    I would love to stay here again.

    We stayed as a group of three friends and enjoyed the spacious accommodation with both a pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing. The pool is heated, so we could use it even on a day when the highest temperature was 24°C. The Room was clean, with two toilets and showers, making it very convenient. Additionally, having a water dispenser and complimentary drinks in the fridge was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay very comfortable. It would have been better if there were enough chairs at the table for everyone since there were only two available.

    We stayed for 3 nigh...

    We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days this time. Traveling with a small child made us a bit anxious, but the staff who guided us at the beginning arranged for check-in to be done in our room, which was incredibly helpful. The room was more spacious and cleaner than we had imagined, and we loved the outdoor jacuzzi so much that we even used it in the morning! We were also grateful for the thoughtful amenities like bottle cleaning supplies and a diaper trash bin! The breakfast was delicious, we slept comfortably at night, and there wasn’t a single thing to complain about. It was such an amazing accommodation that I can confidently say it’s the best place we've ever stayed during our travels. Thanks to the wonderful staff and excellent room, it became an unforgettable trip. Next time, I’d love to stay here with my whole family. Thank you so much! *Even though it was a multiple night stay, when we informed the front desk about going out during the day, they kindly made up our bed, took out trash, replenished dishes while we were away—coming back tired from playing all day to find such a clean room waiting for us truly made us happy!*

    The breakfast and customer service were disappointing.

    I stayed in the best Room, and the Facility was good, but it would have been even better if there was a dryer and cooking utensils. What shocked me was the breakfast. While I was changing, someone entered and placed many dishes carefully on the table. I repeatedly asked them to leave, but they stubbornly continued to place the dishes. Perhaps because of this incident, the breakfast was not tasty, and I left it unfinished.

    We were able to stay with children with peace of mind.

    This was my first time using Stays. I stayed with my 2-year and 10-month-old daughter, and it was a very comfortable time. - Diaper trash can - Children's chair - Children's amenities - Bed attachment, etc. Some of these were communicated in advance, but I was very happy that they prepared various things. Since breakfast was served in the Room, we could eat slowly without worrying about others. (I would have been happier if there was a little more quantity) The outdoor pool in January was indeed cold, but there was a jacuzzi next to it, so we enjoyed going back and forth between the pool and the jacuzzi many times. Haha The distance from the Hotel area in Onna Village was just right. It was a Hotel that made me want to stay again!

    Pleasant Jacuzzi

    Every New Year, we spend time in Okinawa, and last year we stayed at a hotel with a private pool, which was very nice. This year, we were looking for a place with a private pool again and found this one with an attached jacuzzi. It was simply wonderful! Although it's a heated pool, it's winter, so it's tough to get in at first, but once you're in, it's no problem! My sons, who are in middle school and high school, were having a blast. When the wind blew and it got cold, we went straight to the jacuzzi right next to it. The jacuzzi was so comfortable that we wanted to stay in it forever. We opted for breakfast included, and the portion was just right—not too much, not too little—and it was very delicious. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine as part of the IKYU Diamond benefits. Thank you very much. I rated the room amenities 4 stars because I wished there were makeup removers, etc. Overall, it's a very lovely hotel. When we visit the main island again, we would love to stay here once more. Thank you very much.

    It might be an option if you don't expect a "luxury villa."

    I was looking forward to it because the review rating was high, but it felt different from what I imagined. Generally, villas are usually more expensive, and since I was able to stay quite cheaply this time, it couldn't be helped, but the interior and furniture felt simple. Since I had the image of a villa being luxurious, it felt a bit off when thinking that way. Considering it as a simple property, I think the cost performance is good. The most disappointing thing this time was that it felt like there was poor sunlight (probably because the main living room faces north?), and since it was a detached house, it was especially cold in the mornings and evenings (I kept the heater on all the time), and even though I came to Okinawa, I couldn't feel warm. Also, when walking a little from the hotel at night, it became an area with no streetlights at all, making it feel dangerous to walk. I went to a cafe 15 minutes away on foot from the hotel for dinner, but I had to walk on a pitch-dark road (relying only on the lights of cars running on the roadway) that felt like a test of courage, and I was surprised as it was the first time in my life to be in an area with so few streetlights. I thought that if you stay at this hotel, you should come by rental car or need a car. However, it was nice that they brought breakfast to the room (the content was also delicious), there was a washing machine in the room (though I had trouble finding a place to dry clothes), and I could spend time without feeling people around. But I don't think I would intentionally repeat my stay.

    The best memories

    I went on my first trip to Okinawa. The lobby, exterior, and room are all stylish, making it a property you can boast about. Both Japanese and Western breakfasts were delicious. We chose a room with a pool, so the children seemed to have a lot of fun! Since it's heated, you can still use it during this season (haha). The staff's service and cleaning were also excellent. If I have the chance to visit Okinawa again, I would love to stay here once more. Thank you for the truly happy time and memories.

    It was excellent.

    We stayed in a villa with a pool for one night from October 21st. It was absolutely fantastic. The room's amenities, size, cleanliness, and service were all impeccable, and I definitely want to visit again. I was delighted to find such a great property still existing in Okinawa. For those reading the review, please visit at least once.

    Since it is an outdo...

    Since it is an outdoor pool, there may be 1 or 2 insects, but the Room was spacious and the shower room was also large, which was nice. It was comfortable to stay as there was also a washing machine and other amenities.

    I was able to relax.

    Yesterday, I stayed for one night. The Room was full of cleanliness, and the pool in the Room was clean and very satisfying. If you want to experience an extraordinary feeling, a private pool in a separate building is a must-have item. The customer service was also courteous. I will definitely stay again when I visit Okinawa next time.
