    Conveniently located near Kyoto Station.

    It was my first time staying at this Property, and it was very convenient as it was within walking distance from Kyoto Station. The large public bath was more spacious than I had imagined, with plenty of washing areas, allowing me to relax thoroughly. It was great that the public bath was available until late at night (since I tend to stay out late eating and drinking when in Kyoto...). Overall, it was convenient and comfortable, and the Room was clean, so I would love to stay here again.

    Both the lobby and the rooms are stylish at the hotel. The art is also wonderful. Welcome drinks include alcoholic options. The lounge offers drinks, snacks, and ice cream.

    Used for celebrating my daughter's birthday.

    Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and with the light meal voucher, I enjoyed a light lunch-style meal. I was able to spend time leisurely at the Hotel and am very satisfied. The Hotel staff's service was pleasant, and I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.

    Overall, we are very satisfied.

    I stayed for a long-term stay of 4 nights and 5 days on weekdays in December. It was a Deluxe Twin Room without breakfast plan. The room was a corner room facing Gojo Street, and you can see Kyoto Tower from the room. There was a note from the hotel saying that if you are concerned about noise... it might be because Gojo Street is an 8-lane road with 4 lanes on each side, and there is a fire station in front. For us, the view was more important, and we didn't mind the noise at all (in fact, we feel uneasy if it's too quiet), so it was a very nice room. The bath was always available, probably because it was a multiple night stay on weekdays, and it was very nice. There was also a coin laundry, which we used, and it was very helpful to be able to see the laundry usage status (how many minutes left) on the room monitor. The laundry was crowded (it seemed like foreign tourists were using it). The bath and laundry are in the basement, and on the same floor, there is a gym and a lounge. Although the lounge doesn't have alcohol, snacks and drinks are provided for free, which was convenient for waiting for laundry or having coffee before going out in the morning. There were two types of ice pops, milk and matcha, and they were very delicious after the bath. Although it was a plan without breakfast, on the last morning, we took it easy and paid extra to have breakfast. You choose one main dish, and the rest is buffet style, but the main dish was not great, so I thought it might be okay without it. The items on the buffet were delicious, so maybe it would be better to lower the price a bit and just have the buffet. Also, the elevator coming quickly was stress-free and very nice! However, there was one concern. For some reason, all the elevators had a faint smell of tobacco... Maybe it's related to the ventilation system. It wasn't like the previous person was a smoker, it was constant. It's a disappointing point, but it's more like "huh?" rather than a strong smell. I hope it gets improved. Since it was a multiple night stay, I felt there was a difference in the way the room cleaning was done by the person in charge each day, so it would be even better if that could be improved. Overall, it was a good hotel. The location was also good. It was close to the station, and there was a 24-hour supermarket next door, which was convenient. It was a long-awaited trip for two women with my daughter, and it was a comfortable hotel. Thank you!

    A hotel with good transportation access near the bus stop and station.

    We stayed for two nights in a triple Room with our family. The stay was new and comfortable. We only had lunch at the restaurant on the last day, and both the pasta and hashed beef, as well as the dessert, were delicious. Since 90% of the guests were foreigners, it felt almost like staying at a foreign Hotel. The staff were also foreigners, but their Japanese was fluent. I was mistaken for a Chinese person and was spoken to in English. The Hotel was conveniently located, just a 2-minute walk from the subway station, within walking distance to Keihan, and close to a bus stop.

    Beautiful

    You can feel Kyoto from the moment you enter. The Facility and guest rooms are new and well-maintained, ensuring complete comfort. The welcome drink, matcha, is incredibly delicious. I think it's a popular Hotel with many foreign travelers.

    It was a hotel that was completely satisfying in every aspect. Before the stay, I had a few questions and called the hotel directly. The response was excellent, and I had a feeling that "this must be a good hotel," which turned out to be true. I chose a plan with dinner included, and although someone else had also written about it, I didn't have high expectations due to the price. However, in a good way, my expectations were exceeded. The dinner was excellent in both quality and quantity. My 80-year-old mother, who accompanied me, was surprised and delighted, saying, "Everything is rare and delicious," and repeatedly asked me about the accommodation cost, only to be surprised again. When I said, "Mom, this is what we call good cost performance," she nodded, saying, "I finally understand the meaning of that word." We were given a room on a high floor with a great view of Kyoto Tower, and both my mother and I were very pleased. The room seemed to be well soundproofed, as we spent a quiet time without hearing much from the neighboring room. It was only when we went out into the hallway late the next morning that we realized there were lively foreign guests next door, which surprised us. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and elsewhere were kind and attentive, allowing us to have a wonderful time and create good memories. It is a hotel I can confidently recommend to others.     The front desk service was good.

    The dish I mentioned having an allergy to was served at dinner, and I was informed that it contained allergens before eating, which was helpful. However, I think it would have been dangerous if I had eaten it, so I give it three stars. After checking out, I realized I had forgotten something and called the front desk. They said there was no report of it during cleaning and it hadn't been found. When I mentioned I had left it on the bed sheets, they checked with the linen service and found it. It was a belly band I use every day during my pregnancy, so I was very relieved to have it back. Thank you very much.

    I was satisfied.

    This time, I chose this place for the food and the large public bath, and it exceeded my expectations. The lunch course, in particular, was exquisite. I will definitely use it again the next time I visit Kyoto.
