Hotel Urban Grace Grand

The Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. I stayed in a twin room, which was very tidy, and I appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separate. Even though it was a weekend, the rate with breakfast included was lower than other hotels, and I enjoyed a Japanese set breakfast that was beautifully presented and just the right portion size. Overall, it was a very satisfying Hotel, and I would like to stay again.

A trip to Yamagata Prefecture for the first time as a couple. The hotel is in an excellent location, within a 5-minute walk from Yamagata Station. The room feels brand new, likely due to recent renovations. We arrived two hours before check-in and left our luggage at the hotel. When we asked for nearby dining recommendations, we were advised to visit "Soba-dokoro Tsurufuku." We went there immediately and truly enjoyed the delicious meal as recommended. As for the room, we were pleasantly surprised by amenities such as "ReFa" shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Additionally, women receive a complimentary set of Mikimoto amenities (a set of five items). Depending on the room type, there is also a Nespresso capsule coffee maker available. The quality is impressive! Although we initially booked without breakfast included, seeing the Japanese menu made us want to try it—and it was worth it at 2,200 yen! The breakfast features representative ingredients from Yamagata and offers great value.With its convenient location near the station, clean rooms with spacious twin beds, and delicious food options nearby—this hotel comes highly recommended!
