  A Wonderful Stay

  We were upgraded to a spacious Room as it was just before the summer season. The kitchen was clean, well-equipped, and easy to use, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was wonderful to stay at a lovely Hotel in Niseko during the quiet and peaceful summer, different from the busy winter peak season.

  It was average.

  Overall, I was satisfied, but I didn't quite understand why ID verification was required at check-in. (Check-in) It seems that in Niseko, a driver's license is required at check-in, and they even take a photo. They said it was for identity verification, but I wondered if the photo was really necessary. It made me uneasy about potential misuse. Also, the limited ability to communicate in Japanese felt inconvenient. (Parking) The entrance was hard to find and the exit was narrow, which I didn't like. However, since it wasn't a busy season, it wasn't much of an issue. (Access) There is a Seicomart within walking distance, which made things convenient. (Facility) There is a washer-dryer available for use; I used it as well. It seemed not many people were using it as it wasn’t crowded; however, there were detergent stains and dust around that gave an impression of insufficient cleaning. (Room) The room was spacious and clean with welcome drinks provided in the refrigerator upon arrival—though no refills after the first night—but this was sufficient for me. (Water facilities) The room only had a shower; however, there were frequent issues with drainage not flowing smoothly due to poor plumbing conditions.

  Spacious and user-friendly

  We stayed in a 1-bedroom for two people. The room was approximately 80 square meters, spacious and comfortable. The free laundry was very helpful. There is no bathtub, only a shower booth, so some may find it tough in winter. The cost performance was excellent, so I would like to stay again when the price is similar.

  I had a pleasant stay.

  The room was a 1LDK with a kitchen, and I was able to use it comfortably and cleanly. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed, and I was able to cook comfortably. The staff at the reception and in charge of the rooms were polite and kind. I would definitely like to use it again.
