    The Hotel is well-located and pleasant.

    The atmosphere of the staff was pleasant, and I felt it was a comfortable Hotel. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with our family, and we used the sauna in the Room several times. The Room was lovely, and despite its excellent location, I felt the price was very reasonable. Due to the structure of the Room, the windows are small and not much sunlight comes in, but thanks to the spacious Room and interior design, it compensated for any darkness. I am highly satisfied and would like to use it again when staying in Matsuyama. Thank you very much.

    8th Floor of Mitsukoshi

    The location was convenient. I arrived at 2:30 PM, but check-in was not available until 3:00 PM, so I spent some time at Mitsukoshi. The Room was spacious for one person. Breakfast was small in portion.

    I was looking for a hotel to stay at for my husband's birthday trip and found this hotel with a sauna. Although the hotel did not have an Onsen, we considered going to Dogo Onsen, but the sauna was authentic and very nice, so we decided to relax in our room and enjoyed the sauna! The room was very spacious and clean, and the ceramic board by Mr. Fujio Ishimoto on display was very lovely! The room we used this time could accommodate four people, so next time I would like to visit with my daughters and family. The breakfast was not a buffet, which was to my liking. The staff were pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    The atmosphere, interior, and everything were perfect and very stylish!! The service was polite and very much to my liking. I would love to stay again when I visit Ehime! I rated the meal three stars. It was disappointing that the eggs in the Eggs Benedict for breakfast were hard-boiled.

    It was a conveniently located Hotel.

    The Room was spacious, and the sauna was pleasant. I stayed for two nights. I was surprised when the door suddenly opened for a Room check while I was in the Room. When I checked out, I entrusted a package for delivery, but the procedure took quite a long time. I thought it was tough for one person at the front desk. The location is excellent, and the Hotel is convenient for going anywhere.

    It was a wonderful stay.

    Until I was shown to the Room, I couldn't imagine it was a Hotel above a department store, but once I stepped in, I was surprised by the spacious and calm Room that spread out before me. I immediately decided to buy dinner and eat it in the Room, as it was such a comfortable space that made me want to stay there forever! The bathroom was also spacious, and the small sauna was pleasant. I even wondered if it was okay at this price, as the cost performance was good, the staff's response was excellent, and it was a highly satisfying stay. However, the breakfast was light and felt a bit lacking. It might have been just right since I ate various things at the tourist spots.

    Full of luxury!

    The rooms were new and clean, and the gentle, pleasant scent of herbs was soothing! The Room and the bed were spacious, giving a sense of exclusivity. Located in the middle of the downtown area, the transportation access was excellent, leaving nothing to be desired!

    A New Style of Hotel

    I made a reservation because the room had a sauna when I was looking for a property in Matsuyama for a business trip. I also considered staying in the Dogo Onsen area, but this time I was intrigued by the interesting concept and the fact that it is located on the upper floors of Mitsukoshi. The room was spacious and clean, and above all, the sauna was fascinating. I used it five times for 12 minutes each before checking out, and I had a good sweat and my skin became smooth. Breakfast was pre-set except for drinks, and it was nice to enjoy a variety of ingredients in small portions. However, I wished for a bit more salad. I went to the fitness area for 45 minutes before that. There were only very simple facilities, but considering safety, I thought it was fine. However, I wished there was a water server or bottled water available. Overall, I thought it was a very good hotel.

    The space is wonderful.

    I often stay in Matsuyama for business trips and travel, and I think the room and lobby space are the most wonderful in terms of design, size, and texture. The location is also good (on the upper floors of Mitsukoshi), and although I stayed without meals, the hospitality during my stay was handmade but comfortable and satisfying. On the other hand, after checking out, I received a phone call on my mobile, saying that there were fewer hangers in the room, as if suspecting that I had taken them, which was extremely unpleasant. I have heard of such cases with inbound customers, but I am a Japanese businessman in my 50s, with no suitcase, just a shoulder business bag. When I explained that I had moved the hangers from the locker to the bathroom hanger to hang the bathrobe, they responded that they would check, but they should first confirm the situation and only contact the customer if necessary, and there was no follow-up contact on what they found after checking. It seems I am still under suspicion, which is extremely disappointing as it was a comfortable stay.
