    Relax in a refined space

    The staff were attentive, and the Room and food were high quality. The Japanese breakfast is especially recommended and excellent. This time I requested turndown service; they remade the bed so I could rest right away, along with other thoughtful touches, which was great. The location is in front of Yamada Denki LABI. From Kintetsu, you can go underground past Takashimaya and continue straight for a long way; on the way back, I took a tuk-tuk to the station, which was comfortable even in this extreme heat. Would stay again.

    This was my second s...

    This was my second stay. It was a relaxing hotel staycation, and I was able to unwind. The quality of the lounge cocktail time had improved significantly compared to last time, which was wonderful. Both the Room and the Facility were spotless and comfortable. However, my one-plate serving during the lounge afternoon tea time was forgotten, so I deducted one star. I will stay again.

    All staff were frien...

    All staff were friendly and approachable, and we had a wonderful time. For breakfast, the Thai dishes on the 2nd floor were excellent, and the reservation-only Japanese breakfast in the Club Lounge was also outstanding—both were very satisfying. We also visited Osaka’s rare rooftop bar, “Crude Deck,” and enjoyed an evening atmosphere reminiscent of Southeast Asia. We would love to stay again.

    I felt like I was abroad.

    Many of the guests and staff were international, and it felt like being on an overseas trip. The Club Floor TV had BBC, and I even found myself watching Central Group commercials on the in-room TV (which you wouldn’t normally see in Thailand). What I especially liked: - Club Floor breakfast I chose the Japanese set, and it was absolutely the right choice. It was very delicious. Even though this is in Japan, it’s a Thai-owned Hotel, yet the Japanese breakfast was as good as what you’d expect at a high-end Japanese Hotel. - SPA I had made a Reservation for a Plan that included a Thai massage, but I fractured my arm about a month before my stay. When I asked for advice, they kindly changed it to a head massage. Since I hadn’t fully recovered yet, I really appreciated that. The head massage put me completely to sleep. My companion kept the Thai massage as planned and said it also felt great. The staff were polite and attentive as well. I would definitely like to visit again. Next time I want to use the SPA again, and I’d also like to try Thai food at Suan Bua, which I couldn’t make it to because there were too many temptations in Osaka. The Thai dishes in the club lounge were delicious, so my expectations are high. I’d love to see you expand into the Tokyo area as well.

    A Friendly Hotel

    This was my second stay, and I was able to relax again this time. The club lounge was also comfortable, and it was nice to find Thai beer, which is rare. Since it’s in the heart of Namba, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. When I arrived at the Hotel, the parking lot was full, but thanks to the staff’s consideration I was able to park, which really helped. She was a wonderful female staff member. My next Reservation is still quite far off, but I’m looking forward to it.

    Club Floor Access

    This is a foreign-owned Hotel with a strong international vibe. It’s conveniently located close to Namba and the downtown area. Many of the staff appear to be from overseas, and everyone was cheerful and pleasant. Breakfast was interesting, with Thai food, Japanese dishes, and other international options. This time I used the club lounge and enjoyed a wide variety of drinks and light meals while watching the sunset. I heard sushi is also available, but some guests were waiting for it to come out, which spoiled the relaxed lounge atmosphere. Some guests even got angry when there was no sushi, and I felt sorry for the staff. It might run more smoothly if lounge guests could place one order per visit or something similar. The food selection is very extensive, so perhaps it’s simply a sign that expectations are high. Overall, it matches the character of Osaka/Namba well—if you know in advance that it’s foreign-owned, it’s a great Hotel where you can enjoy an international-style night in Osaka.

    Wonderful hospitality from the staff

    I was excited to return again this time. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see the sunset I had been looking forward to, but more than making up for it, the Club Lounge staff were wonderful with their warm smiles. In particular, the attentive care and refined hospitality of the female staff made me feel they further elevated the Hotel’s sense of quality. I enjoyed a consistently comfortable, luxurious, and soothing stay. I would love to visit again.

    We were very satisfied.

    Our family of four stayed with Club Floor access. At check-in, we were served an afternoon tea set. The sweets were delicious—on par with a high-quality pastry shop. Both the evening offerings and breakfast were very good. Japanese breakfast is also available upon request, and it felt like restaurant-quality Japanese cuisine. If we have the chance, we would love to stay again.

    The view, lounge, and breakfast—everything was extremely satisfying.

    I booked at a great time on IKYU and stayed in the Miyabi Club Floor Corner King. Both the lounge and the Room exceeded my expectations. Every dish was delicious, and the lounge staff were kind, making my stay truly comfortable. The view was outstanding, and the large windows and openness unique to the Corner King were wonderful. I was able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable time. The Japanese breakfast was authentic and especially memorable. I heard that children can use the club lounge in the evening, so next time I’d like to stay with my child as well. It would be even more convenient if twin bedding could be requested even for suite Rooms. The only minor issue was that the pillow felt a bit too soft for me. It may have been possible to change it, but I’d like to ask next time. Thank you very much for preparing a cake for my birthday celebration. It was a wonderful stay that I will always remember.

    Staycation

    We always enjoy staying here. This time, it was raining, so the view from our Room was disappointing, but instead we were able to fully relax and enjoy a quiet, luxurious time in the lounge thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff and the comfortable atmosphere. Even when the weather is bad, just coming here helps us feel truly refreshed every time. We are looking forward to staying again for my husband’s birthday next time.

    Highly satisfied.

    With Diamond benefits, we enjoyed early check-in and an upgrade to a higher floor. The corner Room on the 26th floor had an amazing view. The amenities, including the soap and lotion, smelled wonderful, and we had a truly relaxing stay. Even in lively Namba, it’s rare to find a Hotel where you can unwind like this. The staff were also very kind. We will definitely stay again.

    A Taste of Abroad

    It felt like I was truly abroad—there were hardly any Japanese guests. We had dinner on the cruise deck, and the mood was at its peak; I ended up getting drunk for the first time in a while. Our Room was upgraded with Diamond benefits, and the view from the high floor was amazing. I fell asleep watching the city lights, thinking, “This is what travel is all about.” I also enjoyed Namba Parks and Harukas and was able to relax at a leisurely pace. Highly recommended.

    My Favorite Hotel

    I love this Hotel for its beautiful design, spotless cleanliness, and warm hospitality. I’ve seen Reviews saying there aren’t many Japanese guests, but that actually makes it quieter and more relaxing. My last stay was wonderful, so I’d been hoping to come back. I found a Plan that included the spa and made a last-minute Reservation. With IKYU Diamond benefits, I would have been grateful for either early check-in or late check-out—but both were included, which truly delighted me. I had originally booked the premium floor, so I wasn’t expecting an upgrade. More importantly, I requested a quiet Room away from the elevator area and was told it could be arranged. But when I arrived—huh? It was close to the elevator. Since the front desk said it was a quiet Room, I thought it would be fine… until loud arguing started next door, followed by children screaming and thumping noises like someone jumping off something. It was beyond what I could tolerate, so I called the desk. The staff member on the phone was extremely polite and kind, and even suggested changing Rooms right away. Thank you as well to the staff member who helped carry my luggage during such a busy holiday period. Breakfast used to work by telling your room number at the entrance and receiving a tag, but it seems that has changed. Staff now guide each party to their seats one by one, which meant we waited about 10 minutes. Since it’s a buffet-style breakfast, I preferred being able to walk in more casually as before. That said, both the food quality and service were consistently excellent—Thai and other Asian dishes are especially delicious. Surprisingly tasty kushikatsu skewers and takoyaki were also available, along with made-to-order onigiri rice balls. There’s too much to try in one visit, so I’d love to return again. The spa experience I'd been looking forward to was outstanding. I've tried spa treatments at other top-tier Hotels as well, but this was easily the best I've had so far—not only in technique but also in hospitality. The spa interior is beautifully designed as a relaxing space that makes you forget the city bustle outside. The course included in my Accommodation Plan was 60 minutes; I extended it to 90 minutes, and it was absolutely worth paying extra for the additional time. It was Thai massage this time; next time I'd like to try an oil massage too.

    If you set your expectations too high for the Room, you may be disappointed. Other services are good.

    This Review was very positive, so I may have set my expectations too high regarding the Facility. We stayed on the club floor, but the Room was more compact than I expected. And as other Reviews said, there were few amenities. I would have appreciated a more special touch. As for the service, everyone was very kind to our child, which made us happy. Since there are many international guests and many families on the club floor, we felt at ease using it—there were other toddlers besides ours. They even prepared afternoon tea for our child as well, which we really appreciated! For breakfast, you should definitely eat on the club floor! We also took a look at the restaurant on the 2nd floor, and it was extremely crowded. When we left, they arranged a tuk-tuk for us on the 1st floor—we got on right away and were taken to Daikokucho Station!

    We highly recommend the club lounge!

    This time, I made a Reservation for a Room with Club Lounge access at this favorite Hotel to celebrate a family member’s birthday. My family checked in first, and they were truly touched to receive birthday wishes from various staff members. There was also a cake in the Room, and we were very happy with the thoughtful hospitality. It was our first time using the Club Lounge, and we were very satisfied—both afternoon tea and cocktail time offered delicious food and drinks. In particular, Reservations are required by the evening of the day before, but the Japanese set breakfast was carefully prepared and made for a wonderful start to the morning. We will definitely stay again.

    A Blissful Moment

    I stayed a little early for my birthday, and the surprise in my Room made me so happy. I fully enjoyed everything in the lounge, from afternoon tea to breakfast. The Japanese-style breakfast had a gentle flavor and was delicious, and I left feeling completely satisfied even in the morning. The amenities in the Room smelled wonderful, so I purchased the body lotion. It wasn’t available online, but when I asked the Hotel staff, they kindly told me it was sold at the spa. Whenever I had questions or needed information, they looked into it and helped me right away—everyone was so kind and welcoming that I was able to spend a truly lovely birthday. I would love to stay again for another celebration or opportunity.

    Relax in our well-appointed lounge for a comfortable stay.

    The Room was a corner Room on the 29th floor with an amazing view. As an older guest, I unwind from work fatigue by enjoying the lounge two to three times a month. The guest Room was spotless, and the staff were consistently polite and attentive. The staff on the first floor spoke clearly and were easy to understand, but in the lounge I sometimes found their distinctive accent made pronunciation harder to catch. The food service in the lounge offered such a wide variety it felt like dinner, and everything tasted excellent. The sushi and other ingredients were carefully selected. The pastries were high quality, and the chocolate drinks were rich and delicious. The drink selection was also extensive. The pajamas were very comfortable—noticeably different from others. Since it’s a Thai Hotel, I had been concerned about the flavors and overall atmosphere, but I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. I would definitely return. In Osaka I had reserved lounges in Umeda and Nakanoshima, but going forward I changed my plans to Centara Grand Hotel and booked four stays instead. Thank you for arranging the tuk-tuk ride home.

    The lounge staff were unhelpful.

    As an IKYU Diamond member with Club Lounge access, I arrived at 2:00 PM and was shown to the Club Lounge, but there were hardly any staff present and I was kept waiting for check-in procedures. When I finally thought check-in was complete, despite being on a Plan that included USJ tickets, I was not given the tickets, and the staff member disappeared mid-explanation, leaving me unattended. When I asked another staff member, I was told the tickets needed to be exchanged on the first floor. I wouldn’t have known without being told. I went during afternoon tea time at the Club Lounge, but no cake plate was served; when I spoke to a staff member they brought it over, but it seemed they had simply forgotten. There wasn’t anyone in the Club Lounge who provided good service. Honestly, the service was worse than at a Business Hotel. It would be better if there were a Japanese staff member in charge in the Club Lounge as well.

    A Hotel with Excellent Access

    I stayed here because I had plans near Namba Station. The Room was spotless and had an excellent, easy-to-use layout. Also, the shower/bathroom door closed firmly and properly, so I didn’t have to worry about water getting into the hallway, which I was very satisfied with. However, I was a little surprised that hair wax wasn’t provided. The service was also very good, and I had a pleasant stay. That said, perhaps because it’s a foreign-owned Hotel, there were many international guests and staff members, and areas like the front desk and breakfast venue could be a bit noisy. I also occasionally saw people walking around in slippers or watching something on their phones with the speaker on. Since it didn’t feel like a place to quietly relax at a leisurely pace, I rated it 4 stars. For anyone who wants to enjoy an overseas Hotel atmosphere while staying in Japan, this is definitely a Hotel you’ll be satisfied with.

    Club Lounge and Universal Studios Japan

    We used the Club Lounge and Universal Studios perks package for our birthday trip as a couple. Check-in was at the Club Lounge on the 32nd floor, and afternoon tea was served quickly, so we could enjoy beer right away. The snacks—especially the sweets and bean snacks—were unexpectedly delicious, and we ate too much. The view from the Room was great, everything was clean, and the birthday cake was also very good. The bathroom had a full-size bathtub and a rain shower. We received complimentary bar tickets for our birthday, so after dinner during cocktail time, we each had a drink at the top-floor bar. Two things were disappointing for us: there was no sake or shochu during cocktail time at dinner, and the Room air was very dry—we would have liked a humidifier. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, with plenty of staff, so we were able to stay comfortably. Highly recommended.

    I chose this place to visit Namba Grand Kagetsu. It’s a bit far from stations other than the Nankai station, so you’ll need to walk, but it’s quiet because of that. Many of the staff seemed to be non-native Japanese speakers. The Room felt more and more comfortable over time, and I slept deeply at night. Thank you very much.

    Disappointing, even as an IKYU Diamond member.

    This was my second stay at this Hotel. Despite having Diamond benefits, I did not receive an upgrade—neither this time nor last time. The female staff member at the front desk acted as if it were normal. I told her I was Diamond, but she refused coldly. In the end, I stayed without an upgrade. The bathtub and floor in the Room had severe pink mold, which was disappointing. There was also some kind of white residue stuck to the glass cup by the sink. It was extremely disappointing. When brushing my teeth, I did not use the glass cup directly. The pillow was too soft, and it was hard to sleep. Disappointing.

    First Thai Massage Experience

    This was my second stay since the Centara Grand Hotel opened three years ago. This time, I chose a Plan that included a Thai massage experience. Check-in took a long time due to inbound guests; although there were four check-in counters, it was hard to know when my turn would come. Since I had made my Reservation through IKYU, my check-in went smoothly. It might even be a good idea to dedicate one of the four counters to Japanese guests. The Thai massage was wonderful for me, as it was my first massage experience ever. The treatment by the Thai female therapist felt very relaxing. However, it was disappointing that Japanese did not come across very well.

    Our main guests are international travelers.

    The property is newly opened, the Room was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was spacious and easy to use, so I was satisfied. Breakfast was enjoyable with options such as Thai and Japanese cuisine. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, but there was a very long line with many international guests, so it moved slowly and I had to wait quite a while. When I finally reached the front desk, the staff member did not provide much explanation and was not very helpful.

    This was my first time staying here. The location was excellent, and it was convenient to access the club. It was also close to the Osaka Grand Sumo Tournament venue, and I was very satisfied with the shopping. I would like to stay here again.

    I’d been curious abo...

    I’d been curious about this Hotel for a long time, and I was excited even before my stay. The comfort, atmosphere, and meals were beyond my expectations—everything became a wonderful memory. Thanks to being allowed to stay until 3:00 PM, I was able to take my time catching up with a friend I hadn’t seen in a while. Thank you so much! I will definitely stay again!
