    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    A modern Hotel with plenty of art pieces, a beautiful courtyard design, and a stylish yet convenient atmosphere. The bathroom was lovely, the Room had a unified design theme, and even plates were provided, making it easy to enjoy meals brought in. It was highly praised by my accompanying family. The club services were excellent. After visiting Yomitan (a 20-minute drive from the Hotel), we relaxed at the Hotel and enjoyed the club services. Although we didn’t go there ourselves, American Village is within walking distance. From the Hotel, you can see the harbor and ocean; on our visit day with fireworks, the view from poolside was spectacular. The washing machine was handy to use, ice was easily accessible nearby—overall very practical. One downside: The Room lighting is too dim! Not for ambiance but purely due to insufficient brightness—it felt slightly stressful. Adding desk lamps or side lights would be helpful. Overall though, it’s an amazing Hotel where you can experience a touch of overseas vibes!

    Second Stay

    I had a great experience last year, so I invited my friends to stay this time. Both the tea time and cocktail time at the lounge were very delicious. It was a bit disappointing that Earl Grey was the only tea option during tea time; it would have been perfect if they had teas like those available at their affiliated Busena Terrace. However, the price was quite reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I would love to stay again!

    Relax in Chatan

    I booked this Hotel for my trip to Chatan. Although I personally didn't find the American Village very impressive, this Hotel made my stay extremely relaxing. The Room, service, and staff were all excellent. The kettle had a slight metallic smell, so it might be worth considering replacing it.

    Clean and Comfortable Stay

    Stayed in a Premium Ocean View Room for 3 nights during Golden Week. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Chatan, allowing for a relaxing stay. With club services included, we thoroughly enjoyed the daily aperitif time. The view from the pool was also very pleasant. One concern was that the lighting in the room felt dim. Would definitely choose this Hotel again when staying in Chatan!

    Highly Satisfied!

    The lounge available until 6 PM and the breakfast were both of high quality and delicious, with an excellent atmosphere and stunning views that left us completely satisfied. The Room was stylish, spacious, and comfortable to stay in. The service from the female staff at check-in and the lounge, as well as the person who helped with our luggage, was exceptional. Choosing this Hotel was definitely the right decision. Having visited various hotels in Okinawa, this is one I would love to stay at again!

    If you're unsure, this is the right choice.

    Visiting Okinawa every year has made me realize the importance of location. I wanted to enjoy nightlife and explore delicious restaurants. Staying in areas like Onna Village or Nago often meant spending more time driving to and from downtown, making it feel less convenient, and I ended up dining at the Hotel more often than not due to the distance. This time, I chose Chatan for its easy access to various places and abundance of restaurants. I decided on MB Gallery, a Hotel that had caught my attention before for its appealing atmosphere. The exterior may look compact, but the interior is spacious with excellent security measures in place. The Room was large, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. Most guests seemed to be adult pairs aged 20–60s, creating a calm and relaxing environment which I really appreciated. For breakfast, you could choose a main dish such as steak, sausage, fish or Japanese cuisine while salads and fruits were served buffet-style. Although there wasn’t anything particularly unique about the salad or fruit selection, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff paid close attention to replenishing items promptly while maintaining cleanliness throughout. In the evening, I dined at an affiliated restaurant located across from the Hotel. The portions were generous; many Western guests were present which gave it an international vibe—something rare even in Tokyo! It’s definitely worth recommending if you want a taste of overseas ambiance during your stay here. Takeout options were also available so bringing food back to your Room for late-night snacks was very convenient. Overall, this Hotel strikes just the right balance—not overly luxurious but far from feeling cheap either—it’s truly perfect in every way! Considering its location and atmosphere combined with everything else offered here—I’d love to return again!

    It was the best stay.

    This was my third stay, and it was just as comfortable as before. The comfort of the Room, the relaxing atmosphere in the lounge, and the hospitality of the front desk staff were all excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Chatan, Okinawa. The Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many wonderful cafes and restaurants, making it perfect for sightseeing and food exploration. The nighttime fireworks were spectacular from a prime viewing spot. I was also touched by their thoughtful gesture of remembering my child's birthday. I will definitely stay here again!

    It was excellent!

    Although it was a bit disappointing that it rained on the day of our stay, upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The service and cleanliness were impeccable, and the club service food and drinks were so plentiful and delicious that we ended up eating too much to have dinner later! The breakfast was also very hearty and tasty, making our time at the hotel so enjoyable that we forgot about the rainy weather outside. The bathroom facilities were clean, with a spacious bathtub for relaxation! Our family has already decided to stay here again for our next trip to Okinawa!

    I realized again how convenient Chatan is.

    This was my first time choosing Chatan as I wanted to enjoy going out at night, and I stayed at this stylish, adult-oriented accommodation for the first time. Personally, it exceeded my expectations and was a wonderful hotel. The staff's attentiveness, the enjoyment of the club lounge, the relaxing moments with live music and piano performances—all of these created great memories. Watching Saturday night's fireworks from the room was a short but luxurious experience; enjoying it with a beer in hand on the balcony was truly exciting. Although we had three days of bad weather without even catching a glimpse of the sun or sunset, thanks to this hotel, we had an enjoyable stay. For breakfast, our family chose long sausages, thick-cut bacon, steak, and Japanese dishes—all were delicious. I would love to visit again!

    The staff's hospitality varies greatly depending on the individual.

    The hotel interior is very stylish and elegant, and the dinner at the seafood restaurant, as well as the service, was excellent. The front desk staff were also very pleasant and left a good impression. However, there was an issue with the three female staff members at the breakfast lounge. They were chatting away happily while three groups of guests arrived during that time. On this day, it was pouring rain with strong winds and chilly weather in the morning when one of the staff suddenly opened all the windows on the pool terrace side wide open. It became extremely cold, and I couldn't understand why they decided to open such large windows all of a sudden. Even after that, they continued chatting idly without much care for their work. To make matters worse, when leaving, one female staff member (a foreigner) leaned her elbow on the counter and gave only a slight nod as a farewell gesture... While other gentlemanly staff members at reception or by the door worked hard to welcome guests warmly, their attitude during breakfast seemed like they were working half-heartedly while chatting away—it was truly disappointing... There are many great accommodations in Chatan area... Guests do notice these things...

    A Hotel to Luxuriously Enjoy American Village

    I stayed at the accommodation to enjoy the American Village during the Christmas season. They upgraded my reserved room, and from the spacious harbor view room, I enjoyed stunning views of cruisers and city lights. The club lounge was accessible to all guests, offering soft drinks and sweets from 2 PM to 4 PM, and alcohol with appetizers from 4 PM to 6 PM. I used it twice—right after check-in and before dinner. Even in December, Okinawa is not too cold, so sitting on the terrace offered a unique view: American Village on the left and Okinawa's blue sea with white-walled buildings on the right—a scene that felt far removed from Japan. The furnishings in the room were all new with pleasant designs; especially notable was a large bathtub with gentle curves where I could stretch out comfortably—it was pure bliss. Breakfast included a buffet along with selectable main dishes that were delicious and satisfying in portion size. For such an experience at a hotel in Shonan, it would cost more than double this price—making it feel like great value for money. I’d love to visit American Village again someday, and when I do, I hope to stay here once more!

    Christmas gift for myself

    It was really great. I used to work in Chatan and never had the chance to stay, but after moving to another prefecture, I stayed in Chatan for the first time. This Hotel is slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Mihama, yet still lively enough, providing a perfect environment. I was truly impressed by the excellence of the Facility and service. From start to finish, I received the best hospitality, and I was able to enjoy the most luxurious space and time in the Room and lounge. I will definitely visit again. Absolutely.     Beautiful Hotel

    Located a little away from Mihama, it is a quiet location. The art and the atrium greenery were simply beautiful at the Hotel. The club lounge offers great value for money. The sweets during cafe time are plentiful, and just watching the sunset while sipping sparkling wine made me glad I chose this Hotel. Moreover, the biggest selling point was the flexible hospitality of the front desk staff.

    It was amazing!

    The main purpose was to attend the live event at Okinawa Arena, but I made a reservation since it was a great opportunity to visit Okinawa. The facility is very clean! I was very satisfied with the afternoon, cocktail time, and morning. The ocean view was also very nice, and I took many photos. It's just a short walk to the American Village, and taking a morning stroll along the seaside was very pleasant. I would like to use it again and recommend it to others.

    Stylish and comfortable Hotel

    I stayed in the Premier Twin for three nights. The kitchen and the bedroom can be separated by a door, which was very convenient with children. Amenities and supplies for children are available, and there are also float rings at the pool. The pool is small, but it is calm with few people. The staff were very kind. There is a washing machine on each floor that can be used for free, which was very helpful. Skincare products are provided in single-use portions, one per night (and only for women). Those who use them morning and night, or men, might find it inconvenient, so it's better to bring your own. I would love to stay here again when visiting the Chatan area! Thank you very much.

    Very wonderful!

    The main purpose of this trip was the boat at Chatan Marina, and it's not just close, it's almost within the premises. You can play at the marina, walk back to the room, and take a shower. The property is new, so everything from the room to the rooftop pool is clean. Next to the pool, there is an exclusive lounge for guests, a bright space with glass walls offering an ocean view, with drinks, appetizers, and snacks... all free! And above all, the staff are really all smiles. They were soft, gentle, and hospitable. My hometown is also a tourist spot, and I've traveled here and there, but the people of Okinawa are definitely the kindest in Japan!

    It was the best summer vacation at an adults-only hotel.

    I used this hotel for a solo trip during summer vacation. I had been to Okinawa many times, but it was my first time in Chatan, and I thought it might be a bit noisy, so I wanted to stay at a quiet, adult-oriented hotel and decided to book here. It turned out to be a great choice. The room was a superior room, spacious enough with a sofa and dining area, making it very convenient. The bathroom was also large, and the furnishings were tasteful and lovely. On the day of check-in, I arrived an hour early, but I was pleasantly surprised to be shown to my room without having to wait. Time is very precious during a trip, so being accommodated without having to ask made me feel that the service level was very high. Breakfast was a type where you could choose the main dish, and since I stayed for two nights, I had Japanese food for one night and steak for the second. The Japanese meal was full of Okinawan ingredients and very filling. The steak was also very satisfying in the morning. The salad and bread were buffet-style, with a moderate variety, and the abundance of fruit was also very nice. I ate so much on both days that I couldn't eat lunch. I also visited the club lounge for tea time and had some sweets. These sweets were incredibly delicious! There were also palate-cleansing fruits available, and a wide variety of drinks. Since I was also on a workation, I was able to work in the lounge while enjoying tea time. Recently, many hotels are reducing amenities due to environmental considerations and cost-cutting, and this hotel was no exception. However, the soap and shampoo provided had a very nice fragrance and were pleasant to use. If I were to make one request, it would be nice to have bath salts with a tropical scent to enjoy. Overall, the atmosphere was lovely, and compared to surrounding hotels, there seemed to be fewer children, making it suitable for adults to spend a relaxing time. I definitely want to visit again when I have the chance.

    Very satisfied, a stylish hotel with excellent hospitality.

    It is small, but the interior and objects are stylish and everything is clean. On weekends, there is live music, and I was able to enjoy a resort-like atmosphere. Having a washing machine and dryer on each floor is also very appreciated. At the rooftop pool, I enjoyed craft beer available at the lounge. Breakfast had plenty of fruits, and being able to eat steak in the morning was a delight. It seems that my room was upgraded at check-in without me saying anything... thank you! I am very satisfied, including the cost performance. I come to Okinawa every year, but this was my first time staying in Chatan. There are many shops in the American Village, so I had no trouble finding dinner. The night scenery is beautiful, and there were many places I wanted to visit, so I would love to stay in Chatan again!

    A hotel with good value for money, I would like to use it again.

    The breakfast is plentiful, so I didn't feel hungry and didn't need lunch. The evening club service offers a variety of snacks and alcoholic beverages, filling you up before dinner. The room is clean, and perhaps by coincidence, there were more American and Asian foreign guests, allowing me to experience an exotic atmosphere.

    It was very good.

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days on a solo trip. The hotel is new, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. I stayed in a Comfort Harbor View room, which was spacious enough for one person. There was a table and chairs on the balcony, where I could relax and read. Each floor had a washing machine and dryer, and I was provided with detergent, which was very convenient. The lounge, which I was looking forward to, was a lovely space. I enjoyed delicious cakes during tea time and drinks and appetizers during aperitif time, which was satisfying. However, it was a bit disappointing that it was only available until 6 PM, although I was aware of this. It was great that I could take drinks back to my room in plastic cups. Lastly, when I arrived at the hotel, I was feeling unwell from bus sickness, but when I mentioned this, they allowed me to check into my room early, which was very helpful. I was able to rest well and continue my sightseeing afterward. Thank you very much. If I visit Mihama again, I would love to stay here again.
