Your discovery that “Nanki is cooler than the Hanshin area,” the Milky Way you admired together from the balcony while feeling the pleasant sea breeze, and the shooting stars that streaked by—if it helped you forget the intense heat back home and immerse yourselves in a quiet seaside night sky as a natural place to refresh, we could not be happier. We are also truly honored that you enjoyed each dish so carefully. Our chef was especially pleased to hear your praise for both the quality of our Kumano beef shabu-shabu main course and seasonal dishes such as Spanish mackerel, including your comment that it “made rice go down easily.” Hearing that you were satisfied with the spaciousness of your Room—and that even family members using a buggy were able to stay comfortably without stress—was a great relief to us as well. We also sincerely appreciate your interest in our privacy-focused layout: a glass-enclosed terrace dining area separate from the guest-room living space (with service provided directly via an exterior passage), as well as your kind words for our Indonesian service staff member. We are proud we could accommodate your wish to have all eight of you enjoy dinner together by preparing seating in a separate restaurant space, helping create such a smile-filled time. At the same time, thank you very much for sharing candid and valuable feedback on what you noticed during your stay, including Room assignments and aspects of the laser show production. The Onsen you enjoyed for its “silky, thick” quality is the historic Tsubaki Onsen, long renowned as a hot spring for beautiful skin. Hearing that you “stayed in it the whole time” while enjoying the soothing sound of the waves and sea breeze at our perfectly mild temperature setting made us very happy to know you were able to unwind from deep within. We hope it became a truly luxurious time of healing—body and mind—under the starry sky at night. We are honored that you enjoyed dining on your Room’s terrace with champagne while taking in the sunset over the open sea! We also offer beverages at fair and reasonable prices, so it is very encouraging to hear that you found them “extremely reasonable.” Thank you as well for your valuable feedback regarding breakfast—that Western-style options might suit this Hotel better. We understand that it was extremely hot that day and that you decided not to go for a drive in the Rolls-Royce; we also regret that we could not help make it happen. You were blessed with wonderful weather that day, and we are so pleased you enjoyed a “Japanese–Western fusion” dinner while watching the beautiful sunset from the spacious terrace of your Room. And at night, you were able to see a sky full of stars, the Milky Way clearly with the naked eye, and even shooting stars…! If the crystal-clear night sky of Nanki-Shirahama/Tsubaki—one of our greatest prides—became an unforgettable gift for both of you, nothing could make us happier. On the other hand, although you came looking forward to your visit after watching YouTube videos and reading blogs in advance, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by insufficient guidance regarding drinks and by accessibility issues with the in-room open-air bath. Regarding the depth/step into the open-air bath: We sincerely apologize for making it difficult for you when getting in and out of the in-room open-air bath. Despite these inconveniences, we are truly grateful for your warm words: “I was able to stay at a wonderful Accommodation again after a long time and felt healed.
