    The front desk does not answer the phone. The laundry room has separate dryers, not drum-type washing machines, so clothes dry properly.

    Wonderful Hotel

    I stayed with a friend at this accommodation. The room was spacious and very comfortable to use. I personally liked the stone flooring. The sunset over the west coast visible from the balcony was beautiful, but watching it from the poolside while enjoying a drink was truly spectacular. There are several restaurants within walking distance, so finding food wasn't an issue, and some places even offered shuttle service if you made a reservation. Breakfast was Chinese cuisine, and everything was delicious—I realized how great Chinese breakfast can be! It was so tasty that I wanted to try their dinner as well. My friend also enjoyed it, making it a wonderful memory for both of us. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Okinawa!

    I would like a Multiple Night Stay.

    Spacious room. Equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, making it perfect for a Multiple Night Stay—I wish I could have enjoyed the bathhouse, jacuzzi, and pool more! Please remember to bring makeup remover and facial cleanser as they are not provided. The breakfast is Chinese cuisine, offering a fresh experience compared to other Hotels (it would be great if there were more variety!). The staff provided excellent service and greeted everyone they passed, which left a very positive impression. I’d love to come back for a Multiple Night Stay next time!

    A Hotel That Satisfies Your Heart

    Overall, it felt like a very nice Hotel with cleanliness and excellent service. The Room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The only minor concern was the time it took to fill the jacuzzi on the Room's balcony.

    The spacious balcony...

    The spacious balcony with a jacuzzi was excellent! The Room was also large and comfortable. The service was a bit disappointing... (The restaurant staff were very good.) It's unfortunate considering how great the Facility is.

    The meals are delicious.

    It was my first stay. Most of the guests seemed to be inbound visitors, possibly due to the season. The Chinese cuisine served in the morning and evening was delicious, and the Room was comfortable, so I would love to stay again.

    It was good, but...

    The overall design was cohesive and stylish, which made our middle schooler very excited. It was really disappointing that part of the pool was under maintenance, and we couldn't take good photos—I wish we had known in advance. The almond tofu at breakfast was delicious, and I had several helpings. However, there were very few options for our elementary school-aged child to eat, which was disappointing. If you're charging the same rate for children as adults, more consideration would be appreciated. Some staff members had wonderful smiles, while others showed no smile at all. Overall satisfaction was high, so I might consider coming back if there's another opportunity.

    The best Hotel I've ever stayed at!!

    I had high expectations after reading the reviews, and this has become my favorite hotel among all I’ve stayed at so far. We stayed as a group of three, and the room was spacious, clean, and offered excellent value for money. Additionally, every staff member we encountered was courteous, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you so much. The only regret is that due to typhoon-like strong winds, we couldn’t relax on the terrace. I would love to stay here again!

    The Room is excellent!

    Stayed at a discounted rate, but still the best value for money! The Room and bed were very spacious, with beautiful views from the Room. The colors and taste of the decor throughout the Hotel and Room were lovely. Since it’s newly built, the Facility itself was clean. Although we stayed in winter and couldn’t use the pool, its lighting made us think it would be amazing to use during other seasons. The staff were kind, and they kindly accommodated our requests for a surprise cake and floor preferences. We’re already talking about wanting to stay here again with my companion. Thank you very much!

    I stayed for 2 night...

    I stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved the jacuzzi bath. There were plenty of bath salts to choose from, and the Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was Chinese-style and delicious, but I felt that having options like bread or other Western dishes might be more suitable for long-term guests or children. Still, it’s definitely a Hotel I would want to stay at again!

    A very romantic hotel for adults

    Located on a hill in the Onna Village resort area, this hotel features rooms with different color themes on each floor, inspired by nature. We stayed in a beautifully designed room with a blue-themed interior, which was spacious and equipped with two double-sized beds. The balcony included a jacuzzi, and from the terrace, we enjoyed breathtaking views of Okinawa's vast ocean and stunning sunsets. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. As it was my wife's birthday during our stay, they surprised us with a wonderful gift that left us deeply touched. Breakfast was served at an open kitchen specializing in unique Chinese cuisine made with Okinawan ingredients—every dish was authentic and highly satisfying! With its intentionally limited number of rooms, this accommodation seems more suited for older couples who have finished raising children or romantic getaways for couples rather than families with young kids. The poolside terrace offered an enchanting atmosphere where we sipped hot wine while enjoying beautiful sunset views accompanied by lovely background music... It truly is a calm and romantic hotel! Thank you for such an unforgettable experience! P.S. The AQUASENSE BLUE logo design is absolutely stunning!!

    The room is spacious and comfortable.

    I stayed here at the end of the year. The Room was spacious, making it comfortable even for three people. The staff provided very courteous service. Breakfast was only Chinese cuisine, so my elderly parents found it a bit difficult to eat in the morning. We opted to change to lunch for an additional fee instead. The light Chinese meal was very delicious. Next time, I would like to stay when the pool is open.

    Winter in Okinawa

    Thank you for your hospitality. It was a very windy and cold day during our stay, but we were able to refresh ourselves in the jacuzzi, making it a wonderful memory. The front desk staff was very pleasant, and we would love to stay again. Next time, we hope to enjoy the pool in summer.

    The room was very clean and pleasant. The aroma scent was soothing. Perhaps because it was a cold season, the water in the terrace jacuzzi cooled down quickly, but it allowed us to stay in longer, which might be a good thing. The meals were incredibly delicious with rich flavors, incorporating Okinawan ingredients, and we were fully satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. My husband, who is a chef and very particular about taste, seemed pleased as well—choosing this place turned out to be a great decision!

    Great value for money.

    The Room is spacious and clean. There are numerous time-specific events, such as drink service in the lobby and bath salt service. Both dinner and breakfast offer a wide variety of delicious options, and breakfast includes an enjoyable selection of teas after the meal. The staff's level of hospitality is excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful Hotel that exceeded expectations for its price!

    Completely satisfied.

    This was the most comfortable stay I've ever had at any accommodation! Not only was the room excellent, but the service was also great, and the staff were kind, warm, and attentive, making it a wonderful experience. I would definitely love to stay here again.

    I was surprised by the size of the room. The floor I stayed on was based on a blue theme, and the room was also unified with blue wallpaper, accessories, and sofa cushions, creating a very relaxing space. The bathroom had a separate washing area, so I could soak in the bath at my leisure. There was a selection of salts, allowing me to enjoy my favorite scent. The view was also excellent. However, unfortunately, due to bad weather, I couldn't spend time on the balcony, which was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was an unusual Chinese style, but everything was very delicious. The menu was slightly changed, so even with a Multiple Night Stay, I didn't get bored. From 3 PM, soft drinks were available, and from 6 PM, hot whiskey and hot wine were offered in the lobby, allowing everyone to relax. It was a hotel that made me want to stay again next time.

    I thought it might be a challenging Hotel to stay at with toddlers.

    The Room, bath, and Facility were clean. The exterior was also well-maintained, and the location was convenient. The meals, featuring Chinese cuisine made with Okinawan ingredients, were delicious. However, as we stayed with a toddler, we felt that the service had some shortcomings. For instance, we requested a play mat for the toddler, but only a few pieces were placed under the sofa. This made us question the purpose of providing a play mat. Additionally, we requested a bed guard for the toddler, but it was only placed on one side of the bed, requiring us to ensure the child wouldn’t fall off. Perhaps because we made these requests for baby items from the day before to the day of our stay, they were not prepared in the Room. When we asked the front desk to arrange them, the staff seemed overwhelmed, possibly due to the busy front desk. Furthermore, we wanted to finish dinner before putting the toddler to bed, but the service at the Chinese restaurant was excessively slow. Specifically, it took an hour for the food to be served after we were seated. We hoped the staff would be more attentive and expedite the service, especially considering we had a toddler with us. To make matters worse, there was a false fire alarm late at night, and we had to evacuate into the cold night with our child. While the false alarm was unavoidable, it made the stay far from relaxing for us as guests. Overall, even though we were staying with a toddler, no proactive service was offered unless we specifically requested it. Even when we did make requests, the service provided was not satisfactory. Due to these accumulated issues, it was difficult to say that our stay was a satisfying one.

    I chose it because the reviews were good, but

    I visit Okinawa about three times a year and stay at a resort each time. This time, I wanted to try a new place I hadn't stayed at before, and since the review scores were good, I chose this hotel. The room was spacious, and the service of the jacuzzi on the balcony and the bath salt was nice. I was looking forward to the fusion of Chinese and Okinawan cuisine, but the only delicious thing was the soup. I also ordered Shaoxing wine and wanted to enjoy my meal slowly, but the dishes kept coming one after another without considering my pace, and the dim sum got cold, which was disappointing. The breakfast was said to be the first Chinese buffet in Okinawa, but there wasn't a single dish that was very delicious, although it was nice to be able to choose and drink various teas.

    The Facility was new...

    The Facility was new and the Room was spacious, which was nice, but it was disappointing that there was only one restaurant. I stayed for two nights, and the breakfast was only Chinese. The food was delicious, and all the Chinese tea was satisfying, but having Chinese breakfast for two days was a bit of a problem.

    First Stays

    The Room was clean, either because it was new or renovated. We chose the "Ocean Deluxe Room Twin." It was a very nice Room facing the sea. The Room was spacious enough to relax comfortably. I was worried because breakfast was a Chinese buffet, but it was ordinary Chinese food. It was delicious.

    High cost performance

    I really don't want to write this because if it becomes popular and I can't make a reservation, it would be a problem, but it was amazing! I stayed for two nights with my elderly mother, and she was very pleased. The cost performance is excellent! First, all rooms come with a jet bath! Spacious guest rooms! The happiness of sleeping comfortably on a double-sized bed! The evening hot wine service was also nice. It has become a hotel I definitely want to stay at again.

    A new and beautiful Hotel

    We stayed for the first time as a couple. The room was on the second floor, but since it is located on a hill, it didn't feel low-rise at all. The room was spacious, and the view from the balcony was amazing, overlooking the sea. The jacuzzi was clean, and we enjoyed the winter in Okinawa by adding the provided bath salts. Dinner was a Chinese course at the hotel, and it was delicious Chinese cuisine after a long time. Thank you for the celebratory dessert for my husband's birthday. At night, the pool was lit up, and there was a night bar where we enjoyed complimentary hot wine and other drinks. Breakfast was a Chinese buffet, not the usual frozen or pre-made items, but handmade. The dim sum was wrapped in the kitchen. It was as substantial as a lunch buffet. It was so delicious that we ended up eating a lot from the morning. The service from the staff at the restaurant was excellent. It was a hotel that makes you want to visit again soon. We will visit again next month.

    We stayed in a pool ...

    We stayed in a pool suite with our family of four. During our stay, it was quite cold even in Okinawa, but we were very grateful that the temperature of the room's pool was adjusted for us. There are various reviews about the service, but I was very satisfied. As praised in the reviews, the breakfast was very delicious no matter what we ate. As mentioned in other reviews, although it was Chinese cuisine, it didn't feel heavy at all even in the morning. We also used a restaurant highly rated on a certain review site for breakfast, but personally, I was more satisfied with the hotel's breakfast. This time we stayed for two nights, and although the room was wonderful, it was a pity that we couldn't spend much time at the hotel during the day due to sightseeing, so if we have the opportunity to use it again, I would like to spend more time relaxing at the hotel. Thank you very much for this time.

    The view is beautiful.

    This is my second visit. I like the view from the Room and the balcony jacuzzi. This time, I stayed on the second floor, which is a lower floor, but since it's the winter season and I couldn't really go into the sea, I enjoyed the view from the Room. The music also allowed me to experience an extraordinary feeling, which was nice.

    The Chinese breakfast was excellent.

    Winter in Okinawa is great because it’s not overcrowded wherever you go. The Hotel was similarly not busy. The Room's amenities and cleanliness were satisfactory, but despite being a corner Room, the noise from what seemed to be the upper floor was very noticeable. The sound of chairs being dragged was surprisingly loud and shocking. It’s unfortunate because the Room and the view were nice. Breakfast was very quiet, and I enjoyed a leisurely Chinese buffet. Everything, including the Chinese porridge and dim sum, was very delicious. The jacuzzi was also excellent.

    The Room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The refrigerator, in particular, was large and convenient to use. It takes a little time for the bath to fill up, so families with children or those who want to take a bath quickly should prepare the hot water in advance. The open-air bath in the Room also took time to fill, and since it was outside, it cooled down quickly.

    On a family trip

    We stayed at the property for a family trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious, allowing the four of us to stay together comfortably. The balcony jacuzzi was also comfortable, and we were soothed by the scent of bath salts. We appreciated the complimentary drinks in the refrigerator.
