    If you stay in Nagoya, this is a Hotel that will make you think, “I want to stay here again.”

    I stayed on a Plan with breakfast included. Because I had hurt my foot, it was a huge help that they accommodated my request for early check-in on the day (for an additional fee). The Hotel parking lot has limited spaces, but there are several paid parking lots nearby and the rates are almost the same, so it wasn’t an issue for me. The Room was clean, and it felt like all the necessary amenities were provided. Since my Room faced the road, I was worried about noise at night, but it hardly bothered me. I also appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate and that there was a bathtub. Breakfast was delicious, and the main plate was a satisfying portion. The buffet had a great variety—vegetables and fruit, cereal and yogurt, rice and miso soup, bread, and more. The mini croissants in particular were incredibly good. There was also a toaster, so you can warm things up or toast them properly if you like. Drinks were plentiful as well: specialty coffee, tea, juice, milk—lots of options. Some staff members were from overseas, but everyone had a gentle manner and made my stay very comfortable. From here are the disappointing points: - Because the toilet has a sliding door with gaps around it, sound carries easily—so much so that you might wonder if the door is even closed. It could feel awkward for couples or families with teenagers. - This may be for ease of cleaning, but I would have liked to have a shower chair and wash basin in the bathroom. This may have been only in my Room, but water from the shower head sprayed in odd directions from several spots. The water pressure also felt slightly weak. - The living area of the Room has wood flooring; when walking in shoes it makes quite a bit of noise. Even late at night you can clearly tell when someone upstairs is walking because it echoes. - The pajamas seemed designed for slimmer builds. I’m 173 cm tall and weigh 70 kg; perhaps because they don’t stretch much around the thighs felt tight and made it hard to sleep. The fabric felt very nice against the skin though. Also—this was my mistake—but since there is no microwave in the Room (at least mine), if you forget to have convenience-store food heated up at purchase time you’ll end up eating it cold. I’ve listed several negatives here as well, but overall I had a very good stay. Since my wife doesn’t like high-rise hotels—and if we need to stay near Nagoya Station again—this Hotel will be our first choice.

    [Premium Upper Floors and a Refined, Sophisticated Space]

    During a business trip to Nagoya, I stayed in a Premier Floor twin room with the Diamond Member–exclusive Plan. The Premier Floor is on the upper levels, offering great views and a special feel that’s a step above the standard floors. The room was modern and spotless, with plenty of space, making for a very comfortable stay. At first glance, the lobby felt a bit simple compared with typical city hotels. However, once I actually used the facilities, it made sense as a lifestyle-hotel design that has become more common recently. Instead of a traditional lobby centered around an imposing front desk, it’s an open space that flows naturally into the bar and lounge—and it looks very stylish. In particular, the area around the bar has a great atmosphere. It didn’t feel like just a place to check in; it was clearly designed as a space where you can relax and enjoy music and drinks. The entire Hotel felt new and clean, which made for an enjoyable stay. Since this was also a Diamond Member–exclusive Plan, I was especially satisfied to be able to stay on the Premier Floor at a good value. It’s different from classic formal city hotels in style, but I think it’s an excellent choice if you want contemporary design and comfort.

    The breakfast was good.

    It’s within walking distance of Nagoya Station, so it was great that we could walk around for dinner. Overall, the Hotel had a stylish feel. Pros Breakfast was buffet-style with a choice of main dish plus salad, bread, drinks, and more—everything was delicious. They also had cilantro, and there was a great selection of scones and teas. The bed was very comfortable. A bit disappointing I would have liked a chair in the bathroom if possible. The parking lot was already full when we arrived at 4:00 PM, so we had to use a paid coin parking lot.

    Super King Bed

    A stylish Hotel less than a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station. We stayed as a family on our way to LEGOLAND and Ghibli Park. When you think of Nikko, you may picture something classic for better or worse, but this one had a distinct lifestyle vibe. Compared with Tokyo or Kyoto, it offers outstanding value for money. Our room was the Super King Bedroom. True to its name, the king bed was enormous, and our daughter was beyond excited. We ended up lounging on the bed for ages. There is essentially one restaurant, but with everything from bar counter seating to spacious sofa seating and other options, it makes you want to come back again and again even during a single stay. There is no large public bath or other additional Facilities, so it’s not quite full-service, but the property itself was more than sufficient.

    This is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again!

    It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the Room was comfortable, the amenities were well stocked, and it was quiet—making for a very relaxing stay. The nearby yakitori restaurant was delicious, and we also enjoyed a long-established coffee shop for breakfast and a shrine full of history. It made for a wonderful trip to Nagoya. Thank you very much.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    I stayed here on a trip with friends. It’s not too far from the station, and if you go through the underground mall, you’ll arrive in no time. The Room is clean and spacious. Having the bath and toilet separated is also great when staying with people who aren’t family. We also had breakfast. There isn’t a huge variety, but you can choose a main dish, and it was very delicious. I often stay at Nikko group Hotels, and I thought this one was stylish and really nice. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

    It was very good.

    We stayed with the No Meals Included plan. The property was very clean overall, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. We would love to stay again in the future. There is a lovely cafe on the first floor, and we would have liked to visit if we had more time.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights. The Room was stylish and clean. However, the light switch by the bed responds slowly; after turning the dial, it takes a while for the brightness to change, which is frustrating. Also, it’s hard to figure out how to lock the toilet door. Since it isn’t on the handle, it feels awkward. Overall, there didn’t seem to be much service, and it had been a while since I stayed at a Hotel without a welcome drink. Considering it’s also a bit far from the station, I didn’t feel the price was particularly reasonable.

    The Accommodation was good, but

    The Hotel was new and spotless, the Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate washing area, which made it very convenient. There were also plenty of amenities. Breakfast offered a choice of main dish, and the omelet I chose was delicious. The mandarin orange juice was especially good. However, I booked a dinner-included Plan and paid an additional fee to upgrade to the premium course, but when the main meat dish arrived, it turned out to be from the standard course. I told them I had made a Reservation for the premium course and showed my IKYU Check Reservation confirmation. They asked me to wait; after a while they said it was their mistake and that it would take some time to remake it. After waiting about another 10 minutes, the premium-course dish finally arrived. The restaurant has an open kitchen visible from the seats, and I could hear a waiter being told by the kitchen staff to “make sure you check properly,” which didn’t feel very pleasant. The food itself was tasty, but overall it left me feeling disappointed. If I have another chance to stay here, I don’t think I’ll choose a dinner-included Plan again.

    A Cozy Hotel

    I chose this Hotel for the first time because the Room looked spacious and stylish. It was just as lovely as in the photos—large, comfortable, and easy to relax in. All the staff were kind and greeted us with warm smiles, which made us feel at ease. The parking staff were also very helpful and left a great impression. I booked a Plan without breakfast, but I woke up early and decided to have it. The food was satisfying, but the price was high and I was surprised at checkout—though I suppose it can’t be helped. I just wish it were a bit more reasonably priced. Next time, I’d like to choose a Plan with breakfast included. Overall, it was a very good Hotel.

    A Quiet Room

    It was the quietest Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I assumed being near the station would be noisy, so choosing a place a little farther away was absolutely the right decision. For me, it was a perfect Hotel. I’ll stay here again when I visit Nagoya. Thank you very much.

    Ideal for families

    We stayed in a super king bed made by pushing two beds together. Since we were traveling with our 1-year-old who moves around a lot both while falling asleep and during the night, the spacious bed was truly appreciated. We were also very impressed to receive child-friendly amenities. The Facility was excellent as well, including a BALMUDA electric kettle and a speaker that played lovely background music. We arrived by car, and there were plenty of nearby parking options, so we had no trouble. The only thing was that at breakfast (half-buffet), it would have been nice to have a vegetarian main option. However, there were many restaurants nearby, so it wasn’t an issue. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again.

    I had a relaxing time.

    Accommodation costs have generally increased. Although I found this place slightly expensive, the room's spaciousness and facilities (especially having a sofa) were excellent. Since I wasn't sightseeing or moving around much and just wanted to rest, it turned out to be a very pleasant stay. I hope the facilities remain well-maintained as they are now.

    I had a great night's sleep.

    I stayed here for a concert at Nagoya Dome. Although I checked in around 22:00 and had a short stay, the staff kindly brought my luggage to the Room beforehand, which was very helpful. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! I slept well. Having a separate bathroom and toilet was also convenient. As for amenities, it was slightly disappointing that there was only one portion of face wash per person. Perhaps additional portions could have been provided upon request...

    Our staff is dedicated and hardworking.

    We stayed at this hotel for two nights in Nagoya as part of our trip to visit Ise Jingu with my wife. Many of the guests seemed to be foreigners or younger people, and honestly, we felt a bit "out of place," but the young staff and foreign staff were very attentive, making our stay comfortable. We had planned to rent a car and head to Ise, but due to expected traffic congestion, we decided to leave early in the morning. When we informed the staff about canceling breakfast, they kindly prepared sandwich lunch boxes for us. It was very helpful and delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel resembled a trendy café with a stylish vibe. The room was simple and clean, giving off an impression similar to something inspired by MUJI that younger people might prefer. Although we often stay at high-end accommodations where some aspects naturally surpass this one, seeing all the staff working hard with such dedication left us feeling energized and moved.     I have used this place multiple times and absolutely love the atmosphere of the Room. This time, I opted for a 12:00 checkout to relax for the first time. I tried the restaurant's breakfast, and it was incredibly delicious with a wide variety of buffet options, making it an enjoyable and satisfying experience.

    I love it, so it's a Hotel.

    I have been staying in this accommodation every time I visit Nagoya in recent years. The hotel is new, and the room design is modern and enjoyable. I heard from the front desk during my first stay that this is a new concept hotel by Nikko. Please continue to expand your innovative hotel concepts, Nikko! The staff, including the front desk team, are all kind, attentive, and excellent. The breakfast is also very delicious.

    A new brand Hotel by JAL

    Stayed for one night on a business trip. I stay at accommodations about 50 nights a year for travel and business trips. - Room: A standard Nikko Style room of 30 square meters with an approximately 5-meter-wide frontage. The wide frontage makes it very convenient to use. However, the amenities in the room are still provided in individual bottles, and I feel it might be time to switch to larger bottles like other hotels do. - Breakfast: Half-buffet style. The breakfast area is small, and the buffet counter is limited, which might explain this style of service. The buffet selection was minimal—just rice, soup, vegetables, and very few side dishes—and you could only order one egg-based dish like an omelet. Honestly, I was disappointed; I couldn't believe there were so few options and ended up searching around the restaurant thinking there must be more food available somewhere else. Considering that breakfast cost over 3,000 yen, it felt overpriced for what was offered. - Overall satisfaction: While it's undoubtedly a new and clean hotel, from a guest's perspective it felt like the experience didn't quite match its price point.

    The stylish and beautiful lobby and guest rooms exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. Many international guests were present, and I had enjoyable conversations during breakfast.

    The water facilities were quite concerning.

    The bathroom floor had a lot of white soap scum stains, which was unpleasant. Please scrub and clean it properly. There was rust in the sink area, which seems removable with scrubbing, but it shows that cleaning is not thorough. It’s unclear if there is a final inspection staff, but whoever is responsible should carefully check the bathroom and water areas. Other areas were fine, but basic cleanliness should be properly addressed as expected from a Hotel. Especially considering the price charged.

    The Room is truly excellent, but there is no coin laundry.

    The Room was excellent. It was spacious and thoroughly cleaned. The moderately firm bed, likely Simmons-made, was appreciated for my back pain. However, the lack of an on-site coin laundry might be inconvenient for budget-conscious travelers (the nearest coin laundry is about 10–12 minutes away). Although I didn’t use it myself, the breakfast area seemed a bit small. The distance from Nagoya Station and Kokusai Center Station might be challenging for travelers with suitcases.
