourself. Fine wine, a luxurious Room, and all the staff—thank you for an unforgettable time.

    Champagne and an Elegant Space

I stayed with a friend as a reward for reaching a milestone at work. Stepping into the entrance, it was hard to believe we were in Shinsaibashi—it felt like an escape from the bustle. After check-in, I’ll never forget how elegant the welcome champagne was. Throughout the Hotel, I could truly feel the concept of valuing Champagne houses, and as a wine lover it made me genuinely happy. The Room was entirely white—refined and perfectly suited to words like sophisticated and high-quality. In the evening, we enjoyed a sushi course with pairings at the Hotel restaurant, and of course even more Champagne. The quality time at both the Hotel and restaurant has become part of my wonderful memories. Thank you very much. I’d love to visit again as a treat for future milestones. (Next time, I’d like to come even on my own.)

    A Wonderful Concept Hotel

A one-room-per-floor space with large windows and a simple, beautiful white-based layout—down to the interior finishes and textures—makes the stay itself feel truly out of the ordinary. A discreetly installed water purifier was also a nice touch, adding quiet convenience. Enjoying champagne time in this clean, elegant space was exceptional.

Perfect for champagne and sushi lovers.

As champagne enthusiasts, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this playful and unique Hotel, which could be described as having a "sushi and champagne" theme. Upon arrival, we were greeted at a bar-style reception with a welcome glass of Lallier Champagne, instantly refreshing us after our journey. Our Room was chilled with our favorite Jean Vesselle bottle as requested. The all-white decor created an extraordinary yet relaxing atmosphere filled with thoughtful touches. The Anytime Bath was particularly delightful, and the barrel table set used in the past added an intriguing charm. In the evening, we indulged in "bubble sushi," enjoying exquisite Edo-style sushi with modern twists prepared by a stylish female chef while savoring five types of champagne pairings. My husband relished an entire bottle of Cuperly Champagne by switching glasses throughout the meal. Later on, we explored some nearby bars. For breakfast, I opted for Western cuisine while my husband chose Japanese dishes. Although we usually travel by car, taking public transportation to enjoy morning champagne made it worthwhile—it was such a pleasant experience sipping champagne leisurely during breakfast! The Room's water supply featured Fuji Mineral Water that we regularly purchase at home—an excellent touch! It would be even better if regular glasses were provided alongside champagne flutes in the Room. The staff members were multinational yet fluent in Japanese and incredibly kind, adding to the international ambiance that made us feel like we'd traveled abroad within this wonderful Hotel. We look forward to staying in Rooms themed around different maisons next time!

A wonderful hotel you'd want to stay at again

As a champagne lover, I was thrilled to hear about the opening of a small luxury champagne hotel in Osaka and had always wanted to stay there. This time, my wish came true. Upon check-in, I was delighted by the welcome drink—a rosé champagne. When shown to my spacious white room, I found it equipped with a wine cellar from a Champagne maison and chairs made from champagne barrels. The service of delivering glasses of champagne directly to the room made me realize this hotel is truly designed for enjoying champagne. For dinner, I savored sushi crafted by a female chef paired with exquisite champagnes. It was an enjoyable and delicious experience for which I am deeply grateful. For breakfast, I chose Western-style cuisine. I enjoyed two glasses of champagne—first as a mimosa cocktail with orange juice added, and then Taittinger paired beautifully with fresh fruits and bread. The room featured a Bermuda toaster where I reheated cheese toast topped with dried tomatoes and basil sauce. The red bean butter sandwich and canelé were also delightful treats. Thank you for such wonderful meals. The hospitality was exceptional, and the thoughtful gestures at checkout left me deeply moved. This is definitely an accommodation I'd love to visit again—thank you very much!

    Relax and unwind.

It had been a while since my last visit, but I was able to relax again this time. The Plan included dinner at Awazushi, and the restaurant's atmosphere, presentation, and taste were all excellent—it was a perfect experience. The sushi chef? Unlike typical sushi chefs, he had an air similar to that of a French chef. He was young but soft-spoken, polite, and very professional. This time, I used the Plan for my girlfriend's birthday celebration. She was very happy with it, so it turned out to be a great success. The Hotel staff member who assisted us had a sophisticated demeanor and was very courteous; he handled both check-in and check-out smoothly and pleasantly. A quiet space in the city where I can relax is truly precious for someone like me who is always busy with work. I will definitely visit again—thank you once more for another wonderful stay!

A hotel that feels like traveling through a Champagne maison.

A one-of-a-kind luxury hotel where you can experience the world of Champagne Maisons with all five senses. Each floor features a single room, uniquely designed around a renowned Champagne Maison theme. Enjoy dining at AWA SUSHI on the 2nd floor and stay in the "Champagne Lalier" room on the 8th floor. The sophisticated room, unified with Lalier's signature style in a white-toned space, offers a relaxing atmosphere. The brand movie created specifically for this hotel was also impressive, allowing guests to deeply connect with Lalier's philosophy and aesthetic sense. The hospitality was exceptional, and I look forward to staying in rooms themed after other Maisons!

    Stylish & Luxurious Champagne Hotel!

After check-in, we were guided to the Nicolas Feuillatte Room and were thrilled by its stylish design! The room's facilities were luxurious, especially the 24-hour circulating bath, which was spacious and comfortable even for someone of my large build. The sushi champagne dinner was a delightful experience with creative sushi dishes paired perfectly with champagne. We also enjoyed Nicolas Feuillatte in the room, indulging in a champagne-filled stay. The staff's hospitality was warm and made our stay very enjoyable. We look forward to staying in a room featuring a different champagne brand next time!

Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I visit Osaka about once a year for work, but it's usually a day trip, so I wasn't familiar with the hotel scene in Osaka. This time, I chose this Hotel because I had a great impression of the Kyoto Hotel from the same Onko Chishin group during my previous stay. Although my main purpose of visiting, the Expo, left me with a disappointing impression, the excellence of this Hotel made up for it. The most memorable part was the sushi dinner—it was incredibly delicious. My companion has developed several recent allergies and couldn't eat many things, but we were deeply grateful for the thoughtful accommodations provided. Even if I come to Osaka again and it ends up being another day trip, I would love to return here just for dining. Thank you so much to the head chef and all staff members!

    Refresh Trip

I stayed at the accommodation to visit Bunraku Puppet Theater and the Expo. Although I only had time to enjoy champagne as a welcome drink, it was very delicious and made me feel enriched, which was a perfect start to my trip. Next time, I would like to take the time to enjoy several types of champagne. The single room on one floor, with its pure white interior, was pleasant. The bed embraced my tired body after the Expo, and the always comfortable bath helped me fully refresh myself. I couldn't try sushi at night, but every dish in the heartfelt breakfast was delicious. Thank you for your hospitality!

    The Hotel of the Future

From the moment I arrived for my first stay, I was overwhelmed by the entrance. Everything was pure white, and I wondered if this was a hotel from the future. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, the sushi course was outstanding, and the champagne pairing was perfect—it made me indulge in more drinks than usual. This has become one of the accommodations I want to stay at again, and next time, I'd love to try a different room. Thank you very much!

A Completely New and Exciting Experience

The white walls slide quietly and close softly, creating a serene space bathed in gentle natural light. For a moment, you lose your sense of direction. It feels like stepping into a sci-fi world. Check-in is on the 3rd-floor lounge. After signing the pre-printed paper, enjoy your first glass of champagne—Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blancs. A lazy and indulgent afternoon moment that makes you think, "Summer is for bubbles." The Anytime Bath with views of the Dotonbori area tempts you to soak longer than planned, leaving your mind blissfully empty before heading to dinner. Stepping off the elevator on the 2nd floor, you're greeted by Chef Abe himself with his youthful smile under a welcoming noren curtain. The neatly arranged counter glasses exude an elegant tension. In front stands Chef Abe like an actor on a Noh stage backed by an old pine tree, accompanied by sunflowers in full bloom alongside dodecatheon and strelitzia in large vases. Dinner begins with a refreshing seasonal salad as an appetizer followed by meticulously crafted dishes: white fish topped with meringue-like foam flavored subtly with dashi made from champagne instead of sake; soy-marinated salmon sushi topped unexpectedly with cream cheese; horse mackerel tartare; squid; abalone; tender eel seasoned lightly with yuzu pepper; and finally honey-accompanied castella egg cake made from wasanbon sugar as dessert—a perfect balance between refined aesthetics and masterful techniques that create an unforgettable dining experience. July's featured champagnes include Telmont selections such as Blanc de Blancs Vinothèque 2005 and Sans Soufre 2013—a luxurious lineup rarely seen elsewhere. With helpful recommendations for pairing choices, this delightful intoxication lasts until gazing at Shinsaibashi's night view back in your Room. Warm hospitality was extended by all staff members throughout our stay. Special thanks to S-san for their thoughtful email correspondence beforehand and even leaving us a handwritten message card during our visit! The Bollinger La Grande Année we took home awaits its uncorking in our cellar. Thank you very much for such wonderful care!

Comfortable Rooms and Delicious Cuisine are Excellent.

This was my fourth stay, and this time I stayed in the Charles Heidsieck room on the 13th floor with a great view. The clean and spacious room, unified in white, provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. No matter how many times I visit, I always feel at ease here. The sushi course for dinner was incredibly delicious and paired perfectly with champagne! Each piece of sushi had an extra touch of care while maintaining the exquisite flavors of the ingredients. The rice was exceptionally tasty as well, making it hard to resist enjoying more champagne! The staff were consistently kind with warm smiles and calm service, making my stay very pleasant. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Thank you for a comfortable stay.

We visited with the hope of enjoying precious family time along with sightseeing at the Osaka Expo. While we spent much time exploring and going out, returning to the Hotel provided a sense of calm and comfort, gently soothing our travel fatigue. We stayed in a Room themed around Charles Heidsieck. Through the provided picture book, we learned about its history and discovered that it won a gold medal at the Bordeaux Expo in the 19th century. Unlike today’s expos, wine and champagne were also evaluated back then. This connection to global gatherings made us feel a subtle link to this year’s Osaka Expo. Mornings began with a jog to Osaka Castle Park, followed by a warm bath and a drink inspired by the theme—a perfect start to each day. While enjoying Osaka's vibrant atmosphere, every family member had their own fulfilling moments, allowing us as parents some rare adult time together. It was truly an unforgettable stay, and we look forward to visiting again.

Memories of a Wonderful Champagne Hotel

Staying at Cuvee J2 was a delightful experience for champagne lovers. We stayed in a top-floor corner room with an amazing view, and the room's facilities and minibar were well-equipped. The champagne service during check-in and the breakfast were both delicious. The staff provided thoughtful hospitality and excellent service. However, the room structure and size were not very spacious, which made organizing luggage slightly challenging. We created wonderful memories of our stay accompanied by champagne.

    This is my second st...

This is my second stay this year following March, and I had an even more comfortable experience this time. The dinner was very delicious, and thank you for the surprise celebration for my daughter's new job. I was also touched by the delicious juice served during breakfast. It became a wonderful memory, and both my daughter and I were extremely satisfied.

    Stylish but slightly lacking.

The Room is spacious and stylish. The design is excellent, and the space feels open and comfortable, making the facilities very satisfying. However, the curtains have weak blackout capabilities, making it quite bright in the morning. Light also leaks from the bathroom, which might not be ideal for those seeking a good night's sleep. The service felt below that of a Business Hotel. The welcome drink champagne had lost its fizz, and when shown the bottle, it was empty—apparently just the last remnants. For a "Champagne Hotel," this gave an impression of poor management. At checkout at 11 AM, there was no one at the front desk. There was no bell to ring or response when calling out. I had to knock on the staff room door in the back to finally get assistance. Overall, it left an impression of being a "hotel with great looks but lacking substance." While its facilities are wonderful, improvements in service are highly anticipated.

    I want a private space.

The door separating the bathroom/toilet and the room was difficult to close and left a small gap, which compromised privacy. It might not be the best way to put it, but it gave the impression of a luxurious love hotel. It was a bit disappointing, especially since the food was excellent. If this is part of the concept behind its design, please disregard this feedback. It would be our oversight for not understanding that before making the Reservation.

    Travel-loving couple

We are a couple who love the concept of "learning from the past to innovate for the future." We chose this accommodation as it is themed around the Osaka Expo and our favorite champagne. With only one room per floor, privacy is ensured, and the white-themed space feels pleasant. The dinner, which included sushi, was very delicious and satisfying. The next morning's freshly baked bread from a local bakery was also tasty, though having a salad would have been nice. However, there were some points of dissatisfaction: the beds were too close together, making it inconvenient to move around. The coffee maker and safe were difficult to operate without clear instructions; better guidance from room staff would be appreciated. Additionally, handrails in the bathroom and non-slip mats for both the bathtub and floor would improve safety. With these improvements, satisfaction levels could be significantly higher!

    Champagne Retreat

I love Champagne and always dreamed of visiting, and finally, my wish came true. I enjoyed five glasses during lunch and then a bottle in the Room afterward. The bottle in the Room was Blanc de Noirs, which made me very happy. In the morning, I pressed the "Champagne please" button I had always wanted to try, and they brought it to my Room so I could fully enjoy it. I've been very busy lately, so after lunch, I stayed in the Room until checkout—relaxing with a cycle of baths, champagne, and reading at my own pace. Next time, I'd love to stay in a different Room! Thank you very much!

A uniquely designed Hotel. The sushi was excellent!

"World's First Official Champagne Hotel" sparked my curiosity. However, I hesitated due to the price until I found a reasonable Plan on IKYU.com and decided to go for a "1-night stay with 2 meals." Upon entering the Hotel, it felt like stepping into another world. While I was excited about the unique atmosphere inside, the contrast with the ordinary surroundings of the Hotel left me slightly puzzled. The elevator we took was quite plain and had a noticeable "used" feel, which was somewhat disappointing. However, at the 3rd-floor reception, we were immediately offered champagne, which raised my expectations again. We were guided via that same underwhelming elevator to our Room on the 9th floor called "Nicolas Feuillatte." For fans of this brand, it would be perfect with its luxurious vibe and exclusivity—one Room per floor means no worries about neighbors and offers a private retreat-like experience. That said, there were some issues like stains on Nicolas-branded carpets under chairs and tables that exceeded acceptable levels of cleanliness—perhaps caused by previous guests? This part was unfortunate. Some details differed from what I'd read in articles about this place; however, I attributed those differences to price variations. The bath system is one of their highlights—a circulation-style bath you can enjoy anytime you wish. My companion initially had doubts about such baths but found it clean enough not to complain. For dinner, we had reserved "AWA SUSHI." Although it wasn't prepared by the head chef that evening but by a female chef instead (who was very engaging), we enjoyed high-quality Edo-style sushi paired beautifully with excellent champagne. Initially skeptical about having Edo-style sushi in Osaka as someone from Kanto myself ("Edo-style here?"), I ended up preferring this over certain famous establishments in Ginza offering similar champagne-sushi pairings. For breakfast, we'd requested Japanese cuisine but found their original timing options (9:00 or 9:30 AM) too late for us; they kindly accommodated an earlier time at 8:00 AM upon request—thank you! It seems changes are harder for Western breakfasts due to bread preparation constraints though. The Japanese breakfast included porridge without prior consultation—I expected rice based on past experiences where there’s usually an option—but considering dinner portions earlier made me think porridge might have been better after all. While I'm generally strict when giving perfect scores unless something truly exceptional happens (apologies if my review feels harsher than others'), overall this Accommodation provided great satisfaction! Considering personal budget constraints may make revisiting challenging soon; however should another opportunity arise someday—I’d gladly return!

    Second Visit...

I stayed at the accommodation with my partner this time. She seemed to really like it and was happy, but due to sudden work obligations, she had to leave at night. She mentioned wanting to stay overnight next time. I also enjoyed the quiet environment and found it very relaxing. However, one disappointing aspect was the cleanliness of the room and bathroom grout... There were red stains commonly seen on bathroom grout... These are usually caused by yeast from body oils or soap residue, which might be harder to clean due to the circulation system constantly keeping water in the bathtub. It felt as though cleaning hadn't been thoroughly done in these areas. The floor grout in the room also appeared dirty, which made me a bit uncomfortable... Since it's an all-white room, such stains stand out more compared to regular rooms. If more attention could be given here, I believe it would make this hotel even better. I understand that maintaining such a clean atmosphere is likely much more challenging than other hotels' rooms, but since it's such a pristine space overall, I hope extra care can be taken for these details. That said, it's truly an excellent hotel overall and I look forward to staying again in the future!
