    Bathroom

    The Room and common areas are thoughtfully designed, making it a good Hotel, but the large amount of black mold in the bathroom was very disappointing. It felt unpleasant, and I didn’t want to use it much.

    It became the best memory.

    I stayed with my wife to celebrate her birthday, and it was a completely satisfying day. I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

    It was comfortable!

    The rooms and facilities, such as the gym, are newly renovated, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, providing a pleasant and welcoming hotel experience.

    Satisfied except for cleanliness.

    I stayed at Nikko Style for a few days, a place I had been curious about for a long time. The staff were very polite and helpful over the phone before my stay. The accommodation is located in a calm area near Nagoya Station, allowing me to relax. However, I was disappointed with the dust on the room's equipment and some broken amenities. While some issues were addressed the next day, I must honestly rate my satisfaction as 2 stars despite their sincere efforts.

    Highly Satisfied!

    This was my first stay at the accommodation. Although I felt the accommodation fee was slightly high, the room was spacious, with a separate bath and toilet, and a large bathtub, making it very comfortable. The breakfast plate I chose had plenty of volume on its own, and combined with the buffet options, it was more than enough to eat. However, based on the access information provided, I couldn't figure out which direction to head from Nagoya Station to reach the hotel on foot and ended up taking a taxi. After asking for directions at the hotel, I learned that exiting from Nagoya Station's Hirokoji Exit makes it easier to find. It would have been helpful if this information were included. Overall, I think this is a very good hotel with reasonable cost performance. If given another opportunity, I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

    A perfect blend of a...

    A perfect blend of a City Hotel and a Business Hotel, this is truly an excellent Hotel. The variety of amenities was impressive, and the Bluetooth speaker in the Room was great for relaxing. Although it’s a 10-minute walk from the station, I personally didn’t mind it at all. I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again!

    Highly recommended.

    We stayed for one night as a couple to watch sumo, and it was a stylish and lovely Hotel. After returning wet from the rain post-match, the staff immediately offered us towels and kindly asked if we had enjoyed ourselves, which truly warmed our tired hearts. Thank you so much! The selectable main breakfast is highly recommended! I rated the bath 2 because there were black stains in the bathroom and the sheets were not properly arranged.

    Breakfast in a stylish setting is highly recommended!

    Stayed for one night after visiting Ghibli Park. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station. There’s a café (paid) on the first floor, which is nice. The Room has a sofa area, providing plenty of space. There was an original drip coffee pack in the Room, and it tasted great. The pajamas were separate pieces, which was convenient, and the fabric felt thick and comfortable. However, when I opened the bathroom door, there was a damp smell that bothered me slightly, along with some leftover dirt... Also, while the hairdryer was modern and new-looking, I found one strand of hair left from a previous guest—disappointing. I could hear some noise from surrounding Rooms at times as well. For breakfast: they use carefully selected ingredients; you can choose your main dish from four options while enjoying unlimited salad, bread, rice dishes, fruits, sweets & drinks freely! Personally loved having mandarin orange juice available alongside various soy sauces for egg-over-rice meals! Many international guests seemed present too. One downside during dining though: nearby Chinese-speaking individuals loudly conversed via phones mid-meal felt uncomfortable personally—but overall still highly recommend their breakfast offering!

    A Long-Awaited Stay at Nikko Nagoya

    Very comfortable stay with great meals, within walking distance from Nagoya Station. The view from the Room was excellent, making for a pleasant morning. A quiet and wonderful place. Looking forward to visiting again next time!

    Stayed for the first time.

    It was convenient as the accommodation was within walking distance from Nagoya Station. Since it happened to be my birthday, I received a drink ticket and enjoyed my favorite beverage at the restaurant on the first floor. Takeout to the room was also available, so I purchased some baked goods sold there and enjoyed them in my room. The baked goods were very delicious. I also bought honey provided during breakfast as a souvenir. The room had large windows and was spacious enough. With a sofa available, I could relax with tea and found it very convenient for organizing my luggage. The bathtub in the bathroom was large, allowing me to enjoy a relaxing bath with the provided bath salts. However, around midnight when I was about to fall asleep, a sudden noise startled me awake. After searching around the room, I discovered that it came from the radio playing Jet Stream audio—perhaps left set by a previous guest? That part was unfortunate. For breakfast the next morning, we pre-selected our main plate while other items were self-serve, allowing us to enjoy our meal leisurely without going back and forth too much. The Japanese-style fish dish had miso seasoning; it was large, tender, and delicious. There were also yogurt, salad, fruits, muffins among others; drink options were abundant as well and paired nicely with dessert. The restaurant staff treated us courteously while front desk staff greeted us warmly throughout our stay—it made for an overall pleasant experience! Having visited Nagoya several times before but coincidentally celebrating my birthday this time here at such a calm and serene hotel atmosphere made everything even more special. Thank you very much!

    Unfortunately.

    I was looking forward to staying after a long time, but there were several disappointing points. ① The Room was dusty, and I couldn't stop sneezing. I turned on the air purifier, but it made things worse. Upon closer inspection, the purifier was filled with dust. I cleaned it with a cotton swab and found a large amount of dust inside. ② The face towel provided had foundation stains from the beginning. It seemed like it might have been left unused by the previous guest, which honestly shocked me. ③ The softer pillow had 5 or 6 small hairs on it, which also surprised me. ④ When I went up to my Room on the 14th floor via escalator, I found that what seemed to be a fire door was closed near my path to the Room. As a result, I waited on the sofa in front of the elevator until a female staff member kindly opened it for me. However, as someone who came back tired from work and wanted to enter their Room quickly, this situation felt inconvenient and frustrating. ⑤ While the male staff member at reception lacked friendliness and left me disappointed, other female staff members were polite and attentive as before. Please ensure that items like towels and pillows are kept clean so such issues do not occur again in future stays. During COVID-19 times, I stayed here about half of each month because this Hotel is one of my favorites. This time around though—after eagerly anticipating my visit—it turned out to be truly disappointing overall!

    Separate bath and toilet, spacious and comfortable Room, disappointing breakfast.

    The entire Hotel was non-smoking as confirmed beforehand, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offers a menu similar to most Business Hotels. Considering the current trend of price increases, having a unique dish exclusive to this Hotel might encourage repeat visits in the future. It takes about 10 minutes on foot from JR or any Nagoya station nearby. The Room's hair dryer switch was hard to locate as it resembled a screw at the back of the device. Since it was past midnight and I didn’t want to disturb anyone, I refrained from contacting the front desk. Unable to use the hair dryer, I stayed awake until my hair dried naturally; it would have been helpful if instructions were included in the Room guidebook. The hair dryer was made in Japan, but its switch design—a semi-circle with an upward stick resembling a screw—was confusingly small and unclear. (For these reasons, I rated Facility 3 stars.)

    Birthday Party

    I stayed at the accommodation for a birthday party. The welcome drink allowed me to relax, and the view from the 14th floor was amazing. The meal was excellent, and I was delighted with the large birthday cake with a personalized plate. Thank you to all the staff; I was deeply moved. The morning view was also breathtaking. I had an incredible time in a wonderful room and enjoyed an unforgettable birthday celebration. Thank you very much! If I have another chance, I will visit again.

    I chose based on the star rating, but...

    The location is not very close to the station. The convenience store is also a bit far. There are many Chinese guests. Service is average. Cleaning has some dusty areas, and there is trash on the carpet by the bedside. You can hear footsteps from the upper floors quite clearly, so it might be hit or miss depending on the day. Since it's right off the highway, you can also hear car noises even late at night. If you want to rest quietly or are sensitive to noise, a good night's sleep might be difficult. Recommended if you're focused on cost performance.

    As always, the front...

    As always, the front staff is extremely polite and pleasant. This time, I happened to find long black hair left on the bed and washbasin, which was not very pleasant. A room cleaning check is desired. For business travelers, having a scale is helpful.

    A relaxed Hotel

    Less than a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, it's close to the downtown area, but just one street away, you don't feel much of the hustle and bustle. The Room is on the 10th floor, and from the window, you can see the highway exit, side roads, sidewalks, and buildings with people moving around. It's a city Hotel. The bath and toilet are separate, there's also a sofa, and it's just the right size. What surprised me was the abundance of amenities. There was a skincare sample set with everything from cleansing gel to moisturizing cream, and even those patches for tired feet, which were very helpful after walking around. The coffee I had at the café bar and the one from the Room service were both delicious, and I understand why they pride themselves on music and coffee. Since it was a Plan with breakfast included, my husband had a Japanese set meal, and I ordered a cheese omelet, but there was also a drink bar, salad bar, and raw eggs for rice, so nothing was lacking. Above all, the kitchen's range hood was sparkling, which matched the beautiful omelet perfectly. Nowadays, there are many international guests, making it diverse and interesting. If I have the chance to visit Nagoya again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    I occasionally use this place during my business trips to Nagoya, and the staff's service is always pleasant. I would like to use it every time, but perhaps due to inbound tourism, it's difficult to make a reservation, and it's unfortunate that the room type I want is often not available.

    We like this hotel very much. We will stay again when we come to Nagoya next time. Everything is fine except the chicken wing at breakfast. We understand you try to do a special kind of taste and make it different from ordinary kind of taste, but ......normal kind of cooking is fine. I hope there will be improvement when we stay next.     Solo travel

    The staff member who assisted us during check-in left the best impression I've ever had among the many hotels I've stayed at. They were polite and elegant without being pretentious, warm and refreshing, and kindly provided us with various information, which relieved the fatigue from our long journey. The room was also very comfortable. Additionally, when we returned from going out with our hands full of luggage, a foreign staff member went ahead to the elevator and asked which floor we were going to, pressing the button for us. This subtle and warm gesture made me feel genuinely glad that I chose to stay at this hotel.

    A hotel with good taste and style.

    We stayed with three people during the summer vacation. We booked a room with three beds, and the fact that the toilet and bathroom were separate was the deciding factor. Although it was a bit far from the station, it was clean and stylish, and the small items in the room were tasteful. The round mirror in the washroom was also lovely. It was unfortunate that the slippers were one size fits all, as my college-aged son's feet were too big, and half of them stuck out, which was a pity. Since he's not used to hotels, he wanted to relax in the room with slippers. I thought it would be convenient to have a microwave in the ice room. We were unsure about adding breakfast, but we were really glad we did. It was a half-buffet, but the buffet had a wide variety, and the main dish was hearty. We were so full that we couldn't eat much of the wide variety of bread and wanted to take some home, haha. There were also many types of drinks, and we really enjoyed them. I apologize for my child breaking a glass cup. When I apologized at checkout, they kindly asked, "Were there any injuries?" which made me think it was a kind hotel.

    Beautiful Hotel

    Overall, it was good. The Hotel is clean and the breakfast is very delicious. The station felt a bit far. I called to ask for directions to the Hotel, but the foreign staff seemed unsure, and it took some time. I thought it would be nice to have a Shuttle Service. I was concerned that the hairdryer was left as it was by the previous user. Please make sure to check during cleaning.
