    The breakfast was delicious.

    I stayed here for a dinner meeting in Nijo, and it was very comfortable. During my stay, I had several web meetings, so having the bedroom as a separate Room was convenient. The breakfast was delicious, especially the bread which I really liked. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    ●This is my second stay. Below are some points of concern: - The sofa has become noticeably dirty, possibly due to high turnover rates. - There was a slight odor in the toilet. It’s unclear if this is due to aging deodorizing functions, but fundamental measures (such as sterilization) may be necessary. - The ventilation fan in the toilet seemed to have stopped working. - The towel rack in the washroom is fixed to the sink, making it difficult to use as I had to lean forward too much while washing. Water also splashed onto the towel during face washing. - On my previous stay on the 4th floor, I didn’t notice any noise; however, this time on the 3rd floor, I could hear footsteps from upstairs. Overall, staff service was exceptionally polite and facilities were well-equipped. Additionally, its location in a quiet area away from busy streets with lovely cafes and restaurants nearby made for enjoyable walks. I would love to stay here again in the future! Thank you in advance for your hospitality next time!

    This is my second stay, and this time I am using it to celebrate a birthday.

    The first time, I stayed in a <55 sqm> twin-bed suite on the second floor, and the spacious room and mini-kitchen facilities were very comfortable. This time, I chose a similar room type on the first floor. However, it was slightly disappointing that there was a musty smell due to humidity (possibly influenced by the season). Other than that, everything was as satisfying as before. The surprise flower arrangement prepared for my birthday was truly delightful and became a memorable experience. Thank you very much. I look forward to visiting again!

    The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It was also greatly appreciated that breakfast could be enjoyed in the room. Regarding the lighting, I felt that the main living area could have been a bit brighter, but overall, it is an accommodation I am very satisfied with. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Stayed in a twin bed suite room. It was spacious and comfortable. Thank you very much. Perhaps due to the hot weather, the air conditioning might not have worked as effectively. The amenities were well-prepared, which was appreciated. It would be even better if chopsticks were provided.

    The Room was very spacious and quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. As it was a long-term stay, having laundry facilities was extremely helpful. The Hotel staff were also very courteous and attentive. I would definitely choose to stay here again if given the opportunity.

    Accommodation where you can stay as if living there

    We stayed for a multiple night stay as a couple in our 60s. This was our second stay at this accommodation, and just like the first time, we had a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities such as a washing machine and dryer. We were pleasantly surprised to find umbrellas provided for rainy days. The glassware and tableware were also well-prepared, allowing us to enjoy meals in style. Within walking distance from the accommodation, there are many famous restaurants featured in gourmet guides—perfect for both takeout or dining out. Additionally, the staff's hospitality was impeccable; their thoughtful attention to detail was much appreciated. This has become our go-to accommodation in Kyoto, and we definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit!

    Relax in a spacious Room

    About a 10-minute walk from Marutamachi Station, the accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, making it an ideal place to stay. Within walking distance of the hotel, there are numerous stylish cafes, restaurants, and izakayas, so you'll never run out of dining options. It's a perfect location for those who enjoy exploring local eateries. The hotel has only 14 rooms, but the building is new and features modern chic interiors that are both sophisticated and beautiful. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and well-designed! While not separate rooms, the living area and bedroom area are distinctively divided, which was very convenient. Although we stayed for just one night this time and didn’t use them, the room comes equipped with a washing machine and dryer as well as a mini kitchen with a microwave—perfect for long-term stays. Without any special request on our part, the living room sofa had been converted into a bed for our son—a thoughtful touch that showcased their hospitality. While there is no onsen or large communal bath available, the bathroom in our room was spacious enough to provide comfort during our stay. A small but delightful detail was finding a jewelry case at the dressing table in the bedroom. Many accommodations offer small storage boxes; however, having an actual jewelry case felt unique and thoughtful—a testament to their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.

    Spacious and comfortable living.

    This is my second stay. The room is narrow, but the layout makes good use of the space, creating well-defined areas. It’s a comfortable and pleasant Hotel to stay in as a living space. I will stay here again!

    A Hotel I would like to stay at for a long-term visit someday.

    I have used this accommodation multiple times and am always very satisfied with the service, room, overall atmosphere, decor sense, and location. Thank you as always. I particularly like the suite type with a kitchenette, microwave, and washer/dryer. It would be even better if chairs and tables suitable for remote work were available for rent, though they might already be part of the rental items. So far, my longest stay has been three nights, but I hope to stay longer someday. This is such a wonderful accommodation that I hope it will never disappear.

    A reliable and relaxing accommodation.

    I have stayed here multiple times, and the staff's hospitality and the quality of the rooms are always consistent, allowing me to stay with peace of mind. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. Additionally, as I primarily use trains for transportation during my trips to Kyoto, it is very convenient being within a 10-minute walk to Karasuma Oike Station, where the Tozai Line and Karasuma Line intersect.

    I stayed for 2 night...

    I stayed for 2 nights during my trip to Kyoto. It is a residence-style hotel, which has become quite common recently. The Japanese owner, likely a local, showed great dedication to running the accommodation properly in every aspect. It was very cost-effective, and I had a clean and comfortable stay.

    Baby-Friendly Accommodation - Wide Range of Rental Items Available

    In conclusion, this hotel was the perfect choice for our first trip to Kyoto with a 5-month-old baby. The Karasuma Oike area where the hotel is located is a very quiet office or residential district, allowing us to enjoy a calm stay even in bustling Kyoto. What we appreciated most about this accommodation was the wide variety of rental items available. Although not mentioned online, we were able to borrow items such as a bath chair, baby bathtub, and high chair, which were incredibly helpful. Additionally, while there is a fee for renting a baby cot, bed guards are available free of charge—making it an ideal hotel for families with babies. Other rental items included DVD players and memory foam pillows among many others! With such an extensive selection of rentals available, it might be worth promoting these more actively (though availability may vary). We were extremely satisfied overall; however, if there’s one area that could be improved: some pillows had lingering scents from previous guests (possibly international visitors). It would be great if more effort could be made toward deodorizing them (understanding that body odors differ across cultures). That said, the staff promptly replaced any pillow upon request so it wasn’t much of an issue! Alternatively, guests can also use rental pillows instead. As for breakfast—it seemed catered more towards international tastes with sweeter options dominating the menu; having more savory choices would have been nice. However, being able to eat in our room was incredibly convenient for traveling with children—so we’d definitely consider staying here again! While I’ve noted some areas for improvement above—they’re likely challenges faced by many accommodations in Kyoto given its popularity among international travelers. Overall though—it was truly a convenient and comfortable place to stay! We look forward to booking multiple night stays here again in the future!

    Attracted by the exc...

    Attracted by the excellent location and the atmosphere of the room, I made a reservation—and it was absolutely the right choice. The spacious living area, cozy beds, and impeccable cleanliness made for an unexpectedly comfortable stay. As I visited for work wearing a kimono, I was pleasantly surprised when staff kindly asked during check-in, "Shall we prepare a kimono hanger for you?" This thoughtful service truly stood out. All the staff were warm and courteous, and I would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

    We visited for a family trip for 3 days and 2 nights. All the reception staff were smiling and spoke kindly, making the start of our trip feel reassuring from the first impression. Despite causing inconvenience due to my mother's health issues, we were met with a warm response, for which we are truly grateful. Of course, the Room was wonderful, and we were able to relax during our stay. We hope to use your services again when we visit Kyoto. This trip turned out to be really great. We are very grateful.
