    Although I ended up ...

    Although I ended up checking in late at night on short notice, thank you for the wonderful Room. It was very comfortable. The Room was lovely, the food was delicious, and Hilton is my favorite in Yokohama. Next time, I’d like to stay again and take my time.

    The building was very clean, the front desk was bright and welcoming, and all the staff were extremely kind and courteous. The in-Room amenities were high quality, and I had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

    We had a luxurious stay.

    At reception, I was offered a Room upgrade and was moved to a very luxurious Room, which made for an indulgent stay. The staff were also very courteous (when the rubber on my shoe sole came off and I was in trouble, they even brought glue to my Room to help… it didn’t end up sticking and I replaced the shoes anyway). Breakfast was different from what I’m used to at other Hotels so I was a bit confused at first, but there was a wide variety and I could enjoy my meal at a relaxed pace. However, perhaps because of nearby construction, the entrance was hard to find; check-in took some time as the front desk seemed inexperienced; and the map for directions was difficult to understand. For those reasons I deducted one star, but overall—including the hiccups—it was a good experience.

    It was my first stay...

    It was my first stay in a while. Thank you for upgrading our Room; it was calm, very quiet, and comfortable. Overall, it was very good. However, each time I stay, I often get the impression that many of the staff are part-time workers, and in the end I only use this place about once or twice a year. If I have another opportunity, I would like to stay again.

    It was very comfortable.

    I’m a local, but I stayed for one night because I wanted to try the breakfast. Since it’s new, the Hotel was spotless, and the Room was spacious and clean. However, I was surprised that the USB port was USB-C. I only had a USB-A cable, so it was inconvenient (it worked out since it was just one night). It made me realize it’s essential to bring an AC adapter plug just in case. The breakfast was very delicious, with lots of items that made me think “I want to eat that!”—it was exciting. All of the staff were pleasant as well, making this a comfortable Hotel to stay in.

    There is an odor in the bathroom.

    I’ve stayed here several times. The fragrance in the entrance always lifts my mood! However, this time my Room had a combined bathroom and toilet, and I noticed an unpleasant sewage-like odor. I hadn’t experienced this before, so I’m not sure if it was just that particular Room. It was very disappointing. Other than that, I was very satisfied and it was a great refresh. I look forward to staying again.

    A comfortable Hotel in a convenient location next to K-Arena

    The Hotel is right next to K-Arena, which was very convenient. The Room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of Japanese dishes, all of them delicious. The staff were kind and consistently attentive, which impressed me. I would like to stay here again when visiting Yokohama.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    This was my first stay here. I walked from Shin-Takashima Station to the Hotel, and it took about 5–10 minutes. At night, the road leading to the Hotel was beautifully illuminated with blue lights, creating a very festive atmosphere. The Hotel still feels quite new, and it was clean, comfortable, and easy to relax in. Whenever I asked the staff questions, they answered politely and thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Above all, dinner at Ocean Milano was outstandingly delicious. I had the “CANTABILE,” and it looked luxurious yet elegant. I’ve eaten at many places over the years, but this was the best meal I’ve ever had. It made me curious about who creates such wonderful dishes. I gave the Facility 4 points because the door peephole was broken, so I couldn’t check the hallway side. When I visit Yokohama again, this is definitely a Hotel I’d like to stay at. Thank you very much.

    A comfortable Hotel!

    I stayed here after a concert at K-Arena. Every staff member at the front desk, bar, and restaurant greeted me with a smile, and I had a very pleasant stay. The amenities were well stocked, and the Room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. There was no noise from either side, above or below, or from the hallway, so I slept soundly. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The layout was easy to navigate, and I really appreciated how the staff always checked with me before clearing plates when my table became empty. I would definitely like to stay here again whenever I visit K-Arena in the future. Thank you very much.

    It was a Hotel where we could relax without any tension and enjoy a special time.

    To celebrate Mother’s Day, I stayed with my aunt. Since we made a Reservation with a lounge-access Plan, we were able to take our time in the lounge for both check-in and check-out. We chose a king Room, and it was excellent! The Room was very clean, and the MOLTON BROWN amenities had a wonderful scent that felt truly relaxing. The CRABTREE bath items also smelled amazing. With complimentary drinks available and a machine in the Room, we could unwind and enjoy them while chatting together. In the lounge, we relaxed while enjoying Yokohama’s night view. Breakfast also exceeded expectations with a great variety of options even in the morning. (At night I loved the wine, and in the morning I became a fan of the fluffy omelet!) Everyone at the Hotel was kind and attentive—thank you very much. We felt relaxed from check-in to check-out. I’m so happy we could spend such a special day together. It was such a wonderful Hotel that we naturally found ourselves saying, “We want to stay again.” We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you very much.

    The perfect choice for staying overnight for a K-Arena live show.

    I stayed for one night on Saturday to attend a live concert at K-Arena. I wanted a Room with a separate bath and toilet, so I made a Reservation for a Premium Twin on a high floor. We were assigned a 21st-floor Room facing the arena, and thanks to the wonderful view and thorough housekeeping, we had a very comfortable stay. The location was also extremely convenient, as K-Arena is just nearby, and I was happy to be able to relax in the Room before and after the concert. The bed was very comfortable, and the separate pajama set was also great, so I slept soundly. Breakfast the next morning offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious—I really enjoyed it. As an IKYU Diamond member benefit, I was also able to use free parking and Hotel credit, which made this an especially satisfying stay. It’s a lovely Hotel that I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Adjacent to K-Arena

    All the staff were friendly, and I felt at ease throughout my stay. It is also right next to K-Arena, which was very convenient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of items and high-quality ingredients, so I was very satisfied. It was my first time seeing drinkable dashi, and they also provided individually wrapped crispy rice crackers; I enjoyed them freshly opened with the dashi. If I have the chance to visit Yokohama again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Enjoy Yokohama at a New Hotel

    I stayed in an Executive Room for my birthday. The spacious, new Hotel was very comfortable. The lounge has a great selection of drinks, but the food could be better. It’s a good place to watch what’s happening at K-Arena.

    I stayed here during Golden Week. The property was clean and comfortable. The restaurant serving breakfast was a bit small, so it felt slightly cramped.

    We stayed here for a...

    We stayed here for a live concert at K-Arena. Traveling with our 3-year-old, it was very convenient that the venue was right next door. Our Room was upgraded free of charge, which we really appreciated. The view was great, and both the sofa and bed were comfortable. The sink area and bathroom were spacious, and the hair dryer had strong airflow as well. We received kids’ amenities at the front desk, and our child happily wore the small slippers. At the breakfast buffet, they also had children’s tableware available, which was helpful. There was a wide variety of salads, and everything we tried—omelets, Eggs Benedict, bread, and more—was delicious!

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed here last year and loved it, so I came back again. The view from my Room this time included high-rise apartments, commercial Facility, the river, the railway tracks, and K-Arena. Some people might find it uninteresting, but I like this everyday kind of scenery. The night view was beautiful, and I ended up taking lots of photos. The Room was very spacious. Nothing was mentioned at check-in, but I think you may have upgraded me. I was happy to finally try the Eggs Benedict at breakfast—I couldn’t find it last year. It was on the right side, not at the egg station on the left. When a female staff member delivered plates to my Room, the door was heavy and suddenly closed. I may have startled her—sorry about that. Speaking of heavy doors, the only thing that bothered me was that the bathroom door in the Room felt a bit heavy and hard to open. It truly was a wonderful stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I will definitely stay again.

    We had a wonderful escape from everyday life.

    I love Hotel stays… I’d been curious since it first opened and always wanted to stay here someday, and this time I finally treated myself to a relaxing solo getaway. The Hotel is in a great, easy-to-spot location—just a short walk from Yokohama Station toward the waterfront. K-Arena is right next door, so it’s very easy to find. I purposely chose a day without any live events, so there were no crowds and time felt calm as I enjoyed the waterside views. The Anpanman Museum is also nearby, which made for an even more soothing walk. As expected from an international brand Hotel, everything felt luxurious—the entrance, restaurant, shops, and lobby were all wonderful. The entrance was slightly hard to spot at first, which I actually liked. Check-in was smooth, and thank you very much for upgrading my Room. And the Room itself… spacious and new with stylish design; a lovely view from the window; great shower water pressure; a large bathtub and vanity; amenities including bath salts and a lighted magnifying mirror; separate top-and-bottom pajamas; thick slippers; YouTube available on the TV; and a coffee machine with various options plus green tea and black tea. Cleaning was thorough down to every corner—it was spotless—and I couldn’t hear any noise from neighboring Rooms above or beside me, so my stay was truly comfortable. It was amazing!!! There’s also a Lawson convenience store downstairs. Next time I’d love to stay again when attending a live event—thank you for taking such great care of me.

    It was clean and comfortable. The foreign staff at the front desk spoke Japanese well and was easy to understand. The housekeeping staff also greeted us, and Hilton Yokohama as a whole was a high-quality Hotel with attentive service. Highly recommended.

    The Best Day

    I stayed at Hilton Yokohama just before Golden Week. The price was very reasonable, the service was excellent, and my Room was upgraded, so I had a wonderful day. The food at OCEAN MIRANO was delicious, and afterward I enjoyed cocktails at the bar called MELODY. I would love to stay again.

    Rainy Day Services

    I arrived in cold rain, soaked through and freezing, and you kindly upgraded my Room to a suite. Since I didn’t have any drinks with me, I really appreciated the tea in the fridge and the warm black tea from the minibar. Thank you very much. The spacious, luxurious Room was wonderful, and the amenities also smelled amazing. The entrance was a little hard to find, but the welcoming scent and calm lighting made for a very pleasant arrival. Next time, I’d love to try your highly rated breakfast.

    Following my daughter’s birthday stay last year, we visited again this year for a concert at K-Arena. There was an issue where our stored luggage could not be located temporarily, but the staff handled it perfectly. They apologized again at checkout, and I felt reassured knowing the information had been properly shared among the team. I’d love to stay again because I really enjoy the breakfast here. There was a great variety of cold dishes, and the live kitchen also offered plenty of sweets. Thank you as well for upgrading our Room.

    Overnight stay before visiting the Anpanman Museum with a 1-year-7-month-old child.

    Since we live in Chuo City, Tokyo, a day trip is possible, but we stayed at the Hilton the night before to fully enjoy the Anpanman Museum. This was our second stay. Just like last time, the Hilton is a safe and comfortable choice for families with children, which we truly appreciate. When I requested amenities in advance, they were already prepared in our Room. It was a twin-bed Room, and they pushed the beds together and provided two bed guards. They also set up a humidifying air purifier, among other thoughtful touches, so we had a very comfortable stay. At breakfast, our child spilled something, but the staff responded immediately. Check-in and check-out, as well as retrieving our stored luggage, were all handled without any waiting time. One point—same as last time—the breakfast buffet doesn’t really suit my taste… There are many items like bacon and sausages; I would appreciate more Japanese or Asian options. That said, children can eat for free, so I can’t really complain. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend it!

    A serene, luxurious riverside Hotel

    I visit Hotels in Yokohama every year, and this was my first time here, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. The entrance is a bit hard to find, but once you get used to it, it’s fine. A pleasant fragrance fills the lobby, lounge, and Room throughout, and you can really feel the Hilton quality. From the Room you can enjoy a riverside night view with a calm atmosphere that’s different from the bayside. The lounge feels very spacious. Perhaps because there are many Hilton members, it never felt crowded, which was great. The drink selection is excellent—local soda and premium New York tea are available as well—so it’s recommended even for non-drinkers and children. I had heard that the cocktail time food selection was limited, but that wasn’t true at all: nuggets, fries, salad, bread, plus warm minestrone. For those of us who had been snacking since afternoon tea time, it was more than enough and very satisfying. Being able to step out onto the terrace is also rare and really nice—the evening breeze felt wonderful. Breakfast had a standard but solid variety and quantity. Of course they also made omelets fresh to order right in front of you. I was also happy to receive a Room upgrade. I will stay again—thank you very much.

    I would like to stay here again.

    This part was intended for IKYU.com, so please delete it. This was my second stay at Hilton Yokohama. This time, I received an upgrade and was able to relax and enjoy a wonderful Room. The Executive Lounge staff were mostly young and welcomed me with warm smiles—I ended up staying longer than I planned. The location is also excellent, and I would definitely like to stay again.     Outstanding hospitality

    We stayed the night before for our child’s graduation ceremony. The Room was clean, and the staff were kind, so we had a very pleasant stay for the first time in a while. Thank you very much. The cider in the executive lounge was delicious—I even bought some as a souvenir on the way home. Just one thing: I arrived without having lunch due to work, so I would have appreciated a slightly wider selection of sweets and light snacks in the lounge, if possible within reason.

    Still the best as always.

    Whenever I travel to Yokohama, I always stay at this Hotel. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally delicious, and I’m impressed every time by the wonderful Art Deco–inspired design throughout the building and in the Room. There were also some new additions to the breakfast menu. This time, my stay was an early birthday celebration, and I was truly happy to receive a Room upgrade and even a gift. Thank you for such an elegant and comfortable time.

    Our stay after previ...

    Our stay after previewing the property was very satisfying for my family as well. A while ago, I visited a bar at another Hilton and loved the atmosphere. When I had a reason to stay in Yokohama the month before our trip, I stopped by this bar and liked it so much that I made a Reservation on the spot. I stayed here to match my mother’s visit to Yokohama to attend an artist’s live concert. We ate outside the Hotel and only used the bar in the evening and the breakfast lounge, but both my mother and I were very satisfied. It is within walking distance from Yokohama Station, a major terminal station, and I think it is rare to find such a new, urban waterfront Hotel near Tokyo. Next time, I would like to stay again including dining at the restaurant.
