    No matter how many times you visit

    I have stayed here several times when visiting the cemetery next door. This Hotel offers great views whether you face the circuit or Mt. Fuji, so it never disappoints. That’s why I choose “view not specified” and enjoy seeing which side I get each time. The Michelin Key recognition is well deserved. I will be back again. The photo shows Mt. Fuji from the restaurant.

    Excellent cleaning.

    I have stayed here several times, and once again everything was kept very clean. The toilet, in particular, was perfect again. The bathtub and washbasin were also spotless. The bathrobe was so comfortable that it made me wonder if it was available for purchase. For breakfast, I always have the pancakes and scrambled eggs—along with a café latte.

    Our Annual Wedding Anniversary

    This was my first stay since the New Year holidays. I’ve been visiting for our wedding anniversary since last year, and I truly appreciated the kind words from your staff at the restaurant and elsewhere. It made for a wonderful anniversary. Thank you as well for your thoughtful touches in the Room, such as a message card. However, I completely forgot it was during Lunar New Year. This wasn’t the Hotel’s fault, but smoking on the balcony and poor manners in the spa area were extremely unpleasant. If reminders are completely ignored, there’s only so much that can be done. Next year, I’ll be more careful when making my Reservation. Thank you very much.

    It was a wonderful trip.

    I was truly happy to see my car-loving husband and child delighted all day long. With its wonderful design integrated with the museum and racetrack, I think it’s a place where you can enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience. Everyone at the Hotel and the museum was very kind, and we felt comfortable in every way. In terms of the Facility, the Room was comfortably spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and bath—it was fantastic. From our Room we could see the race course, and from the restaurant we could see Mt. Fuji, so even spending all day at the Hotel never felt boring. The food was delicious, and I was also happy to be able to relax and enjoy wine with my husband for the first time in a while. It has become a place we definitely want to visit again. Thank you very much.

    A Hotel You’ll Be Very Satisfied With

    Once again, I stayed here as a stopover Hotel for an early-morning check-out, and as always, I was completely satisfied with my stay. The staff’s thoughtful service, the chef’s heartfelt and delicious meals, and the impeccably clean facilities and Room all exceeded expectations—everything that should be “standard” is simply on a different level here, making my satisfaction even greater. Next time, I’ll stay longer and fully enjoy it.

    This is a Hotel wher...

    This is a Hotel where you can truly enjoy your stay. The staff were cheerful and welcoming. It was my first time back in about three years. The simulator now requires an additional fee. This time I remembered to bring my swimsuit, so I was able to enjoy the wonderful pool. Since it was during the Australian Open, we enjoyed in-room dining in our Room. Last time we ate at the restaurant, I felt the flavors were quite strong, but this time everything tasted great and wasn’t overly seasoned. We drove from Atami the night before, crossed the pass via Hakone to Gotemba, and there was no icy road surface—great weather all around. We enjoyed both a snow-capped Mt. Fuji and an endurance race; we were lucky. Breakfast was delicious as always.

    We enjoyed our stay even in the heavy snow.

    We visited on a record-breaking heavy snow day in the Kanto area. Unlike usual, we couldn’t enter Fuji Speedway (it was closed due to the snow), and the museum guided tour was postponed. Despite these unavoidable issues, we still enjoyed our stay. [Staff] Everyone was polite and attentive. Even with fewer staff due to the heavy snow, they handled things efficiently without showing any stress. The service wasn’t pushy, which made it easy for us to relax as well. We used the bar at night, and it was nice that a staff member took the time to chat with us. [Dining] Dinner (Italian) was just the right amount. We could choose our main dish, so my husband and I were able to order different options, which was great. [Bath] Because of the bad weather we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but it felt almost private and was very comfortable. The water temperature was perfect. When I accidentally got my locker stuck and couldn’t open it, I called on the in-house phone and a staff member came right away—thank you very much. There were a couple of spots where the floor felt a little slippery; maybe that’s due to the Onsen minerals? [Overall] With car-themed decorations throughout the Hotel and cocktail names inspired by cars at the bar, this is a fun place for car lovers. The race simulation is available for an additional fee and can be booked privately, and on clear days you can also enter the speedway. That said, I honestly think whether you enjoy it depends on whether this concept suits you. This time we visited during an off-season period so everything felt comfortable, but during peak times I imagine even the Onsen could get crowded, which might change how it feels. Given the location, it may mainly attract guests who love cars; if you’re expecting a typical Hotel stay, it might feel a bit different. The staff must have had a tough time in such heavy snow, but we had a very pleasant stay. We hope to visit again on a clear day next time.

    This is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again.

    It was my first time staying at this Hotel, and I was able to relax far more than expected. The Facility felt new, the Room was spacious enough, the amenities were great, and the breakfast was very delicious. One thing that concerned me was that there seemed to be only one staff member at check-in, so I had to wait for a long time. Also, were there no chairs in the lobby? (I wasn’t shown where to sit, so I ended up waiting standing the whole time), which left me a bit tired. Still, it’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again in a different season. Next time I’d also like to try having dinner at the restaurant. Thank you very much.

    The special dinner was amazing!

    We started the year with a special dinner (MORIZO DINNER), and it was absolutely fantastic. The salad, soup, and main dish were all crafted with carefully selected ingredients by skilled chefs, offering an exceptional taste experience. As always, the staff provided warm and attentive service, and the Hotel's facilities and Room were impeccably clean, allowing us to fully enjoy a luxurious escape from daily life. This is truly a Hotel that makes you want to return again. Looking forward to visiting again next month!

    I was very satisfied this time as well.

    The winter menu at the restaurant, Robata, featured dishes made with plenty of local ingredients and was absolutely delicious! We were very satisfied again this time. We will visit again next month and have already made a reservation for a very exciting menu.

    I had a relaxing time.

    The view of Mount Fuji from the Room was stunning under the clear skies. Everything, including the staff, Room, food, and bath, was excellent.

    I had a very pleasant stay.

    Stay with the 3rd Anniversary Special Course. Includes a coupon worth 3000 yen per person for 1kg of rice at check-in. This was my first stay since the opening, and I headed straight to the onsen on the second floor. Relaxed while enjoying a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji right in front of me. At 40 degrees, the lukewarm water was comfortable without causing dizziness. The room also faced Mount Fuji, offering a magnificent view right outside the window—truly relaxing. The facility and amenities were excellent, making my stay very pleasant. I left thinking I would love to stay here again!

    A wonderful experience

    The Italian dinner was incredibly delicious, and I was deeply impressed, especially as it was my first time. The breakfast, including salad, bread, and egg dishes, was also excellent. The room was functional with a beautiful view of the speedway; it was clean and very comfortable. The Onsen offered a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the scenery along with the sauna, cold bath, and open-air indoor bath. However, the women's large bath had only a mist sauna without a cold bath, and I found the water temperature slightly too high for my preference. Given my high expectations for the Onsen experience, I felt slightly disappointed and rated it 4 out of 5 stars. Overall though, this hotel provided an amazing experience!

    We had a great view of both Mount Fuji and the circuit.

    The hotel staff were all very elegant and refined, providing first-class hospitality. In the evening, I enjoyed cocktails at the bar, which had a wonderful atmosphere—I highly recommend visiting. I used the pool first thing in the morning, and it was very clean. Kickboards and pull buoys were provided, and with sufficient depth and distance, I was able to do competitive swim training. The water reflected the lights beautifully, creating a sparkling effect. If you're torn between choosing a Mount Fuji view or Circuit view room, rest assured that you can see Mount Fuji from various spots within the Hotel such as the breakfast area or elevator hall. This time I chose a Circuit View Room; it offered an excellent view of the racecourse right in front of me. Even on the day after Fuji Speedway's final race event, I could enjoy watching passionate sports driving from my room in the morning—it was so much fun! This is truly an amazing Hotel!

    Restaurant and Cleaning

    I dined at a robatayaki restaurant for the first time. Everything was delicious, but the filet was exceptional. They also accommodated allergies, which was fantastic. Additionally, the Room was thoroughly cleaned, and the toilet was spotless. A poorly cleaned toilet can be disappointing, but this one was perfect.

    Always the Best Hospitality

    I occasionally use this accommodation as a stopover during long-distance trips, and the staff in every department always provide exceptional hospitality. The entire facility, including the rooms, is meticulously cleaned. Both Japanese and Italian cuisine feature seasonal ingredients sourced locally, crafted into exquisite dishes by chefs through careful experimentation. The outstanding hospitality ensures a pleasant stay every time. This is why I always want to return to this hotel.

    Wonderful Hotel!

    We stayed in the most standard room as a family of four. The room was spacious enough and very relaxing. The circuit view from the room was exciting, even without a race being held. We were fully satisfied with the restaurant, SPA, and pool. Although it’s not an easy destination to reach, we would love to revisit just for this hotel stay. It was so much fun!

    It was a wonderful stay.

    This was my fourth time staying at this accommodation. In the past, to be honest, there were some aspects that felt lacking or disappointing in terms of service. However, this time, from check-in to check-out, the service was excellent, and I have grown even fonder of this hotel. I often stay here for race viewing purposes, so it will likely be next year again, but I will definitely use it again.

    Still Summer Vacation

    We visited seeking cooler weather, but Gotemba was still quite warm, and due to the approaching typhoon, we were unable to use the E-bike during our Multiple Night Stay. However, we appreciate all the suggestions provided. We are always grateful for the thoughtful care of all the staff. As always, we thoroughly enjoyed both breakfast and the delicious Italian dinner. We also visited the bar for the first time in a while; however, it was unfortunate that a familiar staff member was temporarily absent and we couldn’t meet them.

    Stayed for one night...

    Stayed for one night on September 28th. It was the final day of the World Endurance Championship at Fuji Speedway. Unexpectedly, I got to experience the circuit's atmosphere and even shared an elevator with one of the racers, which was an exciting surprise. The Room was tidy and well-organized, making my stay very comfortable. Due to my feather allergy, I requested a pillow replacement, and to my surprise, they kindly replaced not only the pillow but also the bed pad. Thank you so much! For dinner, I used the Hotel credit to enjoy a relaxing meal through room service. Unfortunately, I couldn't see Mount Fuji the next day, but I had a great time admiring beautiful cars and trying out a circuit simulation experience, fully enjoying an extraordinary day. Thank you very much!

    Consistently excellent

    Relax at the pool, gym, and Onsen. I arrived a bit early and asked if I could work out at the gym—they said OK and even guided me there. The Room was upgraded for me, but the standard rooms are already spacious enough, so I might have been fine with that too. Still, I appreciated their thoughtfulness. As part of their 3rd anniversary celebration, they provided a gift and ¥3,000 Hotel credit. However, the credit could only be used at the restaurant, so I didn’t get a chance to use it before checking out. It was disappointing that it couldn’t be used for purchasing souvenirs.

    It was clean and tidy.

    The Hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, possibly because it is new, giving it a very fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The meals were highly satisfying. Mount Fuji was clearly visible from the Room. I would love to stay here again.

    Enjoy the ever-changing views of Mount Fuji.

    I first visited this hotel last year for afternoon tea and thought it was a great place to enjoy an extraordinary experience close to home. I found the 3rd Anniversary Plan and stayed here for the first time. The onsen is small but very pleasant. The Italian cuisine was also delicious. In the early morning, I was able to see a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. Unfortunately, some foreign guests displayed poor manners. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

    We enjoyed our stay as a couple.

    We stayed here for my husband, who loves cars. It was fun with simulation racing cars, a pool, and car exhibitions. The food was average, but since we stayed in the Circuit Suite Room, we had breakfast in a separate private room, which felt a bit special. There were also complimentary drinks in the refrigerator. After checking out, we enjoyed go-karting at Fuji Speedway. It was great to spend time differently than usual. Thank you very much!

    Simply the best.

    The lobby was very beautiful. All the staff were highly professional and excellent, and I was able to relax in the Onsen. The breakfast was also very delicious, especially the eggs which were exceptional. I wish I had checked in earlier to spend more time relaxing. Next time, I would like to try dinner as well. We stayed as a family of four, and everyone was extremely satisfied. Being able to enter the Speedway made for great memories too! It would be nice if museum access were free for guests!

    The Hotel's cuisine has transitioned to the autumn menu, becoming even more delicious.

    In September, the menus for Italian cuisine, robatayaki, lounge, and bar have been updated. Packed with delicious options, they are tastier than ever. The 3rd-anniversary special menu was delightful. Of course, the quality of the Room and staff remains exceptional, ensuring a perfect satisfaction level. According to my wife, the spa treatment staff is also outstanding. We will visit again soon!

    The turndown service is no longer available.

    Perfect as an accommodation. The beds are comfortable and make for a pleasant stay. It feels like there has been noticeable improvement compared to before.

    A luxurious stay beyond 5 stars!

    This was not our first stay. We enjoyed everything, including the room, Onsen, Italian cuisine this time, and the spa. The staff's hospitality was excellent, making our stay very comfortable. The quality of the Onsen water is outstanding, so it’s highly recommended even for trips focused solely on enjoying hot springs. Additionally, there are plenty of activities related to cars, seasonal afternoon teas, exclusive menus at restaurants, and various events to enjoy. Be sure to check their official website or Instagram! After checking out, we had summer-exclusive shaved ice. There are always new ideas that keep each visit exciting and fresh. Thank you again for another wonderful experience!
