    All set.

    This is my second visit following last year. The hot water is excellent, and I was able to refresh myself by alternating between hot and cold baths. I would like to visit again next year.

    An inn with authentic hot springs and delicious meals.

    I stayed in the annex for two days. Last year, I had a serious injury that made walking difficult, and I heard that the hot springs here were good, so I decided to visit. The hot spring was so rich that it felt like you could sense the breath of the earth, with its original free-flowing source. Thanks to it, the area that was so painful improved. The meals were so plentiful that I couldn't finish them, but the deliciousness of the rice cooked in a pot and the ingredients grilled over the irori were excellent. The breakfast was also impressive, with freshly cooked rice and various dishes. I was surprised by the variety of coffee available. They even make French toast for you after the meal.

    Visited for the first time since it was rebuilt.

    Before the earthquake, I often visited Suzume no Yu, but this was my first stay since its reconstruction. It was also my first time using the Ikkyu site. My husband and I enjoy traveling once or twice a month. We booked a room with a private open-air bath. Although I like kaiseki cuisine, it wasn't included in the plan, so I contacted them directly to change the meal. It rained on the day of our visit, and while some things had changed since before, the room was clean, and the hot spring was as excellent as ever. The kaiseki meal, which changes monthly, was incredibly delicious. Normally, I would use the bath in the room multiple times, but I went to Suzume no Yu about five times, making it a satisfying trip. It is a place we would like to visit again someday, and both my wife and I were very satisfied.
