    It felt like a styli...

    It felt like a stylish boutique Hotel where you could enjoy warm and welcoming service. Having separate toilet and bathroom was a big plus. We enjoyed the night view of Kyoto Tower from the rooftop while feeling the sense of openness. It's a place you'll surely want to return to. Thank you very much!

    From check-in to check-out, I had a very pleasant stay. The quiet Room, furniture, and decor were charming, and I feel I have found a great Hotel. I will use it again.

    Great value for money!

    Although the hotel faces a main street, it was surprisingly quiet. The biggest challenge might be accessibility. The nearest station is Keihan, so getting to Kyoto Station can feel inconvenient, but it took about 20 minutes on foot. By taxi, it's around 1,000 yen. I also learned from reviews about a loop bus between Kyoto Station and Shichijo; I’d like to try it next time if possible. The nearest convenience store is about a 7-8 minute walk away. Amenities were sufficient, though there was no lotion or similar items provided. The variety of drinks available in the room (herbal tea, black tea, green tea, roasted green tea, coffee) allowed me to enjoy a relaxing tea time in the room. The bathtub was quite large and comfortable. Although I forgot my bath salts, I was happy to find that bath additives were provided as well. The hotel has a European-style design and everything—including the bathroom—was very clean. As part of what seemed like Diamond benefits or gifts? I received welcome drink tickets but didn’t use them since there were already plenty of options in the room as mentioned earlier. Someone mentioned that these gifts change with each season—perhaps they will offer something different next time? Throughout my stay, the staff provided attentive service and made my visit very comfortable. Thank you!

    Calm and Relaxing Guest Rooms

    Convenient access to nearby areas, and you can enjoy a pleasant walk under the cherry blossoms along the Kamo River to Gojo for dinner. After breakfast the next morning, there was plenty of time for a stroll, stopping by a nearby bakery and even visiting Chishakuin Temple. The room was equipped with Nespresso and Dallmayr tea, along with carefully selected tea utensils, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The Bvlgari amenities had a delightful fragrance. The second-floor room with a Kamo River view was surprisingly quiet despite facing the street; however, we noticed that the interior could be seen from across the river. So it's advisable to be cautious when opening curtains. Maybe next time we'll try staying on the third floor... We were delighted when they kindly said "Please come again" at checkout!

    A Hotel with a Relaxed Atmosphere

    I had always admired this accommodation when passing by, and I was finally able to stay here this time. As expected, the interior offered a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious enough for one person and very comfortable. The bathroom was larger than I had anticipated, which was greatly appreciated after exploring Kyoto all day. Everything was clean and well-maintained, allowing me to enjoy my stay comfortably. I look forward to visiting again in a different season!

    I stayed here again ...

    I stayed here again for a visit to Minami-za Theater. Keihan Shichijo Station, where express trains also stop, is very convenient. Every time I stay, I am impressed by the beautiful design of the room and the interior of the accommodation. The washbasin is by Villeroy & Boch, and even the wallpaper on the staircase landing is stylish. The breakfast was also delicious. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    Everything is just right.

    I read everyone's reviews and thought, "There shouldn't be any major disappointments," so I stayed on February 23rd, and I was very satisfied, including the hospitality of the staff. First, the location. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, about 15 minutes to Shijo Kawaramachi (Shijokawaramachi), and even if you go to Gion (Gion), it's 20 minutes. Walking along the Kamo River is somehow enjoyable, and at night it's quiet because it's away from downtown. It was perfect for sightseeing. Next is the room. It might be due to the layout, but it has large windows that let in light, making it bright with natural light. The bathroom also has a properly sized bathtub with sufficient amenities. The decor isn't extravagant but nicely arranged. Finally, regarding meals. I was excited to choose from a wide variety of herbal teas as welcome drinks. If anything could be improved, it would have been great if alcoholic beverages were available with the welcome drink ticket. I had Western-style breakfast which was delicious. Again, if anything could be improved, having warm soup would allow for a relaxing start in the morning and make meals even more enjoyable. It had been tense days due to work so I truly enjoyed a good holiday here. Thank you very much! I would love to visit again.

    A hotel in Kyoto where you can spend a quiet time

    The hospitality of the hotel staff is truly wonderful! The location is easily accessible from Kyoto Station, situated along the Kamo River, offering a quiet and calm atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The interior design is very lovely with meticulous attention to detail, which makes sense as it is an Abiste Hotel. I accidentally left something behind at the hotel, but their response was excellent and I am very grateful for their assistance at that time. It seems that the interior design varies by room, so I would like to visit again and try the famous curry rice that I missed out on.

    It was very comfortable.

    The receptionist was very pleasant. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in and enjoy sightseeing at a leisurely pace. The room had a calm atmosphere, and the amenities were Bvlgari. The toilet and bath are separate, making it comfortable. Although it's along the road by the Kamo River, it was very quiet at night. We chose the Western-style breakfast, and both the content and quantity were satisfying.

    About a 10-minute walk from Shichijo Station, it is situated in a way that blends seamlessly with the town's atmosphere. Unlike its exterior, the interior resembles a luxurious secretary's office. The Room's interior design is quite beautiful, with plenty of space, making it seem like a very relaxing place to stay. The only downside is that this location is somewhat far from famous tourist spots and restaurants. However, as long as you consider using a taxi, this is not an issue at all. This time, as we planned to dine out, we only had breakfast at the Hotel, but the ingredients seemed quite refined. If given the chance, I would love to try their meals as well.

    We had a very good overnight stay.

    I stayed for one night on Saturday and had a very good stay. First, regarding access, I think it's good as it's about 7-8 minutes by taxi from Kyoto Station. It's also close to Shichijo Station. The room was impeccable. There was a Nespresso coffee maker, the amenities were sufficient, and it was clean. The service was excellent. First of all, the staff responded very pleasantly, which was very nice. They responded with a smile, and their language and every gesture were very polite. I think it's no exaggeration to say that the staff's hospitality is on par with a first-class hotel. Hotels in Kyoto seem to have been increasing in price recently, but I think this hotel offers a stay that is worth the price. I can recommend it. I plan to use it again when I stay in Kyoto. Thank you very much.

    It was very good.

    The reception staff were very pleasant, and the Room was thoroughly cleaned. The amenities treatment made my hair smooth. The breakfast was also very delicious and satisfying. I would definitely like to use this Hotel again.

    I made the Reservati...

    I made the Reservation after reading the Reviews and had a comfortable stay. The Room was very clean, the bath was large, and the amenities were the same as those used in a certain Hotel spa, with a pleasant fragrance. Having a hair iron was also helpful. They smoothly accommodated changes in the number of people beforehand and arranged a taxi on the day. Thank you for taking care of us.

    Relaxed Stay

    Conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Keihan Shichijo Station. It's also easy to reach from Kyoto Station by bus. The interior design of the Hotel is tasteful and lovely, providing a comfortable stay. I chose the Japanese breakfast, and the fish was very delicious. The staff have a homely feel, perhaps because it's a small Hotel. It's a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    It is a stylish Hotel.

    I had business in Kyoto and stayed alone. The front desk was attentive due to the small number of rooms, making it a hotel where even a woman traveling alone could feel safe. The room was very stylish, with amenities that seemed particularly appealing to women. There was a hair iron in the room, so there was no need to request a loan, which was convenient. Although Kyoto Station and Kiyomizu-dera Temple are a bit far, they are within walking distance, so the access is not bad. I would like to stay again when I visit Kyoto.

    Excellent!

    I visit Kyoto several times a year. I have stayed at many hotels, but this was the best in every aspect. The hospitality was especially wonderful. I was impressed by the staff bowing until the elevator doors closed. I have already made my next reservation! With a small number of guest rooms, it is very quiet and relaxing. The bath is also very spacious, which was appreciated after walking around to see the autumn leaves. Although it is a bit far from Kyoto Station, it is close to Keihan Shichijo Station, and there are many restaurants around the station, making it convenient.

    It was a small-scale...

    It was a small-scale hotel, but the attentive service from the staff made it very comfortable to stay. Above all, the interior decorations, wallpaper, and lighting were wonderful, and the indirect lighting on the coffered ceiling created an exciting atmosphere. The Lalique vases and ornaments at the bar counter in the lounge were also lovely. The wallpaper on the emergency stairs changed on each floor, which was also enjoyable. The room was spacious, and although there was no view, going up to the rooftop provided lanterns and a view of Kyoto Tower while listening to the murmuring of the Kamo River. The bathroom in the room was very spacious, with both a bathtub and a washing area, allowing for a relaxing time. The pajamas were also comfortable to the touch. The disappointing points were that the bathrobe was not fluffy, and during our two-night stay, there were spiders on the wall by the bedside on both days. As someone who dislikes insects, I was horrified.

    A hotel that adds color to your break

    The price range of the Business Hotel was complemented by facilities and amenities as comprehensive as those of a city hotel. Recently, high-quality business hotels have become quite abundant, but this felt like a space to switch off and relax, rather than an extension of business use. The interior might be a matter of personal taste, but it certainly sets itself apart from mass-produced facilities. After warming up in a large bathtub with sleep-inducing aromatic bath salts, you can wrap yourself in a bathrobe and enjoy a cup of herbal tea. Change into separate pajamas and enjoy a restful sleep in a clean bed. Although I ventured out to nearby restaurants for meals, I thoroughly enjoyed the matcha offered as a welcome drink. Cycling along the Kamo River with a rental bicycle is also a pleasant experience. The staff, though few in number, provided attentive and detailed service, making my stay comfortable. The scale is just right. Given this price range, I am already very satisfied, but the only thing I was unsure about was the availability of rental items and requested items (such as a makeup mirror or skincare set). It was a wonderful hotel that made a little break feel a bit special.
