    Okinawa Trip

    Choosing One Suite THE GRAND for the first night of our 2-night, 3-day trip to Okinawa was truly the best decision. From the warm welcome at the entrance to a smooth check-in and guidance to our room, everything was seamless. We enjoyed a few relaxing hours by the poolside with draft beer while gazing at the ocean before dinner. Dinner was an unforgettable experience with an open counter, engaging conversations with the chef and staff, and delicious dishes served one by one. They even paused dinner to guide us to watch a breathtaking sunset, creating such a memorable moment for us. This is truly a wonderful accommodation that makes you want to stay again when visiting Okinawa!

    Every year, I stay with my wife around my birthday. This was our first stay after the completion of the new area, and we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna & pool as well as the bar while listening to live vocals at night. Looking forward to next year as well!

    Always a fulfilling experience!

    This time, I stayed with my parents and uncle and aunt. Once again, I was able to enjoy a truly blissful and supreme moment. The chef's carefully crafted dishes at the counter kitchen always leave me in awe. I even found myself so moved that I asked to shake the chef's hand (laughs). Even my parents and uncle and aunt, who have refined tastes, were thoroughly satisfied. They were also deeply touched by the thoughtful care of all the staff members, just as I was. On the day of checkout, despite our early departure, breakfast was prepared efficiently for us. While we were enjoying breakfast, all our luggage was kindly loaded into the car so we could leave promptly afterward. Such considerate gestures are one of the reasons why staying here is always so reassuring and pleasant for me. This is truly a wonderful Hotel—I absolutely love it! I will visit again soon!

The location is a bit hard to find, but the breathtaking view makes it all worthwhile. 【Room】 Ocean View Garden Suite (Twin) × 1 room Guests: 2 adults The garden is very spacious and includes a sofa. Enjoying coffee while admiring the stunning ocean view was an unforgettable experience. The room features both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and they kindly prepared the open-air bath for us during dinner time. 【Meals】 Dinner: "Taiyo Course" for 2 people → Simply exquisite! The attention to detail in selecting ingredients and enhancing their flavors through expert techniques made this the best meal we've ever had at any accommodation. It wasn’t just about using luxurious ingredients but truly elevating them with skillful preparation. Breakfast: Japanese-style breakfast → Also exceptional! Many places tend to put less effort into breakfast compared to dinner, but not here. It was so delicious that I ended up having three bowls of rice! 【Service】 Facilities include a pool, bar, gym, and spa.     I stayed here for the first time for maternity photos! It was wonderful!! This has become a hotel I want to visit again! The facility and food were both excellent! Additionally, the spa treatments were amazing, and I enjoyed them on consecutive days!! The spa is highly recommended!! I will stay here again!

    Okinawa Trip in Starry Sky Photo

    I stayed at three hotels, and in every aspect, this hotel was perfect. The starry sky photo was a revenge from last year's trip to Okinawa, and I was able to see it safely. I am grateful to the photographer and everyone at the hotel. Also, I injured my foot, and they provided me with plasters and bandages. I'm truly very grateful. Thank you very much.

    The best property in the last prefecture.

    As the final destination of my journey through all 47 prefectures, I visited Okinawa. During my stay in Okinawa, there were many moments when I felt glad to have chosen it as the last stop, and this property was also a great choice. Check-in was smooth, and the welcome drink included sugarcane, allowing me to immediately feel the essence of Okinawa. The room offered a spectacular view as it is located at the top of Kouri Island. From the room, you can see an infinity view of both the pool and sea, which is very soothing. The room's functionality was excellent, making for a very pleasant stay. Meals were centered around Okinawan ingredients for both breakfast and dinner and were incredibly delicious. The riddle-themed dinner menu was creatively designed and quite entertaining. The most noteworthy aspect this time is undoubtedly the outstanding hospitality. Throughout our stay, we could always feel the staff's attentiveness and thoughtfulness; both hard services and soft services are well-balanced at this highly satisfying property. Meeting such a wonderful property in the last prefecture I visited felt like fate. I will visit again.

    Too stylish!

    The term "small luxury" truly fits this hotel. It was a hotel I had always admired, but I never had the opportunity to stay until now. The welcome drink, to be honest, didn't taste very good. It seemed like a unique and creative concept, but I thought it would have been nice to have options like frozen cocktails or sparkling drinks, as I discussed with my companion. Every spot in the hotel is stylish and photogenic! It was my first time seeing an Orion draft beer server, and it was really easy to drink by the poolside, so much so that I even had a refill and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also enjoyed the free rental of summer dresses and had a little photo session pretending to be a model (of course, facing backward with a laugh). The room design is stylish, but I found it a bit awkward. I had a hard time finding the kettle, and it took some effort to locate it. Also, my companion struggled to find the switch to turn off the closet light and didn't realize the closet opened from both sides, almost falling towards the door that opened from the opposite side, resulting in a bruise (sweat). It wasn't a big deal, but I think it would have been better if the room explanation was more detailed. The fact that you have to use stairs to reach the guest rooms and that there's only an elevator on the restaurant side made us reconsider whether to return. There were chipped areas on the stairs, likely from luggage hitting them. While I understand being told to call for help with luggage, I felt it would be nice to consider installing an elevator on the guest room side. Our room was just one flight of stairs down, but rooms below that required even more stairs. Breakfast had a good selection of Japanese dishes, but my husband, who chose Western dishes, felt it was quite lacking. Considering it was a famous restaurant's breakfast, especially for Western dishes, I thought it was a bit lacking. The fresh orange juice was excellent. We enjoyed using the pool, but it felt a bit too warm. It was unclear why the jacuzzi wasn't available, which was disappointing. Nonetheless, it was a wonderful facility, new, and we enjoyed it as a group of three. Thank you very much.

    Everything is perfect!!

    I have stayed at all the Hotels I was interested in, from Hokkaido to Okinawa, and everything about this Hotel—the Property itself, the comfort, the meals, and the view from the Hotel—is top-notch! The only drawback is that it takes 90 minutes by car from Naha Airport.

    Very good Hotel.

    It was my first stay in two years, and as always, I had a very comfortable time. The meals are excellent, and the staff are kind and courteous. Moreover, the spa is particularly noteworthy. The atmosphere, service, and treatment level are all top-notch. I have experienced various spas and treatments before, but personally, this was the most satisfying experience I've ever had. I would like to express my gratitude to the therapist for providing a wonderful service and creating a healing space and time. It's too good just for a stay! Isn't it a hotel where you must also enjoy the meals and spa!?

    The ultimate small luxury for a relaxing stay

    I enjoyed another wonderful Hotel stay! Although it was occasionally cloudy or rainy, there were sunny intervals, allowing me to see the beautiful sea of northern Okinawa. Even in the winter season, with a sauna and heated pool, I could warm up, enjoy the spa, and spend a very relaxing time. The newly opened bar was lovely, and since it was a weekend night, I was delighted to hear the piano performance. The meals were very delicious, and my favorites were the croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast. The staff's thoughtfulness was truly wonderful, making me want to return to this Hotel soon. I love this Hotel for its atmosphere of the remote island of Kouri Island, where you can feel the slow passage of time. Thank you very much.

    Please have dinner at this Hotel!

    If you are staying at this hotel, be sure to have dinner at La BOMBANCE. The appearance and taste are both excellent. The riddle-style menu makes conversations with the staff enjoyable. (If you are on the island, the restaurant offers shuttle service. On the second day, we went to an izakaya, but the Italian restaurant in the same group might have been better?) The room was wonderful and allowed for a relaxing stay. You can freely drink the beverages in the refrigerator and by the pool, so there is no need to purchase your own. The toothbrush and other amenities are made from environmentally friendly materials, but the brush is difficult to use, so I recommend bringing your own. All the staff were friendly and left a very good impression. It was my husband's birthday, and it became a memorable stay. Thank you very much.

    Excellent service

    The meals were as delicious as reputed, but the service was impressive. The matter I discussed with one staff member was immediately shared with others, and I received suggestions at the right time even though I hadn't introduced myself, which was helpful. The shuttle service to restaurants on the island was also appreciated. When staying for a multiple night stay, it's a bit disappointing that only room service is available during lunchtime. Dinner was delicious. Given the substantial dinner portions, I thought a breakfast buffet would be helpful. The guest room was good. The pillow didn't suit me, so I wished for a lower or more fitting one. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Worried about revisiting

    I decided to stay because the review ratings were good. I am commenting with expectations as I had already planned a revisit before this stay. There was a power outage from around 11 PM to around 6:30 AM. I was very surprised and left the room to confirm the outage with other guests. I had a terrifying experience as I couldn't reach the front desk by phone, and my mobile had poor reception, making calls impossible. It was completely dark, the toilet couldn't be used, and the heating didn't work, making it feel like staying in a shelter. Even in the morning, there was no explanation from the hotel staff, and I became anxious and asked the hotel for an explanation. However, despite expressing my concerns about the revisit, there has been no contact yet. It is during emergencies that the true nature is tested. I would appreciate it if you could contact me.

    I was very satisfied.

    I used the service for his birthday this time. This is my third visit, and the hospitality of the staff is always excellent. With each visit, from the first to the second, and from the second to the third, my satisfaction has increased, making me want to visit again. I was able to relax and enjoy my trip very much. However, one thing that bothered me was the other guests... I don't know if they were YouTubers or overseas guests, but during dinner, they placed a camera on the table and kept filming. They were sitting at the next table, and since they were filming around, it was concerning. Moreover, the next day, after breakfast, when I tried to go out to the poolside, the couple was filming again, occupying the poolside for about two hours, taking videos and photos in the same pose, making it impossible to go outside. I understand that it is a wonderful space and that the hotel benefits from reviews by influential YouTubers, but we are paying the same fees to use the facilities. I would be even happier if there was consideration for those who are not there for video shooting purposes... But more than that, I was touched by the kindness of the staff. Thank you very much for the wonderful time. I definitely want to visit this hotel again.

    Wonderful cuisine and service as per the reviews.

    We stayed for two nights. Unfortunately, the weather was not favorable, and we couldn't enjoy the sunset or starry sky, but the Kouri Bridge and the nearby beach were wonderful, with their clarity visible even under cloudy skies. Our hotel stay was primarily focused on dining rather than activities, and we enjoyed the hotel stay itself as planned, meeting our expectations in terms of quality. Both dinner and breakfast featured Japanese-style seasoning, allowing us to enjoy delicate dishes that made the most of the ingredients without getting bored. For the second night's dinner, we requested the "Taiyo Course" at the counter, which was an additional arrangement separate from the plan. The quality was as reputed in reviews, with elaborate high-quality presentation, and the service staff engaged us in various conversations. The free-flowing drinks were paired like a pairing menu, offering different brands when we ordered refills. We were thoroughly satisfied with the food, drinks, service, ambiance, and presentation. After the meal, we enjoyed the BAR Jazz event, which had just opened, and we were curious about what the BAR would be like during regular operations. This time, we also used the shared shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. With the revision of the Passenger Transport Act this spring, I believe it has become easier for hotels to provide shuttle services. Since arranging and driving a rental car for a round trip just for the hotel was cumbersome, the shuttle service was greatly appreciated. The reservation process and the driving on the day were handled very carefully. We are delighted to have added another hotel we would love to visit again, though it also adds to our dilemma.     It was the No. 1 Hotel among all the properties I have stayed at so far.

    We stayed for one night when we visited Okinawa for the NAHA Marathon and our wedding anniversary. The courteous service, wonderful presentation, and delicious food left my wife, who was visiting Okinawa for the first time, deeply impressed. We would definitely like to use this place again when we have the opportunity to visit Kouri Island. Thank you for a wonderful day.

    Due to the typhoon, the 2-night stay has been changed to 1 night.

    This is a Stays located in the nature of Kouri Island. It is situated in the mountains, where you might worry if you are on the right road when driving. The place was originally a private villa that has been renovated into a Stays. The welcome space is elegant, and the items placed there are lovely. The Room with a view of greenery and a sense of openness, the water facilities, the Hotel logo bag, and the welcome gifts are all exciting. I was particularly surprised but pleased to find a mud pack among the amenities, which is a delightful service for women. The service of preparing bath salts to your liking and the free drinks by the poolside were also nice. The independent spa building was also great, and I used the pool and gym, which are limited to spa users, at night. It was empty, and having it all to myself was fantastic. It felt like being on an overseas trip. I heard that the spa has its main branch in Aoyama, so I would like to try it if I have the chance. The breakfast was colorful and elaborate, and it was very good. Above all, the hospitality of the staff and the response of the female manager were excellent. As a typhoon was expected to hit directly, I was worried about the impact on my work if I couldn't return, so I considered cutting my planned two-night stay to one night and eventually decided to leave after one night. I heard that the bridge to Kouri Island becomes impassable when the wind speed exceeds a certain level, and coincidentally, the Hotel had also decided to close the entire facility at the same time. The communication leading up to this decision and the interaction when leaving the Hotel early in the morning were very pleasant, both with the young male staff assigned to the Room and the female manager, whom I communicated with unknowingly. It was wonderful. I became interested in who manages the place and read about their philosophy after returning home. It may depend on the Room, but the Room I stayed in was spacious with a large desk, making it perfect for a workation?! However, unfortunately, the weak internet connection was a drawback. It was tough that the mobile signal was weak, and it was almost impossible to make calls or use the internet from the Room. On the other hand, if you want to relax without working, it would be comfortable. It turned out to be an unexpected one-night trip due to the typhoon, but the pleasant communication throughout made it a good memory. Thank you very much.

    3 nights for a honeymoon

    This time, we stayed for a total of 3 nights: 1 night in a Premium Ocean View and 2 nights in an Ocean Front. The Ocean View room faced right next to the pool, and despite the unfortunate weather, it looked as if the pool and the sea were connected, creating a heavenly illusion in this wonderful room. Thanks to the turndown service, we were able to fill the jacuzzi and enjoy a relaxing night while listening to the sound of crickets. The Ocean Front room offered a different charm with its expansive greenery, sea, and blue sky. You might be able to relax more in this room without worrying about being seen by others. In both rooms, we felt as if there were no other guests besides us, as we couldn't hear any voices, only the sounds of nature, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing and wonderful 3-night, 4-day stay. We highly recommend a Multiple Night Stay at this Property. The time spent doing nothing but relaxing in the room was luxurious and special. Thank you for the wonderful gifts and arrangements for our honeymoon. Thanks to One Suite The Grand, it became a memorable trip, and we were very satisfied with the Property, saying, "Let's come again for another special occasion."

    I visited to enjoy the newly renovated aqua area and the dining at the counter. Both were very satisfying! On the first day, the pool temperature was high, so I mentioned it to the staff, and the next day they kindly informed me, "We have lowered the temperature, so please let us know your thoughts again." I was impressed by their prompt response, and when I went to the pool, it was at a comfortable temperature. It warmed both my body and heart. Thank you very much. The meal at the counter was, of course, very delicious, and eating slowly was gentle on my stomach. The staff's cheerfulness and attentiveness warmed my heart again. The cocktail in the photo was an original creation made for me when I mentioned wanting a sweet citrus-flavored drink, and it was just to my taste! Thank you. I will visit again.

    A wonderful time that I wish would last forever.

    The other day, we stayed for one night as part of our honeymoon. As before, we were soothed by the wonderful service of the staff and enjoyed the high-quality space. This time, we dined at the counter for the first time, and not only was the food excellent, but the chef's lively cooking and the sommelier's wonderful pairing made for a delicious and enjoyable time. The surprise celebration was also very lovely, making it a night to remember for a lifetime. At the spa, which we used for the first time, we were impressed by the therapist's very attentive service and massage skills, and were amazed at how much the tension in our bodies was relieved after the treatment. Thanks to this, our fatigue was blown away. We look forward to enjoying the Hotel again on our next visit. Thank you for the best time.

    Wonderful island experience

    This time, I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I enjoyed the high level of hospitality from all the staff, as mentioned in the reviews, and the rustic atmosphere of Kouri Island, which can be reached by bridge. Also, the hotel's restaurant is truly remarkable, and I could feel the chef's passion for each dish and the high level of hospitality from the staff delivering it. They were very flexible in accommodating our requests, making me feel that this hotel is defined by its restaurant and the restaurant by its staff's hospitality. Generally, a hotel's full course meal leaves you full until breakfast, but here, the dinner portions were well-adjusted, allowing us to enjoy the dessert and have a perfectly satisfying breakfast the next morning. Initially, we considered room service for dinner, but we ended up dining at the restaurant both times. Furthermore, the room's interior was tastefully designed, and although not large, the view from the terrace was excellent, with the garden's greenery and the sea perfectly matching. I also tried an E-bike for the first time, and it was almost like a motorbike, requiring no pedaling even on slopes, making it the perfect experience to enjoy the island's atmosphere. Unlike other resort areas like Onna Village, this island offers a unique experience, and I was very satisfied. I would like to visit again.

    I was very satisfied with my second stay as well.

    This was my second stay, and once again, it was a visit filled with happiness, thanks to the excellent service that exceeded my expectations. Everyone working there has a genuine smile, which naturally brings a smile to my face as well. The wonderful scenery, delicious food, and thoughtful, warm service healed both my mind and body. The morning yoga was great, and the sofa in the AQUA AREA was very comfortable. I'm already excited about when to visit next year. It's a bit disappointing that the IKYU Diamond benefits are ending. I hope they will be reinstated.

    We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary!

    We planned to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary in our beloved Okinawa. We decided to stay here as a reward for "delicious food" and "relaxation." The food was, of course, the BEST!! A top-notch chef showcased their skills for us. Despite my wife's picky requests like "No fried food!" and "No rice!", they graciously provided "special dishes just for her," one after another, for which we are immensely grateful. The chef's sharp eyes for ingredients and their warm gaze towards us were very impressive. Their handling of chopsticks was smooth and efficient, like watching a performance. My wife, who usually has a weak stomach, was able to finish everything! She said it melted into her body, and she felt a surge of energy. We have been running for 40 years, but by enjoying delicious food and taking it slow (we had a Multiple Night Stay), we were able to truly feel happiness from the bottom of our hearts. We are sincerely grateful for making our 40th anniversary the best.
