  I had a relaxing stay. The French course meal was creative and delicious, but I was surprised at how unbelievably expensive the drinks were. With the pleasant weather, we enjoyed dinner in the open-air space, but partway through it turned into a battle with insects and I couldn’t fully relax. Breakfast was also very delicious. There may be better Rooms, but ours was a small Room with two single beds—it felt like a Business Hotel. There was no sofa, so it wasn’t comfortable to unwind. Honestly, considering it cost over 70,000 yen for two people, it was shocking. The private bath was excellent. The open-air bath in the large public bath uses an iron-rich Onsen, so I hesitated because I couldn’t tell whether it was just cloudy or actually dirty. I wish there had been some explanation. Overall, for this price, I feel there are many better options elsewhere. It’s disappointing because the meals, the drink service in the lounge, and the private bath were all very good.
